This place was absolutely amazing! We stumbled upon it from a google search but we were so happy we did! Our waitress was super friendly and the food was next level!! Authentic and delicious!! We will 100% be back and highly recommend!!!

What an great choice for a perfect breakfast! the food is just unreal, extremely well made, coming from a very exigent eater, crepes are cooked to perfection, bacon is thin and crispy, eggs are cooked perfect, coffee is good, oj is good, attended by owners, would come back every time i visit Anna Maria no doubt

I go to Island Crepes quite often with my granddaughter sometimes my my daughter we enjoy the atmosphere and the food is wonderful if you ever want to get a fantastic crepe or breakfast go there love love it

Beautiful setting! Servers were prompt to greet and seat. The food was great! The croissants flaky, fluffy and very tasty!! The French toast was out of this world and crepes as well!! The kitchen staff delightful and very friendly. I will definitely recommend this establishment and return!!!

Went there on Sunday. Reviews were good. Convenient to stores. Food was not good at all. The lobster crepe had very little flavor plus some kind of cream cheese which was not necessary. The egg and sausage crepe my wife did not like at all. Unfortunately will not be returning. Very, very disappointed, especially since it was our first time there.

What a joke on the dumb tourists to spend that kind of money on a single meager crepe (maybe a quarter cup of batter) and a tablespoon of Nutella. Coffee was good though.

This place was delicious and the espresso was fantastic. The breakfast was amazing I had chocolate with pears crepes soooooooo yummy!!!! I was pleasantly surprised they had actual espresso and not just coffee!

This place just makes you feel at home. It’s cozy, and the waitresses are all kind.You get your food very fast, but at the same time there’s no “rush” that you see at other breakfast places, as in no fast paced panic. In all honesty; I was having a horrible morning before I walked in with my family, and the atmosphere here just exudes happiness and kindness, for lack of better words. You really have to try it to experience the warm, home-like feeling. I will visit this place every time I am near Bradenton.

Delicious breakfast. Croissant was flaky and buttery. Bacon crisp but not dry. "Potato plate" was tasty... Very small diced potatoes came out crispy as well. Double espresso was great.

Very charming, adorable decor inside and very cozy garden area out back. The crepes really are good. Having been to Paris and had actual crepes and croissants there knowing the difference between what we get here, even at the best bakery and the real deal, it's like the difference between New York hard rolls and bagels anywhere else in the world. Well this place has great crepes like in Paris and the croissants as well.

Service was fine. Overpriced for what you get. Sausage tasted weird, server said it was Jimmy Dean’s microwave sausage. For the amount of money we paid, you’d think food would be greasy and not microwaved. Also refused to give ice water. Had to buy bottled water.

Very good coffee/espresso, crepes were delicious (even the buckwheat which is hard to make). Nice cozy place on a quaint little commercial street. Staff was happy and helpful, prices were reasonable. Lots of options, sweet and savory, and non-crepe options too. Croissants were very good.

The service was good but slow, the lady was very nice, but she was the only waitress. The coffee was fresh and hot but the food wasn’t great. I asked for eggs and bacon, the bacon was made on the microwave for sure, it had a bad texture. The crêpes wasn’t that good, nothing special for 4.4 stars. The french toast wasn’t good, me and my family (4 more people) couldn’t eat that food.

First time going here, the wait wasn't too long. Good French food and nice wait staff. Will visit again on a non holiday weekend.

Friendly staff are welcoming, menu options are plentiful, you are bound to find something you like sweet or salty! Great location. As always come early for a parking spot.

I come here every time I’m visiting Anna Maria. Delicious crepes in a cute spot on a cute street. They have both sweet and savory crepes. One of these days, I’ll try a sandwich or salad. But it’s hard to find a great crepe so I will stick to that for now. I usually order a savory one and then a sweet one. Sometimes there can be a long wait so plan accordingly.

Server was rude and there were flies and hair strands in one of our plates. The first time we came here was way better of an experience, but this time, our server was curt and unhelpful and never checked up on us. Not the place for breakfast beach vibes.

Great little purple hole in the wall crape place. Worth stopping by for breakfast. Nice staff. Very busy but still got sat right away and they kept up on drinks while we waited for food. Nice specials menu worth looking at. I took a picture of it for you, it is probably subject to change but the Lobster Benedict was wonderful.

Regular crepes were yummy, buckwheat ones tasted.......healthy. Wouldn't order those again. They do not serve water which is annoying. Hollandaise was good on top of crepes with the ham, mushrooms and chez.

This is a cute and romantic place in n the heart of Anna Maria Island. We had lunch, coffee, and dessert. It was flavorful enough to make you want to come back soon. Spinach crepe and lobster crepe were amazing. Also, strawberry and banana crepe with cream was incredibly delicious

This place is adorable, great food and drink selection but the server we had today was so rude. We didn't realize the place closed at 1:30 but they offered to seat us and we were grateful, however, our server made us feel uncomfortable the entire time. When we ordered our drinks she rolled her eyes and made a comment about us choosing a difficult drink to make and stomped off mumbling. When we ordered our food she asked if we wanted dessert because she needed the entire order at once, which I can understand since we were the last table, but she then said "if you want dessert you need to order now because if you don't and you want it later you won't get it." At that point I just wanted to get our food and leave.. after our meal the owner who is the chef asked if we wanted dessert and our server boasted "I told them if they didn't order it as soon as they sat down they weren't getting it." I was looking straight at her while she said it. I normally don't write reviews, but, I am also a chef who owns and operates my own restaurant, and rarely get a chance to leave my own place and enjoy a meal out. To be treated that way was really disappointing. Honestly, the experience made me sad. They were talking about us like we weren't even there. We still spent $100 and tipped 20% but the way they made me feel I doubt we will be back.

Great location near the water and located within bridge street and close to all the shops this place is very unique for being a French experience like restaurant, the employees are super nice and super professional if I could I’d definitely come back here

The latte was good, but the food was not great. If you want to pay $9 for one crepe then try to find somewhere else to go. Our waitress was pleasant but the other waitress was eating and wiping her mouth with her hand and then touching the silverware to set a table for a party. The crepe itself had no flavor, the eggs were way over cooked to paper-like consistency and the “sautéed potatoes” were NOT sautéed. They seemed like chopped up pieces of French fries, refried and lightly seasoned with what tasted like sour cream and onion chips. Yuck! They were very hard to chew. Way overpriced!

Had a lobster crepe that was the best thing I've ever tasted. The crepes and croissants are to die for and are the best I've had since I was in France. Truely an amazing place that is special in my heart

I had ordered sirloin steak crepe .misleading menu option . However it was a burger in the middle and is equivalent to the quality /taste of a McDonald’s cheeseburger in the middle . Service itself was ok . Maybe if tried something sweet my opinion would’ve been different . Not that filling and overpriced.

I used to go to this restaurant every time I go to the island, but the last time went the waitress was rude to us beside the egg benedict was kind of raw and I let her know and her Answer was That is the way it is supposed to cook in France. They lost a Client.

I had high hopes for this place but as soon as I entered I was looked at like an alien from outer space from the employees! Every single employee except for one who even opened the door for me btw, stared at me with hate but I never put my head down I held my head high as a brown person! The crepe I ordered looked like they picked it out of the trash I did not even eat the food I was afraid they might have spit in it. If you are a non white person I do not recommend you come here because you will not feel welcomed!

The is a hidden gem for breakfast location. You can't go wrong with any of their food choices. Their food is mostly based on French cuisine with some of the items having an american twist to them. Of course, they are known best for their crepes. The chocolate and strawberry crepes that I tasted are the best I have ever had!

Pros: probably the best french toast you could buy. Cons: quite pricey, you get overpriced bottled water that you pay for without asking you in advance, and the coffee (espresso) is underwhelming and quite below average for the price.

My boyfriend (he’s Portuguese) and I have been looking for a creperie for so long and we found this one, even though it’s an hour away from us it’s definitely worth it because it is amazing. The manager made the place feel like home, treated us like family and customer service is exceptional! Highly recommend trying the French toast croissants!!

We ate here years ago & were so excited to go back. However the crepes were very skimpy this time. I know times are tougher now, but that also mean as a customer, I need to make sure I am getting what I pay for. We ordered a couple different food items and they skimped on all of the ingredients. The service was great, the food was mediocre. 😥

Best French toast on the island

Food is amazing as usual. There croissant are true French kind. Very flaky, airy, and buttery. Awesome. Crepes also wonderful. So many crepes with different fillings. My son had their French toast croissants and he said they were the best. He wanted to come back next day to have it again. It small restaurant so it fill up quickly.

Cute little restaurant. The service was great. We had to wait about an hour to be seated on a rainy day with very little roof coverage. The food was good overall. It was fresh and presented well. My only issue was the cost for the amount of food you received. The restaurant was clean with a cute decor.

I make crepes, and these are best I've ever had. Not even close.

This is another gem that we have found on the island and one that we will certainly be back to. Very authentic French cuisine; I wish we had found it on our previous four trips. The crepes are amazing and the creme brulee is literally the best I've ever had. It's a pretty small place, so if you have a large group it's probably not the best. We were able to get our group of eight seated for a late breakfast around 10:00 after waiting about 20 minutes.

Super cute place. The Big French breakfast was divine!! We had the strawberry banana crepe as well, which was amazing, but I would definitely come back for the big French breakfast. Only drawback was that water only comes in bottles.

The food is very delicious. My group came here two days for breakfast because we really liked it. Everything we ordered was very tasty. I specially recommend the quiches. It was very very good. For sure I recommend this place for your breakfast in Anna Maria Island area. I will add Island Creperie in my wish list on my next vacation in AMI.

Stopped in for late breakfast. I had a buckwheat crepe with 2 eggs, smoked salmon and mozzarella cheese, very good. My wife had the big French breakfast (croissant, rolled crepe with jelly and French toast) it was also very good. Good coffee and service. French toast is the highlight must try.
