'Those donuts are probably covered in saliva or dropped on the floor for laughs.' Not a safe place to visit. I went through the drive thru, said hello, no response, I said hello again and again no response. I said hello is anyone there? The response through the speaker was NO! Then a very loud blow through the speaker and then, "hello how many I help you?" with laughs in the background. I said sure I need the number to your corporate office and your name. At this point these people don't take their job seriously, of course I was not going to order. They are handling food. Those donuts are probably covered in saliva or dropped on the floor for laughs like they are doing through the speaker. I said i am driving to the window please give me your name and corporate #. He refused at the window. The other two were smiling and laughing. Then I asked asked again for his name and he moved to the window aggressively either was joking like if he was mad or was actually aggressive. The one on the right laughed. I don't know what these future non-homeowners problem was, but if it was a joke they took it way too far. It happened today about 5:30 to 6pm. I asked for a manager. Three dead behind the eyes stares was the response. Pretty sure the only thing these three got on their SAT exams were boogers. I don't know if they were expecting me to get angry so they could record and post it or something like that. The whole situation was ridiculous. I just called and complained to corporate. Last time I go to this or any other Dunkin. It's not like the product is a necessity.

Always have great service here and the drinks are always on point. Got my favorite donuts also for Father’s Day and an awesome note on the box. Thank you for always being friendly and caring.

For the past two decades, I have been a devoted customer of Dunkin'. However, my recent experience was quite disappointing. In an attempt to ensure the accuracy of my coffee order, I switched to placing orders online for pickup in the drive-thru. Previously, I had encountered numerous instances of incorrectly prepared iced caramel macchiatos when ordering through the drive-thru. I believed that providing more time for preparation would result in improved quality, but unfortunately, this was not the case. The medium-sized beverage, priced at approximately $6.00, is supposed to include two espresso shots as advertised by Dunkin'. However, based on my recent experience, I have doubts about whether even one shot was included. I have attached three photographs for reference: the first depicts my recent iced macchiato, which appears to be mostly milk; the second shows one from a month ago; and the third is the official Dunkin' advertisement. It is concerning that Dunkin' continues to raise prices while simultaneously compromising on quality. This is a matter that requires urgent attention and rectification.

I paid over $4 for the snackin bacon to have zero seasoning on it. It was regular chopped bacon for that?? And they didn’t even tell me why they would give something like that. I wouldn’t have ordered it if they didn’t have the proper seasoning on it. Waste of money and I felt scammed.

Latte was not hot, still drank it. But it was hot as hell in the customer food dining area. There was no air conditioning the entire time I was there and I needed to send some emails and have my dinner. I asked why it was so hot and how could they work here like this. They told me the AC was on for them but not for the dining area. Then all the lights in the dining area start flickering on and off on and off and I look and see the girls all huddled and playing around cause I asked “are you closing ?” And the manager started laughing as they all laughed and said oh nothing, it’s nothing. What unprofessional and immature people you got here. They just wanted me out. So, you pay $20 bucks to eat and sit in the heat, no AC. And you got kids playing around with the lights who actually work here. There was a senior man there as well and I felt bad for him because he was just quiet. Your employees are driving customers away. To sit in the heat, I could do that outside. Have consideration for your customers. I am a local repeat DD member and I won’t be coming back here ! No thanks! Calling corporate to evaluate your employees. The young man was the only professional and nice person there.

The girl that works at the window in the mornings is clueless, always in a rush doesn’t check if you are receiving all your food and drinks. Also they don’t believe in warming up food? I’m paying over $5 for a wrap and you can’t even warm it up! A chicken wrap! Waste of money. Will take my money somewhere else.

I was highly disappointed...Ice coffee was not fresh, I tried 3 times cause it's closest from home...Now, I drive several blocks down to Vine Street the coffee there is so fresh and delicious. I still wonder why they leave all the sugar on the bottom of the cup, they stir lightly and always leave a mountain of sugar at the bottom...smh

Friendly ladies and giving the right size cup for their ice cream. I visited another BR in the area and they are cheating on their cups of ice cream. Not here though!

Coffee wasn't good at all. The energy that was there on this day was chaotic. Hadn't been there in a while, prior visit was 4 stars. Everything went well, and it became an issue at the register. Maybe they are training.

I ordered snacking bacon at dunking donuts alot and at this location they refused to sell it warmed, say it their policy to sell it room temperature... Don't go there.... the load burnt bacon hashbrowns they give u reject bacon this is horrible... this location did to be shut down they don't give u what u ordered, they give u what they thought u ordered amd give u a hard time about fixing it.....

After repeating 2x that I wanted an iced coffee with two sweet and lows, I was handed ,of course, a hot coffee. This caused me to wait another 7 minutes after waiting in the long line. The girl that took my order ...looked like she had her head in the clouds instead of where she should be at work,,Other than that ,your typical dunkin' donuts ..it was clean inside just a visual check they did have all the donuts there ..no racks were empty and after they redid my coffee to what I ordered it was delicious as ever. Thank you

A bunch of young idiots works there. I went through the drive through then was told to pull up to the front door that they will bring my order to the car. Mind you I only ordered 2 lattes and 2 orders of hash browns. 10 minutes passed and I had to go into the store then had to wait ANOTHER 15 mins for my order. Messed up my order then had an attitude when I complained. Will never go back there. Please upgrade your staff or at least train them on customer service and getting the orders correctly!

My favorite stop every morning!! Staff is always so welcoming and upbeat. Great job!!

The best DD on my hour and half drive. I literally pass 2 DDs and stop at this one. They always have my order correct. However I am sad they don't carry my favorite sour cream doughnut.

Dunkin' Donuts is the spot to go for your early morning breakfast meal. Service is fast and good

.27 for extra butter. Pettiness. I ordered ahead on the mobile app and when I got to the speaker I asked for extra butter. No good morning or nothing, just a “pull forward.” When I got to the window the lady told me it would be an up charge for extra butter on my bagel. I explained that on the mobile app it doesn’t have an option for extra butter. They really held my food until I let them charge my card a second time at the window for a whole .27 for extra butter on my bagel. I told them they need to see about fixing that and adding an option for extra butter on the app then. I don’t like my card being charged multiple times, and for a lousy .27 is just ridiculous. I’ve never had an issue with this location before and it has always been my preferred location until now. Good thing for them the food is always fresh and service is relatively quick.

I came to update my review, but I can’t find it. My sister and I came 20min before closing for ice cream. The guy behind the counter told us they weren’t serving ice cream. I asked why. He shrugged his shoulders and said “We’re just not.” We ended up leaving and making a complaint w/ Dunkin Donuts. I really appreciate the district manager, Jackie, for reaching out to us. She offered us free ice cream. Unfortunately we were on vacation, had driven out our way to Dunkin that previous night and didn’t have time to come back as expected. Thank you anyway for rectifying the situation.

just went thru the drive thru and i ordered a small frozen mocha with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle with hashbrowns and a large frozen caramel. had chunks of ice in it, was hard to drink out of a straw, as well as giving me caramel drizzle instead of chocolate. the hashbrowns werernt barely even warm. do better please.

We like Dunkin, but what’s the point of going through the drive through only to have to park and wait 10 minutes for your coffee! That pretty much defeats the purpose of drive through! On top of that customers lose track of who came first! We had 6 people waiting in parking spots while here.

I seriously pass like two Dunkin's on the way here. And it's worth it every time! They have actually make your drink how you want. Only Dunkin that if you order bacon avocado toast they don't forget the bacon or just sprinkle bacon crumbs on it. I have never gotten my order wrong here. I swear it's the best one in Florida and I've lived in both central and the panhandle.

Dunkin' Donuts has transferred from just a donuts shop it became a real cafe with all flavors and kind of coffees which is great coffee, they are doing a great job.They use masks, gloves, and social distance. They got the iced coffee right.
