I usually don't write reviews like this but I have to. I understand that you are tired and want to go home (I work in a deli) but that does not mean you can be rude to customers. My mother and I came in today and Michael was helping us. He wasn't very friendly and when my mother asked a question about the price he snapped back with attitude. This is no way you should treat customers.

Trash charged me extra when they didn’t have the correct items to make sandwiches. Don’t not waste your money here

Bad employees, dont care about customers

Haven’t been to Subway in a while but take a look, there sandwiches/subs have definitely gotten SMALLER. And this location doesn’t give Military Discounts or Senior. Last time i go here. See the picture and you make your own decisions about the location.

Safety concerns, I was there the employee that was working their was have a domestic dispute with her spouse I believe in the store , they were yelling . I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable, my child was with and got scared. Went lady to ask for her manager she would give info, they need tp check the cameras , I would never go back to that location. I will call corporate office to complain about this.

Average samo sandwiches .. but thats expected ... still good

One of the worst subways I’ve been to, the older black lady act like she do not want to be their and the sandwiches they made us was horrible, toasted means a lil crunch to the sandwich and I had nothing, I will never ever go back here

Went in for lunch ordered whole wheat subs was told by the lazy fill in the blank that the wheat bread just came out of the oven and she needed to wait 20 minutes for it to cool and was not willing to cut the sub she was very unprofessional will never go back !!!!!

When to this location for lunch,or tried to go to this location for lunch on Dec 17 2023. Wanted to ask what salads they offered. But, was ignored by manager and staff. They were busy planning the Christmas party . TRYED , twice to discuss salads and was ignored both times. Finally , left empty handed. The store is dirty needs a good deep cleaning.

Unpleasant experience preparing food and making jokes between employees and talking excessively over the food, not only dropping saliva on my food but also what other customers are going to consume. I tell him about my discomfort and he answers me, thank you, have a good day IN A CUTTING WAY and that if I don't like them talking over the food, next time I should buy food at McDonald's!!!!!What a more Professional staff!!!!!

Horrible sandwiches...spent close to $40. Wish I hadnt...the bread was stale..the cookies tasted as it they were done weeks ago. When I reached out to customer service on the web...a Lisa Durst who stated she was a manager was just as useless. No refund ...no store credit. Then has the nerve to say "we look forward to serving you in the future". I'd have to be a fool to go back! Money spent on nasty food...for my kids.

Today on the 29th of September I arrived at this location to find all the doors locked and the employee inside running to hide. If the store closes at 10pm why is it at 8:30 the doors are locked and the employee hiding. This is not the first time I've had an issue at this store. I found a guest coming from the back fixing his clothes and the female employee fixing before trying to make my sandwich. Not sure what's going on at this location but I recommend management please look into what there night staff are doing.

The lettuce looks old. The tall fake red head skeletor lady has bad people skills and DISCRIMINATES AGAINST EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS. If you have family or loved ones that count on your emotional support pets don’t go here. The manager dose not support mental health awareness let alone f men’s mental health awareness

Buenos dias muy decepcionada con la hygiene... las espinacas marchitas y sucias, sin contar que casi no habian vegetales...pedi un vaso S y cuando voy a la mesa donde se sirven las bebidas esta super sucio y con una cucaracha.

I have been a client for this subway a couple times and today was my last day as a client. I asked for a wrap to be toasted at the end for a couple seconds and I was told that it was not posible. I asked for the same thing every time I go and they always do. They said that the managers do not want them to do that because the wrap breaks, I explained that every other time the wrap never break and it was only for a couple seconds. While I’m talking I also told them not to cut it and they were like not listening any word I was saying, they ended cutting the wrap. She said that she can eat it for lunch and prepare another one. I’m so sorry, but there is no more subway “have it your way”. The treatment was horrible, they said that the other times they toasted the wrap was a new person. I think this is even worst, the new person was very diligent, she knows how to treat people but the employee who had more experience should not be attending customers. The customers for her doesn’t have any value and she doesn’t listen. I’m not coming back.

Went there for lunch and left with a 6inch teriyaki sandwich. Got to work and sat down to eat first thin I see is a hair In my sandwich. Opens the it up and I found a total of 4 hair strands. I sure it had to be the managers hair. She was not wearing a hair net or a hat white making the sandwiches. This place is so nasty. In the photo you can see 1 out of the 4. Instant gag reflex. I am never going back there again.

Closed at 7pm on a Friday.... let me guess staffing. Since my last review they have hired more responsible employees. Chris is a hustler and keeps the line flowing. He also works another full time job and still puts in 20-30 hours with subway. Several of the Hispanic girls in the afternoon are also awesome. About a month ago Chris had a maniac in the store who took off all of his garments....yuck. Chris remained calm and escorted the current customers out of the store and call 911. Kissimmee Police arrived quickly and determined that the male was experiencing excited delirium, due to drugs. Anyhow KPD handled the issue and Chris was stuck cleaning the entire dining room. The male apparently broke pipes in the restroom and flooded the place.

Christopher the best service. He give and excellent costumer service. Thanks You are the best

I got attended by a new chef there. He was very friendly and polite. Tho he asked questions i saw his will to learn and be good at his job. The place is clean and neat. I recommend.

It's Subway...Good sandwiches.. Good friendly service

I was over charged, but they were able to fix it. The toaster is broken, none of our sandwiches were more than room temperature upon receiving them. The ladies working were very nice.

Stop in at Subway on 192 in Kissimmee I got a cold cut combo the meat and vegetables with fresh the onions with crunchy two jalapenos what spicy and good when I'm on the go out doing business when I'm on the go I always stop at Subway and get me a sandwich they have all different kinds of sandwiches meatball pepperoni chicken teriyaki chicken Subway is good is healthy and keeps you going

Subway is always an awesome place to eat. You can't go wrong by enjoying a healthy breakfast from here or a healthy ham sandwich from here or veggies uf you are a vegetarian. Just please be careful if you do eat meatball, it has the highest amount of sodium.m

Employees are good but seems like there always understaffed. Restaurant is never very clean and homeless come in and out.

Great place, awesome staff, Tosha, Yoli and the other girl (can't remember her name unfortunately) are excellent. Very courteous and friendly. Amazing experience, totally recommended.

Restaurant is always clean and tidy. They are never out of ingredients either.

My food was good (as is normal with Subway) but I didn't enjoy watching the employees playing pranks on each other.

Excellent service, great food, I complemented the "sandwich artist" and told the clerk I will be back. They gave me a discount on the spot (though they didn't have to do that) I was sincerely pleased with my experience and felt like telling them. The world would be a better place if everyone would just show each other a bit more courtesy! You may get a "reward" right away but that's not the best motivation. Consider it a "pay it forward" type of thing.

Great service, great food! I just had the best subway sandwich ever!! The cashier was very nice, didn't get her name, medium length black hair with blonde highlights in the back, tan skinned color, not sure if Hispanic or black, 5 stars for her! All done and Satisfied

Burnt the bread and didnt fix man sitting at table singing, very distracting asked him to keep it down ,and he was rude and threatening so went to management was told it's not a library but noticed gentleman wasn't even a customer but I was for my own peace I was forced to leave

Ate here a few times that I had a good experience. Clean lobby and restroom but the sub making area was a mess with vegi dropped in other vegi and all over the counter top. A female worker thats about 4ft tall had to stand on the tips of her toes to reach the vegis in the back. She wasn't wearing a apron so her shirt was all in the front fixings while reaching to the back. On a plus side they have a drive thru window to pick up your online or phoned in order.

The only subway I can enjoy with my family, all the other subways we've been to either 1 of us end up getting or all of us. Especially the one on The Prominad in Poinciana, Fl. I highly recommend them.

Yoli and her crew are the best! It's a very busy store on a main road and it gets crowded around meal times, but she keeps things rolling with a focused, efficient group of sandwich artists. So don't walk away just because you see a long line inside!
