They are amazingly fast and there cookies are amazing!

We tried Crumbl on a recent visit to the area. We ordered a box of 6 cookies/cakes that were available that day. The chocolate chip and the churro flavour cookies were a favourite. Very soft, still warm and tasted great. The rest of the selections did not live up to the expectations. The banana bread was pretty bland and did not hold together well. The signature Beetlejuice cookie was cake and some icing and nothing spectacular. The prices were high for some very generic cookies. Overall we were happy we tried them out.

Those cookies (& snacks) are spectacular, except when I had them delivered. (Delivery cookies were a little drier & harder.)

Delicious cookies! A little pricy. Served warm. Had the chocolate chunk (best), strawberry shortcake (close 2nd), and triple chocolate (still very good). Much better than Courage Cookies in Toronto, and on par if not slightly better than Insomnia Cookies in my humble opinion.

Today I went to Crumbl for two cookies and left scammed. I placed my order at the kiosk and paid, but my name never appeared in the queue. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked an employee about the status of my order, as I was constrained by time. To my dismay, I was informed that my order was not in the system. Despite showing the employee the bank receipt confirming my purchase of two cookies at that very location just 30 minutes earlier, my issue was met with indifference. The employee not only ignored my situation but also neglected to address the situation, leaving me without a refund or the cookies I had paid for. The lack of accountability and communication exhibited by the staff is unacceptable. This visit to Crumbl was not only disappointing but has left me questioning the reliability of their service.

After hearing my girlfriend's son's perseverate over the week's lineup, I decided to go grab them to try. He was right to want these cookies and see why he was excited. The Reese one was spot on as were the others. I love their changing menu and ease of buying. Some weeks are more appealing than others. I am lucky enough to live with my girlfriend who bakes on a level higher than most bakeries. This one is worth checking out. I think the eclectic types of rotations in their cookies bring me back. I do think I'm due but can also ask my sweetheart to make me a whole batch for price of a few at Crumbl.... well done guys!

I have seen it around but never been in. 1st time there today and the cashier was so polite as well as friendly explaining the speciality and the dynamic of these cookies. I got a bit of everything for my kid and she enjoyed it all. I had a cookie chocolate chip less sweet and it was warm and delectable. I also had this triple layered type cake in a cup that was amazing. A total recommendation. But don’t go crazy because you have to watch the carbs and sweet intake. A bit busy but fast service.

Cookies are super soft almost as if they aren't fully cooked. I'm never really excited about the flavors because each time I've tried a new one it leaves something to be desired. My favorite is the pecan pie cookie but they rarely feature it and seem to repeat the same ones over and over with 1 or 2 changes weekly. It's not something I have to have...

Best way to celebrate any holiday!

The first time I came here is when I was in Toronto. Crumbl cookie was very popular in tiktok, so I wanted to try it out! The line was super long that people had to stay outside because the line was MASSIVE. You could order on the iPad inside the store. It's really too overrated. I love the cookie, but you can definitely do it on your own. Very good tho!

Great location. Ordering was easy and quick in and out. They got my name mixed up with someone else the last couple of times I’d been there but they have you check your order before taking them anyway so that wasn’t a huge deal. Their default tip is $3, which can be ridiculous for an order of $5 cookie. Just make sure to check before placing order.

First time at this business. I picked up a 12 pack of cookies for my secretary’s birthday. Crumbl is her favorite cookie place and she always raves how good they are. When I received my order it was wrong. The customer service was horrible. Very rude and accused me of being wrong. She would not fix my order. Will never return. I can only hope that everyone enjoys the cookies.
