Rude and disrespectful not attentive to there drive thru clients. Horrible response after. Not answering to inform us that they needed a moment.

Terrible taco bell, they always cancel online orders, stating lame excuses like "we dont have fried items" they need to be inspected and evaluated.

I told the employee that I was missing items she said everything is there and wasn’t. I called more than 20 times no body answered the phone. Lack of management

Shania is a great problem solver I accidentally ordered the wrong item and she made the food right away even asked if we wanted the spicy sauce in it and I didn’t realize there was spicy sauce since this was going to be for my toddler, I thought she was so thoughtful for that consideration and thankful for her help today. Thank you thank you!! 😊

Waited almost 2 hours for my food , horrible customer service they are rude

Just a average location nothing special...

30 dollars of food given away to the wrong car ordered at 1 50 am been almost an hour before they even asked what's wrong after they sent us to the parking lot with the lobby closed asking us what we are waiting on this is a big mess up when they don't ask what the car ordered before giving the wrong one away.

I recently visited this establishment on two occasions and was underwhelmed by the experience. On the evening of my visit, the restaurant was employing a valet parking system, and upon receiving our food, we discovered that it was not what we had ordered. The new cantina box was particularly disappointing, both in terms of quality and value for money. Additionally, Taco Bell appeared to be rushing the preparation of our order, resulting in several items being omitted. This establishment used to be a reliable and enjoyable dining option, but it seems to have declined in recent times.

Definitely not “fast food.” Took nearly 25 minutes in the drive thru. Fries were cold bc I’m sure they were sitting out while the 2 cars before me took 10 mins each. Staff was impersonal and unapologetic. Burrito was fine.

The worst fast food place in Kissimmee, I haven't been here for months, almost a year because the last time they sent me to the hospital because I told the employee that I can't eat anything with seeds like tomato or pincate, which they proceeded to do. fill my order with tomato and jalapeño sauce, I was in the hospital for 12 days, I never filed a complaint because for me I was the one who had to choose a good place to eat, I just thought the employee who took care of me didn't have a good day because of how rude she was. He went with me and I ignored everything, so I said I'm just not going to go there again because they don't know how to understand that when a customer asks for something to be removed from their food it's because they have some condition that could send them to the hospital and it's not their fault they just want to eat. Almost a year later I came back because my husband insisted that there was nothing nearby and we had not eaten, I said ok, specify my order to which the employee who was not serving in the service car yelled at us over who was serving us, my husband was just trying to explain that I have a condition that could leave me hospitalized and she didn't let him finish and if it doesn't happen it will be because my husband tells me love let me try your food first, the chalupa was super full of tomatoes as well as the taco soft and without forgetting that they filled the burrito to capacity with the jalapeño sauce, I am sure that if my husband does not examine it and try it first this time if they murder me, these people are cruel they do not think that one is going to get out of trouble and That they are the ones who decide to work in these places, it is not your fault as a customer, for me this place should be closed immediately the worst experiences are here, you must have said that the owner is only there for the money because you go to another tacobelle and never leave. carries such consequences or displeasure. The worst service has too much cruelty in their hearts these employees.

For me the best fast food that gets me out of trouble and everything is delicious too.

Order took 30 minutes 2 employees were on break wouldnt hurry up and lady was working by herself took 30 minutes and messed up 2 of my crunchy tacos, taco didnt even look like it had meat, employees were cussing. Not the best

They don't have door knobs on the bathroom doors, the chairs are all types of broken. Then when I order three damn tacos, the only on in the place at the time with two cars in the drive thru, took em 25min. All those big folk back there and can barely squeeze past one another. Then when ppl like myself start complaining about the time. The manager not helping the line just continues to change receipt paper lol. FIRE THE STAFF

Hello I'm a regular I live across the street and have been coming to your location for alot of years. Tonight I went to the drive thru at 9:34 pm and the cashier Renay B was very rude for no reason. I asked her first if she could add hot sauce packets and she had a mean facial expression and didn't say anything or look at me and closed the window then when she gave me the bag of food I asked her if she put the hot sauce in the bag and she was rude got mad put the hot sauce in the bag and reached her arm out to me with the bag without even looking at me and just a really bad attitude for no reason. I never seen an employee at this location act like that. All other staff has always been very nice. The cheesy bean and rice burritos were not made right they had a really hot sauce added on them also. I will return because this my closest taco bell location but please tell Renay to be nice to customers and not be mean for no reason. Thank you

I have never eaten at a Taco Bell. I was with my friend, who ordered a burrito. So, I can't say how the food was. The service was ok.

Need to clean the restrooms and super disorganized from food deliver, online orders and arguments between the order takers and the cooks. Argh 😫 I'm sorry Taco Bell 😞 even the food was horrible.

Very pleasant experience at this particular location. I was having trouble with one of the machines and was assisted immediately. My order was received and came out . Always good to see good customer service. Also literally fast food .

I ordered through the mobile app to pick up. My credit card was charged, I went to the drive thru, but they had no record of the order. The manager didn't have any type of managerial skills at all and just told me to go. I called the corporate number. They said they saw the order, but there was some sort of glitch. They apologized for the manager's reaction and said they would refund me. I have eaten here many times before. The food has been good. Taco Bell is just good junk food! I will never eat at this Taco Bell ever again. Not until they retrain their managers.

I can't say much about the atmosphere since I haven't dined in, but customer service is great. The "icee" machine was broken, and the supervisor apologized and gave me some coupons for free tacos. The food has always been great at this location.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I thought I’d share my experience since most reviews were poor. I went tonight at around 7:30 pm and everything was exceptional. The line moved at a fair speed and, most importantly, my food was fresh and accurate. I was scared because of the reviews I read, but my food was great and even though I made several modifications to my items in the app, my order was still correct.
