Amazing cookies and customer service is great. Atmosphere could be better.

I've never had a bad experience at this store. All the cookies I've tried, I've adored. I tend to be picky about my choices, and I tend towards cookies that I know I will like, and I think that makes a difference.

I ordered 12 cookies for delivery for a birthday. The cookies were perfect in every way and the delivery driver was so nice!! They came exactly when I wanted them and my order was correct. I highly recommend!! The lemon blackberry cookie was insanely good!!!

I have been to Crumble cookie twice now and I can't wait to try the lemon blackberry cookie.

The environment is very stress free and I like the fact that you can see them make the cookies it adds a homeade touch. Everyone is always very nice at the location. The tablets make it acssebile.

Loved the Chocolate Chip! Area is small and serive is busy making orders so no interaction.

I preordered cookies online and paid ahead of time for cookies. Arrived and told they were out of stock of half the order. Was told to come back in 2 hours. Came back and still nothing. They said they couldn’t “hold” cookies for those who order ahead of time. Then what is the point? The staff at the Henrietta location is consistently rude and dismissive of customer concerns. Worst customer service I’ve experienced.

Crumbl in Henrietta catered an event at work last year and the cookies were amazing! I recently decided to go there and pick up 1 cookie for the 1st.time. There were 4 women making cookies, and nobody said a word to me. I stood there a minute waiting to see what I should do and finally I spoke up and asked what I had to do to get 1 cookie. A woman came over and showed me that I had to order on their computer. The option for 1 cookie wasn't even there so thats why I didnt know how to order. The woman ordered the cookie for me and then it didn't go through so I left. Apparently Crumble doesn't believe in human interaction. There were no instructions anywhere and the workers were all miserable. So, my review is best cookies, worst customer service ever!!! Put some ordering instructions up and hire people that can interact with the public! If 1/2 star for service was an option, I would have chosen that!

Love the cookies but it can get a little busy.

My family and I enjoy the variety of cookies available every week. We have yet to have a bad experience and look forward to going back for more.

I first got introduced to Crumbl while traveling. I made sure to snatch up a 3-6 pack whenever I was out of town. So excited when they came to me " area "..... although I don't live near one, I work near a location.....and very grateful that they deliver. I get them dropped off to the front office and it makes me whole day better. What I'm trying to say is these are the best cookies in earth and the staff is always friendly and the store is spotless. ❤️

I loved it the cookies were amazing and a kind young woman helped me abit because I never went to crumbl cookies so she told me how to pay and what press☺️ I would 100% recommend

I got a free cookie for my birthday which I think is amazing marketing. The cookie itself was very good but the frosting was a bit too much for me. I am not a huge sweet eater in general tho, but I did enjoy the cookie itself. The service was fast, just my specific location the workers look miserable and aren’t really nice lol.

These cookies are so FREAKIN good!

While the cookies are delicious, a couple things to note: the mini cookies do not translate and are not worth it—feeling pretty ripped off. What is more of a rip off is paying $1 for a special occasion gift box to just have them slap on a tiny sticker in the corner of the box that’s totally unnoticeable. The location we went to in Henrietta was super unfriendly and a lot of workers standing around having personal conversation while one worker boxed cookies even though the waiting area was full of people waiting.

Absolutely love the cookies. Staff is polite. When it's busy it is a bit of a tight space for so many customers.

Went in there with my mom , we walked in no greeting , we went up there and ordered , then our name was taken off the board and we waited about 20 mints for a 3 pack of minis and and single large one ! She rushed to close the box and the box's had chocolate on them. For waiting that long I would think that the overall the cookie quality would be better. I don't plan on coming back to this location or wouldn't recommend to a friend

Sent my son’s girlfriend to pick up this box of cookies and the strawberry shortcake. The s’mores was a perfect flavor for the week of 4th of July! We cut these in quarters and share among our household of 6. I actually purchased two of the Crumbl cookie cutters for $5 each and keep 1 at home and 1 at work, making them so much easier to cut into 1/4 size shareable pieces. The strawberry shortcake 🍰, my all time favorite dessert…Delish!!! Would definitely order again! Order ahead on the app and wait less at the store all while earning rewards to save on future orders! It’s a win/win!

Not the friendliest workers but they are pretty quick. Cookies of course are hit and miss given the flavor change but that’s the fun 🙂

Every time I come here, the service is great and the workers are so helpful! The original chocolate chip cookie is always top notch!

We have eaten here many times however tonight was an exception. The chicken was overcooked and dry. The service was horrible slow not Friendly They were telling patrons they are out of carrots how when God‘s name do you run out of carrots being a chain restaurant. Won’t be back.

I placed an order through the Crumbl app, for pick up at the Brighton location. It always smells so good when you walk in. The staff greeted me a smile. I was beyond pleased with my order. The presentation as well as the taste, was top tier!

The cookies were absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. They made sure everything was correct and were super friendly. I got my cookies in less than 5 minutes of ordering!

I love their cookies here!! Always such great quality; their cookies they serve look EXACTLY like the photos they advertise!! And…..THEY’RE SUPER QUICK!!! I’m pleasantly surprised each time I visit, it’s less and less of a wait time (unless they’re a bit on the busier side, but even still!). Keep up the great work!! :))

Some cookies are a bit to sweet and are to my liking they don’t taste as good as the picture look but other than that some are really really good

I was so excited when I pulled in the plaza to go to Sephora and noticed there was a Crumbl cookie!! I’ve been to the one in Arizona a few times so was looking forward to try the one in Brighton/Pittsford. Unfortunately, it was less than a desirable experience. To start, I wasn’t even greeted with a hello, nor was I even acknowledged. There were at least 5 employees behind the counter- 2 of them having their own conversation and totally ignoring me, and the other ones actually working! I stood there for about 3-4 minutes until I finally walked out. Sadly, will not be returning to another Crumbl cookie -either in Rochester or Arizona.

Absolutely the best cookies! I love that they change every week. The Galaxy brownie was delicious, I can't wait to taste the others.

The hype is real. Was traveling through the area and decided to stop, we don’t have this back home! Absolutely delicious thick, soft, warm, flavorful cookies! Chocolate chip has always been my favorite- theirs is so good. Prices are high, but it’s worth it for what you get!

My first crumbl experience. Wonderful cookies but I was slightly concerned that the place wasn't the cleanest.. loved the allergy awareness and open list of ingredients. Polished the last one off on the way to the airport as I couldn't bare to waste one !

Cookies taste good, but there is a tiny place to stand while you wait. If there is more than 3 people in there its all cramped and you're stuck against the wall.

The service has gotten better than what it used to be but it's still not where it should be. Same goes for the cookies. The store is a lot cleaner than it used to be also.

This was the dirtiest Crumbl I have ever been to- stuff all over the floor, the glass was dirty- the iPad was covered in goop, our box we were handed with 6 cookies was literally covered on all sides with frosting, raspberry jam, etc. we had to literally wipe the box down on all sides after being handed it. Also horrible customer service. I went and stood at the kiosk because at every other Crumbl the kiosk where the person stands by where the cookies are is NOT self serve- and people just looked at me. After a few mins I asked- can I order cookies? They said oh- you order yourself and never said another word to me. When we were handed our dirty box, I asked for a napkin and he just pointed at it and no apology. I wish I would have taken a pic of the gross box, just wanted to leave. Just gross all around. Won’t return to this store ever.

Service was great. Ordered online, took like 10 minutes to get there and my order was in my hands. Realized on the way back out to the car that I had not got nearly what I needed. So I sat in the car and made another mobile order, walked back in, waited 2 minutes and had my 2nd order. And they were busy. The only reason I didn't give a 5 on the atmosphere was not that it wasn't o.k., but, as I said they were busy and it is a pretty small space. No seating, not that I required it and with 6 to 8 people waiting for orders there was not much room. Very quick service to handing over to the Customers so people moved in and out pretty quick. Not a turnoff from anything else for sure. Will def good back.

Terrible customer service, I went to crumble to purchase six cookies when I went to cash out at their terminal, terminal said decline although my card had more than enough money on it to purchase the cookies, we tried three more times with two different cards and it didn’t Work, the terminal Continue saying Decline , I asked to speak to a manager, and the manager was very rude and nasty regarding Helping us figure out the issue, I spend a lot of money in this location and we also go every Wednesday and now I will never go back to the store because it took 10 minutes to help us figure it out because we are loyal customers to this location , very disappointed.

The cookies from Crumbl are always exceptional, including the one from this order. My experience at this location, however, was absolutely horrendous. I will not be returning to the Henrietta location any time soon. Upon entering the store the employees looked miserable. I mean absolutely miserable to be there. There was no greeting and there was literally zero interaction from staff. I stood there awkwardly waiting for my cookie but no one acknowledged my existence. There must have been technical issues before my name/order wasn't even on the screen. Finally the only employee with a shred of customer service skill approached me and asked what I was waiting for. I showed her my screen and she quickly put together my order. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.

Awful service and awful cleanliness. Waited an hour for our cookies to get our order lost multiple times. Had the manager apologize to us and leave to come back later and ask if we still hadn’t gotten our cookies. We went back another time to give it a second chance and we watched the cookie dough being made in the big mixers. With dozens of flies in the store and them landing in the mixers as they were just going. Too disgusting we left and will not go back.

The cookies are amazing. I would like to suggest a half size cookie, in the shape of a cookie. We give ourselves - including our children - full-sized cookies, because somehow it just doesn't seem as fun to eat a quarter of a cookie, which is the serving size. A half-size would also solve the difficulty of wanting to offer each person his or her choice of cookie, without having to compromise. I would also prefer that the mystery cookie just be listed on the website.

While always busy, order is completed timely and correctly.
