My favorite boudin place of all time! I've been eating their boudin since they first opened on Berard Street in the late 90's/early 2000's. Also, Mr. Charlie is a great guy.

I come for the boudin and for Charlie t's seasoning mix. According to the employee that I talked to, they do not put organ meats in their boudin so it's a bit non-traditional. She said they use ground sirloin. I prefer to have a bit of liver in my boudin but Charlie t's is still very good because it's the best season boudin i have had. It's worth coming here for the seasoning mix alone. It's the best. The only other thing I ever get here is fried liver and fried gizzards which are both pretty good. I can't speak to the other food as I've never tried it.

The address changed and so did the business. Very sad 😥. The food is what made up Charlie Ts , nothing taste like Timmy or Mr Charlie's cooking anymore .

Tried BBQ Sunday. The brisket they served never came close to a smoker/grill/pit! It was presliced swimming in a vat of brown water. I'm sure it was simply baked in an oven. BBQ joints slice brisket as ordered. They don't have slices swimming in a pool. No BBQ flavor at all. Potato salad looked like lumpy grits. Baked beans were simply Van Camps beans with BBQ sauce. Worst excuse for a BBQ lunch I've ever had.

Last week when we were in Louisiana and went to Charlie T's the crackling I purchased ($25.68) was over cooked (almost burnt). I could not return because we bought the bag on our way flying back to Florida. We always visit Charlie T's had great food no matter what we bought...their frozen stuffed chickens, boudin (reg/seafood), seasoned meats. But this time I was sadly disappointed.

As others have written, I too have grown up with Charlie T's during my summer visits to Louisiana... what sets them apart is the quality and consistency of their food especially the boudain... THEY DO NOT SKIMP ON THE MEAT IN THEIR BOUDAIN!! As a child I cannot tell how many so called boudain sellers would make my mom upset because there would be nothing but rice with little to no seasoning, and very little meat and she would show me the difference between good quality boudain versus somebody just trying to make a buck...all I can say is try them for yourself...you won't be disappointed.

The BEST Boudin!!! We had them all...Smoked Chicken, smoked pork, and original....and the boudin egg rolls were delicious...we are from AZ and have ordered from other places online but came here at the recommendation of locals and it was INCREDIBLE! I highly recommend it...And will most likely pay the shipping to get their boudin to AZ...the Ladies there are super friendly as well!

The Cracklins, stuffed pork chops and chicken jalapeño sausage were all wonderful. It’s worth the drive to Breaux Bridge. We will definitely be back. Prices are reasonable and staff is extremely courteous.

I grew up near Charlie T's as a kid, and it has forever been a staple in my family and culinary ventures. Such a great place.. as well as the people behind it. Can't get enough.

I LOVE Charlie T's! Every year I drive from Ohio to Lafayette for Festivals Acadiens et Creoles. On the way home, I bring my cooler to Charlie T's and load up enough boudin, andouille, smoked sausage, and tasso to last me to next year's Festival. Delicious food, wonderful staff.

Hidden little secret restaurant packed with flavor and Cajun nummies! You can't go wrong with their daily specials of just home style bayou cooking! This is a must stop and gorge your belly. I'll be back 4 sure 👍 Egg rolls with crayfish and the shrimp is large and fresh. Gizzards deep fried as well. Bring a cooler and take home some of the fresh sausage and fixes for your own creole cooking at home!

First time I had smoked Boudin. Well worth it!

While traveling through the area, our RV campground host recommended Charlie T's Specialty Meats in Breaux Bridge as the best place to get boudin, cracklins and other local specialties. Well, he was right! We had the especially tasty bbq wings/drummets... their homemade sauce is delicious! A little sweet with just the right amount of spicey. We even ordered some to go for future dinners! Their food is made fresh every day and everything we tried was delicious. Extra kudos to the owners for being so kind and welcoming to us!

I was visiting the area on business and ask a local, what is the best place to get Boudin, the answer was Charlie T's. They had several types of egg rolls and boudin balls, all were very tasty and the staff was very helpful and patient.

One of a small handful of places on my list of places to get exceptional boudin. Regular and seafood are my favorites. They also have whole deboned chickens stuffed with various wonderful things. They are delicious and make great gifts for the foodies in your life. They taste amazing and leave you wondering how in the world one goes about deboning a whole intact chicken.

Charlie T's has the best boudin I've ever tried, hands down! The prices on everything in the store were reasonable, and Mr. Charlie and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful to us!
