Not very good customer service, delicious food.

I recently went and found out that they closed it and are selling it. What a shame, my favorite place. If anyone knows if they were relocated elsewhere, please let me know...

Does anyone know why this restaurant is temporarily closed?

Stepped into this place looking for an alcapurria.. I'm new to the Orlando area it was a Friday late afternoon they didn't have any and the whole place was empty so I went to another place not my style but maybe someone else's

Food is delicious, service is non excisting.

Good food. Terrible customer service. I want to think that it is because they have no desire to work and not something related to racism, the waitresses got into a fight for not serving us. The other waitress was rude when she went to the table with an attitude as if she were giving us food and not serving the customer for whom she is paid. All my life I have worked with customer service, I was the general manager of several pharmacies and not even on my worst day did I treat someone in a derogatory manner like several waitresses did. And I come back and repeat, I don't want to think that it is racism because there was a group from their country next door and they were treated very well. Be careful with that, it looks very bad. I'm not coming back.

It is a shame how far they have come and their failure to serve the customer. Today my husband and I went with a craving for a good alcapurria and we had already gone to Primo before and it is where we had eaten the best, on several occasions some good alcapurrias. But today it is no longer like that, we are not returning, first because they gave us some alcapurrias according to the display case, COLD, when we told them, they put those same alcapurrias back in oil and they did not give them that way. That is not ethical and they really lost 2 loyal customers today, along with their family and friends. Because we will not return. I hope they take all the criticisms into consideration to improve and provide a good quality of food for which one pays.

I am a fan of this restaurant. The cassava alcapurrias are delicious, especially the corn beef one. 100% recommended.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Primo restaurant. From the moment we sat down, it was clear the service was lacking. Our waiter, Maria, only visited our table twice throughout the entire meal. We had to flag down other waiters just to get basic service. Things went from bad to worse when I was served a beer in a glass that had bugs in it. When I pointed this out, they were reluctant to offer any discount for this unacceptable oversight. As if that wasn't enough, they served my children hard, over-fried chicken that was inedible. When I requested the manager, also named Maria, to remove it from our bill, she refused, only offering a 30% discount despite the fact that the food was untouched and returned exactly as it was served. To top it off, when I asked Maria for the owner's contact information, she refused to provide it. I had to ask another waiter, who informed me the owner's name is Eduardo. This experience was truly disappointing and such a shame for a place that had such potential. I hope they can address these serious issues to prevent other customers from having a similarly poor experience.

Just need fix the dinner table swing all the time.

The service was terrible, the food took more than 45 minutes, one of the ordered dishes was burned. Of the orders, two of the dishes were cold. Observing waitresses and kitchen staff, they are very young, which is nothing wrong, but on Saturday night they had a wait and the service was terrible. I don't have names, I asked but he didn't answer me. What a shame debut and farewell.

The food took more than an hour and a half, it was a Wednesday and the place was empty. The stuffed breast was burnt. After an hour they tell me that there are no chicken cracklings 🍗 I had to order another meat 🤬🤬

In truth, the service from the staff was bad and the food didn't help either. It was my first time and I wouldn't go back again.

What's not to like. Super fresh food at amazing prices.

This place is a a place you don't want to go if you don't like being treated like a peasant. They all think they don't need your money for the restaurant to survive. Guess again

More than half an hour to receive my order because they cooked the wrong alcapurias, they come and give me one completely raw and the potato filling and the meat was super dry. Bad experience

On Friday, March 22, I was accompanied by a group of 21 people from my family. It was the first time we visited the place. The service was very good, the food was good, we did not wait long for the food regardless of the fact that there were many of us and the atmosphere was very familiar. It is a place I would visit again.

Chicken cracklings have bad taste and texture

Took more than 1 HOUR for the food , i was with another person and brought her food cold and didn’t bring my order until 15 min. later and at least the drinks were good, they say is a Puerto Rican restaurant , but EVERYBODY there is from VENEZUELA, probably the cook too

I waited an hour and 5 minutes for my dish and when my food came out I had to wait 15 more minutes for my companion's food. A disaster.

So i went here for lunch because i wanted a mofongo con churasco so i get there with my co worker he order his and i order mine need to say it was like 32 dollars oh and i asked for chicharon anyone that has made mofongo knows i mean the 1 that come in the bag like the chip so i try it... it was the most disflavor full bland dry no taste what so ever there mofongo game needs help they have other finger foods that are pretty good but get it fresh i personally wanted to put this on my youtube channel but rather give them the chance to do better if they need help i could show them how to really cook a simple dish like mofongo, this is not rocket science. i don't recomend.

I went for the first time to eat only the alcapurrias, I was not a fan of them until I came here, I bought one of each and I have to say that they are the best. I asked for them right away and they treated me with great respect and dedication. I will definitely come back

Good a bit pricey but good happy hour

I'm not sure what the other food tastes like. What I do know is that I ordered a steak with onions to accompany a rice that I brought from home... and after they charged me 15.00 for a side of steak... when the dish with rice and beans costs 17.00... too expensive for not so good taste.. the steak was salty...🙄

We was only ones in restaurant and the service was completely slow! She even got my order wrong twice!!(which I didn’t even complain about the first time but they charged me for something I didn’t order that she gave me. It’s a cute place the food was OK def not the best Puerto Rican food on the block.will not be going back.

Prices are extremely high, they charge you to use any card. If you go in a group of 6 or more a sky high 18 percent is obligatory

Our first time, Unfortunately our last. We came with lots of expectations… We left disappointed. We waited quite a while for the food. When we got our plates they look good, disappointed with mine in particular. I got the Churrasco with chicken with garlic Sauce. Extremely Salty and the Churrasco was like shredded meat with stew sauce with tiny pieces of chicken. The Mofongo was totally soaked in this salty sauce mashed, Muchy and not pork in it. Took few bites and couldn’t eat anymore. We Noticed also that the prices that we saw on the Menu didn’t matched our bill. The Mavi, was sour and not even closed to its original refreshing flavor. It was more like cloudy water with all our respect. We felt that we had to be very honest. Thanks for allowing Us to place this review. P/s We also noticed that another couple returned one plate back to the kitchen. We left quietly

La comida buena, peroooooo ordené una tarde mofongo relleno de churrasco y no era para nadaaaa churrasco era carne de res guisada y super salada y me cobraron como si fuera churrasco. Quedé descepcionada porque me encanta comer ahí pero esa vez me engañaron con el churrasco no era churrasco.

La pechuga rellena qud me sirvieron el Bacon estaba quemado. Mi esposo pidió un Whysky ANTES de la comida, y la chica lo trajo casi con La comida. En otras ocasiones nos sirvieron mejor.

Excelente el lugar, la comida increíble, pero hay que considerar que la música la ponen muy muy alta en un espacio muy pequeño y eso no te deja disfrutar de la comida y ni de la música

This place is 100% delightfully authentic. The food is absolutely delicious, just like being back home on the island. The portions are nice size and seasoned perfectly. The staff is attentive and polite. The atmosphere is cozy. I'm definitely coming back again and again.

I recently went to this restaurant for a churrasco white rice and beans... Churasco was very salty .couldn't eat it. I just won't be ordering churrasco again. But rice and beans were very good. Myrna

Lo unico, el mofongo estaba echo con platanos amarillos, un sabor muy dulce para el mofongo. Pongan más detalle a esto porque un mofongo los clientes esperan que sea salado y con un toque de ajo.

I had a great time at this Boricua restaurant. Great music playing during the whole meal. Decent prices and portions are very generous. Service was fantastic.

Todo esta bueno. Lo que no nos agrado es que las jovenes tiene el pelo largo y suelto sirviendo la comida. Estuve el jueves y una de las empleadas se estaba peinando el cabello en frente de la caja registradora y donde habia comida. Recomiendo que se recojan el cabello especialmente cuado esten sirviendo la comida. Pero son muy atentas y serviciales y la.comida es muy buena. Los precios tambien estan modico.

Food is great, atmosphere it's lots of fun at karaoke night. Family atmosphere for sure. Table service was nowhere to be found at times. Once they took your order, they just stopped coming by to see if there was anything else that you needed. Also we had to ask for utensils and appetizers serving plates several times (which we never got the the plates).

Excelente comida La Recomiendo al cien por Ciento. Lo único que los Pinchos no son al grill son fritos. La comida te transporta a Puerto Rico excelente. Las empanadas las mejores y el mamposteao exquisito

Lo que pedí no estaba a mi gustó eso no quiere decir que toda la comida es mala, esta comentario o recomendación es solo mi opinión en ese momento en particular.

El mejor mofongo que hemos probado en todo Florida hasta la fecha y no hablemos de los precios super accesibles. Mi esposo siempre los escoge cuando anda antojado.

Overall great service, great food, the churrasco was so tender it melted on the mouth and the mofongo con steak 🥩 y camarones 🍤was delicious, also el jugo de parcha amaizing 💕

It’s was very delicious 🤤! My mofongo I like it a little soft so that was the only thing. The flavor in the fried fish and shrimp 🍤 really left me with the want more. Food was good yes!! But menu says one price and get charged another. i asked server and she said she will talk to the manager to modify because she did see the errors but rude manager said no because it was printed so sad to be charged 15 dollars extra on things you didn’t order and be on the watch out it’s a 2%fee on credit cards I payed cash and also got charged that they are just for the money no customer service when it comes to these simple things so disappointing. Those were my plates and two Coca-Cola and paid 83 dollars

Great food! Great service! The girls were really nice and accommodating with my parents. Came as a suggestion of a business owner across the street from the restaurant and I am glad we did.

Valeria was our server for a party of five, she was diligent and courteous, but we had to ask for glasses for the beer. My daughter in law raved about the Piña Colada and my honey loved the Margaritas. the first item to arrive at the table was the Morcillas (Blood sausage) which were European style and absolutely delicious. I had the Frituras Mixtas/ Mixed Fry, which is a huge plate with chicken nuggets, deep fried pork nuggets, chorizo, fried cheese, Dominican Salami and seasoned fries served over a field of chopped lettuce and tomato. I chose to drench my fries in the "garlic sauce" which I believe tp be Chive Aïoli, amazing! My son had Skirt Steak with rice and beans (oh well). My wife and daughter in law had the Mofongo with Saluted Onion Steak and Mofongo with Garlic Shrimp respectively. Granny had the Saluted Onion Steak with Seasoned Fries. Everyone was happy with their order, timely service and the good humor of our servers. Finally the owner came over to check how we were doing. Good job everyone!
