Crumbl is hands down a great concept. There cookies are very good. I've had some that were better than others, but if you have not had them, please go now and try them. They have different cookies every week. It's a must try! I keep going back.

Waited for a while but the cookies are good

They are never prepared for the orders that come in later in the evening. Multiple times I’ve tried pick up cookies I’ve ordered online only to get to the store and find out they were ill prepared and would have to wait 30+ minutes…if your going to open til 10 and there is almost always a late night rush then they should know to be better staffed and prepared.

I'm unsure why Crumbl shows you the order before handing it to you but then ignores feedback provided. Tried this location for the 1st time and the strawberry shortcake did not look as advertised. The strawberry jam was barely added on top.

Took 30 minutes just to get my cookies. I was ahead of at least 10 other people who got there cookies b4 me (when I noticed people were receiving there’s b4 mine I went to double check if mine were ready I told her my name and the lady at front did not respond and started working on other orders). A while later when I was the last one she asked my name again and finally made the cookies that I’d been waiting for. Also did a pickup order which I thought would speed up the process. I get being in a rush but she did not even apologize for the wait.

I work for a major airline and fly all the time . Purchased cookies that were tasting funny . Tried to be civilized and return them NOT for refund just exchange because I like Crumble. Rude employee smirked and the other didn't know the Corporate phone number. Just wanted to exchange , no games. Will be contacting corporate. Very unacceptable 😑

I just left Crumbl Cookies on 41 very disappointed. I walked in girls were in the back I asked a question and then proceeded to try and order cookies. I had a hard time ordering on the computers and no one offered me help, I walked out saving twenty dollars.

I love this franchise more than i love fluffy socks. ( i dont love fluffy socks) but i have many inquiries about this specific location. first and foremost, we ordered minis. MINIS. you know how long that took. way too long. over an hour. and order was still wrong! they harshly mispronounced my name and i felt scolded. the cookies made my teeth hurt from the overbearing sweetness. others received order ahead of me when i had ordered before them, i took immense offense to this action. second of all, this pastry is God AWFUL overpriced. take about a profit. the cookies don’t even cost 50 cents to make and im paying $5? for one cookie? im ashamed that my hard earned money was put to such a waste. third of all, menchie’s. oh how i love menchies. i did not heavily mess with this experience at this crumbl location. come on guys. do better?

My experience at this Crumbl location last night was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever encountered. To only have two associates working on a Monday with all of the promotions was a big mistake. I came in for two DoorDash orders and waited over 40 minutes in store for my order but still ended up leaving and having to cancel the orders due to them not having the cookies available after I’ve waited that long. There were at least 15-20 other orders waiting as well. One of the employees began to ask people if they would like to start refunding their orders it got so bad. The communication was terrible but I can’t blame them for being completely stressed and trying to keep their sanity in the midst of the situation. It’s unfair to your staff and your customers to allow this kind of situation to happen. I think your associates deserve better, and they got a lot of insulting remarks from customers because of their lack of ability to do hardly anything. That hour worth of driving and waiting cut into my own income, and it was very disappointing to have to reject two orders. I hope this never happens again.

My clients loved the cookies. I have purchased from several locations for corporate gifts. All were clean and well organized. My only complaint was when I asked for 2 stickers the size of a quarter at one of the stores I was told I would have to pay for it. You would think that after ordering over $100 in cookies and tipping 20% they could afford to part with 2 stickers so I could attach my business cards. Next time I will reconsider my gratuity.

Cookies are WORTH THE wait but each time I have gone there has been no sense of urgency. Yet I still go back lol

I eat Crumbl regularly me and my family! I came around 11:30am on 3/30/2024! I ordered 2 chocolate chip classic cookies! As soon as I got in the car I ate my cookie! It was hard! Not really warm as if I received cookies from the prior day! I have been to Crumbl at 8 am and always have a warm soft cookie! I returned the cookie and requested fresher cookies! I also proceeded to purchase 3 more cookies alongside the two I purchased. She ask me did I let the cookies cool down! No mam I ate the cookies before I drove of the parking lot! She said it would be the same cookies! Grabbed a cookie to show me that the others were soft! I came home to hard cookies! Not soft at all! I have let my cookies from Crumbl sit over night and have them the next day and they are still soft! I am extremely disappointed in this location!

My daughter and I have a weekly tradition to go and get the new cookies. She looks forward to trying the new flavors that come out. The staff is extremely friendly at this location and the cookies are always fresh. We were there today and we look forward to coming back next week for the new cookie drops. Highly recommend Crumbl Cookie and especially the Acworth location!

Update 3/9/24: Have return to this location twice now and all the cookies for the specified week were available. Service was quick and staff was very friendly. Will be continue to come back 😊. ——————————————————- I have come here twice within the last three weeks & I have been told on each occasion that there was an extended wait on cookies. First time I had to wait 25 minutes and today I was told an hour for the cookies & cream cookie. I do not understand how this consistently a problem of not baking enough throughout the day. Very disappointing.

Always tasty cookies. This location doesn’t have great parking but curbside pickup is a good alternative.

I’ve enjoyed many trips with my family to this location. However last night my experience wasn’t good. I ordered and paid for my order waited outside . When I returned I was told the cookies were sold out . Idk what happened but it was horrible for my son who was waiting to enjoy desert.

I like this location a lot because they are really clean. They dispose of their gloves when they should unlike other locations I been to. The cookies are also cooked to perfection. I love they they are so happy to greet everyone when you enter

It's a boutique cookie shop and everything you'd expect from it as much, I reckon. There's no place to eat; it's a pickup-only place. You walk in, and there are two touch screen computers where you place your order. Easy enough. There are workers there, but they are busy making cookies. One of them said hi when I walked in. The cookies are good. Very rcich. They're also very expensive. Not quite $5 a cookie, for a cookie about five inches in diameter, I'd estimate. And then you are asked for a tip before you pay. Not that big a deal, but I'm an old grouch who isn't excited about paying a tip when they're not providing any particular table service or anything. If the workers need a tip, put it in the price instead of nickel-and-diming their customers. My opinion. They box the cookies up nice. Again, it's a boutique shop. They're looking to provide a nice, posh service, with the concomitant charge. As you might guess, it's not my kind of place (I'll go the Kroger next door and pay the same price for a dozen cookies), but this place is hoping, and clearly a lot of people like it. So if a boutique cookie shop sounds like you're kind of thing, it's for you. If it's not, I wouldn't go.

Typical Crumbl experience. Pay at the computer, pickup at the counter. Cookies are delicious. We got a chocolate chip cookie which is always a good choice! We also got wedding cake cookies which are like sugar cookies but with a cream cheese frosting instead of buttercream. And one brownie sundae cookie. Everyone was happy!

These cookies are awesome! Made to order as far as the toppings. Always fresh. Once my order is ready the customer is great. My only issue is the greeting when you enter is lacking at times. Also, a vegan cookie option would be nice for my wife.

Wow! WOW! Wowie ! Did I say wow? WOW! We had the chocolate chip and peanut butter! Just moved here from California and my husband and son brought this back to me last night! It was scrumptious and warm! Definitely going back!! Tasted like my mother-in-law’s (rip) homemade cookies !!! WOW!

Excellent location very clean and the staff is friendly. I like how it is set up inside and you can order your 🍪. They have so many different flavors of cookies each week to choose from. 😋 and they are super delicious and yummy. I will definitely be back to visit this location soon.
