It was my first time eating here. The workers aren't very helpful in explaining the menu nor process. I had to call my friend who eats here all the time to help me. Thankfully, she did and the food was great.

This is a nice little place to eat, though there's definitely room for improvement, which is why I'm not giving it a full five stars. It feels like it's becoming a bit too commercialized, and some of the food was overcooked or dry. However, aside from that, I was happy with the quality and the healthy choices offered. This is not my first time. I’ve been here about five times now.

Very well organized, young and trendy vibe, and friendly staff. It is a good value for $ spent. Poor parking during most meal times. Good food

Food is good, however lately their bbq chicken is always burnt and dry. Their biggest issue is that their cashiers are rude. All fake friendly until you don't tip and they show their true nasty attitudes and you will see their faces change LOL. Yea buddy not tipping when I have to wait 15 min in line, when part of my portion is dropped while scooping and the worker throws it away and does not replace what dropped from the bowl.

I love Fresh Kitchen! Tasty, they load up your bowl, and a good price! Great for vegetarians, healthy eaters, and just about anyone!

Been a longtime customer until my girlfriend and I got a mild case of food poisoning from here this past weekend. We both had the sweet potatoes and kale slaw as parts of our bowls for dinner and by noon the next day, we were both feeling the effects.

Fresh food and stale air. Great flavor in xhicken but bland drinks. The sauces are bussin. The staff is efficient. No free refills on chicken. Bummer. Noticeably a lot of vegans lurking around. Maybe they broke the air conditioner.

Fresh kitchen catered a large family gathering after funeral (40 people). Everyone commented on how delicious everything was. Those of us who are gluten-free couldn’t believe everything was gluten-free. And those of us who eat gluten loved and had no idea this beautiful meal was gluten-free. Would definitely recommend!💕

Food was good, but I'm not on a diet and not a big guy! They were VERY careful how much they served you... Was still hungry afterwards. For the price you pay, food should be plentiful! Go to a Bodega, Chinese, Mediterranean place there's PLENTY of food, overflow of food in fact in most places. Probably won't be back.

Awesome as usual ! This S Howard is the first Fresh Kitchen I ever tried. Now I go to them at several locations, because they’re consistently delicious, healthy, fresh and great staff . Quick in and out , served with a smile. Prices I think are good for the quality, tasty recipes, the portion sizes and freshness of their ingredients.

Great food, small inside area, more places to eat outside, but they need to relocate the trash cans away from the eating area.

Absolutely my favorite. I recommend the 3 bowl where you get 2 bases and 1 protein. The bbq chicken with the sweet potatoe noodles ginger rice. Thanks for the great customer service.

Love this place! Too bad there isn't one close to my home in Land O Lakes FL. We need a bowl place near us! Fresh is the word for this place. The smells are wonderful and everything is delicious!

Being a Cook and Chef, I must say that Life has good things and other very good things like Fresh Kitchen Soho!! Here I was able to enjoy an Excellent Food with a variety of Flavors that delight your senses, the enormous Quality in customer service is felt, in the Staff of the entire establishment, its leader Jessica always with a high disposition for anything is great... . If you are having a bad time, you are depressed, remember FK Soho is a great option, your body and mind will thank you... It is simply a Direct Flavor Dart to the Palate!! Bravo... Nelson

I truly enjoy Fresh Kitchen’s food, however, I’m highly disappointed by their business decision to use DoorDash as their delivery partner. I placed an order for work directly from the Fresh Kitchen website and scheduled this order for 12:15pm to arrive for a 12:30pm client meeting. Our order never arrived, our delivery driver was unreachable, and DoorDash customer service was little help. At first, a representative from DoorDash offered to cancel our original delivery that hadn’t arrived and send a replacement order. Then, a second customer service representative called me and said this wasn’t possible and a replacement order was not on the way. My recommendation is to switch to a different delivery partner as DoorDash’s poor customer service and unreachable drivers directly impacts my experience with Fresh Kitchen.

Bowls were generous and reasonably priced. We sat outside all tables were clean. We were told the only drink options were in fridge but then saw flavored lemonade after we grabbed drinks. We all got different bowls and we each enjoyed our options. Food was fresh and great flavors. We will definitely be back.

It's my favorite place to eat while in Tampa. This was my first time back in like 3 years, and it's still just as good as I remembered. Awesome staff and service, excellent quality food! The owners need to stop bullsh'ting and open some locations here in the Metro Atlanta area. 😋🙏🏿 My bowl had all the proteins and topped ginger sauce. Great place for a quick serve lunch or dinner- build your own bowl w fresh ingredients; fast, friendly, and great food. You can tell they put love into it. Highly recommend.

used to be a great place to eat. Unfortunately food is inconsistent. Too many times rice was crunchy. Not good to eat undercooked rice. Actually it's quite bad. And it's gotten consistently noisy - not from patrons, but from staff clanging pots and pans. Yes, anyone who cooks knows that sometimes you clang a potlid or pan. But this has been noticeable on the last several visits and makes for a less than pleasant environment for a meal. Although they may be trying to hustle when busy, this could be accomplished in a quieter manner. Sadly management has not been very responsive to concerns. So if you’re looking for good food and a peaceful environment go to naked farmer.

This crew, FK SoHo, should teach a course on customer care - they’ve nailed it! Whether you’re a food service delivery person or coming in to eat - they treat everyone with the same level of respect. Amen has the warmest smile and literally greets you from the counter with it! The whole crew remembers you… The staff on the to-go end are unmatched. So refreshing... I hope they are paid WELL and appreciated. The whole team is phenomenal which speaks to the culture the management has cultivated.

Slowest location I’ve been to and inadequate amount of parking spaces. Surprised the city even allows it. Do not plan to park here if you go.

Food is healthy & delicious with lots of options. The staff is very friendly. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes the food is lukewarm when served which kind of freaks me out.

My new favorite addiction! Sooooo good I’m going for the third night in a row. Super healthy and filling I highly recommend. My favorite are the noodles, mushrooms, bbq chicken

It was a super busy lunch hour and I had ordered for my whole office. The girl who was working with the to go orders was nice and kind. All our food was fresh, correct and packaged neatly.

The food at fresh kitchen is always great but the service makes me unpleased. Jan 14 I ordered over $40 of food for delivery and the system changed it for pick up. I was beyond upset because I was at work. So while talking to a manager about receiving my refund, she stated ( after I called back 3 days later) that she FORGOT to refund me - who in the world forgets a refund after me not receiving my food??? Then she also said I will receive gift cards (which I also never received and why I’m writing this review) I don’t like when businesses make sure they have their money and make me feel as if I don’t work hard for it. At this point this location will never be on my radar! PS the manager was a woman and I don’t remember her name because of that horrible experience and I’m never the one to write a bad review but forgetting a refund is beyond crazy to me.

I love this place! I'd eat her 7 days a week if I could. The meals are delicious and nutritious. They have lots of options, I can order online, and they always have my order ready on time. The only snag is that parking is difficult to find even for a quick pick up order, but it is still totally worth it.

This location is the best because they are less busy than others and therefore the staff can give you really friendly service. Food great as with any FK location.

I've been to Fresh Kitchen Tampa multiple times and I'm blown away by the consistency of their food. Every time I've visited, the dishes have been flavorful and made with the freshest ingredients. You can truly taste the quality! The team is also super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I'm so impressed with Fresh Kitchen and I'll definitely be back for more! 5 stars and highly recommended!

Unbelievably excellent dining establishment. I went for my first time on a Friday at lunchtime. There was a line, but it moved quickly. Employees were enthusiastic and attentive. Prices were more than fair for the quality of the meal. I will definitely return asap.

A breath of fresh air. Besides the phenomenal taste of food, They're always smiling here and I don't ever get that negative energy from the employees. There's a few other restaurants with the same style, they have good food too but they lack what this place provides, which is a great staff. I would rather pay more money and come here, to have people serve me with a smile and good energy behind their work rather than walking up to order food and the servers looking at me like I'm bothering them. 🤷

Fresh Kitchen is always good but it was my first time going to this one and I regret it. The citrus was okay and cold and blackened chicken was cold, burnt and hard. I got mushrooms that was also cold. The only thing that tasted fresh was the rice and chick peas. Other than the food, everything else was great. I was in and out and it was clean but definitely go to a different location if you want fresh food

Super tasty and reasonably priced. The cauliflower mash is so good I had to double check to make sure it wasn’t potatoes!

I'm only rating this way cause they took off some items that I specifically went there for. They used to have an amazing tea and tuna poke. They have a great choice of other meats though!

Fresh Kitchen not only had delicious food, but the staff was incredible!! We had never been there before and they greeted us in right away, making us feel welcomed and comfortable in what to order. There was not one member of the team that didn't seem like they enjoyed their job!! A very cool atmosphere.

Foods is delicious, especially great for those with gluten sensitivities. Service is fantastic, fast - don't let the line deter you, it moves quickly. Very limited seating and by nature a loud bustling environment, so best for takeout. One of our Tampa favorites for fresh, healthy, delicious food.

I am pretty impressed with this place. First, I’d like to report the broccoli has been fixed- apparently it’s not too salty anymore. I haven’t personally tasted it again but the General manager or assistant general manager (I’m not too sure), David Vetromile called me to tell me he got to the bottom of the salty issue and, quite frankly, I believe him. He discovered the measuring spoons were larger than what the order called for hence, the salty broccoli. He sprung a full investigation regarding the salt issue and not only did he sound legitimately concerned, but he got to the bottom of it. And what a likable guy. By the end of the conversation, if this guy told me to invest my money in a made up stock I probably would have listened to him. Considering how frequently I eat at Fresh Kitchen on South Howard, it won’t be long until I taste the broccoli myself, at which time I’ll update this review further. However, I have no doubt the broccoli is back to its perfectly prescribed salt amount. Bravo Fresh Kitchen on hiring Mr. Vetromile. This guy knows how to forge relationships and aid in maintaining the integrity of the food we all love so much.

This is a late review, but better late than Never! I'd like to give a Shout Out to Jonah, TJ, Noah, Franny, Trent, Jordan, Kailey and Chris!!!!! They were all great... (Team Work)...the whole crew. This is now my All Time Favorite spot. I'll be sending people to you'll. Thanks for the experience!! You'll are areA-1 in my book.

A healthy choice and a great selection of foods.

First time. Not familiar with sweet potato noodles, holy kale sauce, etc. Everything was really good and prepared quickly.

I love everything about this place , always good and quality food, I’ll never get tired of it either lol. I’ve never had a issue here and the food never disappoints!

Other than the typical parking struggles this place is great. I love it when the kids come back in town that this is the first place we go.

They never change anything around it’s the same thing month after month and the veggies also never change. It would be cool if they changed the menu seasonally I don’t always just want green beans, mushrooms, or cubed sweet potatoes?? It’s so odd they never stray away from it. Now they charge extra for cheese and tomatoes. Also the sweet potato noodles are cold and there is no salt or pepper. Everything is single use which isn’t environmentally friendly. Water out of machine isn’t cold. Parking is really bad at this location.

Ordered my food online. It was on time, I was in and out in less than a minute. Everything was correct and the food is super healthy and so delicious. I wish I could give FK 6 stars.

The food itself is very good. Very fresh tasting and definitely not reheated/defrosted. However, I have had a handful of instances now where the portions have been ridiculously small, almost the size of a Four bowl as opposed to a Six (what I get). In some cases when family or friends of “larger” or taller build have ordered my meal for me, the portions are notably larger. It seems a bit unfair to that my portion is being based on my “size” so to speak; I am an athlete, so the smaller portions have not been enough to satisfy me. I also notice that as of recent, there has been a “forced tip” added to online orders. I have no issues with tipping for good service or good food, but to effectively snatch a couple extra bucks for zero service/human interaction seems awkward. What if the food I receive is a lesser portion than paid for? What if the food is not good quality (which it usually is)? It’s like tipping an Uber driver before you even get into the car, only to find out they drive irresponsibly. 3/5 for good food but forced tips + weird portion size variations

10/10 for sure. Totally out my way, but it’s always worth the hour wait for delivery or the 30/45 min drive when I want it. Do i wish they had more locations ? Of course. But still very good. Healthy filling food that’s so very on point & guilt free

The food was good and fresh. It's like a healthy spin on Chipotle. The only thing I don't like is the mix of cold and hot foods in one bowl. Not pictured is the sweet potato. The patio area seems nice. We sat inside. I believe theres 2 or 3 tables in there. The only thing is it's crammed there as people are constantly walking by for Togo orders. This was my first visit and I will totally be going back. Happy eating!!!
