Slow service, good coffee. I'll wait to not stop at a store or McDonald's.

the staff at this one was weird and unfriendly. one staff member made questionable faces and stared at us while ordering in a way that made us uncomfortable. this staff made these unpleasant faces for the duration of our service, like this person was disgusted with us and our orders. very unpleasant experience.

They have a lot of issues getting orders correct, I don't understand it unless they just can't read or comprehend.

Go to Dunkin! We waited in line before closing only to have the girl at the window say "sorry we just closed" which would have still been unfortunate but what really speaks about the staff there is that they sat there, talking to the car in front of us, while the time passed right up to closing hours. They will never get another dollar of mine and if you value yours, go just south to Dunkin Donuts. They'll appreciate your patronage!

Really excellent coffee and smoothies! We stopped on our way to Tampa, and made a point to stop on our way back also because it was just that good! Drive thru only, no indoor space or bathrooms just FYI.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Will be back.

I always enjoy Ellianos! But today in particular was not as good, the coffee is always good. But Jessica, the girl who worked the window opened the window very rudely and would not even make eye contact with me. She was very quick to close the window and would not hardly say anything to me. She was quick to hand me my coffee and bottle of water and shuts the window real quick. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if that is how she is, but I found it very poor customer service. If she was having a bad day, they should have had someone else at the window because the way she was being made me feel uncomfortable and not want to associate with her at all after she started being rude ever since I came up to the window. I have never had this issue before at this location.

This place is unmatched! On top of being the best coffee and breakfast, the staff is insanely fast and super friendly. They always have a smile on their face. They are really a diamond in the rough.

Them girls up there in the mornings are absolutely amazing, you can tell they have a great system while working together ❤️

Delicious coffee and friendly staff. They charge 0.70 for water though! Water is free, and the plastic cup does not cost 70 cents.

The staff was friendly, the prices were fair, and the service was quick but the coffee (a large cold brew with a little cream and sugar and a shot of espresso) tasted like a glass of milk with a splash of coffee in it.

Personally I love the coffee but the customer service is spotty. Came today (memorial day) and they were open but when I pulled to the window they laughed and said they had closed at 4. It was not 4 yet and I am in my power company work truck so I said that it's not 4 yet and she just stared at me. Needless to say I left empty handed. While I understand wanting to close on time- it's coffee, not a full meal , and they were not working alone. If I was the owner that type of service would not be okay with me. Especially servicing a small town and having Dunkin donuts adjacent. But here I go to Gainesville - out to find another option.

Ellianos is my Snicker's Bar when I need a pick me up or attitude adjustment hahaha. I am a coffee lover, and while each person has their own taste preferences, this one appeals to mine. The staff is friendly every time I visit. Yes, it can be slow sometimes, but with the amount of people that visit, I cant blame them for getting backed up from time to time. Great tasting, friendly staff, when I am in Starke, I always stop by.

I love Ellianos but this location is always out of everything. They aren’t open on Sundays like other locations. I drive 40 minutes away vs 20 minutes because I cant count on this location to have guilt free options or favorite flavors.

Ellianos is hands down my favorite coffee so I’m sad about writing this review. This location does not offer sugar free options in Chai. If Ellianos is a franchise shouldn’t they all serve the same items?

Love love love their frozen coffees and smoothies, only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the list 3x we've went, they seem out of quite a bit, especially pumpkin flavor.....I really want my pumpkin frozen coffee before it leaves.

We stopped when passing thru Stark amd and ordered 4 different drinks. All of the drinks were done correctly and served quickly. Delicious.

Good coffee place, bagels yummy but they really need to pay attention what the customer says. A few times I have been there and order and got the wrong smoothie or extra item I didn't ordered. Overall great staff and good drinks Update: i keep getting cold breakfast sandwiches.. so I haven't been back.

Love this place, the young man that works there makes the best coffee. Seems like he has better customer service, too. One of the girls told me I should leave her a tip, and made my coffee wrong.. But we aren’t going to let one person stop us from some delicious coffee!

I asked for a TOASTED bagel with cream cheese. A young man said I would have to wait for 5 minutes. I said okay no problem. I was hungry and in a rush so. After 10 mins, they hand me what appeared to be a bag with a cold, hard, brick-like item in it. I proceeded to drive off while checking the bag. It was an untoasted bagel - with a scarce amount of cream cheese. I was…set aback. I went back into the line to complain and get what I asked for; which is really NOT difficult to accomplish. But the car in front of me was waiting too (I imaged they would have to wait for 10 minutes like I did…probably for a hard, cold bagel as well). Because I was in a rush, I drove off. I had to set aside my standards (which did not feel good at all) and settle for the bagel they gave me. I took a few bites out of it. Each bite made me think about how intentional this had to have been. Because it’s so difficult to mess up a simple TOASTED bagel with cream cheese.

The owners here are hands on and customer service is top notch. There are plenty of coffee options. Sweet Tea is the best in town. Breakfast croissants are always fresh and hot. Love this place.

Elliono's in Starke is the absolute best. I always get the dark mocha freezer with 2 shots if espresso. Most of the employees know what I'm having when I get to the window. Especially Lindsey and the owner. Lindsey has had my freezer ready when I got to the window because she saw my car. This place is amazing.

Small Business, family owned...that will soon become big or at least known in many other states. Love their touch of zing as well. They put little spill-proof popper in their lids. Sometimes even stickers. I collect them. Lol Love their Americano and/or Dirty Chai. They have few things to eat but that to me just gives them more time to perfect the drinks.

We stopped here on our trip home from Florida they had yummy muffins unfortunately tho the wait was long and the traffic is really bad and there is no clear way of witch line to be In.

Nice regional chain of coffee. Considering Starke lacks a local coffee joint this place fills the gap.

A note for travelers.... the coffee and breakfast sandwiches are quite good. However, the baristas did not wear masks or gloves. We were inclined to move on to find a Starbucks where they are wearing PPE, but ultimately stuck with Ellianos. Sure, the state does not have a mandate, but as someone traveling through from areas following CDC guidelines, this caught us off guard and made us uncomfortable.

We love this place! We always go here to kick off any road trip up 95. We love the creamy cooking freezer. An extra shot of espresso takes it over the top. 🤤

A much needed coffee break pit stop on our long road trip, I selected Ellianos because it was in a good location and it had several VERY appealing flavors. It is a fun drive-up coffee stand with serving windows on both sides. It was slightly busy but not super backed up. I got the Milan Mint Mocha. While it was delicious I was extremely let down by the temperature of the drink.... it was lukewarm at best (hence why I knocked a whole star off). They were not so busy that they could not heat the coffee to an appropriate temperature. It didn't even have to be scalding.... just hot! It was the temperature of coffee left sitting on the counter forgotten for half an hour. I was so bummed by that. But other than that the service was quick and the flavor of the coffee was really good. I think I'd try it again if we ever drive by that way again but I would hope the coffee would be hot.
