Amazing Food Great customer service Cooked to order

As an islander, this brought back the taste of Puerto Rico. We sampled about half the menu, and were not disappointed. Food was fresh, tasty, made to order. I can’t rave about El Punto enough. Guillermo and “la Jefa” are wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back.

It’s says their open and an address drove 30mins and their not even there!! What going on with these restaurants and false information on good.

Great Puerto Rican food and Friendly.

I bought 2 skewers, one chicken and one pork. They came without bread. Who sells a skewer without bread? The pork was raw on the inside and the meat was very tough and I threw it away. I bought a cod and it was thinner than paper and salty. I was so happy because finally some Puerto Rican food here in Gainesville but nothing to see. I even got sick because of it. the skewer 🤮

When I tell y'all that this place is fire 🔥 🤤😋👍 the most Authentic delicious Puerto Rican food in Gainesville. Hats off to the owner/cook Guillermo, who was friendly, funny and professional while conducting business and not to mention the music and location were also on point. It's worth every penny.

My experience was pretty good. The owners were friendly, I had the Chicharon de Pollo with mofongo and a beef empanada. All of which were great. The chicken was extremely crispy while also maintaining moisture which was a nice surprise, the mofongo had good flavor. The beef empanada was great, it had a nice crunchy outside with a very moist interior. Overall it was a good experience.

Best and most authentic Puerto Rican food in the Gainesville area. The alcapurrias, monfongo, arroz con gadules and masitas de puerco are phenomenal. The masitas were the best I have ever had. I highly recommend this food truck and I plan on coming back.

The yuca rellenada, the bacalaitos, and the empanada de pastelon was amazing. The environment is fun and welcoming and a perfect way to spend a weekend evening!

Great food authentic PR food we visit again

Authentic flavor at unbeatable value. We ordered 4 items and walked away with full tummies and home style love in every bite. With leftovers to go. He brought out the chairs, music and kicked up the ambiance for the two of us and our pup. Smiles all around.

The bacalaitos here are phenomenal! Both the pork and chicken skewers are delicious with flavor soaked in and juicy meat but very different tastes between the two. The yuca fries here are also nice and crisp. The bbq chicken with rice combo platter was also good here and comes with a great sauce on the side that really makes it. Can take awhile to prepare so I would advise calling ahead to then pick up later rather than waiting awhile in a parking lot

They deliver through Door Dash! I received my food and it was so delicious and great quality. I will be ordering again very soon!

Hands down the best Puerto Rican food we have ever had the pleasure of eating (and quite possibly the most delicious food truck too)! The team was friendly, fast, and each item we ordered (a bit of everything) was easily a 10/10. I could eat their empanadas everyday. Can't wait until Friday comes around so we can eat there again!

If you’re looking for the best Latin/ Puerto Rican food in the North Central Florida área, El Punto food truck is the best. They make the tastiest combinations, alcapurrias, and pinchos. Their mojito sauce is to die for 😋😋😋

Hands down the absolute best Latin food in the Gainesville. Their Puerto Rican food is authentic and the flavor is perfect, unlike others in the area. Friendly atmosphere, delicious food, and best price. I love all of their food. Particularly, the alacapurrias, pinchos, empanadas and mofongo! Takes me back to the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. 🏝🇵🇷😋

By far one of my favorite places to eat in gainesville. The portions are generous to say the least and the owner is nothing but kind. Best hispanic food around and a great place to try in general. I could not recommend this place enough.
