Drive thru service was at the worst that I’ve seen. Girl kept yelling at the drive thru, get to the window to pay and get my order. My hash browns were very crispy and hard. Did not receive any silverware nor napkins. Hash browns were in the bottom of my bag as if they were thrown in there

I experienced a very positive moment today at Hardee's. Evidently, a car left the drive through without all of foodstuffs. A young worker behind the counter grabbed the bag off food & ran a distance trying to catch the customer. The customers in the front eating area seen this act of dedication.

This place was horrible for a long, long time. They close early in the day and for good reason. The eggs were just terrible. You were not even sure it was an egg. Mostly pieces. Gross, dried edges and just nasty eggs. I questioned the eggs every time we went so we stopped going. Then 2 weeks ago. July 5th, my neighbor told me the manager was now cooking the food and the eggs were way better. So we tried them again. It has been real good the last two times in. If that manager keeps cooking we will be back all the time. The eggs on sausage egg biscuits has totally changed. Its about time!!!!!

The staff was rude, air conditioner was not working, cashier J. nearly threw my food at me. Then I never got a receipt. It was like 50 receipts laying on the table. Store number1505402

Had to come and try the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. Had to wait a few minutes as everything was being made to order, which I was fine with. I really like spicy food, so I was hoping the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich would be. Unfortunately, it didn't have as much spice as I would like. There have been other things I've tried like ghost pepper wings, which didn't carry the heat they should have. Otherwise, it was good. Hardee's has my favorite burgers, other than Guy's Burgers on Carnival Cruise lines. *Update. Hardee's used to be my go to spot for fast food hamburgers. Now, the star, is no longer the star. The burger patty is about half the size it was before. Also, it seems as if the broiler time hasn't been properly adjusted (dry) for the reduced size of the patty. The red onions have been swapped for white onions. What was once an amazing burger, has now become a mediocre burger. The price has been significantly increased as well. Inflation I understand, but reducing the quality of your burger, I don't. If you're listening Hardee's (Carl's Jr), you need to redeem yourself. There wasn't a good reason to reduce the quality in favor of profit. People will pay for quality. I don't believe I will ever visit another Hardee's (Carl's Jr) again. ✌️

Staff courteous Food great Restaurant DID NOT HAVE A/C!! Hasn't been working for weeks according to staff. Shameful in these conditions.

I’ve eaten at almost every Hardee’s in my town, and this (store 1505677) is the highest functioning, cleanest, most efficient one! They must have an excellent manager! Very clean, very quick and very professional, and the workers are happy! Not like some fast food restaurants where they look like they’re tortured slaves…

Twenty years ago, Hardee's featured the half pound "$6 restaurant quality" burger. It was the best fast food burger you could buy and only $3. No more. Not only did they drop the half pounderyears ago, but the third pound thickburgers are gone now too. What's left now are the same sad burgers you can get anywhere. In my opinion, Hardee's has gone backwards

Door was terrible, do not get the 2 for 5 dollar wraps, McDonald's wraps are 100% better and that is saying something

Biscuits are great, gravy not consistent, has browns are not bad but sometimes they are cold. A bit pricy but good food at times. Staff are extremely respectable. Would recommend eating inside rather than takeout. The only drawback is consistency here

Came at 2:45 pm and they let me know that they close saturdays at 2 pm. New schedule needs to be updated.

I went by at 5:34 on a Sunday and also called. They were CLOSED. Not a single vehicle in the parking lot. They need to update their hours.

Hardees no longer sell onion rings.. that's a big part of the reason I go to Hardee's.

There are a few things I would like ro comment on and I really hope the manager reads this post. First the employee I dealt with was one of the most respectful and kind fast food workers I have seen in years!! He was fantastic despite mixing up my food with another costumer. Second the Mushrooms Swiss and fries were so good. I wish if didn't cost 13 bucks for a burger and fries but I know you don't have control over the prices. The third and part that I am upset about is the fact that even when there is no one in line you have all vehicles pull foward or into a parking spot. What is the point in having to pull forward if there is no one behind you. The fact that the managers threaten their employees with loosing their jobs if the customer doesn't pull forward is sickening. Your employees have no control over if the customer does not want to pull foward. For them to have to guilt trip the customers into pulling foward so they don't loose their job because their managers are "watching the cameras" is so disappointing. Do better Hardee's managers.

Went here for breakfast. The line wasn't long at the time I arrived. Food was hot. Service was quick.

The food looked nothing like the photos. The taste was sub par. The tables were all dirty. At least the worker broight the food to the dirty table.

Biscuits were perfection this morning. You guys should be the standard staple of a true Hardee’s biscuit!

(OLD REVIEW) The burgers are some of the best around. The prices are a little higher but you get what you pay for. You'll wait a little longer but they cook your food to order which is good. They run specials and give coupons so if you take advantage of that you'll get very good deals here. Place is always clean and never had issues with staffing. Edit previous review was 5 years ago: This is no longer true. This owner locally doesn't participate in the Hardee's app which is the only way to order unless you're a heathen. It's simply not worth going to visit & paying those prices without the rewards club/offers from the app. Sadly my former 5* review is now a 1* & I no longer go there along with many other people. The parking lot is always empty & I wonder how long they will be around which is a shame because a little effort & they could compete with the local joints.

I love the breakfast ham biscuits. The drive thru is awful. They take one order hand it out then take another order. This is not how it should be done. I worked fastfood for 10 years the line should be moving always. They are only trying to keep their times down for corporate concerns. This is unexceptable. This causes customers time in the morning that need not happen. I have watched many people pull out of line due to the long wait. So if you want "fast food" for breakfast, go elsewhere! :/

The breakfast platter is a great value. The place can be hard to get into and there is always a long drive thru line weekday mornings.

Fries were hot cheese burger was not

After seeing so many 1 star reviews for different restaurants in the area, we decided to risk coming here to Hardee's. I can happily say, it was a risk that was well rewarded. The staff was friendly and helpful. Answered all of our questions. Got our drink sizes wrong but quickly fixed it. They technically had stopped serving breakfast but had some biscuits left over so we were able to get what we wanted. Which was so nice of them to do. The grits were steaming hot (you can see it pictured below) and the biscuits were soft, warm and delicious. Would definitely recommend coming here if places like McDonald's or Burger King scare you with their many 1 star reviews.

I just wanted to say thank you to the two employes working today, they were the only two trying to do their best at taking care of the customers and they did a great job, yes wait time was a little longer on some orders but the food was fresh and hot and these two employees did a great job, I thank you for your service today. As for the company I hope you reconsider hiring more employees two people should never have to deal with trying to run a busy store with just them selves, and I hope you recognize these two employees for the hard work they do. Cutting labor cost is one thing but you also loose business in doing this. Thank you 😊

Great mushrooms Swiss and hamburger

The Hardee's at 3439 FL-77, Panama City, FL 32405 might have good food and service but this location is relentless on their refusal to serve those who are disabled like myself. I have wanted to try their food for years. I'm less than 2 miles away but have no other means to purchase their products other than a delivery option.

I have been a hardies biscuit fan for decades, but they've gone crazy with their prices. $6.50 for a biscuit with a paper thin slice of ham is just nuts. We got 2 biscuits and a coffee at Mc D'S for less than 7 bucks.

This location will rip you off. Ordered and paid for a steak and egg biscuit with a large hashrounds. I got only a steak biscuit and my hashround container had 10 hashrounds. What a joke this location is

Will not be back, and you should prepare yourself for the food. It was terrible and the order was completely wrong. The staff was rude and absolutely not doing what they should be doing. The drive through was a cluster and people waiting all down the side of the building. The girl was going from car to car to ask people if they were waiting on food and what did they order. All the food was literally "smooshed" down in a small 5 inch bag. Cold, greasy food that was missing items and we didn't even go back in. Never again 😒 P.S. there was only 3 cars waiting on food. They had no one inside

You just are not going to beat the biscuit you get from hardeez. I dare anyone to try, literally impossible, and if you don't like biscuits, well start.

I ordered two biscuits and both were inedible. One was the "super bacon biscuit" They should rename it the super salt biscuit. The other was the country ham biscuit and it smelled so bad that I had to throw it out the window. The staff were polite and the fountain drink was fine. Hardee's restaurants have gone down hill since they got their value menu and they are still headed in the wrong direction.

In line at 7:50 and waited at the speaker, then the lights went off... rude!

Ordered two biscuits and medium coke, bacon egg and cheese, asked to pull up to the white line to wait, no big. 20 minutes later I back up to the window wondering what’s going on, I am handed old biscuits that are barely warm. When I asked for my receipt “Uh I think they threw it away” Been coming here for years, I don’t mind the price increases or a little wait, but 20 minutes for cold food and horrible service is unacceptable. Was 12-4-2022 around 8:45AM

I went there and their fries were almost dinner burn it was so dark and nasty tasting I would never go back there and I used to be a fan of Hardees but not no more and Highway 77 Lynn Haven, Florida Don’t go there it’s not worth the money

Went through the drive thru for breakfast. Got an awesome porkchop & gravy biscuit combo w/hashbrowns and large Diet Coke. The food was wonderful and so HOT!! My only complaint is the drive thru wait time was probably 10 minutes!!!

I don't like to sit in the drive thru, so I went in and got my biscuit and was out of there in just a few minutes. Good biscuit also.

The employees here are fantastic. My mother and Dad meet some senior friends every morning for breakfast. They are treated like family. Love this place

I go to this Hardee's for the low carb bowl. It rarely has everything in it as described online. The staff seems nice, The low carb bowl leaves a lot to be desired.

Placed a very large order for a special Veteran turning 80 yrs old. The managers and staff handled it flawlessly!

To who it may concern, the Hardee's in lynn haven fl. On Hwy 77. If I could put a negative -1 star I would over the customer service in the early morning drive through, If you don't mind missing your full order then being disrespected by a cashier that appears to be under the influence of something, this place used to have the sweetest cashiers in the morning. It's far from that today.

Workers were friendly restaurant was fairly clean. The food however wasn't that great you could tell it had been sitting for awhile.

The people were great but the food Was not good to me.

Staff was extremely unorganized. The restaurant was in terrible condition, and dirty. Heavy watermarks, with the appearance of mold on the tiles on the ceiling which was actively dripping onto tables and the floor. Lack.lf "wet floor" caution signs, part of the physical menu was also messing. Many of the employees were not wearing hats/visors or hair nets.

Well its been a while since I've been to a Hardees. The staff was super nice using the drive through. The food wasn't the best. I figured them being a burger place they'd have it under control. Not today, the meat was lacking flavor and the assembly of the burger was just messy I think the Onion rings were pulled out to Early and they were undercooked. I really enjoyed the fries and chicken tenders. They were delicious.

It's hit or miss on the food. Often times they are out of things and I know that's not the employee's fault. I've never ever had an issue with the staff at this establishment and if there was ever something wrong with my order they had no issues promptly fixing it.

The last 3 times we've been to this hometown favorite. The food was cold or they gave us the wrong items, or left 4 steak biscuits out. Return it's a no go for us. It's a shame they have been or Sunday breakfast place for 3 years😪.

Some of the rudest Hardee's employee I have met so far this year. They won the title when I asked for Crispy Curls, and was told "This aint' an Arby's." Extra points for interrupting me twice with the total of my order before I placed the entire order.

One of the not so good places. Took 2 times walking back up to the counter for them to get our order right. Inside wasn't that best of smelling either.

I went to Lynn Haven Hardee’s this morning wed may 18th at 8:10am and was very upset with the service. First my total was $10 and some change and I paid with a $20. They gave me like .53 cents back and I asked for the rest of my change and the manager came up with an extremely nasty attitude as if I’m inconveniencing her day saying I paid with a $10. If I paid with a $10 I would of shorted them bc my total was like $10.53. Then I pulled up and waited while they sorted it out. They ended up bringing me $10. Really they should of only brought $9 back but whatever. The cashier came out and brought me $10 So I said it’s ok hun, things happen, no big deal. Well I drive home to find that I’m missing half my order. I now have to get ready for work and don’t even have time to go back. Plus with the nasty attitude the manager had, she’d probably think I was lying. I live by this location and I come here at least twice a week. Never had a bad experience until today and I think I’ll just take my business somewhere else. The manger even talked nasty to her employee in front of me. Definitely unprofessional and they need to rethink about who they leave in charge. It was upsetting enough to make me not go back there.

I went to the drive-thru and got a five piece of chicken tenders and it was $8 !! They were disgusting and very dry ... That's crazy that you get five chicken tenders for $8 !! I'll never go here again bet that !! Hell I didn't even get my sauce !!

Manager Nichole is outstanding and needs a raise. I was overcharged at the drive thru and didn’t even notice but she took it upon herself to correct it. She actually cares about her job and it’s refreshing to see. Give her a raise!!

There was a deal where you can get 2 ham and cheese for $5. My mom and I were gonna share, but when I got to the window and told them that my bill shouldn't be $15 I wanted the 2 for 5 ham and cheese. She told me they don't have that deal. I told her it is on the sign so she went to look and then had me get out of the car to show her and she said we don't have all star meal deals any more and was getting a key to take down the sign and still wouldn't give me the deal even after I showed her it was on the board. Not very happy.

My onion rings were fresh and hot. My chicken sandwich not so much. My chicken had been refried and was dry and tough. It was so dark I thought they had given me a hamburger. Been ages since I ate at Hardee's and will be again if ever

They may want to think about changing their hours of operation. I was there this morning 15 minutes after they “opened” and waited 5+ minutes at the drive through, and even tried to get someone’s attention at the window. No one would take my order or even acknowledge my presence.
