Great place. Had the party box. The cookies were a bit with my customers. I also had the strawberry orange Bobo drinks. Which was amazing.

Never knew this place was here. My first time and as soon as I walked in it was a very welcoming experience. I will definitely be back. The atmosphere of the women’s restroom was beautiful.

Must visit. All the people there were nice, it's a happy place overall. I got the bougie lemonade boba, mango with tapioca, and it was phenomenal. So many choices. Their cookies are amazing too, I definitely suggest the strawberry white chocolate cookies. And their prices are fair as well, for two bobas and a half pound of cookies, it was $21.

Oh wow!!! The boba here is amazing! what a cute hidden gem 💎 My milk tea with brown sugar tiger stripes was delicious and the Boba was perfect, a hint of sweet and the perfect chewy texture( no hard center). I didn’t get any cookies this time but I definitely will next time! 😄😄😁 Ps. My pups photo bombed the photo so enjoy!

Older lady behind the counter was a saint. She gave us some samples, told us about all the cookies and how the pricing works. PLUS, the cookies were great! Go here instead of those big cookie companies that just want to fill you up. First Coast Cookies and Boba, I will be back!

Please visit this place. Even with the lights being out because of the storm, they still had the best customer service and a great attitude and willing to serve us when we walked in. The cookies were absolutely delicious soft and fresh. I also really enjoyed the Boba and they even gave us samples to try, I will be coming back to try more delicious treats. I've been meaning to check this place out and so glad I did! We were greeted friendly by JJ who offered us a sample of a drink he had made (delicious!) and explained the concept. We also sampled a deliciously simple chocolate chip cookie and promptly ordered 2 of almost everything, which came to just a little over a half pound/$10. I almost didn't get the chocolate pecan one, and it would've been a mistake.... brownie brittle wishes it was this cookie!! Anyway, great experience from walking in to leaving. Hope JJ gets recognized for being a superb ambassador of the brand! My day has been made!

We recently started coming after seeing all the other great reviews and I am so glad we did! The service is friendly and efficient and the cookies are soft and delicious. The cookie cakes are beautifully decorated! Getting one for my birthday this year. Their boba is SO GOOD, their combinations are yummy and they even give out samples of their flavor of the month. It's clean and the decor, Oh. My. Gosh. It is so pretty and really will make you smile! We love this cookie and boba spot, I HIGHLY, highly recommend!

we always passed by this place and always forget to actually stop by but Friday I saw it again and I was determined to not end the day without going here. My husband and I went around 6:30pm, they have plenty of parking spots with the car that was already there. The front of the store was soooo cute! it was decorated for Easter! it has flowers and some peeps on it! then when we enter, it was more better! you will see the cookies! and their specialty cookies that they make. We ended up getting the the assorted cookies (48 cookies total) since we are hosting a dinner the next day we wanted everyone to try it. They have a few choices of cookies to pick, but we picked snickerdoodle, strawberry and cream (my favorite!), peanut butter, regular chocolate chip, chocolate with pecan and it was so good even the next day! they are soft and just the perfect size! i also ended up getting the taro boba tea and it was actually pretty good! Employees here are very nice and very patient, i was so amazed when we first enter that I couldn't focus on what to get since I want to try everything! and the inside is super cute! it is instagram approved! if you are around the West side area this place is a must stop! the price is on point and very delicious cookies!

Cute spot to get a sweet treat. You can get just a few of your favorite cookies, a large version, or a whole pack. The boba was great I had a taro milk with boba (my old favorite) and it was great. The woman who worked there was ready to answer all your questions and she gave us free samples of their honeydew with popping boba. Can’t wait to go back and try it! The place is small and we went when it was busy def grab and go when there is a lot of people.

Cookies are so delicious and was in and out in a flash. Recommend the chocolate chip with pecan and the power ranger.

its kind of expensive but maybe im just broke. all the workers were very nice and smiling. the boba is really good i got the mango lemonade thing with tapioca and passion jelly and tinkled so hard in my pants when i took my first sip. it was $8 though, i’d probably pay $6 for this but im new to the area and $8 does seem like the normal price for this type of treat. very gorgeous looking beverage too. the place itself is very cute probably the most colorful thing on the street. i ordered online on the way there and it took like 3 minutes to be ready so very quick.

I ALWAYS receive the BEST service from the staff & owner. If you remember Coastal Cookies at the Landing, you’re going to love this place!!! I have developed a real cookie habit 😃. You can purchase cookies by the weight, quantity or dollar amount. The atmosphere is so chill with bright vibrant colors as great nostalgic 80’s & 90’s music makes me want to dance & sing along.

My girlfriend stop in atleast once a month since we found out about this establishment. We love coming here after a date night and grabbing a cookie to eat on the way home. The staff is always friendly and the cookies are fantastic (white choc strawberry and snickerdoodle are my personal favorite. Hope this business stays around for the long haul!

First time visiting. The place is so cute and clean. The staff was very friendly offered samples. The prices were very reasonable. We got 3 different cookies and we were honestly disappointed. The looks of them looked like there were over cooked. They were not. They were very soft. However, they were dry. Just not enough flavor. They all tasted the same. We ended up throwing them away. 😞

I got cookies from here that I ordered on Uber eats and they were paper thin I was so disappointed I have never had a cookie this thin had I know I wouldn’t have never order them. I understand a small cookie but small and paper thin is unacceptable. On top of that they didn’t have a good taste my child wouldn’t even eat them.

My daughter and I walked in this establishment today, My daughter stood by the door with her 6 pound support dog in her arm, The way the tall lady with the colorful hair spoke to us about us having the dog was very rude. There’s a way to address and talk to people who have support animals that come in your establishment and as a business owner I would have expected this to be known. Customer service is everything and I will not be back. She then began to hide behind a box were i Could see her telling another older lady she was writing a sign..a joke and very unprofessional. Cookies were cold and hard as well. The young kid that checked us out was very polite though.

I love First Coast Cookies, their staff is amazing and very friendly every time I go. They always have samples of their boba for you to try. If you are unsure of what cookies you want to order, they will give you one as a free sample! The store is cute and very clean inside. Cookies are displayed clearly so you can see them. The only downside is that I don’t live too far so I will come here often when I am craving cookies. LOL.

I recently pulled into the parking lot after getting into a traumatic car accident to collect my thoughts. Woman who works there in the expensive grey crossover drove over and threatened to call the cops when I had been there all of two minutes and was doing no harm. Just having a bad day and she felt the need to kick me when I was down. Was kind to her and was only met with condescension and disrespect. You never know what people are going through, so while I respect the need to leave, the attitude was ridiculous and uncalled for. If this is the kind of uncompassionate people running this business, steer clear. Will never be a customer here.

This place is a little sparkling gem in the area. Both the cookies and tea/coffee are delicious every time and the interior is really cute. Highly recommend visiting at least once, and then again when the cravings set in
