The morning manager at this location who was working the drive through was extremely rude even the employee begged us to write a review of our experience. Help them out and fire that lady.

We have had many experiences at DD all over Florida in the last 10 days. This was the nicest, cleanest, and best experience so far. Location was very clean. Donuts were fresh, and coffee was very good. The workers in the afternoon were very attentive. Thank you!!

Owen was so sweet! He had great cheery energy, definitely brought a smile to my face. All the donuts were in stock so the kids were extra happy!

We visit pretty much every Saturday afternoon. It's the best location around, always clean, and the staff is always helpful and nice. The music could be turned down a little, makes it a bit difficult to have conversations but otherwise we love this location. They always have the best stock of yummy donuts!

After I spend all day at the hospital, my daughter was having very bad medication side effects on her birthday I went to get an Ice cream cake there in this place , what also can go wrong the ice cream cake was too expensive for the size and when we tried to cut the ice cream cake it was hard as a rock of course it was very old that they should take it out to trash and not sale it to costumers, tha make my daughter 's birthday the worst of her life, icream cake taste it really bad We are so disappointed

Today was the first time I ordered coffee and breakfast. I have to admit that I was a little nervous but the experience turned out to be a total game-changer that kicked my worries to the curb. I ordered for delivery; the meticulous packing not only safeguarded the dishes but also hinted at the attention to detail. Great coffee and great breakfast when you are on-the-go. I will order again from here.

I came by for some donuts, there was like only 2 chocolates left. The guy who took the order even double checked when I didn’t ask because I had asked for more, dude wasn't rude about it, he actually spoke well and was real respectful it’s nice to see another young guys my age still try to uphold respect and not be rude about doing his own job. This location has just been renovated and the inside looks nice and clean. However, one particular young female employee, pale skin with jet-black hair was not very welcoming. You can tell that she didn't want to be there.

I'm not from the area,after driving for 5 hrs ,I needed java. Typical DnD,clean,I go inside to better my chances of correct order,of course it was wrong,and wanted to charge me extra,until I showed the the girl ,after questioning me about the charge SHE JUST CHARGED ME A Minute AGO,I show her the receipt,and get my donut,with no apology. This Dunkin donut is finally remodeled and said under new management and because of that I came back after not coming here for two months. I come in this morning and the same manager with the dreads and glasses is there with the same attitude I left her with when I stopped coming to this store two months ago. She speaks to people like people are dumb and everythinf about her communicating skills is just delivered with a crazy morning attitude. Im surprised that this lady is still working there smh wow what a horrible service.

This is Hands down my favorite Dunkin, the lady with beautiful nails always so nice. Then there is momma from New York pr somewhere upstate and when she is there place is hustlin. Food always comes out fresh and drink is always on point. Appreciate y’all making morning where I don’t wanna cook or make coffee.

We walked in to get ice cream cake and saw 2 employees talking. We grabbed our cake and asked if they can write happy birthday. They declined and said they don’t do it here and they were mean about it. Don’t display cakes if you don’t provide writing hbd as well. They said they just get cakes and nothing else, no equipment for writing or anything. It’s the only baskin Robbins’s that doesn’t give writing equipments or train their employees to write on cake. Big disappointment

Best DD I've been to in Orlando

I have to say that since this facility got new management my experience has changed for the better. Before I would go and my order was always wrong, coffee was bitter and the service was not the best. If I asked for my order to be corrected I was met with hostility and rude employees. My experience this morning was fantastic. It was greeted politely by a young gentleman and experienced good customer service. I hope it lasts!

Walked into a practically empty establishment wity my 2 children and neither one of the 2 girls up front could be bothered. Both went about their business without so much as a greeting, an acknowledgement or announcement they needed time before getting to us. We waited patiently and then impatiently for a couple minutes and ultimately decided to walk out. Apparently they're not in the business of doing business.

I wish I was able to give it 0 stars… I didn’t wanna waste my time before writing a review for this horrible place but this place rlly needs to do better. 2 months ago my friend and I came rlly early in the morning to get some breakfast and we were in a rush. Everything started in the drive thru with this lady having such a bad attitude, I took like 3 more secs to tell her what I wanted because I was figuring out with my friend and didn’t even pass a minute for her to tell me to go around again and come back when I was ready. We choose to deal with her attitude bc like I said we were in a rush and we just wanted some dunking we had to order fast, once I get my order and I parked for a sec to see if we had everything we realized that they didn’t even give us the order right and we were missing 1 item of what we had order. We go inside to the place and 2 young ladies were there being so rude to us and didn’t even apologize for getting our order wrong, at that point we just wanted a refund, a refund that my friend never got. We wasted $25.00 for nothing. The day of today I decided to go back and get what I have always got in every single Dunkin’. A caramel latte with cream instead of milk. Never had an issue before at any dunking for getting this. I go in the drive thru, I order my coffee, once again, it’s a lady with a horrible attitude telling me that they don’t do that there and I told her that I always get that at everything Dunkin’ including that one and she has the audacity to tell me that I was lying bc they have never done that type of coffee. What a horrible service, I’m not surprised at all I can’t wait for this place to get better employees . It sucks bc it’s the closest Dunkin’ to my house but I’ll rather go 10 mins farther than come back to this horrible place.

Terrible service as always, never getting our orders right and never giving us what we’ve ordered. They are terrible at their jobs! There was a guy and a girl giving us the food, poor service and when we came back for the wrong order they were on their break all happy and laughing and the girl was allegedly giving me a death stare and the guy was laughing. A day later the price in our bank was $30, our price was $24 from what I remember. What’s with the sudden increase?! Be very careful where you get your things from. If you think you’d want to live in Kissimmee, don’t get your hopes up especially Osceola, it’s a terrible county.

They never have anything. I've gone 3 days in a row asking for cappuccino blast and they still don't have "the stuff nor vanilla ice cream" I went last night asking for the strawberry dragon fruit ice cream they're advertising on their front store just so she can look at me with a blank stare cause she didn't know what I was talking about and to tell me afterwards they didn't have it yet !!

Terrible service. I ordered a breakfast wrap with no eggs and I received a half burnt tortilla with a burnt strip of bacon (single one not even two) with zero cheese. It was quite literally as hard as a rock. Dunkin is a place where a lot of people go to get breakfast before work/school, i include myself. If they cannot even serve food correctly then for certain I will not be going back.

Went in to pick up mobile order and sat down. Very relaxing. Order was ready and I enjoyed my iced coffee and donut.

Very sad by this Baskin Robbins experience. Pandemic has not been kind for many businesses, this seemed to be one of those. I don't prefer to leave less than desirable reviews but... It seemed like there were less than half the ice cream flavors available.

I ordered the pancake wrap; which I was looking forward to eat. Our order was filled but there was no syrup. I asked for syrup but the had none. I mentioned they could've told me that and I would have ordered something different. The atmosphere was negative, no one smiled. They looked miserable and they gossiped on each other. Won't be back.

I ordered Coffe and Sausage with Egg/Cheese on a Croissant. Coffe tasted burnt, Croissant was ok. Customer Service didn't greet or say Hello or anything felt like I was talking to a Wall. I sat down to eat and work on my Laptop. To my surprise a worker came to my table , no words of excuse me may I sweep under your table or anything. I felt the broom sweeping on my feet several times I mean really who does that. That was just Plain Rude. I can't believe that I am in there buying stuff supporting their business and this is how they repay me. That was not Cool.

One of the worst Dunkins I've been too. Not only are they nasty and DO NOT CLEAN THERE DAIRY MACHINE, my whole family got sick from this and the shift leader wanted to sit there and argue with me that it wasn't "dirty" there is no way my family would not be sick if that was the case. The coworkers wanna do nothing but argue with you. And if you bring up and issue with the shift leader he lies to your face and tells you are wrong. Instead of apologizing and asking what he could do to fix the situation. That man is not a shift leader and I'm so incredibly shocked that's who you have representing your store while management is not there. I'm in utter shock with the way "management" handled this. He also refused to give any information about the manager.

This is the 3rd time I've stopped at this Baskin Robbins in the last 4 months for ice cream. Just last week, one freezer was down, they had about 8 different ice creams with no names so you had to ask what each one was and they were either freezer burned or have frozen and melted about 20 times. Ice cream looked disgusting. My mom decided to go for it but asked if he would just scrape the top to not touch the melt. He gave her the smallest kid scoop and then charged us 3 something. We love Baskin Robbins but never again.

Worst place ever bever has donuts. U can go when they open and nuthing.807 W Vine St, Kissimmee, FL 34741 never go here. Waste of time. There 2 hospitals near. They know people like to eat jelly donuts. Vanilla with sprinkles and strawberry with sprinkles. And they only put 1 tray out and gone in 1 hour but they open till late. So ridiculous.

All Dunkin Donuts are pretty much the same. However, this one had the toilets backed up. Restroom was a mess. Tables needed cleaning.

Was told 4 times at the drive thru speaker "we will be with you in a moment" by a harsh frustrated voice. Normally I would have driven away, but I had already ordered and paid through the app. When I got to the window, the employees were arguing and the man who served me yelled from across the store, "Are you the mobile order?" Was then handed a white drink so I asked if this was a frozen chocolate as there was no chocolate syrup in the cup. The man snapped at me that this is how they make their frozen chocolates and maybe other dunkins do it differently. I took one sip and was digusted as it was just a large cup of cream. While throwing it out, someone asked me why I threw away my large VANILLA LATTE. I told them it was supposed to be a frozen chocolate so even that person knew by looking at it that it was not correct. Don't waste your money at this location!

We came last weekend to this same store to get a cappuccino blast and they said it wasn’t working, we came again just now and they said we had to come into the store instead of the drive thru to order it all of that to just tell us that they AGAIN cannot make it, either they just don’t want to bother or the machine has not worked for a whole week, I don’t get it

The workers were rude. My cappuccino blast tasted like mold. They charged me for double almond milk. My latte tasted like straight espresso. They forgot my cold foam after i was charged. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location service was horrible and drinks were nasty.

This Dunkin has the worst employee’s, every time I request whipped cream on my coffee they never get it right, I purchased a bagel with cream cheese and they put just a little bit so I requested to buy a side and they told I have to go again in line in the drive thru just to get cream cheese. The manager has the worst attitude and the employees. I used to buy here almost everyday but unfortunately I would not go again.

This place is a joke and the worst Dunkin ever .. the lady working this morning around 8 am at the drive thru screen is the rudest person in the world. The ENTIRE staff ignored me for a solid 15 minutes when I just was standing at the pick up counter trying to get food I already paid for. The food is always bad at this location too. Coffee is also always burnt. Do yourself a favor and go to the one by medieval times.

This place just delivered burned food. I called and very rudely was told that either I can NOT eat them. Or take them back for an exchange. I give it a star, But if I could not give them any I would.

I'm always around this Dunkin' donuts early in the morning as they're opening. The posted hours say that they open at 6:00 a.m. however there have been a few times where my husband and I have tried to go inside and the workers have had the door locked and had us walk around to the drive-through window to place our order. We were told on a couple of occasions (with times varying between 6:14 a.m. to 6:25 a.m.) that the donut varieties to choose from were extremely limited because of the earliness of our arrival and them not having the time to make other varieties. That was super frustrating for me, being that I really love the vanilla cream donut, and they never seem to have it. However, the last time my husband and I visited this location, it was about 6:30 on a Sunday morning, we were able to open the door and walk into the dining room, the service was very good, and our order came out extremely quick and from everything I could tell, they were full to the brim with different varieties of donuts. I'm not sure what the difference was this time compared to times before, outside of the workers being different.

The sausage egg on a croissant was a little burnt but tastefully good. My chocolate caramel cold macchiato was so deliciously cold going down in my tummy 🤤🤤 I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Cold brew made good just order on app and go thru drive thru one car infront of me all around taking and making order super slow. Only guess maybe they had big order to make then holding my drink. In front of me still wasn't sure to give to me then come back I said again order number 743 she tells me the price which is a prepaid order. Room for improvement yes. I just wasn't seeing how so confusing unless busy yet if been to busy before and run like clock work.

I have been going to this Dunkin’s for the past 5 years and all I can say is that this place doesn’t work the same when Shirley is not there she is like the only one that makes sure that things get done on time I thought all this time that she was a manager there because the job that she do there is unbelievable I never even seen the manager there helping out when is really busy . Shirley is the only one there that makes my coffee right I feel like Shirley should get promoted to be a manager
