Angle needs fired immediately especially after reading the other bad reviews about this employee. He refused to make an item on a mobile order because hes “never seen it” when we had it two nights prior. He told us they have the items to make it which was peanut brittle and a Vanilla Coke but refused to make it and said call the number. First off there’s no number to call except for the store so no way to get a refund.

First I would like to start off that the "MANAGER" by the name of ANGEL MARTINEZ needs to be immediately terminated due to the fact that he was more worried about charging for a .33¢ paper cup than providing great CUSTOMER SERVICE. The situation escalated for no reason at all. My niece of 3 YEARS OLD wanted her ice cream cone in a small Dairy Queen cup and was extremely rude handling the situation as a MANAGER. Not only was he rude but made the cashier employee extremely bad for giving a 3 YEAR OLD a paper cup... a MANAGER should resolve and DEESCALATE a situation like this by providing the best solution to the problem, which in my opinion was to just simply let a 3 YEAR OLD have the cup and Keep a smile on her face.

Today my family and I unfortunately came to this Dairy Queen. We made an order, we paid almost $100, the friendly cashier (that was his first week did amazing and QUIT after his MANAGER, Angel Martinez treated him and us EXTREMELY RUDE) To start, we asked the cashier for an empty little cup for my niece’s ice cream (she’s 3 years old) which he said that it was fine and put it on the order. When they gave us her ice cream we asked for the little blue empty cup, THE MANAGER (Angel Martinez) gave us a clear cup with a bad attitude, my sister asked him nicely if he can please change it for a blue one (that she ordered in the beginning) because her daughter was crying for it, the ‘“MANAGER” said NO, that we needed to pay for it and make the line AGAIN to pay 15 cents. Really???? While a baby was crying for an empty little cup?? After almost $100 spent??? I told him “really? For an empty cup? She’s crying! “he literally ignored me and turned around. We made the line, and the friendly cashier gave us the empty cup for free with no problem, it is just an EMPTY SMALL CUP. After that we were there waiting for more ice cream to come, I told the manager ( that I didn’t know he was the manager until he screamed it at me) “you see? He didn’t even charge us for that it’s just an empty cup” He literally told me “IM THE MANAGER” and immediately removed his headset and screamed at the cashier “BRO WHAT ARE YOU DOING? YOU NEED TO CHARGE THEM FOR IT, IT IS YOUR JOB, THAT’S PART OF YOUR JOB” after being so rude with his employee as well in front of all the customers too, he came at me and told me in SPANISH that the cup was 34 cents, ( I NEVER spoke to him in Spanish, which I told him and he said he heard me speak Spanish to MY HUSBAND so he spoke to me in Spanish) I gave him $2 dollars for the cup anyway, and explained him IN ENGLISH that if he’s a manager he needs to know how to handle a situation like that. If you are making a big deal and fighting with your customers and employees for a 34 cent empty cup for a baby (yes, he first said 15 cents and then changed it for 34.) You’re doing a horrible job as a manager. He didn’t care, never apologized for nothing and kept on with the attitude. After all of that mess happening even the cashier that attended us QUIT 5 minutes later. The MANAGER was that focused fighting for a cup than giving us the order correctly, it was INCOMPLETE !!! We paid for food and were missing items in our order. Corporate needs to fired this individual immediately & replace with a better manager that knows how to be a MANAGER.

Went to the drive threw ordered ice cream chic nuggets and a pretzel. No queso cheese, Went back through the drive threw told them I didn't receive any queso. Told me it's in the bag. No it's not!!! Wanted to charge me more for it. I never got it. Pretty much tells me I'm a lier and still wants to charge me more. I didn't receive the dip and didn't like him telling me I had it already. Not so much mad about the dip as much as his response. I have better things to do than try and rip off DQ for a freaking dip. RUDE Customer Service . Give them what they pay for. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Called to Cancel my online order and was asked to call back as there was not a manager available. Called back after about 10-15 minutes and the same girl answered. When I said I needed to cancel a mobile order she called some one over and told them "will you talk to this lady" When I stated again that I needed to cancel my mobile order me he said "yeah, I don't know how to do that". I had to call the main customer service number and they helped in less than 2 minutes.

Just stopped in for an ice cream. The staff was extra friendly. I ended up with a simple cheeseburger combo. Man, that burger was delicious. Fries were on point too. Granted it wasn't that busy inside, but the drive through was full. Our food was up fast, so I thought "ok" cold burger, but Nope. We got a couple peanut buster parfaits. There were only 3 people on staff, but they kept it moving. This crew was impressive . Busy, but extremely friendly. I haven't been to DQ in a while. After this, I am definitely stopping again soon. Dinner time at Dairy Queen--yes please!

So today at 2:20pm October 4, 2023 I ordered a small blizzard and two large sweet tea’s. I was going to surprise my daughter before work. We took one sip and they tasted spoiled and bitter, almost like motor oil. We called to request a refund on the tea’s and brought them back and the assistant manager absolutely refused a refund. I have been disappointed at the quality of food this place is selling. Ice cream is good, but everything else is trash. There is no excuse to be treated so poorly by a reputable establishment. Dairy Queen you should be ashamed of yourself. I will be tagging DQ on social media concerning this incident. I have also left a message with corporate office. Please people go somewhere else that treats their customers with respect!!!

My recent visit to Dairy Queen in Lynn Haven, Florida was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish. The first thing that caught my attention was the dark, greasy onion rings that were served to me. They looked unappetizing and tasted even worse – hard and vastly overcooked. It was apparent that the quality control at this particular Dairy Queen was severely lacking. To make matters worse, the staff had mistaken me for a DoorDasher. Instead of providing the proper attention and service, they treated me with utter disregard. The poor treatment I experienced left a sour taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. It's a shame that such an iconic brand like Dairy Queen would allow such subpar service and mistreatment of their customers. I strongly advise avoiding this particular location in Lynn Haven, Florida, as it fails to uphold the reputation and standard expected from Dairy Queen.

Employees that were working are extremely rude. There was only 1 exceptionally nice lady working other than that the people in the back offered horrible service. Highly do not recommend coming here as the wait time is extremely long both inside and in the drive thru. Ordered large fries got absolutely none, asked for honey mustard when ordering and received none. When we went inside 2 seconds later to get them they only argued and told us we needed to pay when they had already charged us the first time. Absolutely horrible experience.

Tonight I ordered a blizzard on door dash. I tried to add M&m to my blizzard but the app wasn’t cooperating so I called Dairy Queen twice, no answer. I then asked my dasher if they wouldn’t mind telling Dairy Queen about my add on which I would’ve gladly paid extra for. The assistant manager Jordan refused to add the M&m due to the extra cost and sent my dasher away with my unsatisfactory order. I don’t usually write reviews, and I know it is just M&ms but it’s frustrating that the assistant management showed zero effort in satisfying a customer.

Couldn’t get blueberry cheesecake. Couldn’t get anything with Reese cups. Could get anything with Oreo. At least put a sign up to tell people what you’re out of. Incredibly disorganized staff. Beware of going here. Update….tried it again and the service was atrocious. Couldn’t talk at the table for all the employees yelling at each other and the machines beeping and carrying on. Food sat in the window for at least 10 mins and we had to ASK if it was our food sitting there. Straight chaos in the kitchen and drive thru. Done coming back for a LONG time.

This is by far the dirtiest DQ I have ever been in..we walked in. Several girls saw us..no recognition at all..we waited several minutes until a girl came to take our order. 2 small soft serve cones. I almost fell on the greasy floor in front of the counter .we actually saw several people have to catch themselves before they fell..the tables were nasty with no wipe downs on any of them..there is NO WAY I would ever order food here. If the front of the house is nasty the the kitchen must really be something else..there are other places to go get an ice cream and this place will be last on my list..take note owner and manager.

$12.50 for a medium blizzard and a banana split. The banana split is 1/3 the size it used to be (1/2 a banana now) and the medium blizzard is a little bigger than the small used to be. *Editing my original 3 star down to 1 after having visited here again.* On my recent visit I pulled into the drive thru at 8pm on a Saturday night(a rather busy time given the number of cars in the parking lot and also in the drive through line). For some reason when the truck directly in front of me got to the call box the store simply stopped greeting and taking orders. No “please wait,” or “sorry we’re very busy inside.” Just utter silence. Out of morbid curiosity I decided to wait and see how long this would take, and after approximately 18 minutes of waiting someone finally appeared on the call box and requested an order from the driver of the truck. There was no apology for the wait. Just “can I take your order?” As if nothing of consequence had just occurred. Thankfully I had just enough room to get out of the line(there’s a median separating the drive thru like and exiting traffic that can trap you as you approach the call box), and that is exactly what I did once this saga had finally come to a conclusion. Maybe if your plan is to park and go inside for awhile it can be acceptable. Someone in line behind us did this while we waited, and they later emerged with a bag of food, but it took them awhile to leave as the line for the drive through had to make a gap for them to be able to get out of their parking space. Whenever I have my dogs in the vehicle I’m quite hesitant to park and go inside since they get anxious, so this option wasn’t available to me. I’m pretty sure it would be faster to drive to and from the Callaway Dairy Queen for your order than it would be to wait in the line at this one. Haven’t tested it yet, but might just for the sake of science.

I work in food myself. I understand that online orders do turn off at some point at night. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I placed an order on 12/2/2022 at 10:20pm. We went in to the drive through and said “we are here for ____ order” the lady was rude about it and said the there was no order. I did get a bit upset but ignored it because today was long she was probably tired like me. We ended up ordering something extra because the pick up time was at 10:43. We waited until then , went back through and she said the same thing. Our Mobil order was ordered at the correct place and we checked the time and date to make sure we didn’t mess anything up. $26 dollars in down the drain. We didn’t even attempt to go to the window after the second run through because we were also tired. I already felt bad going in 30 before closing but hey sometimes people didn’t feel the same for us. Im not mad about the interaction im made that money was spent on food and I didn’t even receive it. I don’t know who was working but I hope her day gets better she gets some rest. Idk what dq does to upset there employees to this point but do better.

Decided to give this place another chance. There was one couple and and group of four with 2 kids. Waited 25 minutes for food at table. They screwed up every order for the 3 groups of people inside. And the new menu sucks, wanted to get a single cheeseburger with everything (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc) but they dont have one on the menu. Only doubles or tripled but no singles. Sorry but I don't need all the extra calories. As I said before, NEVER AGAIN! From 9 months ago: Very slow service after ordering.

UPDATE: I went back for the first time in a couple of years and its even worse than I remember. Service is horrible and store isnt very clean. If it wasnt dor Americas addiction to ice cream, this place should be closed. ORIGINAL POST: I thought this one would be better than the one in Callaway. I was wrong. Whoever owns the franchise in Bay County needs to look at their training program. The staff do not seem like they are trained to properly keep the store pushing out food at an efficient rate.

The staff is nice, but this is what I was given when I ordered a medium. This is the second time it happened. I decided to speak up. The kid at the window said that’s how they’re told to fill them because they’re on a budget. He was a sweet kid, but we won’t be going back. Why did I pay for something I didn’t receive?

Love the Caramel Fudge Cheesecake Blizzard!! Hands down it's AWESOME also the Royal Cheesecake Blizzard with strawberry filling in the middle is AWESOME too. They have these summer slushies too that are really good, I had the Poolside Punch & Pink Punch...OMG they were the perfect choice for a HOT 🥵 day.. I got a small Poolside Punch and after I started drinking it I was wishing I had gotten a large🤣🤪 but it worked out cause I ended up buying another small slushie this time the Pink Punch.

Went to the lynnhaven location, when I walked in I was greeted by the front counter worker. Gave her my order and was waiting on it. While waiting I noticed the lobby and tables were dirty. There was one worker not sure if a manager or just worker who gave out free food and drinks to a few friends/family, not sure. The sweet little front counter worker was getting ice for the soda machine. Most other workers were just standing around not helping when nothing was going on while I was there.

Surprised at how fresh, hot and tasty the food was. Haven't been there for awhile. Even ordered a Banana Split for the memories. Only downfall is the price. Not sure it's worth it for the food. Ice cream, Maybe.

If you want a good pizza, go see Thomas at the Pizza Hut in Lynn Haven!!! The Tavern Crust is out of bounds!!! I ordered a Veggie pizza with pepperoni; it was delicious 😋 🍕

Cashier was really nice but the kitchen was really slow..took about 10 minutes after ordering to get my food and the burgers were less than stellar... don't think I'll eat here again...
