Great atmosphere and good beer!

Oh this is a hidden gem in GNV for sure. The beer was so good and the atmosphere was perfection. This is a must visit when you are here if you love beer. They have a small selection of other stuff for non beer drinkers but there is beers for non beer drinkers here too. I would give 100 stars if I could.

Always great beer and phenomenal staff. An ever changing beer line up. Today was very busy and hot (special event) but usually just busy enough to enjoy.

Cold beer. In this hot weather, just wished it was a bit cooler inside. Great environment.

Excellent service and good place to spend time with family

Great brewery space and the beer is fine. We used the space for an event and, likely due to a shift in management/coordinators, the process of organizing was a bit bumpy. Although the information provided changed throughout the process, the brewery staff working on the night of our event were phenomenal and kind and we would highly recommend using the space for your special day or event!

We fell in love with their beer while eating at a restaurant. (SATCHELS) So we decided to take a drive down there. See the brewery for ourselves. At the time we went, there was no food trucks. Or anything, but we were there just to see the brewery and have a nice cold drink and then head home. Really impressed with the layout. The staff was really friendly. Of course, they answered all my questions I had about different beers, as it was our first time there. They have a lot of different events there. Family friendly. Definitely worth a visit

Had some excellent beer here. Played some Apples to Apples. Many food trucks in the parking lot. The interior of the building is great. The courtyard was packed when we arrived. Parking may be a challenge on busy nights.

What a great place to have fun and a few beers. Several of our teams met at First Magnitude after a summit in The Innovation Hub, and had a blast. Pizzas, beers, bean bag toss, and plenty of room to gather and share stories.

A great experience all around. Plenty of different beers to choose from. I had a flight of sours and ciders, all tasted great. Nice atmosphere. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of parking space, but it does fill up at peak times. They have cool merch; tshirts, hats, stickers, magnets, etc. They have a legit selection board games you can play there. There’s a food truck outside, on the brewery’s premises, but a separate business with its own schedule.

Really spacious and cool vibe, there was a big party going on when we were there and even then there were plenty of places to sit. Beers on tap will not disappoint.

The recent renovations added awesome outdoor spaces with comfortable seating , fireplaces at every table and reasonable parking. Very enjoyable venue day and nighttime!

This brewery shines brightly with a welcoming, community-friendly environment and a customer-first mission. Not to mention their excellent, rotating variety of tasty brews--including ciders and mead!

Hands down the best brewery in town! They always have a great selection of beers and staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Even the owner will take some time to chat and make you feel special. I highly recommend this place and always look forward to going back.

Omg the beer garden is gorgeous and such a fun place to hang out! Their beer is amazing, like award-winning, 'sit and drink all day' amazing. The birthday cake, the sours, the stout... Omg. Bring friends and hang out! 😍 Love this place.

We stopped here after our bike ride on the Gainesville Hawthorne Trail, and riding around Gainesville. Very cool place. Nice atmosphere would like to go back another time. I am not a beer drinker, but my two friends enjoyed their brew.

A common hangout for me. Always great beers, some experimental but pull them off far more often than not. Good options for seating in tap room, in warehouse, and an outdoor beer garden. They are also heavily involved in the community and host fund raisers. Family friendly, but unfortunately not dog friendly.

Local favorite brewery with plenty of outdoor space - lots of events and food trucks regularly, and only a short walk from Depot Park and the Cade Museum - good mix of younger folks, people with children, and a nice peaceful place to hang out.

The staff, facility and atmosphere, and selection of beers make this the best brewery in Gainesville and North Central Florida. They have become the bedrock of the community!

We reserved a large table/area for a holiday celebration and everyone at First Magnitude was fantastic to interact with. All staff were helpful, flexible, and accommodating. It was especially nice that we were able to decorate our reserved space, and provide drink tickets to our guests. Thanks First Mag!

Absolutely love them. Friendly, welcoming, inclusive. The best atmosphere and lots of room indoors and out. Food trucks are always phenomenal and you can bring the whole family. A pure gem!

One of Gainesville's staple breweries. I'm proud of our craft beer scene, and First Magnitude is a fantastic contribution to our town's culture from their venue, to the music and art they bring in on a regular basis, to... of course, their tasty beer. Highly recommend stopping in if you haven't been!

I’ve always enjoyed their beer that was available at The Fresh Market in Tallahassee. I recently had to travel to Orlando, so when the opportunity to visit the actual brewery presented itself on the way home, I just had to stop! They had a great selection of craft beers, a super friendly staff, and wide open indoor and outdoor seating! I wish they were closer!

First Magnitude Brewing is amazing. The beer garden is a relaxing place to hang out with family and friends. The interior has lots of seating and they often have sporting events up on the screens. The real star, however, is the beer. They have beers for all palates. The 72 Pale and Ursa American are two of my favorites.

Excellent atmosphere along with the most excellent personnel. And who could forget some of the best beers in town.

Best brewery came back from COLORADO and I swear to you First Mag has the best damn beer I’ve ever had years throughout!

First class brewery with lots of great in-house beer with a variety of favors. Plus a game room in the brewing area and a garden with a music venue.

Little high price for a glass of beer. Great atmosphere.

Good non-alcoholic selection. Enjoyed both their sodas and seltzers-16oz for three buck. Ciders are also really good for non-beer drinkers. Trivia Tuesdays are mad hard but super fun

Best hyper local craft brewery in the nation!

Fun brewery with a great selection of beers plus some nice live music. Staff there were really friendly as well and I liked that they provided free bug spray too whenever there's mosquitos out. You also get plenty of options on beer sizes which made it even better since I always able to grab a smaller size ones so that I could try out the varieties.

They have a large selection of beer on tap and a great selection of canned beer! My favorite beer that I tried was one called "Triple Dry Hopped Hazy IPA" the name describes it perfectly! And oh my was it delicious! I grabbed a 4pack to-go! They have a large venue and a super nice staff! Stop by if you're in the area!!
