Who was working March 3rd at open? My husband and I keep saying to each other "damn pizza hut SLAPPED". Best chain pizza we've had in YEARS.

Last week, was the first time I had tried Pizza Hut in about 20 years and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. had decided to put pizza hut in the rotation of pizza places that I would order from. As for today, I had taken my mom to a dr appt, on the way home, she wanted food. Specifically, she wanted eggrolls from Chopsticks. OK. I pulled in, and went and get her eggrolls. While I was waiting, decided on Pizza Hut for myself. Placed an order on the app, waited 15 mins, the app said my order was ready. Walked up to the door, door is locked, lights are off, no signs of anyone being there. Checked posted operating times. Yeah, looks like they SHOULD be open. but yet, nobody there. Called the store. no answer. automated system connects me to someone, who tries to call the store, still no answer. Says that he will have regional manager call me. So here I am, after an hour and a half waiting, no pizza.

The employee didn't wash their hands after taking my money and put their bare hands on the food. I requested to get a refund because of this reason, and will not be doing any business with pizza hut anymore. The employee act like this wasn't a big deal with their dirty hands. This was at the Lynn Haven, FL location

Placed an order online. They forgot the cheese sticks which was not a big deal. On the order I said do NOT ring doorbell or knock because I have a baby sleeping. I have a HUGE sign in front of my door as well saying that. The first driver did not ring the door bell which I was greatful for but when they came to deliver the missing item they knocked on my door causing my baby to wake up and I had to spend the next 3 hours trying to put her back down because someone could not read.

NASTY NASRY NASTY. THE PIZZA WAS AWFULL. IT TASTED LIKE CARDBOARD

Pizza hut has become the go to. Our local area does not have good NY style pizza without driving to the beach. This is convenient on the way home.

After arriving to pick up (the wait was supposed to be 15 min) it took an additional 30 min. Then when I received my order it was wrong and I had to wait for them to remake it. They are always super slow.

Ordered pizza and was told 15-20 min and ended up waiting an hour.

I'd give it a zero but it is not an option. Pizza Hut doesn't train their new hires worth a flip. I was on the phone for over 20 minutes with them and every time she couldn't figure out something, she just hung up. Little Caesar's built me a new one from scratch in less than 5 minutes. No more Pizza Hut for me!

My last 3 orders have been spot on. Everyone at this store is so friendly.

Never had a poor experience, as other chain pizza restaurants cut corners and degrade quality, the Hut remains king.

Drivers bang on the door until you answer. Even though, the order says "Leave at door". They are also extremely rude.

Food is good, but the drivers do not read the receipts. So if you ask to leave at door they will still ring and knock until you answer the door.

Ordered lunch at 1030 estimated time 1114 Thomas Williams started calling me at 11 he couldn’t find my address with myself and daughter standing in the road ! I called the store the daytime manager Jason left me on hold for over 5 minutes 1140 still no food will never ever waste my time to order from Pizza Hut again they have been here a million times sad really !!

We have usually been a Domino's in a Little Caesars household but we tried the new pizza slices that you get two slices in the box in the first two we're really great so we went back the next week when we ordered and got it and it was burnt so this time my husband went in an ordered any ask her could you please not burn it this time we could not eat the outside could only eat the inside well in her smart attitude she told him that they didn't have any choice how it come out the oven was priest at and whatever it did it did well lo and behold he got it got it home and it was burnt so hard it was crispy I guess we're going to become domino in Little Caesars family again now.

Food was hot and on time, do wish the Melts were a little bigger.

It’s not just this Pizza Hut but the cheese bread is burnt. The point of cheese bread is to have cheese on the bread not burnt cheese. For me it would be nice if there was an option to ask to lightly cook the bread. Also, this time they put the seasoning on the bread but a lot of pizza huts don’t and the seasoning is what really takes it to the next level. Also, not enough cheese on here to cover the bread as usual. Otherwise I love Pizza Hut. Just wish you could get the cheese bread right.

How are you continually sold out of Chicken Alfredo Pasta and Cheesy Alfredo Pasta like normal Pizza Huts?

Do not order a taco pizza. Yeah they still have them but nothing like it used to be. They didn't even put refried beans on it and flavor has changed. Not to mention the crust could crack teeth.

I got food poisoning after receiving bad customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.

Fast delivery, food is hot and they do NOT cut the thin crust pizzas in stupid little squares like some other places do.

I am 5 min away from this place and had ordered traditional 6 piece wings along with a large pizza. Well my wings were cold and there were only 5 in there and secondly the pizza was cold with the bottom of it burned.

food was fine but the old decrepit woman that yelled out after i stood at the front counter for five minutes and asked if anybody was in the building was there she yelled out and approached the desk and i asked her about the special instructions she raised her voice and said "they haven't done hot sauce drizzles in five years" and i told her i had it done a few weeks prior and she blurted out that they arnt aloud to do that and she wanted the employees name who had served me im not sure why this old bag was so aggressive about hot sauces but its not what a customer is looking for when shopping wont be ordering from this location agin

Paying for extra cheese is a waste of money, they don't put any on your pizza.

It's a place to get pizza! Everyone knows. Sometimes they don't make my pie so well, then sometimes they make it perfect! When I say extra cheese... I mean EXTRA CHEESE!

Order was completely wrong . They forgot 2 items , sent something we didn’t order , would not bring the missing items unless there CHARGED us another delivery fee….. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS !!!!! I called them … the person who answered the phone was very rude !!!!! Our pizza was horrid but I refused to call back to talk to this rude person again. We thought we would give this Pizza Hut another chance tonite … had a few bad experiences last year . I highly suggest to STAY AWAY from this Pizza Hut in Lynn Haven . Our delivery girl was wonderful …. Soo kind and polite —she deserved her tip ….Pizza Hut in Lynn Haven was an EPIC FAILURE !!!!

My order was correct and hot. Pizza hut has improved its crust and sauce, it tasted like the old pizza hut I remember growing up.

Pizza Hut is our go to pizza place but lately we question our choice before ordering. This time we were negative on our Chicago style pizza. Yuk! I don’t know how I’d fix it but we were less than impressed.

Your young lady that assisted me was AWESOME! She was overwhelmed but did an excellent job of putting on a good attitude and customer first attitude. So refreshing.

Couldn't break 100$ bill. No public bathroom straight up told me to go across the street to use the bathroom at McDonald's. And to top it off they don't have a salad bar. Pizza was delicious tho that's why I give 3 stars.

Tammy and her staff are awesome! I just enjoyed my very first Taco Pizza and it delicious! They even had it ready for me at my specified time cuz I ordered ahead. Thank you for alllll that y’all do! I highly recommend this branch for your pizza cravings!

I order the meat lovers pizza with the Creamy Garlic Parmesan. I have had it before and love it. This time the center of the pizza was horrible. The crust half way though the pizza was so thine is impossible to eat the pizza while holding it. Basically need to use a spoon.

When the young man running the register gets busy he usually gets frustrated. He has a hard time keeping up. Management should always jump in and help run the restaurant. Not worry about getting ahead on closing tasks. If there isn't any guests there won't be any closing work. The food product is always hot and fresh. The cook is on top of that area😉. Thank you sir for your hardworking. I've always been lucky there not to come on his day off😉.

I went and picked up 3 large pizzas and two orders of wings. The service was very good and the employees were very helpful they carried my order out to my car. That was really great since i was walking with a cane. I will go there again.

Food is good and consistent for items I have ordered. Very busy little place. This is only a carryout or delivery location. Doesn't have a dining room or customer restroom. Has a place to sit inside for two or three people max. This is why I only rated it three stars, NOT for the food which has been generally well prepared with only a couple of exceptions in the many years I've ordered from them.
