We popped in here to try get lunch but they were busy and the queue was hardly moving. We canceled and went elsewhere. I don’t think we missed much tbh.

I observed behavior from the staff that was disappointing in terms of rudeness and lack of respect. Due to this, I would not suggest this place as a dining option when accompanied by young children.

This place was full when we were seated, but considering how busy they were, our food still came out hot and had great service.

A little bit surprised when they didn't have anything promoting gluten-free and they told us about a gluten-free bun on their sandwich. It was delicious actually very nice location I'm service could have been a little bit better because he was too busy talking to all the other customers but he turned out to be a good guy. So we really enjoyed it I hate some gluten-free food as well and had some other people with us that had an incredible BLT sandwich a nd the music was very good last night so we enjoyed ourselves. And that's all you want to do when you go out and have a good time Go down and enjoy it it's a beautiful location beautiful view of the water

We decided to sit at the bar & met such an awesome fellow “Florida Born & Raised” bartender Candace❣️We so enjoyed chatting with her & feel like we made a new friend 🥰 She was so awesome! The food was great & definitely worth a visit & located in their cute downtown district!

Great spot but the service was haphazard at best

Linguini with broccoli (add shrimp) was delightful. For drink lovers try the electric james; vodka, lemonade and a splash of curacao.

What a fun place! Very casual tiki bar. They day we were there, they had live music. The water views are fantastic!

Atmosphere and staff were great, food was okay. Loved sitting in the old boat, down by the water. But out of the 7 of us, I don't think anyone would want to go back. Also, the piña colada was terrible. The clam chowder was great though, according to our 17 year old.

Exactly what we were looking for.

First of all from Minnesota so the snowmobile in the front isn't that cool. The ocean cove is cool . The service is slow slow slow. Family of 4 ordered food and basic sodas with 1 appetizer . Appetizer came after 40 min remotely cold wings . Ordered tacos,chicken tenders,and linguinine pasta with garlic. The meal took over 30 min to place and a hour to recieve . We dined and it was at 1/4capacity at main building patio area. MY NOODLES WERE OVERCOOKED, chicken cold , and garlic sauce not at all there. I requested a side of Alfredo and was told 8 min and $5 extra charge. I'm not one to leave a review never have first timer here . I hope this help someone as I feel like I got the shaft so I'm compelled to review. The waitress was very unnatentive and disengaged even after I expressed disappointment. They added a 15% gratuity to both orders stating over 6 people they add gratuity automatically. WILL NOT RETURN, get views from walking , check holmes beach . Have a drunk here at most , what a joke .

3 stars atmosphere and food are nice $10 for a slice of key lime pie? As a local this is honestly terrible. The LARGE key lime is $10.99 at Publix.

We visited for the first time in 2021 and fell in love with Anna Maria Island and the Bridge Tender Inn quickly became our favorite place. We came back for a few days, and after 2.5 years, it still feels like home. Service has always been great but Tanner went above and beyond to make us feel like family. We came by every day and made sure it was on his shift because of how we were treated. He is by far one of the best bartenders we have ever had and we are originally from Vegas - so we know good service. The food is delicious! Everything we have tried we love. The ambiance is amazing. The music, right on the water, is a slice of heaven! We can't wait to come back again. We relocated to Florida 18 months ago so you can guarantee we will be back often now! Thank you, Bridge Tender Inn for another incredible experience.

Nice place for lunch waterside good food and service. The biggest complaint is it's 100+ feel like temp and there is no outdoor fans except for the bartenders. When I ask about fans I was basically told to go inside for a/c. Come on just put some fans up to help with the 🥵 heat..

Bridge Tender Inn is always a favorite when we’re on AMI! The service is consistently excellent, and the food never disappoints. The atmosphere is perfect, enhanced by fantastic live entertainment. It’s the ideal spot for a delightful dining experience. Highly recommended!

Worst customer service and had to leave cause the Bartended tried taking my food when I mentioned there was alot of Mayo when I ordered easy Mayo akd she played tug a war with my food them abrutledly throw it in the Garbage andade a scene. I immediately left. Before her horrible experience qe used to like the place as somewhere to listen to music. We won't be back! Went to the Beach House and had great service!

If you walk inside the place smells like mold and rotting food so I wonder how clean that kitchen is

Atmosphere and drinks are great here! My only complaint is the "Market Price" Steak Dinner. I got it last night, and for $40+ I would expect to get a Ribeye that I could cut with my plastic fork. It was one of the toughest steaks I've eaten in a long time. It was cooked medium, just like I asked, but the first bite I had to spit it in to a napkin. I did not complain to the waitress, because It seemed like it was getting better. Overall, it was just not good. The rest of my group got sandwiches and they said they were great! I was just most upset when I got the tab, and saw the price of the steak. I will say this though, My Rum Runners were great as usual!

Perfect location for sitting near the water and enjoying the atmosphere. Even better if you are a cheesehead because apparently so is the owner. Grouper sandwich and beach drinks were great! The Crazy Whitney drink is sooooooo good. Malachi was our waitress and she was so fun!

Fun harbor side open air tiki bar and restaurant, music, food was good, drinks a little pricey but well made.

We were there after 1:00, weekday. Great views and vibe. Had the steak and cheese, which was amazing! Our apps were disappointing. The chicken livers and onions I really wanted to love, tasted peppery. The shrimp escargot was not worth finishing. No flavor at all. The melted cheese on it and the bread served with it were the best part of the dish. Our server was a bit forgetful but very friendly. We will return for sure for the sandwich and will read the reviews of food items before ordering.

This place has one of the best atmospheres on the island. Very casual and laid back. Live music is always good. Whatever side of the street you’re on it’s just a good time to be here. Food is average and service at a table can be a bit slow because of how busy it gets. However the bartenders when you’re sitting at the open bar are quick to get you your drink. Highly recommend for a good time.

Just my opinion but drinks seemed over priced and low on alcohol. The table we sat at was so dirty it actually had grim build up on it. We ended up not even ordering food. Finished out round of drinks and left. Packer flag hanging on the canopy was so ripped up and tattered someone had tied it up to keep it from falling apart.

Average overpriced tourist trap with friendly staff. Needed food while out drinking on a weekend so the grilled cheese was fine. Could use a thorough cleaning as the bar makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like.

Food was not very good the last two visits. We have been going to this place for the past 14 years and when we went there last week it was "pretty rough". Food and service both poor. We were also at this place this past January and that time service was good but the food was also poor. Too bad. Hope they fix this soon.

A few things to consider before pulling up a barstool at Bridge Tender for a relaxing finish to your day. The old Bridge tender is not what it used to be. The truck driver bar made named Dana who alleged to be a manager can’t help but drop the F bomb and treat you rudely. Her co-conspirator bartender Buffy Biff is no better! Sadly I was with my grandkids who witnessed this bad tone, vibe and slander. Shame on them and shame on management for allowing this to go on!

In addition, staff and management went above and beyond to troubleshoot an issue (fully mine, not theirs) with professionalism, kindness, and courtesy! Highly recommend

Fun, beachfront restaurant and bar with a tiki bar and tables in the sand as well as an indoor eating area. I loved the fun drinks and their names - especially Becki's Bikini Babe with a floater. For my lunch, I had the coconut shrimp appetizer, which was pretty large, and the soft pretzels with cheese. My sister had a turkey sandwich, and my mom enjoyed the peel and eat shrimp. Our waitress was great, and the live music from the brick and mortar was the perfect edition!

Waiting for service 45 minutes, went to bar to order drinks ourselves and they took an order for 2 Ceasars and gave us salads instead. What a waste of time. Were going to order food but lost appetite.

Kelly was the bright spot for service in our visit to AMI. She's outstanding Most of out other experiences were subpar.

Rudest Bartender I have ever had. Hope Management reads this . Slams my bottle of beer down because I asked for a cold glass. Couple sat down next to me and were completely ignored. Find a new job buddy, you aren’t a bartender and have embarrassed your establishment.

Great food, fun atmosphere, and great service parking can get kinda difficult to find. The appetizers are better than most places I've gone to. Overall a great place to just have a fun meal with friends and family.

Bridge Tender Inn was great. Went to see Stonecrab Steve perform with Stubby Joe and they were awesome.

Great place for lunch. Looks out on the harbor and pier. A sign directing customers to side entrance would be good. The desert was amazing!

Becky is the worst server ever!! I don't care if the Packers were playing. I get it sports bar, your team playing, and it's Green Bay hot spot which is fine. As a server you don't disrespect outsiders or ignore customers all night 2hrs of waiting. We flag her down she gave us so much bad attitude. Worst experience ever. Food is mid wasn't worth staying. Drinks are over price for cheap liquor. Wouldn't recommend going here! Go else where or wear packers gear to get friendly service.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Beckie was the worst waitress ever! She ignored our table and never apologized for our wait or taking forever to help us. We had to get up multiple times to get lemon, a fork, water, another drink.. She gave us an attitude when we called her to our table. She thought she was going to get an 18% tip no matter how she treated us because we had 6 people at our table. She was wrong, luckily the manager took off the tip for us. Food was okay. Make sure you don't go during a Green Bay Game. We will never go back here when we visit!
