Best coffee. I get a turtle freeze extra shot of espresso extra chocolate syrup on the top and bottom of the cup, so good .

It doesn't make sense to put in a mobile order and then have to wait on line, like you never did. You can fix it if you wanted to. Smdh!! Mobile ordering is a waste until you fix it.

One of my favorite places to get coffee. The staff is extremely polite and friendly. They are always smiling and provide some of the best tasting coffee around. I have had smoothies, hot coffee, and cold coffee from here and every time it has been great. Would recommend to others. My go to drinks are Venetian Vanilla, White Mocha, Tuxedo Latte, and recently the Pina Colada.

Excellent and courteous service, order is always correct and fast. I go there multiple times a week and it's great every time

I wish they would consider making one lane pickup only. Even if you schedule a pickup time you still have to wait in line for 15-20 minutes if it’s busy. By the time I get my coffee and food it doesn’t taste that great because it’s been sitting out.

I usually enjoy a coffee and a treat from this ellianos off of Lane Ave. Today, I wanted to try their egg and cheese egg bites. I let the barista know what I wanted. So I get my drinks and food and hurry to my destination. To my dismay and displeasure, I was given the ham and cheese egg bites. I don't eat pork so the entire meal had to be tossed. I really wish the barista had either used active listening when taking my order, or at least read my order back to me.

Best Ellianos by far around!! Every time I take the first sip of the coffee, it just melts lol The workers there are so sweet literally try to go as much as I can even so they know my order when I show up!! I never have any issues out of this Ellianos!!! Try the ice white mocha with caramel drizzle and sweet cream foam best by far!!

I came here with my sister today and ordered the Pina Colada smoothie and there were little shards of glass in it. I even tried to call to warn them not to serve anyone else at least 4 times and they didn’t answer the phone..

I thought that this coffee shop only existed in my small hometown and the other small towns close by. I love their frozen drinks and smoothies as they're made with shaved Italian ice, fresh fruit and ice cream 🤤 My friend got one of their new refresher drinks that feature Red Bull. Phenomenal way to get a midday pick me up or to start your morning.

Better than Starbucks or dunkin. Employees are friendly and helpful. The coffee is fantastic.

Don't use the Togo app if your in a hurry,your supposed to order,then pull up to the orange cones and they are supposed to bring it out,per supervisor words,and on a couple occasions the girls don't want to bring it out,and instead of telling you this they make you wait 30 minutes

The team is quick and fast with orders getting it right. However I recently a had an additional charge after I left that I wasn’t aware of, luckily the SMA Mike assisted with getting that corrected!

When charged for extra sauce this is not what I meant. This is less than it comes with originally.

Update 3-20-24: Prices have gotten too high. No longer will be visiting regularly!!! Great coffee. Lines long and slow on a work schedule. Driven off frequently couldn't wait. ALSO QUIT ASKING FOR A TIP. For me it kills the visit. Feels like being approached by panhandlers jmo

Was in parking lot near this location under my car under shade tree eating my lunch. Saw this location near by, but never been their but a pretty large line of coffee drinkers must be pretty good.

I was dragged here. My expectations couldn't have been lower. I was like "they serve food here" ? I was sure I was gonna be let down. And I couldn't have been more wrong !!! My bagel was hot and crispy. So was my bacon...oooooooOOOO THE BACON. My slight hangout I had is GONE. This bagel boy will be back.

You know I’m actually really upset. I come here to get the cold brew, just black with sweet foam. Their sweet foam was so good, it was thick, creamy and sweet and complimented the cold brew perfectly and now they have changed it. I’m assuming it was cheaper because that’s what it tastes like. It taste like watered down whipped cream. That’s really disappointing because this is the only place that has it and Dutch bros isn’t on this side of the country. Please bring back the original sweet foam!!!

They have the employee ask for the tip when they provide no service which is an uncomfortable/unprofessional way to force people to tip.

It doesn't matter which location you go to; you will get the same quick service and the absolute best coffee in town! Consistency matters, and each Ellianos location delivers.

Was doing Instacart delivered ten 16 ounce bags of ice in the rain to them. The big ones. I had to carry all of them into the store. Tipped me like $2 bucks. Never again. Do better.

Great coffee that's not too sweet. The coffee is flavorful instead of bitter and the staff at every location I've been too, has been superb. I can't rate the food because I'm am gluten free but I'm excited to see a GF breakfast egg bowl coming soon.

The coffee was great, customer service was even better. Kaleb helped us figure out our rewards and how to claim our free coffee! He made sure everything was perfect and I could tell he actually cares and wants to be great! Lucky to have great people and staff here!

I have nothing bad to say about this place, but only the people who take the orders and it’s not a big problem but would be nice to get what you asked for. I go to the kingsland one and I went Sunday and i always get my small mocha freezer with cookies and I told the young gentleman that and he did not give me a mocha freezer with cookies just a dark mocha freezer. I was disappointed cause I didn’t ask for that. But at the same time I wasn’t to upset cause it was still good. Even though they may mess up on your order some how it’s still good lol but I love my mocha freezer add cookies a lot more.

Never coming here again I don’t think they clean their blenders well something makes me get sick every time not only me my boyfriend felt the same I was feeling . Also I found something slimy in my drink .

I went to Elliano's at 1PM and thought they were closed, but they weren't! The person who helped me out was very nice and made sure to clarify my options so that I could get exactly what I wanted!

Always great customer service. Always long lines, worth the wait. I order Tuscany Toffee hot or cold (light flavoring, it can get sweet) there is a sugar free version. The egg & cheese croissant is delicious. Hot and fresh.

I'm honestly obsessed with this place. Employees are very kind and do the job so quickly! You'll get your drink in less than a minute or two. I mostly come here for the freezer options for coffee they have which are so delicious. Will come again everytime I crave some coffee One more thing to mention is to ask about their dairy substitutes. Im pretty sure they only do so with hot or iced. Hope this helps

The lines take way too long. I sat with 2 cars in front of me for 25 minutes. Maybe make it where you can walk inside and order and sit. The drive thru is just so dang slow.

The coffee was very good but I didn't give 5 stars because i had to wait until I got home to drink it because it was scalding hot. Way hotter than anywhere else I've been by far.

I don't mind waiting in the super long line if the coffee is the same great coffee everytime but it's not, Igo here everyday and 3 times now in the last 2 weeks I've gotten freezers with chunks of ice throughout it but that's not the reason I'm leaving a negative review although that really does bother me.. but my daughter was told by one of the girls at the window that you can get any drink on the menu sugar free and for the last 2 weeks she's been ordering different flavors of the smoothies sugar free trying them all out until she went to order one this last time and the lady told her that sugar free comes in every drink except for the smoothies "are you serious??" Every single girl that's made her a smoothie went alone with the sugar free for 2 weeks and now we're being told that she's been having sugar all this time!! We're all highly upset about this, this is a really big deal!!! If they don't know if it's sugar free then they shouldn't say that it is!!

Just waited almost 20minutes for a latte that tastes burnt. No foam on top at all. Supposed to be a brown sugar cinnamon latte. It is hot coffee with simple syrup is what it tastes like. The girl taking orders outside the very long line of cars was very nice. When I got to the window I asked how do I know that this is my coffee because there was nothing labeled to tell me and the girl that handed it to me didn’t repeat my order to me to assure it was mine. She just said what do you mean and laughed. A guest should never be laughed at because of a question. That was my second time there and will be my last. Train your baristas better. Not a latte and poor attitudes. I will never return. $7 plus change and a tip waisted. Never again.

Just ordered a medium Carmella with coconut, half sweet. The espresso comes through bold and delicious. Friendliness is at the highest level. If you’re looking for a top notch latte, look no further.

I really do love this place but they’ve messed up on my order a few times now. I always get the chai tea coconut milk latte usually with a croissant and egg sandwich. Hair in the whip once, hair in the sandwich another, regular milk instead of coconut milk another which left me coughing and nauseous for a min but it’s on my way to work and tastes better than Starbucks to me.

Delicious.. but they seriously need an app.. Cut down on the wait time!

Our morning MUST HAVE. This location has the BEST staff. Morgan and Ammani always remember our orders, always greet us with smiles, and are always hustling. The Cookies and Cream freezer is killer and the Bagels and Croissant sandwiches are worth the extra time and $. Even when the line is six cars deep on either side that's where you'll find me.

This is my go-to place for a bagel sandwich and a Chai latte with oakmilk. The ladies are so nice there and they have a reward card. I definitely prefer them over Starbucks. It is drive-thru only and no lobby to sit. Just FYI if that matters to you.

Went on a Tuesday around 5pm it wasn’t busy service was quick. The staff was very friendly and sweet. Looks like new items on the menu everything sounded so yummy! We got a Cookie’s and Cream freezer which was 10/10, a hot cocoa another 10/10 and a pumpkin cream cheese muffin 10/10! Definitely recommend

I love this place. One of my all-time favorite coffee shops in Jax. Everything on the menu is great and the staff are always friendly.

I got the wrong food, and I'm pretty sure wrong coffee drink too because it didn't taste like pumpkin. But, it was still pretty good.

Every time I go by, the staff inside has always been nice and cheerful. A light music in the background when you pull up to place your order, but never too loud or distasteful. I always see a smile when I'm there.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on toast. They gave me the sandwich on untoasted bread. Please specify on your menu that it will be served on bread and not toast.

I went to S-------s the other day for a Mocha Frap, extra shot, no whipped cream. I got a cup of ground ice with no extra shot and hardly any flavor. I drank it a little and was left with 1/2 cup of ice. Ellianos on the other hand, I ordered a Mocha Freezer the same way. Oh my goodness, way, way better from the top to the last drop. Next time, we will drive out of the way for Ellianos. Also, every hot coffee I have had is 50 times better. The other place, always overroasted with a burnt taste. Elliano's 5 stars out of 5 every time. I'm never disappointed.

Coming from the west coast, its not my fav (Peets) but the baristas' have tattoos and piercings so kinda feels like home. Actually a great coffee place. I will be back. ;) Good job people.

We got two drinks and it cost us over 10 bucks excuse me it cost $18.95 but it was good .first time.
