Newer bouncer with short man syndrome makes it a point to go after me when I'm there wearing a hat, but the rule doesn't apply to anyone else. I think it's because I'm a lot taller and better looking 🤔

I went there and couldn't believe there was 1 young girl Spanish type and a dude in black working together.they wasn't even busy and I kept waving my hands to get their attention right in front of me.and the woman ignored me and the young man too I been to all clubs in Naples been living here 30 + yrs and never in my whole entire life seen this happen.dont a bartenders job is to serve?? Customers?well these bso called new bartenders wasn't doing their job right the young Spanish girl kept ignoring me as I wanted to buy couple drinks is yas loss not mines.so I talked to a so call manager black dude and all he did was laugh and kept walking.what kind of service is this?!!!!unprofessional service ya just lost another customer ooh well time to call corporate and report this.right away.im the type not to tolerate this from going on so there you go.me and my friends used to go there but from this happening,sorry no more.going there rather go to cavos they treat us way better.

We visited Blue Martini for dinner, drinks, and to enjoy the music. We sat down and the waitress informed us that all food was 1/2 price. We ordered drinks as we looked over the menu. We then realized that we couldn't see the stage very well due to a pole between our booth and the stage, so we asked to move one booth over and was refused. She said "That's the VIP area, you cannot sit there". So, we asked if we could move to a high top table in front of our booth and she said sure. We took our drinks, silverwear, etc. to our new table. She came back around and we ordered food. The food was very good. We sat there a while, enjoying our food and drinks. We had several refills of our cocktails and after a while decided we'd head back to the hotel. Upon delivery of the check, we noticed the food wasn't 1/2 price after all. We questioned the waitress who apologized and took our check back to adjust it. A few minutes later she came back and said, 1/2 price food was over 30 minute ago, you'll have to pay full price. Wow....So, poor service, great food, great drinks, and the band was really really good.

We came to this bar on a Monday night for the last night of our friends amazing Bachelorette party. Needless to say, we didn’t even make it in. There were six of us, all of which had legitimate photo IDs. We are all 30 years old, well above the legal age, and they used professional scanners to determine if our identification is legitimate. Their scanning system did not work and he refused to let us in, despite the bar not even being busy and us clearly being of age. Perhaps get a better system or use common sense next time. Very disappointing.

This was the worst night we’ve ever experienced here. My fiancé was wearing a hat. While we understand it’s not the best thing to wear my fiancé was told to pay $10 to wear his hat. 30 minutes into being in the club/bar my fiance was told to take his hat off. After briefly explaining he had paid one of the workers there $10 to wear his hat he was grabbed by the neck and man handled by a worker there. He was dragged down the stairs and then had his drink grabbed from his hand and thrown out by a tall man who had been previously bothering him. We were told to file a police report by the COPS who were on the scene and we have done so.one of the workers even gave my fiance the exact amount of money back he paid for his beer as he know that this situation was handled so horribly. This is completely unacceptable and I hope blue martini fires those accountable. Absolutely despicable behavior for someone who was only wearing a hat. To the 2 workers responsible enjoy your short time there because we will be filing a suit against you.

A young woman came over to our group in the bar area and asked to sit with us because she didn't feel safe. Another young woman was in the bathroom having a panic attack. Another woman was passed out in the bushes outside. The bouncers were very weird, aggressively targeting people. Not going back.

I am very disappointed with the bouncer I am visiting from Germany. I only have German citizenship Unfortunately the bouncer didn't let me in with my German passport, I didn't find out the reason I find it a disgrace I am 39 years old and female The owner should be annoyed because I'm traveling for work and was supposed to plan an event in Naples for our successful company from Germany I looked at the blue Martini online beforehand and had high hopes that we could plan something together with the owner

Love the live music by Flora top hit band, and the martinis are amazing.

We went for a few cocktails and dancing for a birthday party and the turnout was fantastic. Obviously by association the Blue Martini itself was incredible, makes for an easy recommendation. The DJ was very entertaining as well and we had a blast as we danced through the night. The atmosphere was great for a late-night hangout.

The bouncers randomly kicked out members of our group for no explanation. When asked why they were being removed, the staff would not give an answer and shoved them out. Just a classless establishment. You’re better off going anywhere else in Mercato.

We have gone here to dance many times. The other night it was extremely crowded couldn't walk anywhere you ran into a table or a roped off section. More room in the outside bar. The music 🎵🎶 is great!!

Great Atmosphere good food the only thing I would say is half the tables you can't use because there in direct sunlight . Apparently they can't use the umbrellas because of an . Incident last year so why keep them there??.. Why can't they put a sun canopy up across the building . I noticed allot of people came and walked out because there was no shade they must be loosing business.

When I started coming to Naples almost 8 years ago, the BM was my go to place. Great bartenders and staff, and the best Happy Hour around. Top shelf half price drinks. The food menu is somewhat limited, but the food was good. Plus, the bartenders and waitstaff were young and attractive. They had live music every night. Solid bands. It all changed when covid hit. Closed for several months. Opened and then promptly closed again for bit. Most of the staff had left and the Happy Hour suffered somewhat. But went recently and I'm pretty much done. I didn't recognize anyone from before and it seems the barbacks are now the bartenders as the drinks were horrible. My wife likes Cosmos and for whatever reason, they can't make them. I saw several cosmos being sent back lol. The Martinis, which were always perfect no matter who the bartender was have suffered as well. I found the service too slow as we waited too long for two drinks, but that might be because the bartenders were slow in mangling the drinks and the servers had to wait. I think I'll start heading over to Cavo next door.

There were 5 of us there for about an hour. We each had 1-2 cocktails and one person got a bite to eat. Our tab was $380 before tip. Since then, I have told people how expensive it was and I have heard from several people that you have to watch your tab very carefully. They add extra drinks.

Great bar, great food and awesome staff! Been coming here for 10 years . But for some reason the management hasn’t banned cigar smoking . Ruined two of our nights this year . Trying to eat our dinner with a jerk smoking a cigar right next to us . Everyone at the bar was pissed Even the staff were annoyed. The reason there is a cigar lounge right next door is most bars have banned cigars Management do the right thing !

Yesterday, Friday, March 15, we were kicked out by the manager because we complained that a worker had put his finger in one of the glasses of our drinks and instead of changing our drinks, we were expelled from the club for just complaining, that manager was very shameful and racist. He went to security to expel us from the place, we will never return, very rude on the part of the management of the place, very violent without letting us explain, he went to the expulsion, they did not return the money paid at the entrance.

Manager is a complete pylon on a power trip, don’t take pictures of yourself having a good time or you get the boot pretty quick. Won’t be back

Don’t waste your time or money supporting this place. Management is very unprofessional. I would highly suggest looking at different venues to spend your evening out.

Service was fine, drinks were ok. Certainly not worth $16+ drink/shot but I guess thats Naples. Now I know why they ask for your card when you first sit down. I would definitely go elsewhere if I knew how much I would be spending after an hour or so of having drinks here.

The food was surprisingly very good quality. Beef tenderloin was exceptional and baked Brie ball. We ordered seconds of both. Some cocktails were way too syrupy, I’d order wine instead.

Waitress kept checking on us to our table and asking us if we needed anything . They thought we could not pay check. Plus the bouncers where checking us out to see if we're not going to pay our tab. Food was terrible.

Very bad experience, I do not recommend it. We went to spend a birthday and when we asked for the plates for the cake THAT WE BROUGHT, they told us “you have to ask permission to bring something from outside.” I spoke to the management and they told me that you couldn't bring food from outside. Those gringos ruined our celebration!!!! Very bad very bad

Granted we went during a happy hour special on a Saturday so it was very busy, but when two of the plates came 15 minutes after the first three, something is not working correctly and those dishes were cold on arrival. As a woman, I found the bustier and bra "uniforms " of the wait staff demeaning and tasteless as did our fellow gentleman diner. On the plus side, the happy hour prices were very reasonable.

My waitress was good . Bartenders should be working at a pole dancing club. They are phony as can be . Just because they dress like hookers does not mea they Make a good drink. Watch your credit cards. They padded my bill by $125. Screw this place

It's always so much fun to go there on a live music night! Food menu has changed in the past year. The dishes are more like tapas now (be warned, because we ordered way too much).

Happy hour runs until 8 PM which was a nice treat. Had a great time enjoying drinks and listening to a talented entertainer. Bartender was friendly and attentive. Not from Florida but was surprised that cigars are permitted pretty much anywhere in the facility so we moved once to get away from smoke and wound up near another cigar smoker. We didn't eat, so I can't comment on food.

My girlfriend, friend, and I got kicked out after spending over $500 for no valid explanation. Our belief is that they were trying to cover their tracks for their bartenders over-serving a group of young girls, one in which one was unable to stand straight. Security has no markings that they are staff. They were very unprofessional and will definitely not be coming back. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AS YOU WILL BE PROFILED AND MADE ASSUMPTIONS AGAINST. Mind you, this was on a Monday night where the bar was empty. PS. my girlfriend and I are both bartenders in the nightlife industry. Go anywhere but this place!

I am a frequent patron of Blue Martini. After my latest visit on 12/17/23, my review is well warranted: After taking my girlfriend to Bravo, we had a few drinks at the outer bar in Blue Martini. Despite being served by a burned-out bar tender, we largely enjoyed our time. However, I was not expecting to be patronized by their bouncers and be instigated into a meaningless confrontation when simply attempting to leave. We arrived around 12am and sat at the bar for the entirety of our stay...Around 1:30am, the staff turned up the lights and lowered the music. (Blue Martini was still packed, and they close at 2am on Saturdays... but OK). Right as we were about to leave at 1:45am, I attempted to make my way to the restroom where I was stopped in my tracks by (3) aggressive bouncers who questioned what I was doing. They were physically stopping me, in my face, and I was demeaned for absolutely no reason. I calmly pointed to the restroom, and all (3) ganged up walking me back in my tracks and pointed to "a restroom outside" as one said. I pointed to my watch and politely said "you're open till 2am. What's the problem here?" I was condescendingly responded with "we say when we close" by some young ne'er-do-well bouncer who persistently tried grabbing my shoulder. I said to all three of them that I'm leaving, and when I attempted to go back to the bar to get my girlfriend, all (3) bouncers ran in front of me and stopped me and would not let me get my girl. Like, what the hell is going on here?... I literally had to wave & point my girlfriend to exit despite the place still at half capacity, and **open for another 15 minutes.** I am not a confrontational person by nature, but this was really starting to piss me off, made me feel extremely uncomfortable, and this was NOT necessary at the slightest. Given the similar reviews before mine, there's an obvious problem & disconnect with the management of Blue Martini, and their "bouncers" like to unprovokingly instigate. We'll go to Burn from now on.

My “go to place” to dance the night away. I am a local resident and have been coming back for years. Blue Martini serves small plate portions. The freshest produce and well prepared beef and seafood are substantial and excellent. My friends ordered 3 small plates during happy hour. These options are all half off! We ate delicious artichoke cheese dip served with warmed blue tortilla chips. If you have had this in other restaurants one might be in for a surprise. Blue Matini has this recipe down and tastes incredible! I love the beef tenderloin sliders. Three delicious sliders served on warm buns, lettuce, and tomatos. The tenderloin was cooked medium rare! Perfectly seasoned, and quality of their beef is superb. 2 sauces accompanied my three sliders. A tasty BBQ sauce and the other was a mustard type sauce. The 3rd dish was beef tenderloin, mashed potatoes my friend was very happy with her selection. The best place for live music and dancing is Blue Martini. DJ’s are talented too and know how to make anyone get up and dance till closing time. I love their music and Blue Martini is a must if you want to dance you’re night away! Locals and most snowbirds know the atmosphere gets truly electric as anothet gorgeous Naples sunset turns into a late night party atmosphere! Ladies and gentlemen the security at Blue Martini is excellent! Rest assured come and relax. Blue Martini security is ready for any man/woman that becomes irritating. Ladies and gentlemen enjoy the best place for dancing, eating, and positive energy! Friendly wait staff are always available to serve you as well! Bring your appetite, friends, dancing shoes, dresses, skirts, or jeans, to shorts and polo shirts. Yes, it is a party!

Came here for the first time on a Monday and I loved it. Staff were super accommodating, I sat at the bar and Jimmy served me, a professional and friendly bartender. I came on a night where they had live music by James, dude could play anything amazingly. And Sara the waitress was super sweet. Will definitely come back here for happy hour or any other time! Oh, and the Brie appetizer was incredibly tasty and came with super fresh fruit!

Was there november 18, 2023. I already posted a review but it seems it may have been taken down. So here i am again. All night young drunk girls were dancing on table tops and benches having a good time. NO PROBLEM! Later in the evening a group of gay guys came in. PROBLEM!!! At least for the bouncers. One of the guys were dancing with a girl on the dance floor and did a split and was kicked off the dance floor. HOMOPHOBIC!! The lady I was with had a hat on and the bouncer came ober and asked to remove it. The guy across from us had been wearing a hat all night speaking with the manager and bouncers. She mentioned discrimination and the black/hispanic bouncer said "discrimination happens in life and you habe to deal with it." We spent over 200 dollars here and are very dissappointed and will not return. I guess the white mans money spends differnlently than ours!!!!

Such a low class place! Waitress kissing on obvious regular smoking millionaire and throw ice at him across the bar! My wife and I were there because of recommendations on our 30th wedding anniversary and we were really disappointed! The young bartender was great! I hope she stays there. Management must be low class if they thought the actions of the employees was acceptable!

Had a drink poured on me by a disgruntled ex and was proceeded to be thrown out after reserving an entire section for our birthday event. Won't even mention our last experience for Halloween but needless to say will not be spending money at this establishment ever again. Staff is amazing but management is way too head strong. If your idea of safety is getting thrown out of a bar the first time an issue arises then this is the place for you.

It’s a No No place. Used to come here almost every week cause my friends love it here. Rude staff, especially the bartender at the bar by the restroom. the bouncers think they have all the power to do whatever they want to the customers, when the fact is they dont even have a right to touch customers without asking them to leave first. Music is super outdated. DJ always play something that was hit when I was in collage like 10 years ago.

This business, especially Geovanni (please excuse my spelling of name) deserve a huge shoutout! First.. the drinks were very delicious, fresh, and balanced. Very attentive, & professional bartenders. (Next time I’ll try the food!) Geovanni and his crew went out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable and safe. We had another patron strike a conversation with us.. which let’s just say was rather passive aggressive. They checked in with us to ensure that we were okay, and didn’t feel the need to leave because of this man’s aggressive social demeanor. It felt really good to me to know that they were in fact keeping an eye on the situation the entire time & followed through accordingly. Extremely respectful for this business and employee to stick up for what’s right. Thank you very much and I look forward to coming back to this place!

The service is very bad. Will never come to this place or recommend it at all. They will sell you a drink 30 min before closing and and demand you to literally chug it! and leave! 5 min after they sold you the drink. Bartender had a horrible attitude as well as security staff. They treat customers like trash.

I just wanted to thank the staff at Blue Martini. Myself and two of my girl friends were there last night to listen to the live band. We had a lovely evening!! There was a point a table of guys sat next to us (they were perfect gentleman) but one of the male staff members came over to our table (3 woman) and calmly said that if we at any point get uncomfortable with the guys sitting next to us to let them (the staff) know. That gesture did not go unappreciated. I just thought that was so awesome and thoughtful. The whole night was great and we had a blast and felt really comfortable being there. I do not know the gentleman’s name that works there, but his actions were endearing. Thank you we will be back!!

It was amazing to start went here at night after my 21st birthday on Tuesday, danced the night away. Got kicked out for being to intoxicated. Literally could have a full blown conversation with the guy and stand on one leg. Great club. Feel like the bouncers just don’t like guys dancing. Never touched anyone except shook someone hand if they offered me a drink. At the end of the day bouncers do what they gotta do. But feel like this was more of my style of dancing that I got kicked out for. Apparently if guys dance like girls you get kicked out. So assuming some of the bouncers just didn’t want to see me have a good time anymore. Would love to talk the owner // manager of the place because their definitely was some profiling going on. Other than that I liked the music and good vibes

I wish there was 0 stars. We had a few drinks and was dancing and having a great time. My sister was up on the stage and my husband tried joining her without reading your stupid sign that only women are allowed on the stage. Your bouncer was incredibly aggressive and rude. It ruined our whole vibe and night. We refused to spend another dime. It was very uncalled for. What really sucked is we’re only in town for a family issue. Your bouncers should be aware that mistakes happen and have a little grace. We’re all human. We deserve respect.

Other person asked several times for a to go box and never got it. This was my first time here and I probably won't go back. Too many other places in Naples that are so much better!

Nice place for drinks with live music.

Their roid-raged manager is rude, condescending and threatened me. It was all because he said my debit card would not work and it's because I had NSF. All I asked for very politely was to have them try another terminal. He got so infuriated with me for asking that he got in my face, screamed at me so much, he was spitting on me. So I walked to their ATM machine with the same card and roid-rager, behind me. I put my card in the machine, withdrew the money for my tab and threw it at him. As I was leaving, I heard a server say to another co-worker "I think our CC, is down." The only part Im sad about, I didn't tip my server, she was great! The roid-raged manager, is a law suit waiting to happen!

The happy hour makes this place worth finding a parking spot!! Half-off many appetizers and martinis! (not the "sliders" tho... tough.) The ambience is great! Staff is friendly!

We had a great experience here. Our bar tender Bocca had great customer service and bar tending skills.

Was there last night. Bouncer charged $10 to get in. Handed him a $50 for myself and my friend. Bouncer said he didn’t have change to come back later. He rolled up the money and put it in his pocket. I demanded my money back and somehow he found change. Once we entered the bar we talked to other people and they were not charged a cover charge. What’s going on here? Don’t know if I will go back.

Awesome happy hour, great drinks and food. The Jalapeño passion fruit with vodka is one of the best drinks I ever had. The Thai chicken app is amazing.

DJ's play horrible music. I was at Cavo and then came over to Blue and the DJ's were both playing THE SAME MUSIC. Why can't people hire actual talent to play GOOD music here in Naples? It makes everything so lame when the DJ's are playing the same old played out 'party tunes'. Shell out for some talent already.

Blue Martini has a great vibe overall. The music is pretty loud, so if you sit at the bar it can be hard to talk to each other or the bartender, but I actually don’t really mind this as part of the nightclub experience - this is as close to a nightclub as Naples has. They do live music a lot which is always a good time. My experiences on a personal level have been hit or miss: my first time there, I was treated really rudely by the woman working the front door and she made a scene about checking my ID and sending it to the back with security to make sure my ID was real. I was polite about the whole thing, but she was pretty vile to me for no apparent reason. That night the bartender also just looked miserable to be there. But I’ve been since and the person working the door was fine and the bartender was lively and having fun. Overall, a cool place to be with some dancing and music as the night goes on, but it can definitely be a crapshoot based on who they have working that night.

I would normally review this place much higher, but management are complete a**holes who do not treat their customers well unless they are shelling out for a big party. The music was great, drinks too. But the drunk-a** not-even-21 year-olds spilling drinks on the dance floor and seriously invading our personal space were not. Given that this place is 25+, I see a certain problem with this sort of contingent, no?

I wish I could give it 0 stars. This place is full of 60-70 year old chads drinking Michelob ultra and hitting on women that could their daughters. The bouncers are horrible and very aggressive. There was a guy who was whistling through out the night and it was blamed on us. There was a lot of dancing going on since that’s what people do at a club right? But apparently one of the bouncers claimed he saw my brother bump into someone. So this little 5 foot nothing bouncer annd dorky friend pushed us out of the club…This place just straight up sucks. There is much better places (only a short walk away too) to drink a 20$ watered down martini. There are so many other great places in this area that treat their guests great. I’d skip this place and will continue to tell everyone I know about My experience here.

Beware this establishment does an auto grat and doesnt tell the customers so you double tip every time. The server crystal is notorious for this. Double check your bill before you leave!
