Such an amazing place! The quality of the food and drinks, the friendliness of the staff and the vibe! I absolutely love it! Came on a Saturday so it was really busy and had to wait in a long line but totally worth it!

never going here again if that one girl with black hair is there. it's such a cute place but my friend wanted to take me here to have me try the boba and other stuff like it's cool having a joint in the mall with churros but as soon as we went to order, the lady was giving us attitude when she doesn't even know her OWN store's menu. she kept such a harsh tone talking especially when i was ordering, and me having autism it was very uncomfortable to be spoken to like that when in no way did i come at her like that. let alone, i said very clearly what i wanted but now you trying to make me look stupid like you are really weird. she even acknowledged that she didn't hear me at all and im like....so you talking to me saying to me, "can you not read?" when it's you that doesn't know your own damn menu the hell 😭😅?? and then after she was giving attitude to the other customer after us and it ain't seem like she like her job at all. i hope she gets fired because she's lucky i'm not the type to cause a scene over this like some folks won't tolerate it.

This place is adorable and the menu is super creative. However, I was very disappointed with my drink. I ordered a white chocolate milk tea with coffee jelly. Upon my first sip it tasted like almonds, which i am very allergic to. I had my partner try it as well and they agreed it tasted like almonds. I asked the cashier and she assured me there was no almond added to it. She did not have the ingredients for the white chocolate syrup though. I asked if they could remake it without any syrups and she told me i had to buy another drink if I wanted something different. I understand this is a small business and if it was just a matter of distaste i wouldn’t have cared. That being said I was genuinely concerned that the syrup might contain a very harmful ingredient and i did feel safe drinking it without confirmation. I ended up buying another drink that was delicious but I probably won’t ever get boba here again.

I went with a friend who recommended it and they did not disappoint. I had the Kuro-tea and the oreo delight rolled ice cream. Both were delicious and satisfying. The seating is nice and atmosphere has a cozy cuteness to it. The staff were also friendly and nice. If you have big sweet tooth, you should definitely stop here.

I've been here twice and it's been amazing both times. The staff here are very attentive and patient and the exterior is fun and lovely. I tried the mochi donuts and the Ditto boba milkshake and they were so delicious. The prices for the items are pretty reasonable for the great quality. I believe that the place is also ran by Hispanic women, which I feel might be important for a lot of people. I 100% recommend.

Very quick service, taking less than 5 minutes to get 2 boba drinks. The cashier was very friendly when placing the drink orders.

This place is very rude and disrespectful, this was our first time in there and we just left this place not to long ago with my gf and my sister, the cashier that attended us was very rude and disrespectful. Hope she gets fired tbh

I just left this place and I went because I seen it on my FYP on Instagram and I went with my bf and my friend and the cashier was a girl with black hair and no lips and spoke little English. she started talking to me in Spanish right away because of my skin tone and I tried to correct her but she didn’t hear me or understood me but she was very rude after the fact I wasn’t speaking to her in Spanish and got frustrated and gave ugly looks with such attitude I will definitely not go back in there if she is working there and I will make sure that everyone else who I know not to go there either because what kinda service is that and she did not give us a receipt and when I asked she said no and then gave another attitude like this is my first time ever and someone not give me my receipt why have an option for it but can’t give me my receipt makes no sense to me. How do I know y’all aren’t scamming me and the menus were all over the place like there just not organized in there at all the place looks nice but when I asked for the where my options were, she told me very quietly so I asked her to repeat herself and she catched another attitude. Like girl calm down if you can’t deal with customers then don’t work where you have to deal with people. Smh. Definitely don’t recommend this place if that lady is in there because you will have the same customer service as I had. And they should really get name tags so I could name this girl. Really hope she gets fired soon and hire someone else.

Been here a few times. We usually get the boba drinks. A bit pricey but they're good. Today we stopped by and we could not find a worker. There were two other customers and we shouted to see if anyone was in the back. We wasted 15 minutes waiting. Kids were disappointed. Probably won't come back.
