Very friendly owners and excellent pizza. Pizza crust is fantastic. In my opinion one of the very best pizzas in Bradenton.

I debated to give a 4 or a 5 star rating and I will explain why. This is a pizza and pasta restaurant but feel the owners need to remember the basics for the "Pasta" side of this business. They need to have at least a couple simple dishes that the average person may order. Not everyone will want goat cheese or wine sauce; things they may not be as familiar with. I suggest a " Build your own pasta" where the customer can pick their noodle, sauce, and meat. With that said I will review the food. We ordered two different pizzas, a deluxe and a veggie. We had an order of cheese garlic bread and a customized pasta order with a creamy cheese sauce with grilled chicken. The owner was more than happy to make the pasta to our liking. The sauce was delicious but needed a little more of it. The chicken was moist and flavorful. I would say it was "crave worthy" for sure. The pizza and the bread is made fresh and hand tossed. The crust was very good. They make it thin enough that you do not feel like your eating a lot of dough with a little pizza! They had fresh toppings and plenty of cheese. The pizza and bread were cooked in a stone pizza oven and the crisp on the crust was perfect. The cheese garlic bread had plenty of cheese and is enough for four people to share. It does come with pesto sprinkles upon it but this is not written on the menu. They should ask customers if they would like pesto on their bread because not everyone likes it or expects it on cheese bread. This restaurant has Vietnamese dishes offered and I will definitely try some in the future. Over all, I say you should definitely give this one a try. The location is clean, the worker's were very nice and wanted you to be happy. Don't be afraid to request a change or a customized dish. They seem happy to do it. Sorry I forgot to take pictures.

We ordered the fresh summer rolls, cheese bread and a medium pizza. Everything was delicious.Service was excellent. New favorite pizza place in the area. See you soon.

Delicious food BUT DAMN IT'S EXPENSIVE!! Almost $30 PER PIZZA! But the pizza is very good, light, airy, fluffy, and flavorful. However, I don't think they'll be able to survive with Detwiler's next door which is selling the same pizza if not better, for more than half the price. Detwiler's pizza is the BEST for the PRICE, it's only $10 for a nice sized, shareable pizza. Fresca has good food though. EDIT 9/6/2024- Went back and I'd say its not worth it anymore. Fresca is overly expensive and the service is questionable. For $28....walk you butt over to Detwiler's and get a pizza that's equally as good if not better than Fresca for more than half the price. It's like $10 for a personal pizza and the service is way better and faster. I still left two star on because the chicken wings are good but $15 for 10 wings is ludacris. Family vibe but that's a down side. Poor service and expensive prices. Detwiler's is also a family business......

Went here for the first time for some pizza, recommended by a family member. While the pizza is absolutely delicious, they tried to rip me off. The price advertised for an extra large pie was $22. The man tried to charge me $27 plus a 98 cent fee to use my card plus taxes. I literally had to show him the menu and the price listed. He then proceeded to tell me that their menu changed, attempted to call someone to confirm the price change then noticed halfway through that he entered the incorrect item into the system. I was finally given the stated menu price but it took me 15 minutes to make a simple order without being overcharged. For this reason, I will not be going back.

This is hands down the best pizza I have ever had! My wife doesn't even like pizza unless ita from here! I have gone here 10-15 times and never had a bad pizza.

Best Pizza period!! My family ordered a white pizza with broccoli and chicken and it was absolutely delicious. If you have never had a white pizza before you have to try it. It’s my favorite but most pizza places don’t know how to make it or it simply doesn’t taste good if the do. I like to support local restaurants and I’m so glad I found this place. You have to try it if your in the area. The staff is friendly and welcoming as well

Great place with great food!!! We ordered the pizza special which was delicious and bread sticks. . My kids usually don’t eat much but they loved it and finished the whole pie with me and the bread sticks. Also the service is great and the staff is very friendly. One of the best pizza places if not the best I have had in Florida. Highly recommend this place!!!!

This is the Best Italian in restaurant Florida . The people who own this establishment are friendly.The Food is awesome and the waitress had a great smile. If you like sports they have televisions for you to watch whatever you like.

Pizza is fresh and the flavor is amazing! Their chicken wings are also to die for. They also have authentic Vietnamese staples, a nice juxtaposition to pizza and pasta. Overall a great place to dine that has something for everyone!

Clean! We had a couple of the pasta dishes and they were very good. Literally steaming when they were brought to the table. Pasta was nicely al dente, not cooked to mush, and the sauces were flavorful. Server was attentive and friendly.

Just absolutely amazing pizza and wings!!!! This place is a must try. I love their Vietnamese garlic wings. 🤤

There soup is delicious, I tried the spicy one (forgot the name) , we also ordered a small pizza and it was really good as well.

No service! Sat there for over 15 mins. The server took another table's order that showed up after us. Just left a minute ago. The server said welcome while we were walking out.

Great pizza and customer service. My only complaint is the “Homemade” sweet tea is just powdered tea and is not great.

Place is clean, owners and their kids are very friendly, which makes sense. (From Buffalo)! Spring roles and egg roles are good, Pho and garlic bread is good too. Pizza isnt bad at all, i just prefer crispy/crunchier crust.

Recently found this place, and let me tell you, the pizzas and the pastas are amazing, and the dessert is a must. I highly recommend this place.

I was craving pho and my boyfriend was craving pizza and this was the perfect restaurant for both of us. Food turned out amazing, the pho was very authentic and had a lot of flavor to it. Super friendly staff and clean restaurant. Will definitely be coming back!

You can definitely taste the freshness and quality of a great pizza. This place never disappoints. It is truly one of the best in the area. Such a great addition. Anything you order here is fresh made and delicious! 🙂

They don't even put whole slices mushrooms on the pizza just mini slice bits no sauce too much cheese and overpriced.. sorry one and done. It seems some of these entrepreneurs focus on a one time max profit instead of trying to create a product that will sell much more over time.

Next time eat the Italian pasta with the chopsticks.

Ordered an XL Pizza take out. It was ready in 20 minutes. Done really well. The sausage was “hot sausage” but it wasn’t spicy at all. Lots of cheese. Good amount of other toppings. Service was excellent. We ordered by phone and it was hot out of the oven when we arrived. Very pleasant staff. It was a Monday evening and not too busy at all. XL was enough to feed 4 adults and a 4 yr old. Would definitely order from Fresca’s again when in the area.

We discovered this place when we saw pho on a sign for a pizza place. All of the food is great, staff is friendly and caring, you can tell its a family operation. This will definitely be a regular spot for us!

Wow, had Fresca for the first time last week. Really good. It's the kind of pizza where you eat that extra slice when you're full, just to taste that flavor again. I'm in Detroit and my mouth is watering just thinking of their pizza. I highly recommend.

My first visit to this restaurant was on Christmas eve day and I got a pizza to go. I am not a big fan of pizza normally but I am now a fan of this places pizza. It was the best I have had in very long time. Very generous on size and amount of topping and not too much red sauce that can take over everything.

The food here is very very good. It is a truly family ran business. The daughter of the owner who makes the pizza served us today. She’s a very pleasant young lady. Let me tell you about the pizza. The pizza is extraordinary ,I grew up in New York City best pizza in the world. As far as I’m concerned I am not say this is better than New York City. I’m gonna say it’s so unique to New York City and this pizza shop would survive in New York City hands-down for a very long time. Don’t miss out.

We are visiting the area from out of state for a basketball event and Fresca’s did a great job accommodating our large group. The service was friendly, the food was delicious and the portions large. We had all three salads, a chicken sandwich, garlic bread, spaghetti and meatballs, the chicken pasta and the pasta with bacon and vodka sauce- all winners! We highly recommend this local business and we plan to return on our next trip!

Had Pizza and Pho. Both were delicious and did not take long. The service was excellent. Waiter checked in and refilled drinks.

The pizza is absolutely delicious!! We had to come back to try additional items on the menu! The wings (with garlic viet sauce) were the best wings I’ve EVER had! The summer rolls with peanut sauce are incredibly fresh and delicious! The Greek salad is a meal in itself! Everything was so fresh and great quality!! We have family in this week and we will be back!!

Fairly new place - combo of Italian and Vietnamese. Just got pizza and was not disappointed. If you like thin crust this was crispy and done just right. Owners very nice and pay close attention to their customers. Going back to try Vietnamese next.

Finally!!! A place I can honestly give 5 stars to. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by owner who took a few mins to talk to us. But the best part is the food!! Hands down the best pho in town, even better than those spots up north in st Pete. On top of that, the pizza was 10/10! Crispy, cheesy, no flop! My new go to spot. Highly highly recommend. It’s the best of both worlds (pho and pizza) in ONE spot!! This is a gem in Bradenton and we need to make sure it stays forever!

Lovely, clean & bright restaurant which we are pleased to have in our fairly nearby location. We enjoy going in person as the employees/owners are so pleasant and seem pleased to have us as customers. (A rare quality these days post-Covid.) We often call take-out orders - almost once a week. The whole experience was a 10. The service, the atmosphere and most importantly, the pizza. It has so much flavor. Please don't hesitate to try this place.

Just had my second pizza from Fresca and wasn't disappointed. First was dine in and the service was great and the pizza was delicious. Second was take out and the pizza was fresh and loaded with veggie toppings. Worth a try!

A true and actual "SLEEPER" A Vietnamese family serving a limited Vietnamese menu and a limited Italian menu The food is truly delicious and generous in portions Between Sonny and his two daughters Cindy and Tracy we were treated to food delights and personal service by the sisters I know tucked away in the Vietnamese portion of the kitchen three lovely mature Vietnamese chefs were diligently preparing, with love,fantastic dishes

2nd visit, this time for lunch. Fabulous shrimp fresh rolls and Hu Tieu Nuoc (pork noodle soup). Fans of great Vietnamese fare should run, not walk, to try this fabulous new spot.

Decided to try this new spot in our area. Very nice atmosphere and sweet couple. Great service! Everything was so good pizza is thin and flavorful. We loved the Margherita pie. Vietnamese wings, summer roll and spring rolls were great. Will def be coming back!

Tried their pizza and honestly it’s the best pizza I’ve had. They also offer Vietnamese dishes there that are super good as well. The owners are very nice to everyone and the atmosphere is very inviting. Their iced coffee is also super addicting!

The pizza is so good and they also have some Vietnamese food on the menu! The owners are very sweet and the atmosphere is clean. So far my favorite things on the menu is the “special pizza and garlic wings. And if you’re interested in trying the Vietnamese food I recommend the Pho soup and the Che dessert (it’s good for your skin)😌 Also the coffee they have is soooo good. A delicious journey to Fresca Pizza and Pasta. I had a pleasure of visiting this new and exciting establishment with a couple of friends. From the moment we stepped inside we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Spacious, clean, and nicely decorated with a small bar that serves beer and wine. The menu presents a tantalizing array of options. Beautiful hand crafted pizzas with freshest ingredients. We had pizza with all the meats and Margherita pizza and it was a mouthful. So delicious! But it doesn’t stop there. They also offer authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Try their chicken wings and pho. The pho broth is rich and so flavorful it will make you want to come for more. The service is exceptional at Fresca, with a team of attentive and friendly staff who are passionate to share their love for making pizzas and the flavors of Vietnam.

Best pizza in the area. They are a originally from Buffalo NY….family owned business, the owner personally hand toss his pizzas so it is much better then franchised pizzas, on top of that it’s so clean.

First time trying this place, the pizza was very good, nice atmosphere, nice service. It is the family own and The best pizza in town.

Great food but slow service tonight but they did have a lot of take outs. Owner/pizza maker came over to check on us and poured us some more wine. We ordered Vietnamese summer and spring rolls-what can I say but deliciousness and affordable. Pizza was great! We will be back and yes they serve beer and wine even though it’s not on the menu.
