I haven't been there for a month or so. The crayfish has become inedible. The meat is very dry and hard. Many vegetables are gone, such as bean sprouts, yams, and other seafood. I don't think I will go back.

The other servers were very rude. I was dressed very uniquely, but nowhere near inappropriately. I had on a dress and big hair. Throughout the night, the workers laughed at us and made fun of us. We were extremely uncomfortable and felt miserable being treated unkindly. I regret paying that much just to be upset and disappointed at the end of the night. The food was fine and our server did her job, though.

Kori and Wen were so helpful. They had a large variety food for your hot pot and your kbbq. This is the first place we’ve been to where we like the Korean barbecue and the hot pot both at the same time.

Kori was awesome, he always made sure we had everything we needed constantly came by and help cut up our BBQ. He was very kind and friendly , amazing service!

Megan was wonderful and the food was very diverse even by hot pot standards, with comfort iteams like bogolgi ( I don’t know how to spell sorry) and beef tongue and chicken marinade. It’s a must dine for me and I will be coming back.

Wen and Kori were our servers and they were top notch! They were attentive and came back frequently to check back on us. Broth and drinks were topped off, dirty plates were taken away, and even cooked our kbbq meats. My fiance and I have been to multiple dual kbbq and hotpot ayce buffets and this is the only spot we’ve actually enjoyed. Plenty of meats and veggie options as well as a sauce bar and hot bar. Would recommend!

Micheal is an amazing server and very helpful in educating me about Korean hotpot and bbq. I went with the miso soup and the grill and omg no regrets. Restaurant is very clean and organized and food is kept fresh

I provide an objective evaluation 1️⃣The dishes are very fresh, there are many varieties, and the quality is quite high. There are a variety of marinated fresh meats that can be grilled, and they taste good when grilled. 2️⃣The soup pot tastes just about right, but you can adjust the dipping saucer to neutralize the taste. It doesn’t hurt. 3️⃣The service is very good. There is a young man who is thin and tall. He has a very good attitude and is much better than the waitress. 4️⃣ Let’s talk about the cold dishes. I tried the cold octopus, chicken feet and hairy tripe. The hairy tripe tasted decent, but I can’t be too harsh. The main reason is that the fishy smell of the chicken feet was not removed. The cold octopus was hard to swallow after a few bites. Except for these two, everything else was good. 5️⃣I got a headache when I got home after eating. I slept all afternoon and felt nauseous. I felt uncomfortable for a long time. I soaked some wolfberry, jujube and black wolfberry. I didn’t eat anything else during the period. I drank some porridge at night and I was almost cured in the evening. One day my burps smelled like octopus. I am a foodie and this is the first time I have encountered this situation. I hope that the quality control of cold dishes can be improved. When the chicken feet are cooked, the ginger and Sichuan peppercorns will no longer smell fishy. 6️⃣The hygiene of the dinner plate is good and you can use it with confidence. It is recommended to wipe the handle of the entrance and exit door more often in your free time.

First time visiting here! The all you can eat style is perfect - you select between BBQ and/or hot pot and all of the meats and items you’d like are ready to pick from the bar. No need to wait on a server! The quality and diversity of the meats/veggies is also top tier compared to the other 2 competitors on Fowler (Boil spot and Hong BBQ). Pricing is also competitive across the 3 restaurants. Would recommend to anyone in the area to stop by!

This was our first time visiting and everything was so delicious! We were really pleased with the selection of foods, and the great lunch prices! Compared to other kbbq places, the selection here really blows others out of the water. Will definitely come back!!

Lameizi is my favorite hotspot in Tampa Bay (grew up eating hotpot so I have high expectations) they have a large variety of veggies and meats to choose from! I always come here when family is town because they have a large variety to cater to all preferences. I also came on my birthday and they gave me a complimentary meal!!! We went to Lamezi for BBQ and hotpot buffet in our trip to Tampa. We heard about the restaurant on Tiktok. The foods are fantastic and atmosphere is superb. Our waitress Wen is so welcoming and attentive. I would recommend anyone who comes to Tampa to visit Lamezi.

If La Me Zi Hot Pot isn’t on your radar yet, you’re seriously missing out on a life-altering experience. I mean, where else can you dip raw meat into boiling broth and feel like you’ve achieved peak adulthood? But the real stars of the show were Andy and Winni, our fearless hot pot guides. Andy expertly navigated us through the labyrinth of broths like a culinary Gandalf, while Winni’s service was so on point that I’m convinced she might have some sort of sixth sense for when you need a drink refill. Honestly, if Andy and Winni aren’t getting paid in gold bars, it’s a crime. La Me Zi, you’ve set the bar high, and by that, I mean I now expect personal life coaches at every restaurant I visit. Five stars, would get hilariously over-served by Andy and Winni again!

LaMeiZi Hotpot & BBQ is my go-to spot for hotpot and BBQ! They offer a great selection of meats and vegetables, all of which are fresh and delicious. Their boba is absolutely amazing—definitely a must-try! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making every dining experience enjoyable. This place is so much better than those chain hotpot restaurants. If you’re looking for a fantastic hotpot and BBQ place, LaMeiZi is the best choice!
