Love this market, always stop when in the area.

Best Italian market I have shopped at. They have everything Italian plus select luncheon meats, cheese and italian pasta salads and antipasto. Fresh Italian breads, meatball mix and the best in imported pasta and canned tomato products. This is my go to Italian market.

I was randomly in Salem Ohio on August 24th at a street event and a Lariccia's food truck was present. I noticed a man outside the food truck preparing food with a cigarette in his mouth. I continued to watch and he smoked multiple cigarettes while preparing onions and other food items. Pretty sure this violates some health code and I DID NOT eat from here. If one man is doing this what other things are they NOT doing correctly while preparing people's food? I took business else where.

Has a grad party catered here, best food and deal in town

My husband and I felt very rushed when placing an $800 catering order over the phone even though we were told anyone could take our order at anytime during business hours. I got the impression that our multiple calls and questions were annoying to the woman we spoke to over the course of 2 days. We were told that meatballs could not be placed in a separate pan to accomodate our vegetarian eaters, but instead they would place a small amount of plain pasta in a separate pan. This did not make much sense to us, because if placing pasta in a separate pan why not place meatballs in a separate pan? We were simply told "they don't like to do that". Also, we have allergen issues in our family, and they will not work with you on this issue. We eat out every week, at many businesses that serve both nut dishes and seafood, and have never encountered an issue where the kitchen was unable to prepare the food in a sanitized area of the kitchen with clean utensils. We were already prepared to pay an extra fee for the chef to prepare our food for a Sunday event since the market is closed on Sundays. We just did not understand why if they were most likely only preparing our food that day why wiping down the kitchen prep surfaces and using clean utensils would have been an issue. I cannot imagine how any business in this day and age and economy could simply turn away business in this way. I was truly shocked at how quickly the woman I spoke with was to cancel our order. She seemed eager to do so. My husband is in the food service industry, and we just have never had an experience like this. We have eaten their food before at several events as well as ordered from their food truck and the food has been delicious. My daughter specifically requested their food for our event. It was both a frustrating and disappointing experience talking to this woman on the phone. We just felt she did not care one way or the other whether we placed our order.

The best sub in town. Large and like 3.50. If you haven't had a sub from here, do it now

Came here for pizza because their website claims they have a "VARIETY OF PIZZAS" as appetizers. They did not. They only do Brier Hill take n bake.

Someone mentioned the same as Walmart. No way, they only sell top notch brands that cost a little more, but they are worth it. I love the store. I’m from NYC and it reminds me of some of the small Italian stores back home.

Everyone that I've been in contact with I just been very kind. It's the only place that I buy my lunch meat cheese and ground beef. Lariccia's is a hidden treasure in our valley

Great deli, family been going there since forever. Very friendly and they have a wonderful selection of meats and pastas. Even found baccala. Highly recommend the cold cuts and cheeses. Very good. Staff was friendly. Not sure about the one star reviews. I took a glance at them and they all look crazy.

I was told about this store by a cashier at another grocery store bc I was getting deli items and she said "try Lariccia's. They have better cuts and the prices are way better" She was absolutely right too! When I walked in, it smelled so good! I have NEVER walked into a store that smelled so good. We got to the deli area which was filled with all types of cold cuts and ready made foods that all looked like they should have been used for advertising recipes. (Unfortunately my camera on my phone is not working properly so no pictures from me, but I definitely recommend going to check it out and finding your new favorite deli) The staff was all friendly and helpful. Make sure you grab a number though, bc just as quickly as we walked in and to the back of the empty store, there were at least 4 others right behind us at the deli.

Great bread and rolls They have Boars Head lunch meat.

Nice deli fairly good to go food was no different in price than other deli really too pricey for the products same at Walmart is 30 to 45 percent less

Lots of Italian groceries. One stuffed cabbage was $4.99 though and too expensive for one small cabbage roll. The sandwiches are big but they charge extra for more than one dressing and extra for another cheese besides provolone. Never ever have I heard of that! Good stuff but too pricey!

The photos are all telling but where are the loaves of hard crust Italian bread? No bread?

I bought a sub there and it was fantastic. I bought some peppers in oil and pepperoni while I was there too. Alot of rare Italian food items in stock there.

Old fashion meat market where they still wrap your meat in white butcher paper. Sausage is fantastic.

I have wanted to visit this place for some time. This is a well stocked Italian specialty store. I had a yen to make wedding soup for the first time. This store had everything. Precut escarole, mixed meats already formed into small meatballs, or if you wish to labor, the meat is also available in bulk. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff.

Always get our filet roasts there for Christmas donner...never disappointed!
