Great (and very popular) little spot on Fifth Ave. It’s one of the only places I’ve been able to find in the area that does a hazelnut gelato, and it’s so good that I’ll drive across town for it if the mood strikes me!

Hands down the best pistachio gelato I’ve ever had

Just amazing gelato! If you can stop by, please do, you won't regret it. The place is super clean to be an ice cream store haha, but the best part is that the staff was really nice and despite being a line, attention was fast and expedite. Would absolutely come back for more.

Hands down the best cappuccino I’ve had in the US!! Decided to come back to try an affogato and we were not disappointed. We will be coming back.

The Ice Cream is very soft even in their cooler. I wonder if it’s cold enough? The Cups are ultra small, the prices very high! The personal not friendly at all, but asking for astronomical tips

The sugar-free vanilla gelato was really bad, it didn't taste vanilla.

Very authentic ice cream. Throw produced on site.Nice air-conditioned guest room. Many other patisserie. The only negative point: 2 scoops of ice cream in a waffle for 7.99 plus tax... Naples.

There is a delicious gelato shop on Fifth Avenue. They have many gelato flavors to choose from. If you are not sure what you want to eat, you can ask the store staff to try it before deciding to buy it. You can choose to have it in a cookie or a bowl. I like it very much. Their mixed berries and mango flavors, and other fruit-related flavors are also good!

Friendly staff, wide selection of pastries, gelato and sorbetto. Coffee too.

This became a must-go whenever we are visiting the beautiful Naples. Located at the unique 5th street, Gelato & Co is sweets wonderland. Over the years we tasted -way too many- items and nothing ever disappointed. Their gelato options are solid and their milkshake tastes great. Seating is good but in busy weekends it can get packed. Service was good too.

Finally some actual gelato. Great flavors and the right texture. I’ve been having a hard time finding good ice cream/gelato in Florida but this place has it. My only complaint would be that it is just slightly too sweet but that’s my personal taste.

This was the best experience I've ever had in the city of Naples. I had the strawberry gelato and the young man that was serving me was just the most wonderful and friendly young man that I have ever met. I would highly recommend this establishment

Very busy place. Stopped in for gelato and chose basic chocolate with a side of chopped hazelnuts ($1 extra). It was pretty good but hazelnuts had to be sprinkled on top. I wish they had a few more options (maybe chocolate with hazelnuts already mixed in). My husband had a latte which he really loved. Offers a few tables for seating inside and out. Service was really good and helpful.

If you are looking for some lovely gelato and lots of variety, look no further than Gelato & Co. I recommend the peanut butter chocolate and mint chocolate chip.

Awesome Gelato.! Had the chocolate and another scoop that I can't remember the name. Both scops were delicious. Nice server's and all of the pastries looked good too. Definitely worth trying.

Went in this evening after a long day of travel seeing out some plant based chocolate. I was happy to hear from the counter person that waited on me that they had dairy free sorbet. I asked for a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of mango. As I was walking down 5th ave in the dark eating my cone of what I thought was sorbet I detected I was in fact eating dairy. I was and the manager decided to handle this in a manner that told me it’s no big deal it’s just a mistake. It is a big deal to me and I was just disappointed in the tone he took with me and his dismissive manner.

Very tasty ice cream and pastries. And everything is quite affordable.

Their gelato is amazing!! I got the hazelnut and Nutella! The texture is so smooth and delicious. They also have a beautiful display with desserts and gelato bars/sandwiches.

We walked to this place. The gelato was very good. My husband liked the Tiramisu. Cookies and cream and pistachio were delicious ice-cream It's a little pricey, but hey, Naples is expensive.

Adorable gelato shop on Fifth Ave. Fresh, clean interior and friendly service. A variety of gelato flavors and baked goods. Several gluten free gelatos but not celiac friendly as there is an acknowledgment posted regarding the possibility of cross contamination. The mint chocolate chip was delicious!

Ok was here on April 6, 2024. The line was out the door. The gelato was excellent. But the service was completely horrible. We had 7 people in our party. The employee helping us was so rude, rolled her eyes on our orders and appeared to be completely annoyed serving us. After every order her answer was “what else” in such a horrible tone. As we continued to order she rolled her eyes and turned her back to us. To be honest I was in complete shock as she lacked any sort of customer service skills. Won’t be going back here until they either change their staff and the owner corrects this situation. It’s an ice cream shop. Everyone in there should be happy and leave with a great experience. This one was horrific!!!!! Side note I see this has been a problem before with their employees and hasn’t been corrected by the owner. Such a shame.

Pineapple sorbet was overly sweet I couldn’t finish my scoop. I tried the chocolate and vanilla gelato and was not a fan. Croc cho almond was decent.

Good ice cream in a cone (pistachio/coffee). No blue ice cream (a good sign). A bit expensive.

Pistachio A+, not a sugar bomb. Love all the other frozen options. Pastries look exceptional.

If you are looking for the perfect ice cream in Naples look no further. We had the pistachio. Salty Caramel and the mango sorbet. Wow!

Close to Italian gelato as you can get in the States. Delicious reasonable portions at a fair price. Beautiful area to visit

Walking into Gelato & Co, the first thing I noticed was a most delightful aroma. I intended to buy gelato in a cone, but the sights of so many delectable treats had me considering other options. I ended up staying with the gelato, and I can vouch that the vanilla gelato is amazing. I intend to return on my next trip to the area and try some of the other treats.

The first time I come here and the gelato was definitely not good! The gelato is supposed to not have milk otherwise would be ice cream! We ordered a cup of chocolate mint and it tasted so synthetic and it definitely had milk on it! Very disappointing! We ended up throwing it to the garbage after just a couple of spoons… was expecting something very different… ;(

This is one of my husband’s favorite places in Naples. I love a good cappuccino and he loves gelato. This last time I thought I would treat myself as my husband does. I tried an Affogato. WOW espresso and Nutella gelato in one. Worth trying!

Delicious freshly made velvety smooth gelato. They have a great selection of flavors and other types of ice cream treats. Staff did a great job accommodating my allergies. And the insulated to go containers keep the gelato perfect.

It was nice to stop and get a gelato and espresso on a warm day. The place was clean. Also, it's nice and cool to get a small break from the warmer weather.

The Gelato was just ok, I have had much better.

I always gauge their Gelato by trying out their pistachio flavor first and I've got to say, it's smooth and creamy. You don't get any powdery taste or feeling. The hazelnut was just as delicious. Their service was quick and welcoming.

Amazing gelato, tasted authentic and the pistachio in particular had GREAT flavor. The strawberry sorbet was creamy and soft as well.

What a delicious dessert spot. So many excellent restaurants in the area that have their own featured desserts. However, I'm so happy that I opted to try this place instead. So many flavors, all rich in flavor and creamy texture Gelato. Staff is friendly. You can get Gelato. Sherbet, milk shakes, or try their Nutella bard or Gelato sandwiches. They also have other pre made cookies and some other things. To me, the star of the show was tjeir Gelato. I had the peanut butter flavor and it was amazing. Went back the next day and got a hazelnut and peanut butter mixed as a milk shake. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

Everything here looks and tastes so good! We walked past here and decided to visit which was a great decision. We’d decided to get the coconut truffle and the Nutella Ice-cream Sandwich and both were delicious! We saw plenty of other things we would like to try and we can’t wait to revisit Gelato & Co! If you are in downtown Naples this is the recommended place for anything sweet.

Great gelato place on 5th. I had the pistachio and it was very creamy and full of intense flavor. I didn’t give this place a five star b/c the gelato was very soft, almost soft serve consistency! But the affogato my friend got was delicious and hit the spot!

Hands down best ice cream I’ve ever had in the USA! You can’t go wrong. This is real Italian ice cream, made from real fruit, not stupid fake flavoring. The Apple strudel tasted like home - amazing! We’ll be back to Naples just to come here! I want to try it all. Everything looks delicious and is beautifully presented!

Was recommended to try Tiramisu and Gelato here. Wow. I'm happy. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. The decorations are pretty. The place is kept nice and tidy. They also have coffee. This place is really cheerful and bright. So were my Tiramisu and yogurt ice-cream and mixed berries and lemon gelato. Will definitely come back. Want to try everything they sell.
