Probably one of the best pizzas ive ever had, Dave Portnoy doesn't know jack!! Ive eaten 10x more pizzas than that young kid, this is the best.

This place has amazing pizza! We tried 3 different slices and they did not disappoint. The atmosphere is very casual and relaxed, which is perfect for a weekend stroll in Ybor. Also, the owner was so welcoming and amusing! Also the beer was cold!!

Pleasant staff! Buffalo chicken and spinach & mushroom pizza taste great, definitely love the crust.

We had the most lovely time here. Staff were very friendly and the pizza was to die for! Crispy crust and fresh ingredients. I highly recommend this place.

Ordered delivery of 2 topping pizza. Waited 45 min for it to be delivered only to find we received a lukewarm cheese pizza. When we complained about the missing toppings. They "apologized by refunding the price of the toppings". Really? You apologized by refunding the money I PAID for something you failed to give me!?Wow, first and last time I order from here. Would have gotten better customer service from Dominos, of course they would have replaced the pizza with the one ordered.

This is a really good spot for authentic NY style pizza, by the slice or by the pie! Great amount of crunch, perfect ratio of toppings to crust, large slices, and decent prices! They also have a lot of pasta dishes, but I can't speak to those, as I didn't have a chance to try them. Parking and indoor seating are limited here.

People… I have been searching the Tampa area for over a year for that perfect pizza. I finally found it at Due Amici in Ybor. This restaurant focuses on quality, customer satisfaction, and separating themselves from the rest of the pizza competition. Oh, not just pizza… their homemade pasta and sauce is out of this world. I’ve been weekly since my first visit. Do yourself a favor and go ask for Chris - regardless of how busy they are, Chris takes the time to speak with you, customize your order, introduce you to other food they have… it’s just a different experience. There isn’t comparable pizza in the Tampa area in my opinion. And definitely not that quality of pizza with the amazing service. They are passionate about what they do, and it shows in the quality of their product. Their pizza is amazing, pasta is the best, and ingredients are all fresh. Take for instance their mushrooms… all cut in house, fresh. No canned goods here… Go in and ask for Chris!!!! You’re welcome… Pro tip- go during the week. Fridays and Saturdays get busy as it’s in the heart of ybor.. 5 star, A++++

The pizza is fresh. The pasta is made in house and really good. Good consistency and amazing flavor. I had the Carbonara and it did not disappoint. It came out and I looked at it and thought - man, this is not a really big portion - don't be deceived. I could barely finish and it was really flavorful. Two others in our party had the calzones and raced about them. I love this place. It's my go to pizza spot now

The man at the counter asked the right questions to make sure I was ordering what I was wanting. He steered me to something I didn't realize I wanted. SO good. Highly recommend. Pizza slices are so big, the Stromboli that was recommended was phenomenal. The stuffed pizza was so good too!

Delicious food and huge portions.

Most overpriced pizza in town. We were in town for the weekend and stayed near Ybor city and decided to order 4 pies from this pizzeria. When we went to pick up, they were not ready and we had to wait, we didn't mind at first since it was the weekend but they didn't seem apologetic. Pizza was undercooked, more sauce than cheese made it very soggy. We end up throwing them away.

Let me start by saying I am from NJ & I was raised in NY, so this should tell you that I'm very picky about my pizza as I now reside in NC and my family & I just recently went on vacation in Tampa. Now coming from the north y'all know living anywhere in the south it's literally like trying to find a needle in a haystack when it comes to finding true authentic NY style pizza UNTIL THE NIGHT MY FAMILY AND I FOUND THIS GEM! We were a party of 10! This place brought me back home as it's TRUE ITALIAN atmosphere was EXCEPTIONAL! There was pizza by the slice, the margarita pizza was to die for! I literally shed a tear when I saw all of the pizzas being sold by slices! When I told my husband's family, this is exactly how a pizzeria is supposed to look and taste they couldn't believe that's the type of pizza we have up north! We also ordered ravioli, Stromboli's, and a whole Italian sub with the fresh mozzarella, and when I tell you, WE DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE JUST BC OF THIS PLACE! The men behind the counter made our experience even more sensational as they gave us the true feeling of what it's really like when walking into an Italian restaurant and making you feel as if your family! I went to this pizzeria without any expectations and it really surprised me a lot since I am a fan of pizza and this pizza is perfect Big mace with good flavor sauce with an excellent flavor and the most tasty and abundant cheese you could ask for I went with my family we ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza and the price is good for the amount, it's worth it. The only thing I can criticize and obviously is not my restaurant nor am I the owner and I don't know their policy on how to serve customers but when I went no one gave us the Welcome, we sat down and several times they passed us by and didn't even say hello, then after a while the chef who was doing her job asked us if we wanted to order something while there were 2 more people who could tell us. But other than that I loved the pizza and would return as many times as possible.

This place is AMAZING. I had the most phenomenal chicken pesto for dinner tonight. The pasta is made in house (you can literally see them making it!!) And got my son a slice of pepperoni and he is VERY picky with his pizza, but he LOVED it !!! Which says a lot! They also brought him a free little canoli and it was his first time having one. Now he's obsessed with them! The owner is so kind and funny. The atmosphere is top tier. Laughter, conversation, and kindness all around. I also grabbed a cheesecake and red velvet cake to go. Cannot wait to eat it when I get back to the place !!! We are here visiting my sister and this place did NOT disappoint 🙌🏼

I loved the pizza, it was very delicious but the service when you get to the restaurant and they don't tell you anything when you enter and that was bad but I stayed anyway and when I tried the pizza, it was delicious.

Best pizza I have had since I left CT in 2008. Definitely make time to talk to the owners. They are great! They owned 14 pizza restaurants in Manhattan and he has been making pizza for over 30 years. Their sauce is delicious and I was happy to hear I could buy it in the grocery store. I will never have to make homemade sauce again😊. Oh and don’t leave without having a cannoli. They were amazing too!! My husband and I can’t wait to go back! Thank you for making us feel so special and for making our night memorable.

Wow I never thought we would get amazing NYC right here in Ybor City, FL. But we did. Coming from NYC and NJ it’s hard to top that thin crust chewy fluffy w watery fresh sauce w chewy fresh mozzarella cheese. But it’s here. And the staff speak Italian and not some other language where it seems pretty authentic to have native speakers of a food that is from Italy. Cheers to Due Amici! Go to 7th avenue and 17th and 18th streets. You won’t be disappointed. Better than pizza in Italy and just as good as NY! The Marguerita slice with fresh basil and mozzarella cheese was $6 (you can pay cash or card) and it was heavenly. The staff are wonderful and the inside is perfectly minimalistic w lift like space and high ceilings with the basics and authentic Italian items you can buy or see. The dessert also looks fresh and good and all sanitary in individual containers inside a fridge. Easy seating by yourself and no wait staff to tip. Simply love this atmosphere.

My family and I came in today to have lunch. This was our first time here, from the moment we entered we were completely mesmerized by the pizzas at the entrance. They all looked so amazing it was hard to choose. There was no wrong answer, all and everything we had was excellent. The pizza dough was so good, the pizza was the right amount of crispy and soft at the same time. The taste was great too! Service was superb, we were greeted by the owner, Gio. He was so kind and made my family feel at home. He even gave my kid a slice of cake on the house. Overall, we had an excellent experience. Definitely recommend this place. We are from Orlando, but totally worth the trip, we will be back.

We came in with 12 hungry people for lunch. We got greated, served the best pizza 🍕 I think in Florida, and treated like family. It's great and the pizza dough and options are amazing. I have seen the last 3 groups walking in treated the same. My fav is the stuffed pizza!!!

We love coming here, the staff is always wonderful. Tonight, my lasagna was a little off or wasn't cooked all the way(maybe next time), we still had a good time.

Have been excited to try Due Amici for quite some time now. Social media and Yelp have continuously pointed me towards Due Amici with their massive, delectable looking pizza slices, wonderful ambiance/interior, and great customer service. While I was able to experience all of this during our visit to Due Amici, the pizza, the main reason I was there, did not hit the spot nor meet my expectations based on everyone else's reviews and takes. The pizza was by no means a bad pizza, the crust was done perfectly, it was cooked well, and the toppings were abundant, but there was just something missing that didn't make this a 5 star pizza for me. With that being said, we did get a chicken bacon ranch pizza and we weren't drunk. I consider that a mistake on our end. Not because Due Amici made the pizza poorly but because my expectations of a CBR pizza were different from my present state of mind. Anyways, pizza was large as advertised, was definitely good but not great, and service didn't skip a beat. Will be back to try a regular cheese or pepperoni slice to get the true rating of Due Amici and update if so needed.

I was visiting the Tampa area and felt like pizza. When I walk in, it's pretty hopping. It's a little confusing because you don't know if you should see yourself or wait to be seated or where to order as some people are just kind of standing around looking at their phones. I ended up having a slice of pizza and the chicken parmesan pasta. Both were very Meh! The pizza was just ok. I felt it was lacking in flavor. The pasta was disappointing. My chicken was thin and overcooked. It was missing that breaded crunch, the sauce was lacking, And there was tons of pepper at the bottom of the dish for some reason that completely overpowered it.

The food was good!!! First we ordered at the counter, the guy wasn't a bit friendly. We sat down at a table. Shortly they brought out my sons food and our appetizer at the same time. It took 17 minutes for them to bring my food. They gave my son metal real silverware, and me no silverware so I told the server I needed silverware. He didn't response so I followed him back to the counter and I guess he did hear me because he was getting plastic to go silverware. I asked for real silverware and he said they don't have any right now. Funny because my son got some minutes earlier. I think I would be alot better for the appetizer to come out and then both parties food at same time. Nothing like my son having to wait on me eat and me having to watch him eat.

Words can't even describe how good this place is. The food is phenomenal, and the service was even better. All the staff were super nice and even gave me an extra free water, a free canoli after my dinner, and an extra plate of fries. To me, the price wasn't even taken into consideration considering how good the food and service is. Overall, this place gets a 10/10 rating from me. I would definitely return if I lived closer, and I recommend his place to anyone in the area.

Why is the pizza so dry? I had a pepperoni slice and a buffalo chicken slice. There was hardly any sauce on either, just cheese and toppings. Where is the sauce??

First time experience was exceptional! The owner engaged with everyone that walked in the door and his charm was just what we needed after a very hard week of losing our brother. The food came out piping hot and was delicious! The portions were more than fair and we ended up bringing home the next nights meal. We can’t wait to go back!

Worth every penny! I haven't had pizza this good in years. I'm so glad google sent us here because yum. We got a meat lovers and everyone loved it and a whole pizza was huge so bring your appetite. Wish I had room to try a sandwich or the pasta because it looks sooo good. I wish this place was closer because I would eat here all the time! My parents are already talking about the next time they come to Tampa they absolutely need to stop here again! Loved the place, thanks for the cannolis!

Been here many times. In fact it’s the only place I’ll go for pizza in Tampa. Being from Chicago, good pizza is pretty much a staple and Due Amici definitely fulfills the need. Not only is it some of the best pizza I’ve had, the customer service is just as good. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. Not something that is very common anymore.

Due amici is always our go to for a hot, fresh slice of pizza on the weekend. The guys behind the counter are always super friendly and know our faces! This place never disappoints, you can get your slice or whole pie to go or enjoy it right there in the restaurant.

My go to spot in ybor for pizza Gio makes you feel like family, and don't sleep on their pasta! It's delightful and freshly made! They also have desserts and salads! I have bought a couple of their sauces online and they are so good! There is street parking all around and some nice cigar shops nearby! Try them out, I recommend them.

We were just looking for food and walked in here on a whim. Pizza was incredible but the pasta was the star of the show. I got the chicken pesto and it was easily some of the best pasta I ahve ever had. Give the pizza a try but don't skip on the pasta.

I am new to the area and ended up visiting the restaurant after going to a bar and seeing a line out of the door for the restaurant. I decided to give it a try and the pizza was awesome! I would highly recommend!

Wonderful time here! They accommodated my gluten allergy with the GF pizza base with lasagna pizza toppings- amazing! The service was fantastic! Lorentina is an original- so kind and funny! If you haven’t tried it yet, you won’t be disappointed when you do.
