The worst place of pizza.... you have to wait more than a hour

Five stars for customer service one star for DoorDash delivery The driver messed up the order returns with food asking for the food back even though papa John's manager Sam says we can keep it and get the new order the driver didn't speak any English sam went out of her way to refund me and say I can get free food tomorrow so customer service top notch door dash not so much

Be prepared to wait. This location always says it's ready before it actually is. Clearly trying to boost their metrics and hope it takes you longer to get there. Planning to call corporate to try to get them to report accurately. Please do the same so hopefully something can actually get fixed about it.

To start with this locations parking SUCKS! After finally getting a far parking spot, I watched the female cashier who seemed to be the manager or the shift lead switch job stations with another female employee who was prepping pizzas etc EITHER FEMALE DID NOT WEAR GLOVES OR WASHED THIER HANDS AT ALL! Once a few customers came in at the same time making them feel a little weeded I'm assuming because being next in line to order the woman skips me although I'm standing right in front of her jumps over me to the guy behind me, so I allowed it to slide but then once she took his order she looked past me again to the next man for his order until I spoke up, mind you I was standing right in front of her. She struggled with working the register as well as she failed to give info on any specials they had etc I paid nearly $10 for a 20oz of soda and bottle water, outrageously over priced!! The only one that was doing his job correctly was the man cooking the pizzas. The females were not sanitary & came across as if they had no clue what they were doing or how to do anything correctly. The pizza was made quickly & the pizza was ordered for my friend who I warned they didn't use gloves or wash hands after handling money & phone ,& register but he said he was to hungry to just get the pizza anyways. I skipped on eating a slice GROSS! The women who were working would cost this place so many fines & violations for sure! Not to mention possibly a nasty label & bad reputation on this location for years to come to gossipers gabbing to others don't eat at that Papa John's in this county! Google wanted my opinion & my experience of this place that day well here it is eat at your own risk people! I'm glad we stopped in there to order instead of ordering delivery that day! I love Papa John's but the employees who don't take their jobs serious have no business working in a food industry establishment. Screen & test your employees!

Too tasty, they are not greasy and they are soft. God bless me and the virgin to all the employees and boss.

It's very rich I can't say anything

I ordered a pizza from papa johns twice and twice they messed up my pizza. I can tell they don't read instructions just because my pizza was not how I ordered it twice. They have failed me. We customize it for a reason, but they don't even try to read the instructions. I'm not a happy camper with papa johns.

The horrible wait says one time and it is another...

Good pizza, bad service, a lot of delay, not enough staff to serve more than an hour waiting for a pizza, You have to ask if it is already there, why do they make it and leave it there and not notify the client?

They have the worst people answering the phone ☎️

I ordered a pizza at 5pm for a 6:30pm delivery. It's now 7pm. and no pizza!! It arrives soggy and horrible!!

I ordered a pizza with half pepperoni and pineapple, half pepperoni and mushrooms and they put 2 pieces of pineapple and 2 mushrooms in the entire piece.

good morning yesterday I made an order for a birthday card that they gave me, I paid the delivery and everything and I never received my order and I went into the app to see my order number and it came out that my order had already been picked up I never picked it up

There literally a 6 min drive to where I’m at. I’m 7 months pregnant and waited a hour a 30 min before calling, so I call them and “oh sorry we don’t deliver to that location” WHAT? they are literally 6 min from my hotel. Who ever picked up the phone to take my order didn’t know the specials and obviously that you didn’t deliver to the address I provided, I then spoke to the manager Bay she was rude speaking to me with attitude and now pushed me to where I never order from papa johns again, I will not tolerate to be treated as such, when it was them that failed on there end and only had so apologize for there mistake. She said the girl was training which I do believe cause she literally had no knowledge over the phone so if she not fully aware of your menus or location on delivery she shouldn’t be picking up the phone. Now I had to walk to Marco pizza pregnant thank a lot guys you lost me forever idk what’s been going on with papa johns customer service but it’s getting horrible!

I went there just now 6/30/2023. Girl that took my order, horrible customer service.. went to pick up my order same girl. Didn't greet us at all.. looking mean not a friendly face to greet your customers.. she should be in the back where no one can see her face.. 👎

Great customer service food always fresh

This place is entirely too expensive to be serving trash . New to the area...Ordered here yesterday all the toppings for the pizza was in the middle of the entire pizza. They didn't spread it out over the entire pizza. It was cold, It tasted like flour an under cooked. Was truly disgusting. Also ordered the stuffed crust cheese pizza. It was stuffed, but the pizza itself was flat an nasty.

The pizza came cold so we ended up heating the pizza up…. Two of the garlic butters had to be warmed up! Normally we have good pizzas from them BUT not tonight… UPDATE: the manager called me and made things right by giving us credits for everything we bought tonight! I greatly appreciate her getting with me so fast!

Ordered pick up and it was pretty fast. Inside of store is really clean too.

They never get the order right. We talked to the assistant manager said we would get the whole meal free again when we order. But when we called he never made a note about it so we had to oder something different and pay for it. They still got order wrong. They gave it to us for free and was told the same thing. We call we get meal for free. But they had 3 strikes no more chances.

My last order was not fully cooked.

Paid a total of almost $18 for a 10" GF pizza. I asked for "the works" and thought they would put a lot of the toppings since it is such a small and thin pizza. Lets just say that it was not even covered in cheese. You could see the dough thru the little toppings they added. I will not be going back. Lesson learned, i will go to Piefection.

I've ordered from this place 10 times without a problem it is 2.2 miles from my location and they keep on referring me to another location now with a different phone number who doesn't have an active phone number I can call them just fine but apparently the other store who is further away can't accept my calls or my phone is the problem but I'm calling them just fine

I will NOT recommend this restaurant at all. My family & I are visiting on vacation we ordered over $100 worth of food & we did not receive all of our food and when we called back the employee Isaac was acting very slow like he couldn’t understand what we were missing after being told over 100 times and when asking to speak with the manager Calvin he was saying the order was placed on the web but so what it was under my name and we paid our money and did not receive all of our food. We called a online number I guess they have a 3rd party that puts the order in online. The manager hung up and nobody picked up after we called again over and over. Our money was wasted and we had so many kids that went without food.

Always quick and friendly service and pizza was fresh when we arrived for pick-up! Definitely my go-to spot when other fast food restaurants around the area is closed.

I ordered in the app more then an hour ago and in the app it still says preparing. I tried to call the store and no one picks up. I can’t even call to cancel my order. Gotta physically go there to just cancel my order!

Like most most of the places, depending on who's at the front desk decides the type of service you're going to get. Mostly young kids handling the business with no experience on how to talk to customer, but I still love the pizza.

Kyle the manager is incompetent typical fast food worker..... lies and laziness. Told him to use a number I provided him with for driver yet he didn't.... pizza was never delivered as we were outside waiting... now they're closed... ill be calling corporate tomarrow morning

My delivery driver is awesome, but I ordered the new $16 dollar NY style pizza online. It only came with pepperoni, so u added 3 toppings. I tipped my driver $5 (not complaining about my driver because they are great) the total was $33. I thought I added a cookie. Can you believe when the pizza came and the "new receipt" came in . There was no cookie added, just the pizza for $33. I should have Screen shot my order and what i wanted and expect. You can't depend on this location to be honest. I don't understand if we are buying "extra toppings" why is our pizza have hardly no toppings. It seems like they remove toppings to add more. What since does that make. You add less pepperoni , because i added sausage. The whole point of adding is to get more. Not less. You definitely "charge us" for it. No problem. The least you can do is give your customers what they paid for. They really disappointed me with my online order experience. I use to think it was the workers who we're causing confusion. No, it's this specific establishment way of doing businesses!

The Asian lady with glasses took my order over the phone and when I said hold on a sec she hang out on me, I call back and she said “I figure it out you’ll call back when you make your decision” Got there to pick up my order and she had a gauze on her finger with blood…. Took my payment, didn’t wash her hands and went to grab a pizza pie from the machine….. disgusted

Well I usually like papa John's but, this last pizza took a toll on me and my toilet.

They can’t get an order right! I Ordered a chicken Alfredo pizza pie only to get the wrong order had to wait for a new one to be made I also ordered a extra cheese and pepperoni only to get home and see they put Pineapples on it smh no pepperonis..

The pizza arrived more or less on time, came with what I ordered but don't recommend the philly cheese steak (meat) as a topping. It doesn't really have flavor. My pizza was slightly underdone. I still ate it but next time will ask to have them push it back in for a couple extra moments. Sorry, ate a slice before I remembered to take a pic.

My pizza was good and hot, the key is to order and pick it up yourself, this way you get it right out the oven, the longer it sits it loses flavor

I wasn't happy with this delivery, they are usually really good about getting it to you quick, but this time every time I checked the tracker the time to delivery kept getting longer and longer, by the time we finally got our pizza a couple of them were cold. I don't know if they were short handed on drivers that night, but I left a review on their website and the manager never hot back to me😠

Order was late one hour. When we called they stated the "Special" we ordered was for pick up only! Wanted to charge extra! for the delivery. While waiting for delivery had to go outside and driver was leaving!!! Never again!

I walk over to their store.... Tried the newest pizza meatball pepperoni., didn't get it but....... The manager made a new pizza & gave a free dessert!! That's what you call excellent customer service👍. Food quality is always good.
