First time they gave our food to the wrong person and that person left with our food. Second time we ordered online and waited over 30 minutes past our pickup time.

Manager is extremely rude never again

After waiting for 5 different people to get their order that came in after me I watched them prepare my food and the lady never changed her gloves she wiped down counter tops with a cleaning rag then made my sandwiches then she pushed down my meat with the same gloves also the sandwiches were made on the dirty counter with no paper just nasty I will not come back my daughter has allergies so I just tossed the sandwiches in the garbage I didn't want to deal with any negativity asking for a refund

Love the food but, There is no benefit to ordering online! We showed up for the last 10 minutes of the estimated 17 min wait but ended up waiting 30 for minutes because they served all of the people physically in line (to include those showing up after us) before starting our order. Or maybe have instructions that say get in line for them to start your order which then defeats the whole purpose of ordering online. Not the first time this has happened, so shame on me for trying it again.

Terrible service they are always messing up on the orders . And all ways takes longer then usaul . And it not even being busy. All they do is play around. And have customers waiting around for their order . And it's sad . And so terrible I would nit recommend this location at all !!!!!! If you want terrible service I would recommend this location .

Service was great and this is the best place to go for a sandwich! 5 minutes or less and people were in front of me!

I’ve been going to Firehouse subs for a long time I’ve never had an order put in the bag wear the sandwich’s were sideways and the juices spilled in the bag we did not even make it to the truck before the bag fell apart

I get and understand the concept. LEO and Fire Fighters certainly deserve a discount. I stopped by this location the other day to get a sandwich. I asked "do you offer military discounts". No. We to not. I paid, then when checked out she asked do I want to tip? Being less than a mile from the base, I think you could increase your bottom dollar If you offered it to all hero's. She the sandwich, maybe I bought it on the wrong day?

The GM TIFFANY, IS RUDE I WORKED THERE 4 MONTHS , GOT IN A CAR WRECK AND NOW BLAMED ME FOR STEALING MONEY, THANK GOD FOR GPS, YOU SHOULDN'T BE SO JUDGEMENTAL

Fast friendly service. Food was hot and delicious. We were there with 5 other people. This was mine and my husband's first visit to Firehouse and it didn't disappoint.

They need to learn how to talk to people . To busy openly discussing personal business to get my order right . Dine in floor was sticky

I eat at firehouse alot and this has to be the least adequate and slowest location. Even if you are the only customer your sandwich is going to take 20 minutes and it's not correct. Then they were just rude, had no energy & for my sandwich to take that long and have virtually nothing on it is insane. I always waste my reward here but thankfully I hardly go here .

2 cars in drive through so I went inside. 30 minutes later I get my food. Meanwhile 4 other cars went through drive through. Thank God sandwich was good.

terrible experience all around!!!! i went through the drive thru to order a meal and TIFFANY the worker TOLD ME TO LEAVE after i asked for my drink before i paid because she didnt even ask me what drink i wanted and it was hot outside. she then acted like i didnt have enough money to pay. terrible i will never be back.

Came in today with my fiancée Valerie today for my lunch.We both experienced a different 🥪. The owner Scott was there, and he, along with his staff, made our lunch visit pleasant. The food was great We will be back.

This Firehouse Subs location has a huge parking lot and seems to get pretty busy during lunch. You can enter off New Warrington or from the back off W Navy Blvd. If you place an order through the app there is a rack to pick up your order located on your left if you are standing at the register. Service seems to be slow and in my opinion is designed to be a little stand offish because the counter is so tall you can barely see anyone. This barrier let's the employees just carry on conversations with themselves while disregarding the customer. There's very little engagement. The food is very fresh but disappointed they can't toast my sub. Love their packaging but the pickle spear inside oftentimes soaks into the bread making it soggy, killing the texture.

I made a call in order after twenty minutes I was told at the window that I had to come in to get my order.Extreamly rude man at the window.I will not go to firehouses again .I will let everyone I know how rude your staff was.

This Firehouse Subs has a busy luch crowd but service was spot on.

Went to drive through took about 10 minutes from the time I ordered and got it. They did not seem to be super busy either. Got a medium sandwich was so small and the meat was rubbery tasted terrible. Cost me $10 for just the sandwich. Would not do it again. Lady at the register was nice but not bothering the $10. Could have got wings and a sandwich for a dollar more at Popeye and faster.

I've never been to a Firehouse that wasn't fantastic, and this one was one exception.

Went through the drive thru. ALWAYS hit that curb. The wait at the window was 14 minutes before they even came to get my card! This is NOT a fast stop at all.

Staff was average for Firehouse Subs on this side of Pensacola. Order was ready quicker than average. Not many people dining in and most were there placing take out orders. Clean bathrooms, but main floor was a bit dirty and dull.

It's not that the sandwiches aren't good it's just they're so sloppy put together and sometimes it's a decent amount of meat and then other times it's not plus the girl couldn't do meth in her head so she shorted me a dollar and I had to knock on the window and bang to get somebody to come over and show them and the problem was solved and my change was returned but still sad that the girl got so nervous that she couldn't just grab a calculator and do it.

Overall good choice for a hot or cold sub. Use their app to order ahead and gain rewards like free food. Firemen is the pervasive theme and it works positively. The new pepperoni meatball sub was very good and equally messy.

Unfortunately seven times in a row visiting and still nothing works. The reward system is down. Calling in orders is down. The food here is great but, this location has too many maintenance issues to be reliable.

Easy parking, friendly staff. Food portions have gotten smaller over the years, not this particular location just in general for the franchise. They steam their subs vs other places. The app is easy to use with this location as well.

Great sandwich!! I elected for the Italian sandwich. It was perfectly made. The ingredients were very fresh! The meat was tasty and plentiful. The building itself was very nice on the outside. It was clean and modern on the inside. The service was great and quick. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the mood for a sub.

Not much to say here; it is a chain Firehouse. That said, I’m partial to Firehouse over other sub places as I really like their steaming process. The hook and ladder is my favorite and I come here quite a bit. This location does stay pretty smokey inside, I assume from the steaming process, so I usually get my sub to go.

Not sure how this place has good reviews. They left the bacon and mustard off my sandwich, put tomato on it when I asked for no tomato, and put cucumber on it when I asked for no cucumber. I also didn’t get a pickle spear. They also messed up my sister’s order as well. So looks like some people had better luck than I did.

Ahhhh love this food!! Don't get to go often but when we do, its stretchy pants time. These sandwiches, so good. I even forgot my chips n drink yesterday. I was just ready to get home and eat!!!

On ticket I put no mayo. Get my sandwich home it's drenched in mayo. Called to tell them they got my order wrong and they hung up the phone. Last time I ever go to one of these subs shops.

They always have a smile and are pleasant.

I decided to try something different besides Subway for lunch and I'm glad I did. Except for the mayonnaise in my beef and cheddar, the sandwich is very good and the ladies were very friendly and helpful.

I love Firehouse Subs. This particular location, however, is notorious for getting my order wrong. The ONLY change is no tomatoes on my husband's sub. The employees at this location have crummy demeanors and are far more interested in each other and playing with their phones, than customer service. They don't drain the meat well and the bottom bread on the sandwich is so soggy, you can hardly pick it up. I've frequented the other stores in my area and they are all excellent.

Love this place! The only sub sandwich store I will now frequent. I love that it supports firemen and first responders, that's a store worth supporting. The decor is really great, right down to the cute dalmatian spotted tables. The service was fast and friendly 🙂 Also very reasonably priced!

The Manager at this location is Very Rude. She needs to learn how to treat people with respect. If you can’t handle the heat then get out of the kitchen. Disrespectful to customers and disrespectful to employees.

Had to remind them of double meat, ordered coke and diet coke only got 2 cokes. Then went large combo and neither bag of chips were in bag

Edit review: this is my third time here and will probably be my last time. Employees remain very unfriendly which I can deal with if I didn't have to wait an extra 30 min in store for a mobile order I'd ordered 25 min before arriving to the restaurant. No sub takes an hr to make Awesome subs. Employees weren't extremely friendly or helpful but they were efficient and made good sandwiches

Best sub I ever had. Never heard of Firehouse Subs until my nephew took me there on a family reunion. I tell y'all, that brisket sandwich is the absolute best. Both thumbs up!!!

I visited this location at peak lunch hour but I was through the line in no time b/c they are very quick to take orders to keep the line moving very efficiently. All of the staff was very friendly even as busy as they were, which is refreshing, considering customer service with a smile is so rare to almost non-existent these days. I received my order within 5 minutes and it was exactly as I ordered. My sandwich (The Family Italian) was very delicious but I can honestly say, I have never had a bad meal at any Firehouse locations that I have visited in Pensacola. I highly recommend Firehouse Subs and in particular this location.

This locations always makes a solid sub. The prices are steep but it’s worth it. Today I parked in the lot 20 minutes before they open to place an order for my coworkers. The manager came out and asked me to come in early because they had free time to train new employees without a rushed line. Great leadership from her and great customer service getting me in earlier. Thank y’all and thank you Molina for the great experience and recommendations on the subs.

I come here often and pay top dollar for food, $17-22 dollars for one sandwich. I asked for 2-3 datil sauces to be told only 1 per sandwich, when at least 4 are needed for a large. Also I asked for wheat bread and received white. Wont be coming back

I was an employee for 2 days. The work place is extremely unorganized, unprofessional and dirty. I definitely wouldn't eat there ever again. I would publicly say how disgusting behind the scene truly is, but I might get sued. So I'll leave it up to your imagination. They treat their staff like slaves and god forbid you have an emergency that they feel isn't important because they'll offer to come and get you for work regardless even if you say you can't make it. I'd give the place zero stars if possible.

The food is good but when i can go get the same thing with veggies and how I want it with a large drink for 7 dollars less is a problem. I mean I can go to a 5 star restraunt and get an entree fir cheaper.

Bread was soggy. Whole sandwich was warm. Pickle was very very dry. Product received was not worth the money spent.

This Firehouse location in New Warrington needs to be shut down. I have given them multiple chances and my order is never right. The bread is ALWAYS hard and stale. They never include a pickle even tho I specifically remind them. The employees at this store are incredibly rude they mess up orders on purpose, they park their cars blocking the drive thru. Ignore customers and sell sub par sandwiches. Firehouse please do yourself a favor and shut this location down before they ruin your name!

Made our order at 6:20. 1 medium cheddar beef brisket ADD bacon. 1 small hook and ladder NONE of the extras in it. There were only 3 other orders going, place was pretty dead. Took them 18 minutes to make our order. The hook and ladder was made 'fully involved" despite me saying no extras on it. The brisket didn't have bacon on it and only the brisket came with a pickle. The food still tasted good once I took the onion and tomato off my sandwich but come on, BOTH sandwiches wrong? And neither of them were very warm.

Went in an ordered 4 subs to go didn't get all of our toppings an found this out after we got home,then went back an the manager said they were all there even though you can clearly see they are not. Very dissatisfied with the food,service,an attitude. The pickles are always warm an as you can see there are no toppings on this sandwich 👌🏼 and the drive thru is blocked off by a car an glad it was as they can't even get the order right when you are face to face! Would have given no stars if possible.

There is always a 20 minutes wait, the employees are not polite (they're not really rude either, they're just unpleasant), they aren't really on top of their game here... Go to a different location.
