Considering having them cater my next family event.

Rude, unfriendly staff and my club had little meat. I will not return.

I have used Firehouse Subs multiple times for large delivery orders. They always do an excellent job! On time, professional, great customer service!

Food was good but barely any meat put inside sandwiches! One thin slice but tasted good. Just should be more meet for the price!

We recently did a luncheon catering with Firehouse Subs and they were dependable and friendly people. Subs were delicious and Calli was so organized in getting everything we needed.

The hospitality and kindness that the crew have at this location is admirable. They were so genuinely nice, timely, and they went out of their way for guests. The sandwich was also really good.

The smoke brisket and cheddar sub are is simply the best sub I have ever eaten

This Firehouse is my favorite! They are very fast and the food is always so good.

This location is our go to for lunch. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is top tier. We come here so often that they know us on a first name bases. My go to is the Engineer on Gluten free bread. There aren’t many restaurants in the area that have gluten free options. This place is a MUST try.

The Italian combo I ordered was great. Really hit the spot. They even remembered to give me a pickle! The employees were nice. Seating was pretty clean, just a little smoky from the oven, but not bad. Thank you to the staff on-duty.

Food is great, services friendly but NOT ACCURATE. Not sure what happened to the service (Kaliste Saloom). They got my order WRONG the LAST 3 TIMES. FYI: Always get your receipt! I think I'll give another location a try.

My only complaint was that the sandwich was a little on the heavy side with mayo and mustard. To the point where it drowned out everything else. Other than that it tasted good.

The food was on brand & what I wanted. The woman at the register had some issues getting it to open, which was comical. Another employee helped her cancel our order & start over, but they relayed our order to the girls making the food which helped our experience not be delayed.

Good customer service, but somewhat pricey and they removed the hot sauce bar which was, in my opinion, the main selling point of the restaurant. Now all they have are single-choice hot sauce packets, would not recommend until the hot sauce bar comes back.

By far the worst sandwich I've had in my entire life. I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich. What I got was a mayonnaise sandwich with meat sprinkles. I paid $11 for a small sandwich. Didn't get the chips or drink. Just the sandwich was $11. Such a disappointment. If I wanted to eat a mayonnaise sandwich, I would have ordered that.

Used to be the best subs in town...turnover, poor training, apathetic management now rules the day. Hook & Ladder (my go to) had stale bread, water logged lettuce that turned it into a slimy, soggy mess. Will give it one more chance before I stop all together. Disappointing for sure, the worst Firehouse food I've ever had. Eaten Firehouse in Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, and Alabama...all good. Lafayette? Nope...

they ignored the request for no pickles, didn't put the green peppers on one of the sandwiches, then when they didn't have the bottled drinks we paid for they had us get fountain drinks, but as we approached the machine, one employee yelled at us that we had better get the drinks we ordered from the machine. as if we were going to steal something for some reason. gotta love being treated like a theif after prepaying everything. Only giving 1 because I can’t give -5!!! On the way to work and had my heart set on a sub. This is the second time I got here before 9, at 8:35, and they’re inside counting money with the doors locked!!!

They're always out of ingredients for the subs. Inconsistent service. Sometimes they put stickers on the containers, sometimes they don't. I've learned I have to ask for them to do that. But the most annoying thing is the lack of ingredients. It's almost better to ask them what they do have on hand so you can know what to order.

I ordered through Waitr & it doesnt give the option to order a BLT, so you have to order another sub and write in the comment section what you want. Whomever made my order didnt read and gave me the sub that was selected. After waiting an hour for the driver to deliver the sub was wrong, a worker or manager took it upon herself to remake my sub and drive across town to deliver it because waitr took too long to respond, and I couldnt leave work that day. I tried to tip her for coming way across town but she refused, all she asked was I give them an honest review on google. Because she cared and took the time to remake the sub without being ugly I give them 5 stars, you dont get that from everywhere
