The minute I reached out to them they were responsive. I met with Cassie at my house and we discussed all the details, which she kept quickly taking notes on her cell phone and I thought, she's never going to get this right. Sure enough when she sent me the written proposal everything we discussed was noted. Unbelievable. Any changes that I made to the menu or adding rental tables, chairs, etc. were taken care of immediately. The day of the event I was blown over. Evan was the head of the team, she walked in and told me to get ready and she would handle all, and she did. Kyle was carving the beautiful and delicious beef, Zach was setting up the bar, and all fell into place. Mary arrived to help the staff with the serving process. Appetizers were passed, food table was beautiful and the food was amazing. When they left my home it was like nothing ever happened. Everything was picked up and clean. I can't say enough about Chef Garden. Use them for your next event and I assure you you will not be disappointed.

The Chef's Garden just catered our wedding in Saint Augustine and we heard nothing but AMAZING things from our guests about the food and service. We already knew it was going to taste incredible, but all the compliments we got on the food made us feel so good and thankful we chose the best vendors. My husband and I also felt so taken care of by the staff, who played a huge part in making it a perfect day- and never left us without a snack or drink in our hands :) 10/10 when it comes to taste, menu options, professionalism, attention to detail, and service. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a top tier team at their wedding!

Chef's Garden recently catered our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration. Having attended previous events they catered we knew the presentation and the quality of the fare would be excellent, and we were not disappointed! Our event was my first time working with the Chef's Garden staff. Working with Cassie and Iliana was a joy and kudos to their amazing serving staff who were professional and personable. We wanted for nothing and we will happily recommend Chef's Garden to anyone in need of a superior caterer. A great experience.

We use Chef’s Garden for our wedding, and what a spectacular experience it was! The team was super responsive to all of our needs throughout the planning process, and I was truly blown away by the final result at our wedding. They most definitely went above and beyond our expectations by matching our theme to-a-t. The food was also exceptional, and I heard from many people that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had! We enjoyed it so much that when my husband and I were finally back at home and cooked our first meal together, it was a chicken piccata dish that chef’s garden had on our wedding menu!

Holy wow; their food and service are AMAZING! My husband and I are both foodies so the caterer was one of our top priorities. We wanted to find literally all of our favorite foods in one place and we definitely found it with Chef’s Garden! Elizabeth was an absolute joy to work with. She called us at 8pm one night because we were both experiencing very hectic work schedules at the time (we didn’t ask for a late night call as we always try and respect people’s office hours) and she even emailed us the initial invoice that night! We were SHOCKED! We chose to do stations and she even combined a few of them to make it cheaper for us. We had a salad bar, prime rib and asparagus, Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes bar, and a pasta bar with chicken. I’ll be honest, we didn’t go in with crazy expectations, as normally large catering food is only generally so good but once we had our tasting, we were completely blown away. My husband normally hates broccoli but during the tasting he couldn’t put it down. The tasting was so sweet; they made us a personalized tasting menu (which we saved as a keepsake) and welcome sign. They were very detail oriented (even down to asking if we wanted to add more or less garlic to things). I’m writing this almost three weeks after my wedding and I still have guests calling me to talk about the food! Almost all of the 110 guests stopped us at the wedding to say it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had! We are seriously still craving the prime rib and Mac and cheese. Everything they served was amazing! They were also great to work with for our guests with allergies. Could not recommend them enough!

We used Chef's Garden for our wedding and were very pleased! Numerous guests came up to us complimenting the food as well! We were able to do a tasting before booking, which was a big help deciding on food choices. The staff was so great on the day of our wedding and was great to communicate with throughout the process as well when we had requests. Would definitely recommend using them!

My son and his fiance booked catering services at chefs garden for their wedding in February of 2025 . My son was unfortunately the victim of infidelity and the wedding had to be cancelled. Heartbroken he called the Chefs garden as he had given them a deposit of $2600 and the wedding is NINE months away. I understand contracts are put in place to protect companies from cancellations as that ties up their ability to book another event But this is 9 months away . The kid already has the trauma of the breakup and they weren't even willing to try to rebook the date so he could get any kind of reimbursement! Piss poor business ethic and horrible people in my opinion . No food is worth working with a company with such a lack of compassion or standards . There are great other caterers that work with wonderful venues. Stay away with your children's events.

The food at Chef's Garden is amazing! All of our guests were raving about the food regardless of what they got (the fish, chicken or steak). They were also awesome at helping us brainstorm ideas. We brought up that we would love to have a late night snack available for our guests so they had something to munch on that was hearty while the bar was still open. Elizabeth came up with an amazing late night snack bar with pretzels with cheese and popcorn so that our guests could have something to munch on throughout the evening after dinner. Our guests loved it! One of our guests even made a video about how excited he was for the late night snack bar. The team is incredibly responsive with any questions that you have. The servers were so kind and helpful at the event. The tasting before the wedding was really well done and showcased the presentation of the food as well as having the opportunity to taste the food. We could not have asked for a better team of people to work with to make sure we had the best quality food and service for our guests.

Chefs Garden catering was a perfect addition to our wedding day at Clay Theatre! From the very beginning stages, they helped us fit options into our budget and curate a wonderful menu that our guests are still talking about! We opted to go with a less traditional dinner option (Steak Frites) and everything was PERFECT! Cannot recommended them enough. We also used them for our bar package. Everyone stayed buzzed all night and I heard multiple times that the Old Fashioned and Margarita were some of the best our guests ever had. They even used our personalized ice cubes and wafers in our drinks. Thank you to Cassie and the wonderful team for making our catering seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a more kind and attentive team on our special day.

We chose Chef's Garden to cater my daughter's wedding reception for 140 people. It was the right choice! Our favorite items were the Tangy Asian Meatballs, Shrimp and Goat Cheese Grits, and Oven Roasted Vegetables. Cassie was very helpful in planning and accommodated our special requests. I had a life-long southerner say those were the best grits she had ever eaten! Ashley was spectacular as the site manager. The space was challenging to navigate, but Ashley and her team did an outstanding job. My only disappointment was that one of the bartenders didn't realize that Champagne could be pink. When I requested champagne, she poured Prosecco instead of the rose Champagne. That minor item does not change my recommendation. I would highly recommend Chef's Garden for their delicious food and professional staff.

My wife and I catered our wedding through chefs garden and they nailed it! We did bacon wrapped scallops, a caprese skewer and the Cuban sandwich sliders. All phenomenal. The entree was a duo chicken and steak, both good the steak being the star. We were super impressed!

Chef's Garden was one of our many amazing vendors for our wedding in Jacksonville and they are truly top tier. They were great to work with, timely in response, and communicated clearly and effectively that made our wedding planning process so much smoother. Our wedding guests couldn't stop raving about how good the food was that Chef's Garden made and how friendly and organized the bartenders were from them as well. The team worked very hard and all our food was amazing and the service was even better. Not to mention their food tasting was phenomenal and such a fun and relaxing date night for us! You cannot go wrong with Chef’s Garden. They catered our wedding in February 2024, and we were blown away by the food and the staff. All of our guests raved about their meals. We still think about the food and wish they had a restaurant so we could visit over and over. We primarily worked with Cassie. She was professional, was always available to answer our questions, and was flexible with any requests we had. Our wedding was inspired by the movie Fried Green Tomatoes, so we had a southern themed menu. Everything was delicious. A couple of standout appetizers would have to be the pulled pork and deviled eggs. The pulled pork on sweet potato cakes were absolutely amazing and I'm thankful to Cassie for suggesting it. We also asked for custom deviled eggs that they had no issue accommodating and did not disappoint. As for the dinner, we were able to have a family style setting with shrimp and grits, chicken with vegetables, mac and cheese, and collard greens. Everything was amazing. We had tried the chicken at the tasting, so I knew that was going to be delicious and was looking forward. By far the standout was the collard greens; they were the best I've ever had, and everyone was raving about them and all the food. The staff on the wedding day was absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make everything special.

Chef's Garden was an excellent caterer for our wedding! We really enjoyed how quick and resourceful they were in communicating with us about the menu, additional services, staffing, or general inquiries. Elizabeth was a great liaison throughout the whole process. We were also very happy with how organized and thoughtful the tasting dinner was, and we received many (rightfully earned) compliments at how delicious the food turned out on the day of. We'd highly recommend them as a caterer for any event or wedding (and their mini beef wellingtons!)

They were the bartenders as well and everyone raves about their customer service and that it was “the best wedding food they’ve ever had!” They were so easy to work with and really did a perfect job in having our culinary vision come true! If you are looking for an amazing catering company who will fulfill all of our dreams, look no further! Plus their tasting was amazing too!!!! Such a great experience.

We hired Chef's Garden as our catering service for our wedding, needless to say they were absolutely amazing! The service was awesome, and our guests said that the food tasted very good. We served chicken picatta and bourbon glazed salmon. Everyone got their food in a timely manner which allowed them more dancing time!! I would highly recommend them for your wedding or event :)

Chef's Garden was our wedding caterer at the Treasury on the Plaza and we can't say enough kind words! Chef's Garden was the perfect choice for our wedding caterer! We compared quite a few options in the Jacksonville area and are so happy we went with Chef's Garden. The quality of the food and service was absolutely wonderful, and Elizabeth and her team made the entire planning process extremely smooth. You can completely customize your menu, and taste all items in advance. The tasting experience was also lovely - we received custom menus and were able to provide feedback on menu items as needed (e.g. more or less sauce, etc.), which was fantastic. We chose the Bourbon Glazed Salmon and Braised Short Ribs as our mains, and Asian Meatballs, Bruschetta Tarts, Coconut Shrimp as well as Seared Ahi Tuna for our cocktail hour. They catered our reception for 100 guests at Azaleana Manor and even ensured the buffet display even matched our wedding aesthetic, which completely exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredible and was sneaking us hors d'oeuvres in between taking photos whenever possible (eating at your own wedding is tough!). We also decided to splurge on the Bananas Foster Crepe station, which was one of the highlights of our evening. Of course, we also got to enjoy a "to-go box" of our menu for the next day. All in all, we can't recommend them enough!

I was blown away by Chef's Garden from start to finish. They made choosing a menu easy and were flexible as my ideas and guest list changed. The food was delicious, display was gorgeous, but all praise goes to our attendant, Steve, who worked tirelessly to keep food replenished, counters clear, and trash removed. Guests were raving about Steve all evening and even mentioned him the next day. He offered so many little touches that made our elaborate theme party that much more special. Thank you!

Chef's Garden catered an anniversary party for our parents. We cannot compliment them enough. Justin was full of guidance as we planned our event. The food was delicious and well presented. Our parents and guests raved about the food all night. We hired their service team member during the event and our captain, Steve, handled the event perfectly, was so helpful, and very courteous and kind! Chef’s Garden catered my daughter’s wedding at the Lightener Museum in St. Augustine. The dinner was fantastic and beautifully presented. We added a meat carving station that was devine and added a late night snack of mini empanadas that were a huge hit! We would highly recommend Chef’s Garden for any event!

First of all, if you have room in your budget, absolutely get the candied bacon, it is absolutely worth it and some of the most delicious bacon we've ever had. They were a preferred vendor of our venue which made things easier, our contact with CGC was even the assigned person who works weddings at our specific venue. The food was so delicious, we got so many compliments. We had a brunch wedding and they had good options for us, the chicken and waffles were a massive hit, there was barely any leftovers of anything. The owner did our tasting with us and was so nice and genuinely excited to build our menu.

Wow. Just wow! The food that Chef Gardens offers is perfect for their name, “chef” quality! From the passed hors d’oeuvres, to the display station. The different offer endings of garnishments, to the plated meals that felt like a gourmet meal! We offered our guests several selections to chose from, and each. And. Every. One. Was a hit! And don’t get me started on the staff. I, as the bride, never went once without an offer of the appetizers we chose, or never had a dirty empty plate in front of me. Service was quick, efficient; and reliable. And the bartenders, THE BEST IVE EVER MET!!! The most lively, fun group that made our guests enjoy the dance floor, and the drinks even more! Can’t boast enough and Elizabeth, the team leader, handled everything like a champ. A true successful business I would 100% recommend and use again if needed!

Chef's Garden did an amazing job catering our wedding in Amelia Island! They were able to customize a menu for our small group of 26 that ended up being absolutely perfect. We had Chefs Garden cater my husbands 40th birthday and it was AMAZING!! All of our guests raved about the food, the staff was so helpful and friendly and although I didn’t take the best pictures because I was stuffing my face the entire time :) the setup was classy and perfect for our event. I wanted us to be able to enjoy our time with our friends without the worry of cooking/grilling out in the 100 degree heat. It was perfect. My husband and I used Chef's Garden for our wedding of 100 people at The Lightner Museum. I would 10/10 recommend this company to all my friends and family. The food was amazing, Elizabeth was perfect with communicating with us, the servers were perfect. I couldn't think of one semi-negative thing to say about this company! Go ahead and book them, you won't be sorry.

If I could give Chef’s Garden 10 stars I would.... Justin the general manager was very professional and extra patient with all my indecisiveness. With that being said, I ordered the southern soirée package for 15 people, and it came with more than enough food. Lastly, the most important thing my guest left our graduation dinner raving on how delicious the food was (especially the grits) and how they would order from here again!

Elizabeth and the entire CG team was a pleasure to work with. Elizabeth's patience with me and my family while planning out the menu and payment is something I will be forever grateful for. Me and my now husband had a blast at our tasting getting to try the menu and made us even more excited for our big day. GET THE MINI TACOS!!! Almost a month later people are still raving about them lol.

Had them cater our wedding this past Saturday. The food was definitely the star at our event. As I went to greet everyone, all of their plates were scraped clean! This is the reason our venue, the Treasury on the Plaza recommended them so highly. If you are considering them, stop considering, and just pick them. You will not be disappointed! Now, just focus on what you want them to make you! That may be the hardest decision you have to make!

Chefs Garden catered my wedding a couple weeks ago and I still think about the food and received so many compliments about how great everything was! The Mac and Cheese is out of this world. We opted to also have bar service through CG and it was perfect. All of the servers and staff were accommodating and displayed great customer service. We contracted with Elizabeth immediately after the tasting. The food was excellent with a few minor changes. Elizabeth and team were scheduled to cater our daughter's wedding on February 20th. Unfortunately, it was cancelled 5 days prior to the wedding. My husband's birthday was the same weekend so we asked if she would be willing to make the extra 1.5 hour drive to New Smyrna Beach and cater the birthday event. Elizabeth was so accommodating to make the change. The food and service was excellent. Elizabeth made my husbands favorite cake which she was not originally contracted to make a cake. There are no words for how amazing Elizabeth and Chef’s Garden were as our caterer for our 11/13/2020 wedding. We are a Covid wedding couple- originally booked for a huge May wedding that became a small November wedding. We got in touch with Elizabeth only 3 months out from the new date and she was so responsive and worked so hard to give us everything we wanted without ever making us feel like we were on a time crunch. For our tasting, we finally felt like a spoiled Bride and Groom- they laid out an amazing spread, with custom menus with our names, a welcome sign, and a delicious meal. On the wedding day- they went above and beyond any expectations we could have had- everyone was impressed with the taste, the incredible service, and how beautiful our displays were. We feel so grateful and lucky that we found Elizabeth and Chef’s Garden. We will never cater with another company again- we are clients for life!!

We booked a virtual cooking class with Jen & Jamey for our law school summer program and it was PHENOMENAL! All of our participants were mailed fresh ingredients kits (sent all over the country) and Jen personally tracked each package to make sure it arrived on time. All of the ingredients were fresh and high quality. Chef Jamey was so patient while he was teaching our participants via Zoom. The video set up was great and they have truly mastered the art of virtual teaching. A list of all of the tools needed for this class was sent in advance. Our participants had an awesome time making fresh pasta! I would highly highly recommend anyone to book this class for a virtual corporate or personal event. So fun! A unique experience to bring people together from all over the country.
