Crumbl - Hanover - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Yesterday my 12 year old and friend were so excited to order a 40$ delivery to Cohasset. The order came incorrectly, they weren’t notified of any cookies that were being swapped out, and they weren’t fresh. My daughter calls at 12 years old, and was told by employee at Hanover location, that order was verified by deliverer. I have knowledge that not only were no updates informed to her, but no one that delivered verified anything. She calls herself, and ..They told her she can come in for a free cookie on Saturday… she doesn’t have a license. I called to rectify (only because of the poor service and that she was a pre teen who babysat for the money, and even called to inquire the errors), and no one answered. Their hours say open until 10 pm. Two voicemails left and nothing back. After a call this am, and another VM, I get a call back (see pictures), and door dash was getting blamed. She began sharing that she spoke to my daughter Wednesday, which wasn’t the case and I had to let her know again, it was yesterday after school . She proceeded to state it was Wednesday until I mentioned I have the picture she sent with her friend smiling before she opened it, and pay for her phone . I’m done with this location, and I’ve found it’s gone downhill . I never do this but unfortunately, my daughter and her friends in 02025 have used this for many occasions particularly when it was newer, and have been amazing business generating customers. Sadly, she used $40 she worked for babysitting and was brushed off when she took the initiative to call and politely let them know what happened. When I finally got a reply, just minutes ago, I found them rude, and defiant in their stance. They blamed DOOR DASH. Lastly, I’m done with this overpriced poorly run location. Thanks anyways on the Saturday free Twix cookie! We’ll pass.

Very bad service when you order online the correct order does not arrive nor does they have the responsibility to communicate with you to find out what happened with the order you requested so it is a disappointment

very clean and high tech. the cookies do not disappoint always warm and soft inside.

Online ordering should be less of a wait. Why order in advance if you’re still waiting 20+ minutes in the store. This should be addressed.

It’s 10:45pm and it says you’re open to 11pm. Yet you refused several customers. That’s how business go under.

It was a great visit! I am now obsessed with the cookie dough from the freezer. Love it!

Great service! Employees are very kind. Received my cookies on time and in perfect condition.

Received a delivery (via door dash) for my birthday. The delivery was not sealed on any side. When I received the package, an hour after delivery, all the cookies were crawling with ants. I called the Hanover crumbl immediately to discuss this, and was told it wasn’t their problem and that “corporate” only allows them to use these type of boxes. I said it seemed that a minor adjustment to seal boxes when delivering in heat and they may be outside, and that it was a kind gesture from a friend but a waste of time and money since the cookies were inedible. I asked for a call back from management, and never even got a return phone call. An apology would have gone a long way. Needless to say, we won't ever return to Crumbl.

Crumbl cookie has delicious cookies all week

My son trains with a marine recruiter every Tuesday evening to prepare for bootcamp so every Sunday night he checks the menu on the app because there’s a Crumbl just down the road. It’s going to be a long 13 weeks at boot camp without his almost weekly Crumbl fix! Never disappointed in the cookies or the service!

My first time here w few weeks ago and it was phenomenal ! Staff were so helpful and the cookies looked so delicious i had to get at least 3 of them ! Not sure where I’ve been but I’ll forever support the cookie crumbl bakery !! Even my husband liked them 🙂

My kids enjoy them definitely decadent. I think my issues was the warm and cold cookies collided and for 60 bucks I’d prefer they not, when I got them kind of a mess.

There was no frosting on the cinnamon bun cookies ☹️

We ordered single cookies ( semi chocolate & Oreo ) They are ooey & gooey . I kinda felt it’s little bit expensive . Each cookie is nearly 5$ ( if you take single ) But I believe , if you order more / try for party set it will be less expensive . Ordering was easy !

The man checking me out wasn't in uniform tonight, in a black shirt and beanie. His pants were basically under his butt as I could see his underwear and he was rude to customers when we said our thanks even after messing up our orders. Overall unprofitable.

Too small inside. I ordered cookies here and a group of teenage boys were touching them thinking they were theirs. It wasn’t, so when I walked in the emoloyees tried to lie in my face that they didn’t touch them when I saw them. Cookies are too sweet, undercooked.

The cookies are amazing I love the different ones every week however when I placed an order in the morning two of the. Cookies I bought they said they no longer had when I picked it up that night but never told me in the meantime they did give me two other cookies but I didn’t pick out but the cookies were good

Probably the rudest staff I've encountered in a long time. Went to pick up a pre order and the girl asked my name went to the computer to look then walked out back and proceeded to text on her phone and talk to her coworkers while shooting me nasty looks. The 1 girl who was helpful Charlie was sweeping while the other girls came up w an order for food or drinks for coworkers to get and kept texting all while I'm standing there. Finally Charlie noticed the girl who asked my name was not even helping me. Charlie looked in the comp and said my order was not even there. So that means the other girl was not even gonna tell me and just let me stand there while she texted and socialized. I showed Charlie the receipt and she apologized and made my order all while the other 2 girls went to the store and the other 2 girls played on their phone ignoring me still. The 4 girls seemed like they weren't including Charlie in anything and seemed very clicky when Charlie is the only one doing anything. Those 4 girls would be fired if it was my store and Charlie would get a raise. UNBELIEVABLE. One of the girls had all of the other girls name tags on her hat. Makes me wonder if it was done so you don't know who to complain about. Guess who was the only one wearing her own tag? Yup Charlie. I will never go here again, my wife had a horrible incident here last time we're on of the girls practically threw the box of cookies at her. They need to fire these entitled little snobs.

The new maple flavor this week was unreal definitely one of my new favorites

The cookies were very sweet, we liked a couple of them a lot. Raspberry danish in particular was very good and so was the confetti cake. The others were not authentic tasting and definitely did not live up to the hype. Even though we weren’t blown away, we will probably come back.

First time was a great experience about to go for a second trip

I had to edit my review because the entitlement and ignorance I just received from the staff member that tossed my cookies at me was appalling. I would give a -5 for interaction if I could but the staff making the cookies seemed nice, and one of her coworkers said something to her how rude she was. She went are you Jennifer then tossed the almost $30 cookies I bought without confirming it’s what I ordered.. and said here. And walked away, I heard a young gentleman go what was that!? She replied “$3 tip… not suggested $7 🤷🏼‍♀️” it took everything in my power not to ask for my money back and give back the cookies. I AM never coming back to the Hanover crumbl again after this. Normally pleasant but to be treated that way because she didn’t like my $3 tip!? Nope. Tips are earned and I’m glad I didn’t give the rude girl the suggested $7 tip for 6 cookies..

Tried for the first time and fell in love with it. So unique!

The actual cookies are pretty good. The place was freezing, it was a very cold atmosphere from the actual temperature, to the people working. I felt like I was bothering them just walking in.

Like no other. That’s what I’d say about this cookie place. Decadent cookies Unique taste and texture Altogether, yummmmmm 😁 Little pricey though. But for me who occasionally has cookies, totally worth it.

The Twix cookie is cheaply made.

Cookies are huge, warm, delicious. Quick service. Usually only about 5 cookie flavors to choose from but they pack a punch. 4 cookies about 18 bucks, yeah not cheap.
