My first order at this restaurant has made me and my family customers for life. I called made an order and they met me with a hot freshly cooked meal. They were patient, friendly, and professional. We each ordered the loaded fries. We all agreed that those were the best loaded fries we ever had. We definitely recommend Jax Hot Chicken.

Drove out of the way to go to this place and turns out they used a grocery store as their address, no store front, doesn’t exist. You call the number, they don’t answer and then finally do and give a sketchy protocol that you order and they deliver at the grocery store?? “Getting our food truck next month.” Extremely disappointed. I get this may be a fledgling business but don’t mislead people.

10/10. The food was so good. First time trying Jax Hot Chicken and we will definitely make the drive to come out again!!

The food here was outstanding and Im most definitely coming back here again. The service is really good and everything concerning orders is stated in their Instagram (@jaxhotchicken) highlights which is pretty straightforward. Overall this place has the best food ever and I recommend coming here.

Food is delicious. The best hot chicken I’ve ever had. The service is amazing. The owners are so friendly and down to earth. Black owned small business that’s high volume. But it’s worth the wait. If you haven’t tried their food, you’re missing out. I will definitely be back to support.

Arlington has a lot of fried chicken options but I can honestly and earnestly say that Jax Hot Chicken is bringing quality, Nashville hot chicken. What a delight! Ordering was easy and customer service was smooth. Call your order in, pay via secure platform and once verified you're minutes away from a yip skip to flavor town. I ordered the Jax #3 which was a chicken slider, tender, and fries. I added cheese sauce. I got the extra hot which to my absolute pleasure gave me hiccups. Not a ruin your day kinda heat but the kind of open you up. The chicken, a meaty tenderloin, was juicy, crisp and flavorful. For the tender itself, it was a lil more heat forward. The slider, layered with cool slaw and jax sauce (their homemade honey mustard-esk sauce...to me atleast) gave a balance of heat and sweet on a pillowy potato bun. The fries were coated and well seasoned. Full coverage, no spud slips there. Cheese sauce gave the mouth feel you want. My only complaint, which its hard to say given the flavors, was the crinkle couldn't handle everything. It just, to me, couldnt hang. Like your man after too much whiskey, it wasnt ready for the job. Lol. Anyway, I'm overly excited for their truck to be up and look forward to my next Hot Chicken pick up! 🍻

Very friendly owners, customer service is top tier, and the food… The tenders are amazing. I had the HOT ones and they were delicious with the jacked sauce. I definitely say give it a try.

This is hands down 1 of the best food trucks I've had. The chicken sandwich was amazing, I love the way it was seasoned. It wasn't too spicy and the sauce was great as well. Customer service was excellent as well, the owner was very friendly. I can't wait to go back and have more!!

Ok. I've had many types of spicy chicken sandwiches but this ONE exceeded my expectations. It'll have u doing a double take after the first bite and start nodding your head in approval. The seasonings in the chicken definitely compliments the coleslaw ..I'm not a big coleslaw fan but quickly changed my mind when I tried this sandwich. I had some time to chat the owner up and found out he's a military vet. I immediately knew it was going to be good. Fun fact: I've had better food and customer service experiences with veteran owned food trucks than any other. Overall it was a 10/10 and we will be back for more.
