Well I decided to order one of the Gyros from this restaurant today I passed by it so many times I was on the way to the beach so I said I'd give it a try I looked up the menu on Google and it was priced at 795 for a beef lamb mix gyro however when I went in there to pay I am at the lady $20 and only received some loose change I advise the lady that hey I gave you 20 thinking she I just made a mistake with the money the 20 for a $10 but no then they showed me the menu and the price and I said what I found the menu on Google was priced at 795 and they stayed well this isn't their fault and but at this stage I didn't argue with them I just took the food it was decent I ate the whole thing but I wouldn't pay $20 for a gyro sandwich anywhere I'd expect you know the the gyro plate you know when all the trimming on the side salad and what not and pita bread but I will say I did see another menu for the same restaurant and it was one that you download and the prices for somewhat different but for the other items I didn't see the gyro on this menu I didn't look at it too deep but I learnt my lesson and they really need to update their menu on Google also that's all I can say.. Really I probably could of said no thanks , and ask for a refund due to what happened .Should of but didn't.

First of all Lucy was amazing thank you so much I will give her 10 stars for her service, 2nd of all the food from hummus, mixed grill, taboleh, everything we ordered was cooked to perfection I really recommend anyone to try the Lebanon cuisine thank you guys for great experience on my birthday ❤️

Best chicken kebab I have ever tasted The baba ghanoush dip out of this world. Grape leaves are unbelievable. Go and treat yourself really really good food.

My boyfriend and I recently visited this Lebanese restaurant, and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience. We started with the Sautéed Hummus with Beef Tips. It was simple yet spectacular, and not heavy at all. We highly recommend it as a starter. Next, we tried the Shish Kafta. Cooked to a perfect medium, it was tender and well-seasoned—probably one of the best we've ever had. We also ordered the Gyro, which was equally tender and perfectly prepared. For those who enjoy hot sauce, their homemade version is a must-try. It's medium-spicy and so delicious that we bought some to take home. We shared a pitcher of red sangria and loved it. Not being fans of overly sugary drinks, we appreciated its balanced flavor—light and not too sweet. Our experience was made even better by our two amazing servers, Lucy and Fabian, who were attentive and friendly throughout our meal. We highly, highly recommend this place!

Hands down the best gyro, falafel, fatoosh, baba ghanoush, and saute mushrooms in town. Compared to the Greek restaurants this Labenese restaurant had the best flavors and cooked to perfection. The service was great and the atmosphere was relaxing.

Ordered from here for the first time in a while. I was so excited as we used to eat here all the time and absolutelyloved it. . But boy were we disappointed. I don't know whether they have a new chef or it is under new ownership but the food was a completely different recipe. The rice, meat even the tzatziki sauce was completely different. We have been going to another place closer to home The Great Greek Mediterranean. Much better by far and they are more like fast food. Won't be eating here again.

I came with my friend and it is hard to find good Lebanese food and this is it. We had a delectable experience overall. The service was very friendly, our servers, Lucy and Julio, made us laugh and feel at home well eating at a very sanitary and good quality restaurant. Definitely will come back soon!

Best Lebanese restaurant in the area!

This was the worst food I ever had. The chicken shawarma meal had no sauce, the chicken was barely lukewarm and some chicken was still cold. So hopefully cooked and chilled ahead of time. When I told the waiter he said the chef never showed up again and had someone else trying to cook. The Grape Leaves had absolutely no flavor. The inside was nicely done. Only had 1 waiter for the whole restaurant, so service was VERY slow. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Look at some of the 5 star reviews, they all have a lot of PICS. I am sure they know the owner. Who goes to a resturant and takes that many pics of thier food.

I've been driving by this restaurant for the 25 years I've lived in Ft Lauderdale. I finally gave it a try on 2/3/24. We arrived at 6pm on a Saturday night and 3 tables were occupied. In the beginning we had great service from the male server. We ordered an appetizer and entree. The server asked if we wanted it all at once or one at a time. We chose one at a time. While we waited for the appetizer another staff member brought us warm pita. There is olive oil at the table for one to dip it in. We received the Arayes appetizer 10 minutes after ordering it. It was delicious. This is when things went downhill. We waited one hour after receiving the appetizer to receive the Shawarma entree. While sitting there waiting for the entree, the staff ignored us for 45 minutes. The male who refills waters checked on us and said our entree will be out shortly. Then the female owner checked on us and said it would be coming up soon. Then the male server came to our table and told us we never ordered the Shawarma and now the owner is yelling at him because we told her we were waiting on our entree. It was so unprofessional. The entree came out about 10 minutes after the server spoke with us. The owner never apologized for the mistake or acknowledged it. The entree was delicious too, but I am staying with the 1 star rating due to the terrible and unprofessional service. They automatically add 18% gratuity to the bill, which we did pay, but felt it should have been removed.

Sensational ! A must go place ! Loved the food and excellent service! Delicious ! Great variety ! The watm cheese pistachio dessert is phenomenal! Warms the heart. On Saturdays they have belly dancing for entertainment. Experience the middle east! Thru food! Superb! AAA!

Place was just OK. They did have a good special, forget what its called, but you get a whole bunch of kebabs, and dips to share. Only $50.for two people. But there are much better options in area.

An absolute VIBE. Totally recommend this place. Free parking out front. Our orders: chicken kebab, shish kebab (med rare), hot tea, hummus, tabouleh. The music is a vibe, food was 11/10, and service was fun. I could bathe in the hummus

What a great experience. Top notch service. Great food and a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The hummus was excellent. They have a smoked eggplant hummus they gave us a sample of, and it was amazing. I'm looking forward to going back really soon. They also have dancers on the weekend, but from what I have heard, they are very busy on weekends.

Got food from here awhile ago with my family. The food was fantastic & the owner was very friendly & conversational while we waited for our food to be ready. I definitely want to come back & try out more of the menu.

Expect a little of a wait for your food

Went for the first time today for lunch. The food was incredible. The atmosphere was warm and beautiful. The service was excellent, attentive, ready with recommendations for first-time diners. Definitely going back.

Adding 18% tip for a party of 2 people and not letting me know is nothing but SCAM! Isn't it good enough that I decided to eat at your establishment? Apparently not. Our $73 total bill became a $105 bill only because I did not pay attention when I tipped additional 18%. And this is exactly what restaurant staff expect you to do. No wonder this restaurant was completely empty on the Saturday night @ 7 PM. This tipping/stealing practice should be illegal everywhere! It is not about money, it's about principal and the way you made it happen MR. Fredo! Stealing from your customer is not right thing to do. I will never go back!

They scam customers by adding 20% of tip to your bill without your consent. Who gives you the right to do this? Not going back nor am I going to recommend your restaurant to anyone. Good bye forever!

I can't believe I have lived in South Florida and have never gone to that restaurant. The service was impeccable the food was absolutely delicious. I went with a group outing so the price was all the same with a choice of four dishes I had the shrimp kabob. I didn't really look at their menu but I find that it's a good value for the price

My hubby and I have been enjoying Ferdos over the past few years. My favorite is the fava bean salad. We take our family and friends here for the outdoor or indoor ambiance, amazing service and delicious meals!

This place is such a gem. The food is always excellent, the service attentive, and the atmosphere perfect. The Kafta is my favorite item, but honestly, everything on the menu is divine.

Moved down here from metro Detroit(where there is ample supply of Lebanese and other Arabic restaurants) 10 years ago and I have been looking for a great Lebanese or Middle Eastern restaurant. I’m happy that today I found it. Ordered Kibbeh Nayyeh, baba ganoush, lentil soup. All excellent. Glad I found a great spot!

Very disappointed that this restaurant has also started taking advantage of its customers by charging $6 a small water bottle, when the regular water tastes really bad, and are forced to request a bottle water. I have been coming to this restaurant for about 15 years, and will never go again. I was horrified that they would go along with this ridiculous trend of offering bottle water that’s essentially same price of glass of wine.

Stopped in for a power up meal and was pleased with the food and the staff was friendly! Nice atmosphere and I just wish they had more than a beer and wine license. I will still go back of course and get some more of that Baba ganoush! The food was fresh, fast, and delicious.

A cozy, clean and nicely decorated Lebanese restaurant. The service was excellent. The lunch specials are very good and fairly priced. The beef kebbab needs a bit more flavor, but everything else was excellent. Nice presentation. I recommend this restaurant! They have vegetarian options.

A fort Lauderdale stalwart for delicious kebabs

We craved Lebanese food and we went to Ferdos' recommended by some friends. Lucy attended us and she recommended the Ferdos specialty that brings everything to try. So we did and we were delighted. She herself prepared us a delicious peppermint tea with honey. We will be back

I almost can't describe how much I enjoyed my dinner here. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted warmly. What a menu selection! It was difficult to choose but I knew I wanted the escargot appetizer. It was excellent. Then I asked for a dinner recommendation and the lamb shank was recommended. Superb. Large portion, half of it came home with me to eat the next day. Prompt friendly courteous service in a warm setting. I don't live in the area or I would be a regular.

This restaurant serves the most fresh and flavorful Lebanese dishes. Tonight we had the sampler platter (falafel, stuffed grape leaves, hummus, falafel, tabbouli, baba ghanoush), fried kibbi and spinach pies. Everything was amazing! We especially loved the tabbouli and fried kibbi. The service is excellent as well.

This is one of those places that should never go away. I really enjoy the food here and I've never been disappointed. When I lived in South Florida, this restaurant was a regular in my rotation at least three times a week. It's sacrilegious not to go here anytime I visit.

Neighborhood Lebanese restaurant popular with Middle Eastern diners. So you know it's good. Enjoyed the experience, but was somewhat marred by the attempt to hide the gratuity in the bill (line item listed as '18%'). And then presenting the card bill asking for another gratuity! That cost you 2 stars.

I have always looked forward to going to Ferdos. Todays lunch experience was disappointing. The portions were smaller and prices higher. Also the Fatoosh salad which I crave and always get was so lemony I couldn’t finish it.

Truly a bummer as I have it every time I eat there and it’s always been seasoned well and delicious. I mentioned it to my server and there was a language barrier. She said it has seasoning ( I love Middle Eastern spices and I stock them in my pantry). It was drowned in lemon.

Very good food with great ambiance

The positives are the ambiance(well-decorated, cute, amd cozy), the service (friendly), and you can tell that yhere is a lot of attention and detail put into the food (heart-felt). The drawbacks are it is VERY expensive.If one orders the same items (entree and appetizer) at other comparable restaurants, such as Al-Salem, it is #1 much more delicious #2 more food, and #3 $6-7 less (that is alot when talking about something like just a cup of soup and entree. I had lentil soup - it tasted like lime soup despite that I am very much a fan of strong lemon/lime/citrus falvors, but it was overkill and the only flavor detectable. The sampler was $20 and was mostly simple salad (fatoush) with two VERY small grape leaves (the two combined were less than the size of one average one, but not very good nevertheless), two small "falafel"balls (parsley balls??), a side of hummus(VERY STRONG, but not for the better), and side of babaganoush(the most delicious item). I wouldn't go back.

A favourite lunchtime stop. Service is always great. Food is even better!
