I will preface by saying that I am a server and am very forgiving/ understanding of this industry. I have been to other Caddy's, and I know what I like. Service was very slow. The kids got their drinks, and then maybe 10 minutes later, ours finally arrived from the bar. Mine was the wrong size, and my sister's came with a bright red lipstick rim. They were replaced, but mine was definitely just poured into a larger cup with more ice. Finally our order was taken. The food was good, but my salad came out without the chicken. The bathroom was completely out of toilet paper. You pay to park... Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles north to the Indian Shores location. They have been great every time, and parking is free :)

Came around 7:00 p.m Tuesday on a week night. Was unable to get a table upstairs even though there was at least five tables open. They stated they had reservations. Ended up going downstairs and they had trivia so it was a little loud But plenty of open seats at the bar. We had a child with us but we were able to sit at the bar. It was super windy. We ordered food. It was okay. Super windy. Kids eat free on Tuesdays so that was a nice perk Plus $5 off from parking but still spent $70 for two people. Two drinks, appetizers and dinner. Food was ok.

Made reservations for the day but once arriving we accidentally made reservations for the next day. The manager Phillip and hostess anna worked us in. with in 5 minutes we were seated party of 8. Phillip, Anna and Tabi were amazing. Great food, great service, amazing atmosphere as always. I made an incorrect reservation on the website but Phillip stepped right up an made sure we had a table we needed for our party of eight. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset on the deck and had an amazing experience.

I went for the princess breakfast with my nieces and the place was packed. Not only was it a fun experience, but the views were spot on. The girls had a great time. However, the set menu was not a lot of food and it was quite pricey.

Been here before! Beautiful view of the beach and sunset but did not like the food much. Recent update on the menu with watermelon appetizer and tuna dishes made so much difference! Love it!

Went here with my wife, daughter and granddaughter. My daughter had the Mahi Mahi tacos, my granddaughter had the shrimp tacos, and my wife and I shared the shrimp basket. We all agreed that the meals tasted great and we would order them again. The place was busy but the service was good and food came our quick. Will definitely go back here again.

The food was very bland. The fish was like rubber and there was only a 15 percent discount offered for a plate of food that was barely ate. The manager had terrible customer service. She didn’t seem to care much at all even though the meal was too pricey to get wasted and thrown away. There is many other restaurants in this area. Save your appetite, money and time and dine somewhere else.

I recently dined at Caddy’s and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered the seafood platter, expecting a fresh and flavorful meal. Instead, the fish was dry, hard, and completely unseasoned. The cilantro rice was equally disappointing—bland and flavorless. To make matters worse, the wait times were incredibly long. From the moment we were seated to when our food finally arrived, it felt like an eternity. After hardly eating anything to compensate for the poor quality, they offered a mere 15% discount, which did little to make up for the disappointing meal. This was not the dining experience I anticipated, and I won’t be returning. Save your time and money, there are much better options anywhere else

Overall terrible experience. We were seated on the deck and they closed all the windows making it extremely hot and uncomfortable in there. The fish we ordered (the snapper and the seafood platter) was very bland and the fish was so hard you could barely cut it with a knife. When the manager came over all she said was "I apologize for that" and walked away. Not an once of sincerity and then sent the poor waitress (very sweet girl. She was great through it all) to give us a whopping 15% discount on a very pricey meal that was awful..... Terrible experience will not be going back.

There is no free parking here. They charge $5 per hr but give you $5 off your bill. You'll need at least 2 hrs as service is slow. I ordered crab legs. They weren't steamed properly as the meat didn't come out great. Anyone that eats crab legs knows what I'm talking about. They were also partially cold. Views were fantastic.. Prices were average. French fries were ok. Not spectacular, but not bad. Probably wouldn't come back

Great beach spot on beautiful Madeira Beach. Be careful of the sun on the deck as it can get hot with outside seating but the view is worth it. Portions are large. Love the nachos, oysters Rockefeller. Spicy burger was delish. Go! You won’t be disappointed.

I mean it’s fine but their hours are TERRIBLY inaccurate. Do not trust what you see on google because they are liable to close at 9:15 on a Friday night. Decent place if they held the hours they claimed though.

If there was an option to give negative ranking, this restaurant will excel. The location of this beach bar is its only redeeming quality, offering a laid-back atmosphere with views overlooking the beach. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The service at this establishment is abysmal. Upon arrival, there's no reception or host to assist with seating, leaving patrons to fend for themselves. Even after seating ourselves, we were completely ignored by the staff. Waiters and waitresses passed by our table countless times without so much as acknowledging our presence, let alone offering service. The level of neglect was astounding. Not once did any staff member approach to ask if we had been attended to or if we needed anything. This complete lack of attention or basic courtesy resulted in an incredibly frustrating experience. The pinnacle of this poor service was the excruciating wait time. It took over 45 minutes just to receive a menu. This is by far the worst service I have encountered in this country to date. In conclusion, while the beach views may be appealing, they are not worth enduring such a subpar and unprofessional level of service. I would strongly advise potential customers to seek out other options for their beachside dining or drinking experiences. I don't not feel like positing any pictures except the ocean view.

Service is the worst. Multiple tables had issues with their orders as well as drinks staying empty for 10+ minutes at a time. Waiter checked on the table maybe once every 15-20 mins. Will never go here again.

Best meal and view while visiting Madeira Beach for 5 days. The blackened grouper oh my goodness! Our sever was absolutely amazing. We watched dolphins swim by while we ate a great meal while enjoying the cool ocean breeze. Perfect last dinner while on vacation.

Having dined at other Caddy’s locations, I felt as though I walked in with reasonable expectations. However, so much went wrong this time. After paying to park chaffed us, it then took 25 minutes for our order to be taken. Then another 40 minutes for our food. Our drinks went dry and stayed dry. It was very difficult to get our waiter’s attention. The heat index was 102, so we were very thirsty. I wanted my side to be vegetables instead of kettle chips, and was told it was a $1 up charge. Even though they are the same price as kettle chips on the sides menu? Strange. Anyway, when the food finally came, the vegetables were microwaved with zero seasoning- not even salt. I sent them back and asked for the chips instead. No one was impressed with the food, aside from the fried grouper. After leaving, I learned that Caddy’s marked my reservation as a “no show” on Open Table, so I had to dispute it. Anyway, we won’t be back, and hopefully other people have a better experience than us.

4th of July weekend. Tried for a seat at the upstairs bar. Unfortunately, 2 children were allowed to take our seats. Only drinking water. Sorry Caddy’s you missed opportunity of having those seats taken by guests who were willing to pay for food and drinks, probably $100+. But you allowed TWO non paying CHILDREN to take the seats at a bar for paying adults. Always had a good experience and were loyal customers until THIS. Sorry Caddy’s, you lost local patrons.

My to go order took an hour. I think it was sitting because fries were cold and meat wasn’t cooked thoroughly. I should have asked for a refund

They charge their customers to park in their parking lot, $3 per hour. Or their valet will park you for $5. Portions were small, prices were high. The salmon was fresh and hot, but a bit overcooked. The rice was cold, dry and clumpy. The inside isn't air conditioned. They open the doors and windows and depend on a passing breeze. The only thing impressive was the view of the Gulf of Mexico. Wasn't worth the cost.

Ya gotta love Caddy's! The food is consistent 😋 and our server, Skylar, was da bomb,,, wish she was always avaliable when we come in. She is friendly, professional and represents Caddy's well. I'm a local and because of the service and the food I frequent Caddy's often. BTW, this visit I brought a buddy of mine with me who had not been to Caddy's on Mederia beach before...

Entrees were subpar. Appetizers were ok. Server wasn’t very friendly & she had limited knowledge of gluten free options. The valet was the nicest person we met all night. We were sat where one of us was right in the walkway. Nothing like people pumping you walking by while you eat.

Have been to a few locations, this one is on stilts with a great ocean-front view. We were seated inside, which was fine, still had a nice view. Food was okay, not great across the board. Service - from all staff - was friendly and welcoming, and looked after us. Would definitely go again, so take that for what it's worth. Parking - either on site (free), or across the road which is a pay lot (but will give you a $5 credit at the restaurant which is fair).

Lots of fun ....nice summer drinks and nice bar menu....so sphere is right on the beach with awesome views!!

Not only was the experience and food great, but that view was gorgeous! And as the sun went down the lights got warmer indoors, creating this cozy & comfortable environment. Absolutely loved the time here. Also, If you’re a huge crab cake fan like myself … you HAVE to try them.. and tell me it’s not the one of the best if not the best you’ve ever had! Will be back again!

Wonderful atmosphere, beautiful location. Options for both upstairs with a view and downstairs bar basically in the sand. The food is... It's okay. Nothing super special, but certainly not bad! Enjoyable experience overall. Every time.

It’s hard to find a place with servers that have a personality and she had the best personality ever. Maria is doll, so funny and relatable. We love her!
