This place was absolutely amazing!!!!! The staff tonight on 9/2 did an awesome job!!!

Selected dine in, No tray was provided. Had to ask for one. orders messed up . fries cold small . Food wasn’t great.

McDonald's should take notes from other failing fast food chains. Really, your prices are ridiculously high. You charge me 25 cents for a water cup, and you are toying with the idea of charging for refills. And your employees act like they hate their job.

2.5 stars rounded up to 3. This restaurant has its pros and cons for sure. I have visited several times and my summary of each experience is hit or miss. Not terrible but absolutely not great. Food and beverages for the most part are good. I really like the coffees! Especially the mocha frappes!! The pies are also a good choice. To me, the service could use improvement. I did not really feel welcome and customer service also does not appear as important at this location (dine-in and drive-thru). Usually no greetings, respect, or hardly any kind of acknowledgment besides processing payments and exchanging the paid items!! I know it's McDonald's, however if they want to continue to compete with their neighboring companies, they definitely need to step up their game particularly in the service area. Restaurant appeared clean and well kept. Overall, I will go here if I have to but I choose to do my best to steer clear of this one. Thanks for reading. Will rate higher if improvements are implemented.

Visited this location for the playground and honestly this place is DIRTY. I would strongly recommend the manager find a company to clean the play area.

This Is one of the BEST MCDONALD’S I’ve visited. They make the BEST BAGEL SANDWICHES EVER. Natalie this morning went Above and Beyond and was able to have them make me my Favorite Bagel sandwiches even though they had switched the menu board from breakfast to lunch and I didn’t even notice.I thought It was till 11:00am!!! It Is All about the little things. Emily by the way was Also very nice and handed me my bag and told me to have a great day. I do have to say Daniel Is Also AMAZING ALWAYS, he’s Usually In the Drive Thru window!!! Hats Off to the Chefs that make this happen, Thank You!!!

Unfortunately this McDonalds is going down hill. The last few times we’ve been the food is old. And some of the girls working the window seem to hate life. The fries we just received were so old and I’m guessing sat under the warmer for so long it was like eating potato chips. They were so crunchy. I receive the wrong drink too. We don’t go here much anymore after receiving cold (suppose to be hot) coffee several times and old food. But this pretty well sealed the deal. Wendy’s and Whataburger is right down the street with better quality and service. There is one guy that works the window where they take your money and he is great. I hate he has to work there.

I believe this is Costa family restaurant and it shows. Can't give the food 5 stars, but it is always a treat dining at their establishments. Don't believe me try another McDonald's that doesn't have the Costa seal. It becomes apparent real quick.

Love this place! Kids love it too!

Food was not hot, items were missing, and they have just got to hire different staff. Not very friendly, zero acknowledgment, and unkempt appearances. If they do decide to keep staff they need a serious conversation about professional policies and development. The kid zone looks fine at first glance but it was dirty and jam packed.

The night shift is very bad, you spend 1 hour waiting for my food

Got a Happy Meal for my grandson, fries were thin & cold. Got McNuggets for my dog and I took a nibble off a few of them. I don't know what they were made of but nothing close to chicken, Burger King nuggets are much better. Overall my grandson was satisfied with his burger and my dog wanted more nuggets. The cold vanilla coffee was good and the Oreo shake was great.

The sole redeeming quality of this establishment is the presence of an indoor play area for children. However, in all other aspects, it falls short of expectations. The quality of the food is consistently poor, giving the impression that it has been left out for an extended period. Additionally, there are often significant delays in receiving orders. The general state of the establishment is characterized by a lack of cleanliness, necessitating the occasional self-cleaning of tables. Furthermore, the staff demonstrates a lack of professionalism and courtesy, frequently failing to respond verbally to communication.

This McDonald's is probably the dirtiest McDonald's I've visited there was trash cups and debris all over the floors the bathrooms were disgusting the employees cared more about joking and talking amongst themselves instead of serving their customers the kids play area was nasty and did not look like it had been cleaned for a long time all the screens have sticky dirty fingerprints everywhere. Management needs to step up and make their employees do their job!

Forgot my bacon on my quarter pounder with cheese. Also put my medium frappe in a large cup, only half way full.

Id say this is the best McDonald's in Panama City. Clean, friendly, fast food, it has my vote

The service was ok. The food was good. But we come for a PlayPlace for the younger kids. We were excited that this McDonald's is right down the street and has a PlayPlace. Came in to see one of the coolest ones ever! ....except this entire restaurant was filthy. Trash. Dirty tables. Spilled soda at the fountains. Trash cans super full. It was ridiculous. It was a Saturday and it was probably busy all day but it wasn't busy when we got there. No one was cleaning up anything. Even after we asked for a rag to wipe our own tables off. It wasn't just the play area it was the entire restaurant!! 😟☹️

Literally ordered a double cheeseburger with extra onions as the receipt says. Got no onions at all and one meat patty.

I waited 15 minutes for my order. It was suppose to be done in and they put it as Togo and leave it on the counter to get cold and didn’t bring it to table. It smelled in the lobby and very dirty

Went through the drive thru at 9:00 tonight and they fouled up my order. I ordered the featured Triple Cheeseburger Meal large and they gave me two plain cheeseburgers and a medium stale fries! I am a overnight worker who is on my way to work. This is just disappointing to have happen!

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had and the bar is low considering it’s only McDonald’s. All of the drive-thru workers have terrible attitudes & got my friend & I’s orders incorrect. If I could put 0 stars I would. Put some respect on Ronald.

Girl @ 1st window AND 2nd window was absolutely dry. Almost like I was doing them a disservice. Got my order and they gave me a value fry with a crispy chicken deluxe and forgot my sauces. The sandwich was cold, nearly an half piece of chicken and put together like a lost and found box. I asked nicely for them to fix it. The fries were cold and they forgot my sauce a second time. 0 stars if I could and I will never go back here again on mommy.

The person at the pickup window never knows what order they are serving. I think they must be cheating their order time tracking system by flagging orders as complete before they are picked up. I'm tired of being asked, "what did you order?" on each visit, or an attempt being made to hand me the wrong order. I wouldn't complain, but it's 100% of the time. If you are asked to pull ahead because your order isn't ready, you'll likely be forgotten about. This further reinforces the idea that they are flagging orders as complete before they are actually handed to customers, otherwise they'd see that an order was still unfulfilled. Either that or it's incompetence, but it's amazingly consistent if it's just bad training.

Went thru Lynn Haven at 7:10pm Monday 3 June 2024. I was one of only two cars in drive thru. Car next to me just finished ordering and pulled around to cashier I Sat at speaker unusually long time before she took my order. I ordered a quarter deluxe meal with diet coke and apple pie. Before i pulled out another car pulled up to the speaker next to me. As I turned the corner for the cashier, I saw her hanging out the window texting on her phone instead of taking the order of the other car that just pulled in. So, she was probably texting while I was waiting also. When she saw me, she quickly put her phone down. I paid for my order. When I got the order and got home, realized I was given a regular coke instead of diet, even though that is what I told her. I looked at receipt and it did not say diet so bad on me for not checking before I left, but bad on her because she was probably too worried about her texting and not paying close attention to what I ordered. Also my apple pie was ice cold. Not heated at all.

Kitchen is filthy, service is slow and unresponsive. 30 minute drive thru wait and a filthy kitchen is just unacceptable anywhere.

The drive thru was so quick and so kind they even fixed my car! The sweet manager Kim fixed it for me and said “this isn’t just McDonald’s it’s also Mcauto!” How funny! Lovely experience althrough out. Everyone in drive was kindest and my food looked amazing! Ate it all had to go back around for seconds they treated me like a bestie.

Guy at the drive thru window is cool. Otherwise, it's McDonald's.

Call me impressed! This store near Walmart was a redeeming experience after a bad experience at the store near Five Below I had a large order curbside and they were a bit busy, so I expected to wait. I was very pleasantly surprised. This was the fastest I've had an order completed in ages. I was in and out in under five minutes The order was fresh, accurate, and all the sauces requested were present. My compliments to everyone at this store - you did great and saved the day!

I encountered a hiccup while ordering through the app, but Dylan swiftly stepped in and resolved the issue, ensuring I got my order on time. His professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond truly made this visit the best McDonald's experience I've ever had. Dylan's dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable, and I believe he deserves a promotion or a raise for his outstanding performance. Kudos to Dylan and the team for their outstanding service!

Food portions are shrunk down to about a three bite per burger n price is friging insane for the amount of food u get. I've loved McDonald's my whole life till now .I can honestly say I'm not going back there ever again cause it's just a rip off now adays

We were all tired I've been working a long day did the drive-thru cuz I didn't want to go inside. Ask for condiments at the window and the lady told me to go pull around and they would bring it with the food. I said don't you want to just hand them to me while I'm here. ?? She told me to pull around again, food came out didn't have any of the condiments and my husband's sandwich that was supposed to be meat and cheese only had everything on it. Line was long drive back around to try to get the condiments and she had the nerve to ask me to come in. She got thoroughly upset with me when I told her no I asked you and you didn't want to do it so now you can walk him out to me, Long story short she didn't want them out but another lady did then we got around the block and my husband realized that his sandwich was wrong we had to go back again and have it fixed and they wouldn't even let me pull up to the next window they brought it back out to me at the first window.. I did ask when they gave it to me if they held the spit, night my husband food he did get sick... So I'm not sure. Me and the kids didn't get sick ours was fine. Our total was over $52.

My kids and I use to love coming here when they originally put the kids playroom in. However over the years it has declined drastically, the employees are always polite, but the restaurant its self is always filthy. The play area is gross and needs to be deep cleaned. And what is the purpose of the tvs and projectors if they’re never on. It used to be so fun and lively music playing, movies going, projectors portraying fish on the walls. And now’s it’s just such a disappointment. Do better for your guests.

Left an email at corporate website but no response,so I'll just review it. Went breakfast and ordered the special 2 for $4.79 biscuit with egg,bacon and mcmuffin with egg,sausage. Requested the biscuit and mcmuffin with the bacon and sausage switched. Easy right? Nope. They said that would cost $13 plus so I said just give it to me your way and we'll switch them at home . This while remarking that it was ridiculous to expect $13 for 2 biscuits when Dennys offers a full breakfast for $5.99. They showed me. When we got home there was eggshell on both breakfast items.As I said left a phone message and an email to a corporate office that apparently isn't staffed.

It was , well, McDonald's y'all! It wasn't cold so big plus there . I ordered #1 w/large coke ,that's what I always order,but I've noticed that the price seems to change depending on if 'm in town or on the beach. If I order the exact same thing Everytime , shouldn't the total price amount be the exact same amount Everytime ? Idk it's always a different , let's not keep this trend going

Workers don't smile, interact or even say thank you to the customers. Also, maybe explain the purpose of pulling up uniform pants to cover their underwear. Don't wanna see the red undies. Probably won't go back here

The ice cream machine at this McDonads has been broken for months. My grandchildren and I often go out for fast food. Although the kids clamor to go to McDonalds, we go to other fast food places because there is no ice cream available. There is no excuse. This McDonalds does a booming business and I’m sure they can afford to get a new ice cream machine. Broken ice cream machine not only means no ice cream, it means no McFlurries and no shakes.

Best indoor place for kids in Lynn Haven!

We waited several minutes before an employee came to the front to take our order. Quite a few employees were walking around and did not alert the cashier to get back to her post to take orders. Most of the employees were seen through the door in the back. There were several standing around talking to those who were actually working. We almost walked out. If our granddaughters were not with us, we would have. Once we got our food, it was cold and we did not get the requested sauces. I went up front to ask for them and stood there again for several minutes before the cashier came back to the register to take the order of the lady in front of me. The cashier walked off after taking her order. My husband came and got me. He decided to deal with it. He was able to finally get someone's attention. I took my granddaughter to the restroom and it was in need of attention. The whole experience was not pleasant. We usually go through the drive thru and get fast service. The drive thru was staged very well and cars moved in and out fast as usual. Perhaps the store should close the dining room and just focus on the drive thru customers. I highly doubt we will be back into the store and given this is our third bad experience at this store, it is unlikely we will ever be back.

I Was Served Hard Bread, Tiny Dried Patties, and Short Ingredients. Hard Fries. I Was Traveling, and Didn't Have Time to Go Back. Absolutely Inexcusably Horrible.

Love taking my daughter to this McDonald’s to play, the underwater sea theme is always getting her attention and she just loves it. The guy at the counter was a little mean and loud but overall our food was fresh and hot and the young blonde girl with a bow in hair gave my son a toy for free which made his day.

This rating is strictly on the atmosphere. This place is filthy! The entire floor (I really mean the entire floor) was dirty, sticky and littered with trash. Not in like a this just happened today and they’ll clean it up tonight sort of way but more in like a this clearly hasn’t been cleaned in several days and instead of attempting to clean they just put up Caution wet floor signs. The beverage station was gross. It was sticky. The lid holder had no tops, no straws and no napkins. If this place were to be inspected it would fail. The play area is amazing and my boys love it and want to come but we will not be back. Maybe I’ll have the health inspector make a stop because if that’s the level of care the public sees I can only imagine what it looks like in the back. I can’t imagine they’d be allowed to stay open and operate with this level of lack of care.

Food was great. Until recently. The past 3 visits I had I kept having missing items. Last time was sweet and sour sauce just now i had a whole 10 piece missing. I was so focused on the sauce missing that when I saw it in the bag it I thought it was great. Having to spend $40 + every visit and to get home in 15 minutes to find stuff missing is not worth what these new prices are today.

If I could give it a zero star I would we waited 45 min because of some chicken nuggets!! Fine ok we waited got are food and everything was cold except the nuggets. Will not visit again!

The food is never fresh. The machines ( cafe/coffee/ice cream) are almost never up. The chicken ( no matter what kind nugget or sandwich is always old or over cooked. The ice coffees are way watered down. I have only ate here on emergencies over the last 10 years but this place has never failed to disappoint me. I know it's mc Donald's but come on.

Terrible service. Edit - 7/3/23, waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order, was told it was sitting off to the side and got a worthless apology, when I asked if the food was still hot the girl shrugged her arms and walked away. Costa Enterprises continues to disappoint like no one else can.

It's quiet in the morning for the playground. I go because my kids like it. I think their food is tasteless and un-edible!

When I ordered online everything was smooth. Any other time when not ordering online they forget stuff.

There was like 10 employees at closing and could not handle a rush. Orders were being remade and messed up. Not cute and Not okay.

This McDonald's is best one in town, the other McDonald's by mall has messed up my order so many times it isn't funny. This one always gets it right and cooks fries crispy.

Food was made to the order. Young lady taking the orders should be friendlier. Rest of employees are very friendly.

McDonald's used to quick and convenient. Between pricing, slow service and terrible front staff I doubt I'll be back. The drive through has 2 lines that merge into one. Why? Beats me. Clearly slowing down traffic. I spent my ENTIRE HOUR lunch break sitting there waiting. What a shame.

I had a great experience today with placing a large nugget order for my daughter's end of the school year class party. I had spoken yesterday to manager, Darrell, and I arrived early today to speak with manager, Alex, who was extremely helpful. She even recommended that I use the McDonald's app for a 20% off discount. Kudos to them both for helping me arrange this. I was very pleased with the experience and I know a whole class of soon to be 3rd graders that were delighted to have McDonald's nuggets for lunch. 😋

Do not pull into the line on the right. It’s a trap! I don’t here to McDonald’s very often since they don’t have Coke Zero, but once in a blue moon I’ll get a craving for a Big Mac. The problem is that means I don’t go often enough to know why the right line at the drive thru is always shorter. It seems to be that the regulars know that there’s a major bias for taking orders from the left line. Every time I go I don’t remember this until I’m in that line, and they are taking 5 orders on the left for every 2 on the right. The last time I went this resulted in me getting to the order box and there being nobody in the left line. An employee greeted me with “thanks for choosing McDonald’s, I’ll be right with you.” Shortly after this a car pulled into the left line, and they took that car’s order, then asked me for mine. I told them nevermind, and went to Zaxby’s up the road instead. If you can’t even figure out how to manage your line I’m too afraid to risk trying your food.

I had placed an online order for pick up thru drive thru, when I got there I was greeted promptly. As I got my food it was still hot and a complete order. No complaints at all.

Best inside play space for kids! Air conditioned and row of iPad s with games. Two big screen TVs playing movies and place for climbing and playing. It was great. My 3yr old grandson had a blast.
