STILL ANOTHER GREAT ICE CREAM PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

Ice cream is ice cream. But service and atmosphere is everything. Antez (Tezzy) is absolutely amazing!!! He made the experience. My kids are a lot to deal with, however he was somehow able to get on the same page as them. It's almost as if he knew what they wanted. They didn't even have a chance. Thank you for your positivity and patience.

So delicious! Best prices too. This ice cream lives up to its name, creamy! Second time in today and the staff are so kind. The ice cream is delicious and flavorful and such a reasonable cost for the location. Highly recommend!

I came here with my parents (that don’t speak English) and I was going back and forth translating for them until a kind employee Nicole helped out and spoke to them in Spanish so they wouldn’t have to struggle. She was such a sweet girl and a great employee. She made our ice cream quick and always kept a smile on her face. It’s refreshing to see such a young girl working hard to please customers.

the thin lady was vaping in the doorway. VERY VERY unpleasant and i was not impressed with the environment. the 2 ladies working were arguing back in forth and the skinny lady was taking up the whole doorway making me cough from the vaping it was very un inviting. we weren’t to the place next door and had amazing service .

Great ice cream and great prices

Our family was enjoying an amazing evening accompanied with dinner and excited to have dessert at your location. It was 9:55 p.m. and their was customers ahead of us, my two daughters were reading the menu to make a decision when your employee (the tiny thin one) announced to us in an extremely rude tone "we close on 5 minutes, make it quick"! Excuse me? As an entrepreneur running two business, she would've been fired immediately. The business closes after the last customer is served, just like your competitors service next door provided. Your establishment is probably awesome but not for long with employees with this attitude.

This is a wonderful place to stop in and get you some ice cream or a cold drink. But I have multiple types of ice cream on hand including sherbet. Staff was extremely friendly and the prices are fair.

Our server Antez was amazing! (please forgive me if I mispelled) very upbeat, personable, with spectacular service. The sugar free, gluten free moose tracks was delicious! A must try!

Its Grade-A hard serve ice cream. There's a massive variety of flavors and the ones I did have were all excellent. Staff looked like they were having a good time and very helpful, prices are reasonable AND placed somewhere you can actually read them! (unlike other nearby frozen dairy selections), and the location is great. Highly recommend.

I was super excited to see they had 3 dairy free flavors! I got watermelon and it was deeelicious!

First off it's an ice cream parlor and they can't make sundaes whatever we walked through the door the smell of the amount of cleaner was so overwhelming not cool second one employee was asleep on top of the cooler the other was on an extended smoke break then we finally get to the ice cream fine whatever not the best had to choke my milkshake down not worth the price spent almost 50 on three people rather spend that kinda money at kilwins on the boardwalk please don't waste your time at this dumpster

The employee displayed an unwarranted level of rudeness and hostility. I had just entered the store, coinciding with the employee's arrival, to ask if they were open for business. Instead of a courteous response, I was met with a shout and was informed that she needed five minutes to prepare. Despite this, I returned after a while, offering an apology and explaining that my intention was merely to confirm the store's opening hours. However, my efforts were met with a cold and annoyed demeanor from her. While I was grateful to receive service on Thanksgiving Day, the entire interaction was perplexingly unpleasant.

I was excited to take my mom to this specific ice cream place. Drove 22 min from inland as I'm a local - my mom is visiting from WI. As we approached the establishment it looked as though both employees were outside, smoking, and the entire scene was weirdly unwelcoming. Right next door was another ice cream place that seemed clean and welcoming, so we ended up going there although missing out on your awesome flavor selection. After eating at the other place we walked back to find employee, and what we realized was just one of his friends, still outside smoking 20 minutes after. Your location had visibly interested customers and the worker very clearly was annoyed he finally had to get up and go inside. It was very....weird. as a business owner I'd want to know my employee(s) is turning off customers and seeming to not want to work, too.

Yummy ice cream and good service. Lots of flavors to choose from. Prices are reasonable too. Definitely would recommend !

Portions are great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were offered samples and definitely worth it. The man that cashed us out was honest when my husband accidentally tipped a $50. We greatly appreciated it.

Ice cream is great, but unfortunately the service was not. Walked in and no one said anything, I asked how they were doing and no response. They said “alright what do you want” in a very monotone voice and when they handed the ice cream they said “ok here” and then I told them have a good day and nothing. The ice cream is awesome and many different flavors but could use some new workers.

With so many choices in the area for ice cream, we feel lucky to have stopped at John’s Pass Ice&Creamery. 32 delightful flavors of ice cream in bowls or various cones. Shakes, malts and other treats are offered. Very reasonably priced for large portions. Will be stopping again real soon.

Madison and Korrbin are amazing! Very helpful and patient with my kids. Ice cream was delectable and refreshing! Highly recommend!

There's lots of ice cream places in John's pass but this one is interesting because it makes all of its ice cream handmade from Florida. Lots of interesting flavors available. I enjoyed the cake batter, red velvet, and really really enjoyed the coffee ice cream that had fudge ribbons and dark chocolate pieces in it.

Staff was very friendly and took time for our family of 6 to try certain flavors. The price wasn't bad either. All 6 approved of their ice creams and shakes.

This is my favorite shop to visit when I come to the area. The ice cream is amazing and the prices are way better compared to others in the area.

The staff made me a Sherbet shake because I cannot have dairy, and the Watermelon sherbet shake mix with sprite was absolutely amazing. Please consider adding this shake to your menu for your customers who cannot have dairy products. It would be a success.

Fabulous homemade ice cream!!! I got two scoops in a waffle bowl - banana cream pie and dreamcicle. I know, odd combination; I couldn't decide so I wanted to try both. They were equally delicious! Reasonable prices and very friendly staff! Definitely check them out!
