FreshJax Tofu Scramble® Vegan Spice Mix - 8.9oz A fabulous blend of spices that combine together and make tofu taste like eggs without the added cholesterol. A recipe is included on the back of the container: simple, easy to follow, & turns out delicious every time. A nice addition to any spice cabinet that is vegan, gluten-free, gmo free, & kosher. To me the nuttiness of the nutritional yeast is forefront, and then the prominence of the black salt comes through & bam! Eggs! I find that it can be used to add a bit of umami to any dish really. FreshJax Authentic Taco Seasoning Organic Mexican Blend is wonderful. The fact that it is organic and doesn’t contain chemicals or radiation is awesome! That lets me know it’s better for my family. I also admire the fact that purchasing FreshJax products helps fight childhood hunger. The taco seasoning tastes delicious and when I opened my container, it was filled to the absolute top(they definitely didn’t skimp on the product). I didn’t have to add any other seasoning to out taco meat, the FreshJax Taco Blend didn’t need any help, because it was perfect on it’s own!!! My whole family of 5 really loved the taste!! My son says he wants to try their more spicy seasonings too.

Very expensive for little flavor. Adding flavor to food with salt isn't an effective or good manner for me.

Ran into the owner and checked around myself. First class people that also gives to local communities. Can't find a better combination to support and looking forward to many meals/meal preps in the future!!

Holy moly!! I sprinkled the FreshJax Tofu Scramble on my tofu this morning and my breakfast burrito has transcend to a new level.

The tofu scramble seasoning is versatile and amazing. If you’re going for egg substitute, this seasoning is unparalleled. It’s magical how it works. However, you can use the seasoning on baked tofu and get the best mock chicken strips. Truly incredible. I’ve tried to replicate it but they have mastered the blend! I’ve tried their other seasonings and I’m always trying new things from them. Never disappointed.

I received some Freshjax spices for Fathers Day and I was hooked immediately on how great they make my grilled food taste. So hooked that I ran out in a few weeks and just had to get more, and also try some new flavors. They have so many varieties to choose from, it’s amazing. I highly recommend them for all your grilling - ribs, chicken, fish, burgers. They’re incredible.

I have ordered from here a few different times. First was for Father's day. We loved all the seasonings that we have slowly started to only buy them. The orders have come fast every time and I thought maybe it was just because we lived in Jacksonville as well. BUT...after moving to California, it is just as fast. I ordered on the 15th and it is arriving today, 9/18! Fast shipping, great customer service and yummy seasonings!

Fresh Jax is my go to for all our spices. I have a gluten allergy along with other health issues, my husband is a body builder so we both have to be very cautious about our ingredients and we never have to worry with Fresh Jax. The Garlic Herb, Taco Seasoning and Maple Cinnamon are my top 3 but really you just can't go wrong ordering from this awesome company because they are all great. They also have some great gift packages available that make amazing gifts for all occasions and best of all when you support them you're supporting a small business!

The spices are amazing. The variety 5pack was helpful to sample a few that I was curious about and then the 3 pack helped us stock up on the ones we loved. Rosey cheeks is great for pork bbq rubs and the peppered habanero is great on wings. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

My original order was messed up. How this company responded was WAY above my expectations. They discussed at length what was wrong, re-ordered the items I was missing, shipped them PRIORITY NEXT DAY, and told me to keep the items mis-shipped, then they put in 2 extra bottles with an apology note, in the box. Mistakes happen. How you handle them separates good companies from Great ones. This is a great one!

I ordered a customized spice set. The package was shipped quickly and beautifully presented: I could have easily gifted it as is. Thus far I am pleased, and did not rate it 5 stars because I have not tried all of the spices or the wood planks. I would recommend customizing a spice blend without any hesitation. I look forward to trying all of my spices in 2020.

I love that you can make up your own spice packs. I even made up a box for my daughter for Christmas. These are fresh and excellent quality. I will definitely buy from fresh Jax in the future.

While the spices are very good, if you have any tolerance to heat don't bother with their hot spices. In order to get any heat from them the salt is overwhelming. I understand I'm in the minority but I basically spent $25 for table salt

All the products have been unique and highest quality. Very nice packaging even to include the shipping containers which make it fun starting right from opening them up.

Hands down, the best organic spices on the market. Not only are they a local business, which I love to support, they are also huge online, including on Amazon.

I bought some spices from these guys a couple of weeks ago and was more than satisfied. All of the ingredients were fresh and organic plus they tasted great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to bring life to their food.

FreshJax is one of Jacksonville's best gems. The owners are two of the nicest people, who turned their small business into this wonderful smoothie/fresh foods shop (and yoga studio). Everything I've ever had from them is of the highest quality and tastes fantastic. It's truly the place to go if you want something good for body and spirit! And, if you haven't tried their spice blends yet, boy are you missing out! These spice blends have become a staple in our cooking! Totally fabulous!

Adorable little place!!! All their food is 100% vegan and gluten free. They have everything from entrees, smoothies, desserts, and snacks. Counter service. They even offer yoga classes to sign up for! The bathrooms were pristine, equipped with complimentary pads/tampons, hair ties, Kleenex, and plenty of paper towels and a full length mirror! I can't wait to come back here with my girlfriend

The people are very kind and helpful. I have really struggled with my celiac disease. This place allows me to feel normal. I can eat anything in there because it isn't cross contaminated. I love that they let me sample things. Before this blessing came along I would never have considered eating 1/2 of those ingredients. They make them yummy! I love the variety and that they change some things. Suggestion: bring back the loaded Nachos that had the sweet potato topping that tasted exactly like nacho cheese! Miss it. I would also like to try more smoothie flavors. So far the peanut butter banana is my favorite. Thank you!

I've been going here for a month and a half and I love their food and their yoga. I am addicted! Today is Christmas day and they are closed, so I couldn't go. Instead I chose to stalk them on Google and reminisce about the good times we've had together...

I love this place. I have attended several yoga classes here, and have enjoyed many a-smoothie afterward. The food is top-notch, the classes are fantastic, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Also, the facility is remarkably clean and well-designed.

I enjoyed getting to try Fresh Jax for their $30 for 30 days promo and decided to get a membership. The staff is friendly and ask you to sample their freshly made goodies. Their yoga instructors are fantastic. I feel wonderful after every class.

FreshJax is an incredible small business this brings much needed locally sourced, organic, and vegan products to Jacksonville. We love their Coconut "Bacon", their scones and their smoothies perfectly quench my thirst on a hot Florida day! Highly recommend FreshJax

This is my favorite place. When I open the door, the people behind the counter smile and make me feel welcome. They help me with everything from spices, to fruit bowls (so fresh and delicious) to the baked goods my husband insists on when ever I go there, to the hand-picked yoga teachers. This is such an up-lifting experience! Having taken several yoga classes I can tell you each is different, but the common theme is " how can I help you?" The other students range from stay-at-home moms, to young, older, military, professionals..., but they are all friendly and happy to share helpful information. As the sign says, "This is my happy place."

The shop is a nice little break away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The owners of done a great job at creating a sense of calmness in the experience. The Eclectic vibe coupled with the variety of foods and drinks available is worth several visits to the shop.

FreshJax is THE place to go for yoga and fitness in Jax! It has an amazing vibe with caring and well-trained instructors and offers a wide variety of over 45 classes each week beginning at 5:30 a.m.! The studio is beautiful and serene, very spacious and well-equipped and I felt immediately relaxed and welcomed. There is always something fun going on at FreshJax on the weekends. I've attended both the Mala Bead and Esser Health Workshops and came away from each feeling enriched with creativity and new ideas and just feeling happy to have met and connected with other like-minded new friends ;-).

The spices and hot sauces are top of the line, literally can't be beat... and the atmosphere is bright and upbeat in the store! Thanks FreshJax for making each stop at the storefront an awesome time and for making each creation I whip up in the kitchen a bit more tasty. :)

I've loved everything about FreshJax since the first time I spotted their booth at the Riverside Arts Market 3 years ago! Their new cafe/yoga studio is aesthetically pleasing as well as pleasing to the individual palate, whether you're "into" healthy foods or not, there's not a single baked good that will disappoint! My favorite is probably a toss up between the cinnamon coffee cake (holy yum) and the chia chocolate chip cookie. :)

This place is a jewel! They make us feel like family when we walk in and the classes are killer! Went to the ab classes last week on our lunch breaks and was in and out quickly...had enough time to grab smoothies and be back to work on time!
