My co worker introduced me to this lovely place of cookie heaven and I've been hooked every since lol when I can't go make a trip to get some, I send my husband! I'm in love!!!!!!!! The taste, the prices, and the customer service is all a 10 out of 10 will always recommend!!!!!!

I don't know how the cookies are but I called and ordered a cookie delivery/shipping and I never even got an email confirmation of my order. I did not get notice when it shipped nor did I receive notice when it arrived. I paid a lot of money for this basket and at least an acknowledgement and further communication regarding my order would have been appreciated.

Excellent Service! Cookie Bokay saved the day! They went out of their way to deliver a last minute birthday cookie bokay! Cookies were delicious! I highly recommend!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Went for a sympathy bookay for nurse at Dr. Office. Was told it would take 20 mins. Owner starts taking calls forgets to tell the lady to start my order. Jumps up to tell her. She pulls the cookies but doesn't start the assembly. Owner still on calls. When the helper does start she taking her time. So I tell the owner at this point I'm HERE A paying customer that is now running late for my Dr appointment. She continued with phone call. I bet that person didn't spend $1.00. Why not place the call on hold... get my order COMPLETELY STARTED and then resume the call!!!

Soooo goood!! A parent gifted me some cookies during teacher appreciation week and ever since then I’ve been obsessed with these cookies. They are a simple classic (I’ve only had cc and oatmeal) but so good.

This spot never disappoints. Placed an order for a run of cookies to take to my friend in Texas, and he was blown away at how good the cookies were. We happen to find this quaint little cookie shop by accident after school one day and it quickly became one of our FAVORITE places to go for THE MOST DELICIOUS HOMEMADE COOKIES in Jacksonville, Florida. This place rocks!!! Jan is such a kind spirited lady who I would hire for my company any day. Amid of everything going on, I wanted to support local businesses. I ordered a bokay and the recipient had received it within an hour of me calling! Cookie Bokay has been around for over 3 decades and the customer service is the reason why!

I ordered 2 birthday cookie bouquets for my husband and his twin sister. They were delivered to them first thing in the morning. All the cookies are hand delivered with care.

I found out about a friend’s funeral less than 24 hours beforehand, and they were able to not only put together a bouquet for a very good price, it was gorgeous! Thank you!
