Just started shopping here. Everything fresh, neatly organized. Most importantly, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Sushi Bar ladies were awesome. Young man at the fish counter also awesome. Will continue shopping here.

It's a very nice grocery with a large selection.

Normally the prepared foods here are not expired. The cooked chicken they had out in the case. Some of them expired 2 days ago and the rest were due to expire the next day. I told one of the workers placing out other prepared food about the expired food and she said sorry and walked away. Guess going to have to really watch the dates there from now on or go to another Dave's

Love the deli/take out section, the best I've ever seen. The new Tuscan Artichoke Heart salad is so tasty and healthy, what a great snack or side dish! Hope that you keep making this!

My husband and I purchased salmon and stuffies for dinner. The salmon was awful had a bad smell like it had been sitting out for a while. We ended up throwing it out and the stuffies had no taste too much breading. We went in and Spoke to Nina the manager. She was very rude and basically told us that we needed to bring in the salmon after we told her it was in the trash. We shop there a lot and we’re so extremely disappointed in her attitude and left there with no refund. She should not be working in customer service being as rude as she is.

Very clean. Everything fresh. Prices a little higher than most, but worth it for items u can't find elsewhere and very fresh produce and meat.

The store was clean and well organized. The staff were friendly. They have complementary coffee/tea for their costumers. Nice gesture.

After coming here everyday for lunch from work. The short old man in the pizza department. Bello. Billo. Whatever his name is. Extremely rude. Snaps at customers. Was very standoffish and confrontational in general conversation. Will never come back for lunch. I will drive father for a less time lunch. Than risk dealing with him ever again. When I asked for his name he responds in an aggressive and confrontational tone “you wanna take to a manager do ya, you want a manager huh”. I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences at Dave’s always. That one man ruined my business. For good.

RI is lucky to have this grocery. A small chain with many locations. Different sizes and layouts, but similar enough to find your way around... Helpful friendly employees...

Had a private party in the side room and we all enjoyed the food. Highly recommend. Great service too.

Went to Dave’s market on Sunday in East Greenwich which was Father’s Day to get a pizza , the employee making the pizza was so rude to me and my husband it was awful .we had to get the manager to come over , the employee still kept going with his mouth told my husband he was gonna burn the pizza and calling me names under his breathe because we asked him to make a large cheese pizza and he said take the one in the case and we asked him to make one fresh so the other guy there said it was gonna be 20-25 minutes we said ok that’s fine . The employee with the horrible attitude and mouth said no tell 35-40 minutes I’m gonna take my time making it . . the manager had to take him off the floor , such an awful experience, and we drive 20-25 to go there never again . Manager was great . Talked to us controlled the situation, but that employee should have been fired awful awful experience. And the worst part it the employee was laughing the whole time like it was funny .

It's always well stocked with great variety. Somethings can be a bit pricey but still excellent.

Place is always busy. They had plenty of everything especially for a holiday weekend.

Even on a holiday weekend, an easy in and out with plenty of stock, fresh droduce, and checkouts.

Always have to go to Dave's when I am visiting from Dallas. Best of everything.

This is not the place to find 'ethnic" food or spices. It's still great and has good deli. You can make a game of avoiding the old rich ladies chatting with each other while blocking isles. They are sweet yet oblivious.

So many different things to choose from in the Feli department! Meats and cheeses are all sliced fresh to order! Huge variety of Gluten Free items as well! Highly Recommend!

I visit all the Dave's stores but the EG location is among the tops. The prepared food, especially the Pizza (ask for DYLAN, he IS the BEST👍), is as good as it gets!! Go get your Dave on in East Greenwhich! 😉

I dont love the layout here. It feels like youre always in someones way and the lines if you have more than 15 items are just too long. Expect to be here a while if your cart is full. The workers are nice and the products they stock are great.

I'm not going back here anymore. This is the third times this has happened. I bought chicken today 3/20 and I get home to put it on the fridge and it says use or freeze by 3/17. Poor quality control. They advertise fresh and all that but I see different. This one isn't as bad as Coventry though. Either way, not going back to Dave's. For the prices they charge they should do better with this.

This is usually not the store I shop at but wanted to try it out because it’s always clean and they have a wide array of options for groceries. I was especially excited to try out their produce but had become disappointed when the apples, clementines, blueberries, and strawberries started to go bad a day or two after purchasing. This store is more expensive and for the quality I received it’s not worth the purchase when I can get better quality produce at ALDIs that lasts me over a week for a cheaper price.

Terrible service false advertising for local grown

Absolutely the favorite grocery store in the area. The prepared food is restaurant quality; the prices are high, but not out of pace. For bulk, I shop elsewhere; to feed my family, I shop here.

Parking lot sucks. It’s a nice Dave’s though.

Love this place, wish it was closer to my house, lotsa prepared food, good prices, decent healthy selections, def prefer it over whole paycheck. Plus they introduced me to seedless pomelos! At a fraction of the price of the massively seeded ones elsewhere. Now that’s living!

Excellent seafood and super fine frits & cheeses

Manager Luke and butcher Mark were SO kind and helpful on Christmas Eve! I had a problem (not Daves’ fault) and they very graciously fixed it for me with smiles on!!! Made my day they are very good people there (also a girl was very nice on the phone but I forget her name)

Dave's knows about customer service and quality products

Great prepared food for people on the go, excellent produce, and super seafood. Pizza is top of the line with lots of choices. Sushi is excellent and always fresh! Always finding old favorites and making new ones.

I did some holiday shopping there 2 nights ago. I went to use my Caramel Machiato international delight creamer and chunks fell In to my coffee. After throwing up , I brought the creamer back only to be spoken very poorly to by the tall elder man / manager. He told me to get in line with people checking out in order to get to customer service rather rudely. I didn't say a word. The woman at the customer service desk told me to go select another one and to open it to be sure, the manager then scolded me once again saying you can't open those....I was like your customer service lady told me too and I opened 4 to find one that was not chunks. Maybe the manager should pay closer attention to the quality of food rather then being a gastapo at the line to check out?? Unbelievable!!! I will not be shopping there until they know how to run a store professionally.

First time here. I love the layout. Everything looks good and fresh. Went in for a few items and bought picked up more because prices are good.

The East Greenwich Meat Department has the high quality meat I shop for. I receive professional and courteous service from Manager Andrew Bailey's team members in the Butcher Shop.

Dave's is always great. The prices may be a little higher at other places but for freshness and variety they are ethe best.

Wow can you say service? I was walking from the side as the manager was locking the door for closing. It was just after closing hour. He saw me, unlocked the door and let me in. Turned on the beverage cooler lights. He knew I was looking for water and an ice tea. The smiling lady at the register was pleasant even though I was keeping them there a little extra time. It’s the little things that make a huge difference, I was in route for a 4 hour road trip home after moving my daughter into college and just wanted some sweets for the ride and a cold drink. They made my trip a joy. Old school customer service. God Bless and thank you for blessing me w a stress-free road-trip prep. Grateful.
