Very fresh food and absolutely delicious! Great tasting, lightly sweetened sparkling drinks, good atmosphere. Usually busy and have to park in the back.

The food is so good the line sometimes wraps around the building. Think of it like a better chipotle with better vibes atmosphere and food . 10/10 recommend

Has great food and service However, parking is a hassle, and there's often a line out the door. Once inside, finding a seat is almost impossible since there's limited seating available. Despite that, the quality of the food makes it worth the wait!

I had got the barbecue chicken and blackened chicken with double green beans and it was delicious! It was quick, and delicious! A big fan of FK, highly recommend.

First time eating here and OMG the food was delicious. Place was crowded but the waiting time was abut 15 to be able to order. People are nice but sure could make an effort to keep the eating areas clean and the bathroom. Will totally go back!!

Great experience over all. Even as busy as it was everyone was simply happy to work there. Sat for about 45 minutes over 100 guest must have came thru that line. First time at this location. Hopefully we get one soon Brandon/Riverview anytime soon. Congrats to all that work here Tampa location.

Visited the Kennedy location and had the pleasure of speaking to Joe Ebb. this restaurant is exceptional. The food is beyond imagination! All of this and Gluten Free?!?!?!?! AMAZING! Can't wait to see these guys branch out of state --- Texas!!!

Feels like a better take on the experience of getting a bowl type meal from a place like Chipotle, but with higher quality ingredients and food items that are better seasoned and prepared, and taste fresh. Staff was kind and helpful. There is a tofu option but it is not on the menu for some reason which was a little confusing. Local soft drinks instead of Coke/Pepsi, but tasted great anyway. Was a little crowded around lunch on Friday but that's to be expected with quality food. Line moves quickly. I particularly enjoyed the sauces.

Love this fresh kitchen! All staff always working hard and extremely nice. Mike at the register was especially great. There was a Karen in front of me in line complaining that a printed menu was not up to date even though every other sign in the place was, and he handled it with grace & professionalism. Kudos to you! I will be back for sure! My fave lunch spot!!

Yoooooo this place is the absolute best. Delicious and healthy. Helps you maintain your macros without feeling guilty. And the holy kale. Madoneee. The only thing i hate is that they wont expand to NY or CT!!!!! Cmon now !

Place is absolutely a home run for anyone considerate of dietary restrictions on dairy, soy, gluten, and more. My doctor just recommended an anti-inflammation diet and I had no idea where to go. Found this on Google and loved it! Felt like a normal meal, but truly better. Tons of selection, even dessert items (all healthy). I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

I’m very disappointed with my visit to the Kennedy location today. The steak was cold, and the salads were lukewarm, which suggests a refrigeration issue. The service was lacking, with the staff not as friendly as usual, and the cashier was rude. To top it off, the prices have increased while the quality has dropped. I hope this gets addressed!

The food tastes great, the service was great! The only thing I've noticed with Fresh Kitchens at this location and the St. Petersburg location is that they are getting skimpy with the portion amounts. For one instance, it used to get a packed scoop of rice, but now it's loosely filled, and then they shake some out! I barely had enough rice for my one protein meal!

So good and great quality food.

Everything very tasty and gluten free. A celiac paradise, eating without worry. Served in a bowl, you choose a base (rice, potato noodles, mashed potatoes or salads) then a vegetable, a protein and a sauce. I recommend mushrooms and citrus grilled chicken. We will definitely be back.

WARNING - They will CANCEL your order if they don’t feel like making it. Very poor customer experience. 7/29/24 update: Decided to give them another chance, and they canceled my order AGAIN after making me wait 30 minutes for my food. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

I wish i came here earlier!! This is a build your own bowl restaurant. It’s pricey, but I felt like the food was all very good quality so I didn’t need a lot to feel satisfied. I would highly recommend this place for something quick, healthy, and rejuvenating.

Flew into Tampa and wanted something walking distance from our hotel, preferably clean eats. Came across this place and it was so good and fresh!! So filling and didn’t feel weighed down after.

Pretty great healthy food. Not the priciest but also not the cheapest compared to other similar restaurants. The chicken was juicy and the sauces tasted pretty good. Everything was seasoned well and the workers were very friendly. The only thing is the parking lot in the back was a bit tricky to find.

This past Tuesday I came in having a pretty rough day, personal issues and in work and the cashier I never got his name (on the shorter side black beard) he bought my bowl. Thank you for being generous, everything of this place is amazing.

FK at least weekly. Since first store on S Howard Today tried new menu item string beans— drop them Some had stems on- overcooked- no taste Not like all other choices

Very good food. Excellent! All the Staff, their Managers, friendly with a good attitude!, there is a lady I think her name is Rachelle, always willing to help and offer solutions, she is Awesome!!! I highly recommend them, there will be no regrets!!!! Bravo!!

Really disappointed. I randomly had my order canceled on me, even though I submitted it well before closing time.

My wife Maria and I come to this location every time we visit from St. Augustine because we do not yet enjoy the pleasure of dining at Fresh Kitchen in our town. Perhaps this will change in the years to come, when FK operators wisen up to the demands of North Floridian taste buds— we want FK and we want it NOW! This particular visit we opted to “dine in” with our six bowls and we met an actual earth Angel named Mike. He engaged us in friendly conversation, pampered us with complimentary cookies and juice, and shared some meaningful stories from his journey. My mother-in-law, Jinny, was particularly moved by his charm and kindness… maybe I will one day become a son in law who shows kind of character. Also of note, was the way Mike talked about some history, principals, and stories about FK… when we thought it wasn’t possible to love the establishment any more than we already do, this intel moved our love to new depths. FK yesterday, FK today, FK forever!!! Peace and love <333333

This visit I ordered the 4 bowl with coconut ginger rice, kale slaw, basil mushrooms, baked almond chicken, and creamy white ginger. Oh so yummy! Everything appeared fresh, juicy and readily available.

Ive been coming to Fresh Kitchen since it opened and I absolutely love this place! The food is delicious and fresh and the service is always friendly. My only critique is portion size. I feel as if the portions are much smaller than they were previously. Other than that, great place to eat at.

There was a small wait when we arrived but the employees moved swiftly to ensure everyone got their food as quickly as possible. The employees are always welcoming and kind and all the tables were clean. Food is always good.

The healthiest, freshest food I've ever had in the US. Totallly obsessed with this place. The way everything is cooked is so simple but so good. And prices are super reasonable

Fresh is exactly what you get when you come here. My daughter is a fresh kitchen fanatic, and she loves their broccoli. I enjoy the citrus chicken with the Brussels sprouts. The atmosphere is pleasant. We always eat outside by the snack plant wall, even on super hot days in Florida. The shade and fan give some relief from that Florida sun. I definitely recommend eating here.

Poor, missing ordered items .food taste horrible. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone even if my life depended on it. $23 for soft tacos with no meat is ridiculous and they do not know how to count.

Please bring back shaved brussel sprouts and cauliflower avocado rice to this location.

I give my last visit a 4.5. It's a fast and convenient way to get a healthy meal only a few minutes from Tampa International Airport. My serving portion was smaller than I recall previously, which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Otherwise, parking is better there than it was in the past, staff is friendly, food is good, set up is nice, and price is decent.

This was my first time at Fresh Kitchen and I loved it! The atmosphere and decor were “instagram inspired” and had bright colors everywhere. Staff were super friendly and explained how the menu worked. Food tasted fresh!

The food is always good each time I eat here. There's only been once or twice where something was cold that should have been hot. When I eat FK, it's usually through Ubereats or at a company function. Since I work close, I decided to grab some lunch in person. I should have ordered it through Ubereats. The parking (during lunch time) is like playing musical chairs with 3 blind mice - crazy. The line wasn't too terrible, although it was out the door when I got there. The line moved generally pretty quickly. While I will continue to eat here from time to time, I will never go back during lunch time. That was a stress I wish to not put myself through again.

I swear, every time I come here that the food tastes better. The staff is always courteous. It's still a bowl place, but food and staff make it.

My family and I have been a loyal Fresh Kitchen customers for years but my recent visit to the Tampa Kennedy location today May 4th at around 5 pm ish EST was incredibly bad and dissapointing. The service has noticeably deteriorated, with employees displaying attitude that they were unhappy to take orders from customers. The final straw was the rude and arrogant behavior of the male cashier who refused to provide a paper bag for my to-go-order, stating it was one time exception. Such treatment is unprecendented in ny dining experiences, even at fast-food chains like McDonalds, Burger King. Chipotle, etc. This was underniably one of the worst customer service encounters Ive had at a restaurant. I strongly advise against visiting this location. Despite their prices not being particular cheap compared to similar establishments, it is the steep decline in customer service that truly sets them apart--in the WORST POSSIBLE WAY!

Incredible - if there was one of these in San Francisco, I’d eat here every day. I got the Cauliflower Mash and Cauliflower Avocado Rice base, Broccoli veg, Herb steak and White Creamy Ginger sauce. Line moves quickly.

Delicious, healthy options and a good value

FK makes really good healthier food options and on a budget. I had the salmon with kale and green beans. A veggie bowl with mushrooms, tofu and rice noodles. Portions are small but filling for the most part. I love this place!

My wife found the food heavy and only ate herbs with chicken and fish. And just after leaving that place, the food stressed my body so much that I started to feel pain in my trapezoid muscles and it was because of that food. It tastes good but seems to be of poor quality. I will not return to this place!!!

Hands down, fav restaurant!! I always get the 6 bowl: sweet potato noodles and kale Caesar, mushrooms and brussels, steak and blackened chicken (or all blackened chicken), white ginger. I could eat this every day and never get sick of it! And I LOVE the quality and that everything is cooked in olive oil 😍

Best "fast" food in Tampa! Even if line is long, they always move quick.

Food is good & healthy but the amount of protein served is inadequate; specifically the almond chicken. Staff members have indicated that 3 oz is being served however when weighed it’s NOT. When we’ve asked, staff members recommended that we posted a negative posted for resolution. See image below
