I went to the Oakleaf location today around 2:15ish to purchase only 4 cookies for my grandson's birthday. He chose cookies over cake. There was a sign on the door stating there was a corporate issue & crumbl cash can not be accepted. The door was locked, the lights were on inside, & the OPEN sign was on! How pathetic! I don't care for crumbl cookies myself, but my grandsons like them. I ended up going to Publix & purchased an Oreo Carvel ice cream cake & it was delicious!

One week we went and had a horrible experience. We called the store and the corporate office and they rectified it right away. The cookies were amazing the second time around. I highly suggest the waffle cookie. The manager at this location is also very kind.

I’m a loyal customer and love crumbl but today was a very bad experience. Employees are rude and not helpful.I originally tried to place an online delivery order but I was experiencing issues. So I had to repurchase cookies because I wasn’t aware crumbl cash wasn’t working. I was shocked to read the sign on the door when I walked in to buy them AGAIN. they could’ve just said they are not able to use rewards for orders over the phone. Bottom line this location is inconvenient and staff is not friendly.

The banana pudding tastes as if it was made yesterday. There was a small amount of crushed cookies on top. There was no cookies in the actually pudding whatsoever (which is advertised as having a lot of cookies in the actual dessert). There were some brown, cut up pieces of banana as well. Just overall subpar.

The person who served me was very nice and helpful and I felt comfortable while ordering and waiting for my order.

He personally called me to tell me there will be a delay in my order since their power went out, and he personally went to another store to pick up my order for my co worker whose birthday it was and delivered the order himself. He was so nice! I will definitely be ordering again from crumble!

This Crumbl is having electrical issues, and I thought it was fixed around 11:11 PM last night, so I ordered a cookie using my Crumbs for this morning around 8:00-8:30 AM. I don't know why the app let me order a cookie, took my Crumbs, and made me review a cookie I didn't get. My Mom went up to Crumbl and saw that it was closed completely, just when I thought the issue were fixed.

The cookies are always either under baked or tastes as though they forgot to add the flavoring that needed added...The service however is almost always phenomenal!

First off when you come into the store, everybody is extremely busy no one saying hi no one’s happy everyone looks upset. Second when you get your order, they show you your order which is always beautiful. Order was beautiful, but once I bit into my cake and my cookie. It was extremely cold and hard, and I am used to the cookie being made as ordered, therefore having a soft cookie and a soft cake that has been already thawed out.

It is really delicious especially when you want something sweet and affordable and it smells so good when you walk inside and the service is the best everyone is so nice and welcoming there 🥰

I'm a frequent customer and I always get the 4-pack for $14.60. That's $3.65 per cookie, which is reasonably priced given the size of the cookies. Very tasty too! And customer service is great. UPDATE: Went back recently and price went up enough to cause my interest to go down. That alone wouldn't cause me to update my rating. What I didn't like is that they now have a sign requesting a tip on the already kind of high prices. Crumbl should pay their employees enough so that they don't have to rely on tips. I'm sorry, but why should I tip them for handing me my order?

This place is my new favorite cookie place. Worth every penny. Update: I’m going to leave the stars because I’m not going to fault all for one employees bad attitude. I came up here to get 12 minis when BAILEY wrung me up I realized I didn’t have enough cash so I ran back out grab more cash and came back in. She took the persons order that behind me and I was ok with that no big deal. When I got back to do my order BAILEY rang me up for the big cookies so the price was different. I was like no I wanted the minis that price isn’t right well another employee came over to figure out what happen and BAILEY wanted to mumble under her breathe get a attitude that I didn’t tell her that. I called her out because she wanted to act like it was my fault. Then walked away talking about she needed a minute while the place is slammed. The funny part was I wasn’t even mad until she tried to act like it was my fault. BAILEY if you can’t handle customers find another job away from customers.

The service is perfect. The cookie are so yummy and soft. The atmosphere was great. The employees are really hardworking. I definitely recommend.

I was triple charged for an order at this location and the staff was very unhelpful with resolving the issue. All they could say was “Yes, our system is glitching”. If you know your equipment does not work properly, it is probably best to have customers refrain from using it. The manager, Alyssa, is also extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.

I'm a US Navy CHIEF spouse stationed here. A piece of hair was inside one of my cookies, my daughter held the cookie as I pulled it out. I called & asked for the store manager's name, the girl was very rude saying she was the manager that day & hung up on me. I called back & she hung up on me again. I'm a returning customer & I purchase cookies for my babies. Rude, disrespectful & no accountability! Hire new staff!!!! I will be filing a formal complaint... Time & money wasted. My babies are not eating these unsanitary cookies! This is disgusting. Edit: I went to the establishment & both girls acted like they didn't know who hung up on me twice (but Maria told on herself) I'm really upset at this point & they want to insinuate that I put hair in my own cookie. Y’all work at crumbl making pennies, y'all don't (own) Crumbl. I'm Military, what would I benefit from lying about hair being in one of my MANY cookies? See attachments, hair inside the cookie & hair being pulled out of the cookie. GROSS!

I’m a 16 year old African American, and did an interview with Crumbl in my area - it went horribly. The hiring manager was nice, sure; But she never ONCE reached out to me, even after I sent her 2-3 emails. I even called up and the lady on the other line were incredibly disrespectful towards me. The cookies are great, but the lack of response from the hiring manager and the disrespect coming from the lady on the other line of the call were unacceptable.
