This is the ultimate backroads small town country bar with the most amazing broasted chicken. Service was prompt and super friendly. The meal came quick even though they were busy. The 1/2 chicken dinner (4 piece) with mashed taters and gravy, stuffing, corn and slaw is one of the best you will have. And tonight it was only $10.75!!! This without a doubt will be a regular Sunday stop. Chicken is served from 4pm to 9pm. The old fashioned was on point as well. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

Sunday chicken dinner is amazing. Always served hot with great tasting stuffing and mashed potatoes

We had a good family style chicken dinner for a group of 20 people. They should have dinner rolls or bread with the dinner.

Pleasantly surprised by the drinks, food and openess to a family of 6 this bar was. They do have quiet high tables and I am hoping one day there is a way to have a highchair for higher tables.

The food was great and people oh so friendly!

You will not, ANYWHERE, find a better chicken dinner than The Isaar Inn offers on Sundays, after 4 p.m.!! The chicken is broasted to a golden brown, 1/2 chicken with potatoes, gravy, vegetable and cole slaw for almost 1/2 the price of most establishments... and not near as tasty. The staff is like family.

For a country bar, this place is awesome. Clean and updated with fabulous food. We love our little local place!

If you're looking for a great out-of-the-way place, this is it. We had tenderloin cooked perfectly and a BBQ sandwich that was awesome. Dan was a great host and bartender.

Held our family JANUARY Christmas party out at Issar Inn. Delicious,tender family style chicken, all everyone wanted to eat. Food and service was above and beyond.

Great Bar and grill. The owners are involved with customers and very friendly. Will make sure everyone is satisfied. Set up is a little weird when there are dart leagues going on, but overall a great place to visit
