I have delivery order the doordash person marked as delivered took the pizza, when I call the doordash driver he said he just took it. I try to contact the restaurant many times without any luck voicemail is full. I called doordash they stated they can not refund because was order through the app. I am so upset that I couldn't do anything. I would never order again.

The particular little Cesar’s store have a lot of problems starting with the staff and Atmosphere. Services and food due to the attention from the cooking is making food taste horrible. I had to retire the food due to uncooked

We had just ordered 4 pepperoni pizzas for delivery one of the pizza had no pepperoni just cheese try to call on food about never answer phone ridiculous

Service was quick and friendly. Atmosphere was inviting Food is what it is... never been the biggest fan of their pizza but if you're looking for something quick, easy, and on the inexpensive side... this is the place.

Ordered a pizza a while ago, delivered the old pizza and when calling, the call does not pick up, while the website says open.

They canceled the order I placed online, because they don't have cheese or anything to put on the pizza and it was only 8:45 pm. The worst thing is they don't warn you and waste your time; who is waiting outside the restaurant.

Going to this exact place is a waste of time. Personnel messed up my order by miscommunication. Personnel need more training.

No cheerful person in sight was absolutely ridiculous moods getting angry with me about something was their fault.

My order was taken by a girl who said she was the manager. I repeated at least 5 times that it was important that they didn't put sauce on me and that the mace was thin. She charged me and I waited at least 20 minutes when they delivered my order. A really nice guy gave me the wrong order. . I asked her to speak to the person who took the order and the manager came out very rude and told me to give her the money and that's it! He didn't even apologize, on the contrary, the employee apologized to us and was very kind, but the manager was totally despotic and rude, understand that the prices have already changed. A minimum order there costs us 50 dollars and we wait half an hour for it to be delivered and it's fine. Yes, at least one gets what they ask for, but why do you give me what you want and also be rude?

Just left this location and was so disappointed and confused. The “crazy puffs” are advertised all over the store but when I wanted to order some I was told to wait maybe half an hour…. Is the slogan still hot and ready or not? And the crazy bread I settled for was so stail I couldn’t eat it.

On 2 separate occasions the order has been delivered incorrectly.

Employees here are not sanitary I watched every last one touch their phones and go straight to making pizza without washing their hands. Guy flipping dough attached his arms and head and then went right back to flipping dough.

Worst pizza experience ever. Pizza came in all smooshed to the side . Delivery didn’t care. Called the store and they cared even less. This was a family dinner moment clearly done and delivered by people who don’t care.

I ordered food there yesterday. Got home to see i was missing my stuffed cheesy bread and instead was given some hard stale crazy bread. I tried calling the store over 3x and noone answered!!

Tried to order at 9 pm (they close at 11) but they kept canceling my online order and would not pick up the phone. It was only two items, worst location in the area.

WORSE Door Dash service ever... toold them over an hour and 15 minutes to get my order.. Food was very cold and worse part. Door Dash / Little Caesars only offered me 15% refund on their mistake. Order from Pizza Hut or Papa Johns and you will get better service all around. I ordered from the 192 store.

Could not get the pizza I wanted because its only sold 4-8 can't believe people with a business don't want to make money, although I didn't know about this time because I have bought this pizza before in other times that was not 4-8 sorry you could not help a costumer that likes your product and supports you.

Use to love getting my cardboard cheese pizzas here occasionally. Went recently and was the only person there (door chimes loudly upon opening door) and the staff was too busy talking and goofing off in the very back to notice. After several minutes I finally got an employee to notice me and then given a look that they were laboring to help me. Most of the food is already made and kept in hot racks (which is fine for what you're paying for) so there's not too much involved with checking someone out. Hire some people that actually want to work and are better at being the face of your franchise. I'm sure there are some good people that work here BUT I didn't speak or see them on this trip.

Ordered during lunch time: 2 Liter Soda, Deep Dish Cheese Pizza and Italian Cheesy Bread. Ordered got delivered, started to eat the pizza, the pizza tasted like beer and smelled like the cheese was way past the expiration date. Muenster Cheese shouldn't smell like beer. Opened a complaint # and the rep told me I have to wait to see if i got a refund since the date of the order and the complaint on January 28 around 2pm. If not i will do a chrage back. I never had a bad experience at any Little Ceasar's location in Celebration, Poinciana, but in Kissimmee?

I go in and order a cheese and pepperoni pizza with lite sauce. My total is $17.78 and I question the price and the girl said it’s because it’s a custom pizza it’s $8.49. So I ask “does that make sense to you, it’s less product for $2.00 more than a standard pizza”. She replies “you can get a regular pizza”. I walk away and leave the store. This location is just so disappointing and service is consistently poor. This place is terrible, and it just sucks every other time I come. I don’t know how Little Caesar’s handles such easy simple requests with extra fees. There should be an option for less sauce at no extra charge especially if I am willing to wait the 20 minutes for fresh pizza with less sauce. (Heartburn issues, if anyone wants to know)

This location has habitually struggled with understaffing, low on hand inventory, long waits, and untrained staff, but the food is consistently good, so I've dealt with the rest. I was pretty frustrated today though, because they have all these printed signs up advertising a breadstick deal. It clearly says 2 for $5, no sauce, or 2 for $6 with sauce. The employee rings it up, I pay, and the receipt shows separate charges with $5 for bread sticks and $1.60 for sauce, which is full price. I showed him the receipt and said it was charged incorrectly and he just shrugged his shoulders and said that's how he has to ring it up. I said I got the deal because it advertised a discount and he said if I wanted a refund it would take a week. I felt really gaslit and dismissed over something silly, but valid. They charged more than advertised. I suggested they take down the false advertising if they did not have a way of ringing it up correctly and he looked at me like I was crazy. Then his coworker said something in another language and he just hands me a free sauce to placate me? So I just left. I guess I'll go back to Dominoes.

Ordered my pizzas, was told 15 minute wait. Come back almost 20 minutes later and the girl behind the counter who couldn’t speak English tried to explain she didn’t know who I was and why was I asking for my order with the name Anthony when it wasn’t even my order… (funny things is she was the person who originally took my order🤦‍♂️) Manager comes out, who can barely speak any better English than her and explains my entire order was given to someone else and that I would have to wait another 20-30 minutes just to get my order or I can be refunded. I choose just to get two pizzas and she said I can charge you for one due to the inconvenience. Okay, give me three and charge me for two. Apparently, that was the tipping point. “No I can’t do that”. Hell, I even explained it to her in Spanish and she still argued that she couldn’t do that. Then, the girl that couldn’t hardly speak any English suddenly developed enough courage to tell me in English that I was being difficult and that it wasn’t their problem… LOL To which I replied in Spanish that maybe had she paid attention to what she was doing, she would not have given away my entire order to someone else who was not named Anthony. (the manager admitted that is exactly what this girl did🤦‍♂️) Long story short: language barriers coupled with young kids managing even younger kids with an attitude issue sure makes for fresh and tasty ingredients that will service this part of Kissimmee really well, Little Ceasars…🤣 Your location’s a joke with the people you staff it with.😤

Didn't answer the phone for over 2 hours. I ordered a LG pepperoni and an Edge to Edge for the extra price (obviously). They forgot the edge to Edge, the refund and any apology. Very unsatisfactory.

Horrible service. I went in yesterday around 7:30pm, I was trying to order and the apple pay wasn't working. The lady (employee) in the cashier was on her phone. While I am waiting for her to touch the screen so I can try the apple pay again, she took her whole phone out and took a selfie in my face. So unprofessional. Throughout the time I was there she continued to take phone calls in front of people, literally holding her phone out. No airpods or anything to at least make it less obvious. I was in the store for almost an hour & she had multiple conversations on her phone in front of every customer at the cashier. I hope the district manager goes into the cameras to check and see how all her employees use their phone. I didn't call the manager because I saw her in the back also using her phone. They didn't even cut the pizza all the way, I had to use my own pizza cutter at home & the Cheese sticks were not fully cooked I can see the dough. It was my first & last time ordering there. If I can give 0 stars I would, I have never had someone use their phones freely in my face, better YET take a selfie. I wish I would have asked for the employees name, but the cameras can catch all of that. I really hope the district manager reads the google reviews and takes action.

Placed a 60.00 order through them for it to be stolen by the delivery guy. Apperently they used doordash drivers. no one wants to take any responsibility for anything. Doordash said it doesn't have anything to do with the as little Caesars took the money, and little Caesars store won't help not their responsibility. I tried to call their help line and got hung up on twice, no one to help us. Watch out for them and their dasher driver Richard H. What a joke

I always buy the same pizza the bestest and they always put a lot of peperoni but today they decide to not put peperoni in the peperoni pizza I am very upset because I've peperoni very disappointed

You never can get a hold of anybody on the phone when you need it. And you never get consistent service.

The Worst place i have been to, stood there for 15mins waiting to order only to be told that they do not have dough to make the pizza, no im sorry for the inconvenience or nothing. AT Least acknowledge your customers and let them know instead of having them stand there, then when you call they placed the phone off the hook so noone would call, i literally called while standing inside the store and they did that, very un-perfectional.

**HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION, PLEASE READ** Ordered 2 calzonis, one pep and one cheese.. our cheese one still had pepperoni in the calzone part. Which normally wouldn't be too much of an issue, but I personally cannot digest meat too well which is why I asked for one without any lol. To top it off, my roommate is allergic to banana peppers, even if someone touches it and then touches their food can cause them a reaction. None of our food had banana peppers and yet his bottom lip is swollen to filth after eating the pepperoni calzoni we ordered. So they worked on someone else's food and didn't change their gloves - as I would've expected them too since I've worked with food before and that's just standard in my locations?? Do NOT eat here if that's a concern for you.

This is my go to place when it is late at night and need a quick snack fix. How great is it to buy a ready to go cheese or pepperoni pizza in 5 minutes for $7! No eat ins and plenty of other things on the menu if you can wait. The parking lot is not well lit so I do not go alone.
