Excellent location, the fish tasted like oil, what we call in my country enchumbado de Aceite, the soup was very delicious, the plate of food was $13, coffee was almost $5, paper was almost $5 too, the cheese was very delicious, attention very basic, it is not careful, they are a little stingy with the napkins, they give them to you like 2 at a time, the decoration is pleasant to the eye, I felt like I was in a restaurant in Caracas Venezuela because the majority of customers are obviously Venezuelans.

I recently dined here with friends and had a great experience. The food was delicious, with standout dishes being the carpaccio and the steaks esp the ribeye. Do note it’s very big and they don’t inform you to take it off the salt stone when you get it. So if you leave it on there, the steak gets overcooked and very very salty. The service was attentive and efficient, making the meal even more enjoyable. A relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The place is very nice, the food is excellent, the service is good but somewhat exaggerated the prices for the dishes put an extra price on everything grilled, they charge separately for the cream and the guasacaca, for the patacones they charge extra for the gratin cheese, the ceviche They charge you separately for the bananas, everything should be included in the price of the dish as a whole since it is expensive, I didn't like that part. It's like if you order a hamburger and they charge you separately for each of the sauce, cheese, etc. and the tip is assigned to you. This is the customer's decision regarding the service they received.

Yesterday, I went to eat lunch with my family and we ordered a starter garnish and a grill of meat, chicken and chorizo. We could see that in both dishes the quantities had been reduced compared to other visits to the restaurant. And the quality of the meat did not meet our expectations, it had a lot of skin, on the other hand the dessert (quesillo) was also reduced. I hope you improve those details. Thank you.

Not gonna lie, the New England palet is 1000x better than what I had here. Ordered a medium NY strip angus, presentation was nice but taste was the opposite. Had a medium and got a rare. Definitely made me miss plaza azteca. Ordered loaded potatoes and I chuckled when I tasted the Kraft cheese, mid at most. Restaurants ok for pics but I’d rather go to long horns or something to the effect.

Our waitress was extremely rude with my husband needs he is diabetic nothing to drink sugar free so we took a package of crystal light that we had and put it on water she starting complaining calling the manager no need for this. We were spending a lot all our plates were steaks our meats were the wrong temperature needless to say non of this was necessary. Be attentive to u clients if want them to come back 😞

My wife our friend and I came for the first time here , after some recommendations that we found on social media , and ,the experience ,from the beginning was amazing , we had the Venezuelan tequeños ,and the Venezuelan parrilla with cachapas and tostones , our friends wanted to try Venezuelan food for the very first time and they were delighted with the authentic flavors and the customer care that this place offered us, the place is clean , the environment is warm , you definitely will feel at home , by the other hand , we had the honor to met Andrea our waitress and she made an incredible job, from the beginning, she gave us the very best of her , and beyond , she was so helpful, accurate, experienced and professional and at the same time friendly , we appreciate the great customer service , and how they took care of us , definitely we will come back

Arianna was my server and she did a fantastic job helping me navigate the menu. She was also super sweet and quick. The sauce that went on my steak was absolutely amazing. Could drink it from a bottle. The restaurant itself is quite beautiful and lively because it's busy, which is expected since it's good. But I think there were some birthdays or celebrations because the employees came out with a cow bell 3 times and made a lot of noise. Didn't ruin the meal, but was off putting.

I have gone several times to eat but this time I only wanted to place an order for pick up but the girl who was at the bar must learn how to treat the customer, too rude and disrespectful, doing everything the wrong way, if she doesn't like You like your job or you had a bad day, that's not the client's fault, I work for costumer service and I can understand the challenges of everyday life but nothing justifies such a bad attitude, learn to be professional!!

I congratulate the restaurant for its good service, the staff is really very friendly and helpful. As for the food, I can give it 4 stars, although I would like to see a little more variety on the menu. The atmosphere is pleasant, however, on Fridays and Saturdays the space is a bit limited, which can be uncomfortable. Also, one thing I don't like is that they don't take reservations, which makes it difficult to plan visits on those busy days. I've also noticed that the prices are a little high, although during the week they have great prices for lunch. Great food however with awful business practice and service it no longer matters. Our server Jose catered to the tables who didn't have kids. He checked on us ONE time in an hour. We didn't have refills nor a chance to explain that my wife's steak did have tough pieces. We told them it was our wife's birthday and they brought out cake and then CHARGED us for it. I talked to the manager on the way out and he didn't care and said they charge for the performance (quick happy birthday song) You need to disclose this first! Horrid business practice. I emailed the Facebook page and called the main number 4 days ago. No response. It's too bad because the food was amazing.

Excellent Venezuela Steakhouse. It really reminded me of home. I wanted to try Espetadas so badly, and they were delicious. Soft, buttery, salty, everything u want. The place is nice and crispy. Amazing, cordial service. Stefany was awesome! We really had a good time.
