In my personal opinion, I have not been to a restaurant here in Kissimmee that has cleanliness, attention and exquisite food. I recommend it without fear of ruining myself. It's a terrible place, the air doesn't work and at 12 at night there's nothing.

We went here and they charged us $61 for two cocktails, a glass of water and some empanadas. When we asked to speak to a Manager, there was none. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Be careful , you ask for a drink and they pour you a double, don’t tell you that they do and then they charge you. The bar had sour cranberry juice , no pineapple. Also they charge and 18% service charge without telling you. I asked for a manager and no manager on duty ….. I don’t write reviews, but stay away.

The service is terrible, the food arrived before the drinks, the raw rice, the beans and the flavorless meat and the Maduros were very hard but it is understandable because they are frozen not fresh. The waitress is alone on the floor, some customers who were already seated got tired of waiting. They canceled the order and left.😏

Service is very bad, the waitresses are not nice people, we left but never again.

We always go with my wife as a good alternative to not cooking at home, the soups are delicious and the breaded chicken is very good, the girls have excellent service, but today we don't feel well treated, I usually eat the chicken with rice and beans and I add tostones, but since I am allergic to rice I ask that they give me salad instead of rice. Alex served us and refused to make the change (salad instead of rice), claiming that the previous times we were poorly served and that it could not be done, we asked him to consult with the manager to which he returned arrogantly saying that he could only do salad with tostones as extras and I forgot the beans. The salad is not important here, but the attitude and care of a customers were far from excellent. The truth is I won't come back but if I do, this person won't serve me anymore. A shame.

Extremely Distasteful management, I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant in my life. During the Canada Vs Venezuela soccer game, and after running a tab close to 50 dollars, I was told to either get alcohol or leave. Me nor my girlfriend consume alcohol and we where with our 3 year old We asked if it was possible to get more food or non-alcoholic options The waitress was extremely rude and once again told us to get alcohol or leave. Then charges us a service fee and when we request a refund. We where treated even more rudely. From my understanding a restaurant can’t force alcohol nor we where told before hand that we had to consume any or that there was any sort of limit. Our food was not worth the money payed for or even close to. Portions are horrendous and our experience was ruined by an extremely rude and greedy staff.

Terrible place. Today I went with my boyfriend and my 3-year-old son. We already had a bill of $50 and for not consuming alcohol (which we don't drink, let alone having to drive with our children in the car) they kicked us out of the place, treating us badly and forcing us to pay a service charge (which we obviously didn't pay). The manager and the waitresses threw us out in the worst way because they wanted us to give up the table we were occupying. They totally damaged our night and the family time we were having. Never go to this place

So like I said in my other review for that other Puerto Rican restaurant I went in there late afternoon and there were no good so I came over to Las palmas. Las Palmas has the best alcapurrias I've ever tasted and I'm from New York City. The ones made with Yuka I so delicious I also had their bacalao with rice and that was great too

The people who were serving were not attentive at all, they play with the customer's time. The food arrived cold and in a manner that I did not want, it was obvious that the food was served but the waitress was not serving it, the woman who was serving was taking shots with customers while she was working and was not paying attention to the customers.

I had wanted to visit this restaurant a while ago but unfortunately the experience was not the best. We spent more than 10 minutes asking the waitress to come out to serve us and when she came out, she preferred to pick up a dirty table before handing us the menu. We couldn't enjoy the food because there were many flies hanging around, the Hygiene of the restaurant was zero. I ordered a black pudding that was tiny, the price doesn't justify it, it cost $9. The only thing I save is the bean casserole that actually had a great flavor.

The service is extremely good, Andrea and Angie treated us very well, they played us good music and the food, of course, took me back to my Colombia, the atmosphere was super pleasant and everything was very clean.

The caesar salad had very hard bread. The spaghetti bolognese had a very sweet sauce and a lot of sauce and little spaghetti but they could improve. Very good service from the waitress, I give her 10 out of 10

Same exact experience as Jorge. We were the first people to arrive in tonight, food took almost an hour to get served. Food was ok. I unfortunately didn't read each charge but noticed the note at the bottom of the receipt which says they charge 15% for parties 6 or more, we were three. So I added 15% to the bill for tip. After I was trying to figure out why my bill was high, I noticed they already added 15%, so she got a 30% tip, and she didnt even bring out our salads? Nope, I told the waitress I didn't realize it was added on because the note at the bottom says 6 or more people..she started rambling, said she doesn't know why that note isn't removed from the bill, that we sat at a table for 6, that her manager wasn't there, and there is a sign at the front counter....etc. I think of people like my parents or other latinos and how this scam must get so many people. Not cool! New to the area but definately not going back.

It's a hit or miss on this place. If there's 1 cook, be prepared to wait. waitresses are great

Server took the order for dinks and came back with them and took the order for food around 4:55 pm. Waiting time for food more than 1 hr and the food was cold. The flavor was not too good not to bad. Music too loud . Only one server for the entire restaurant. Here they come. I asked for the check. When the server came with the check they already have charge 15% of tip(called service charge) for a party of 3. I asked for the fee and she told me that’s her tip. I know they work for tips but as a restaurant you can’t charge the people the amount you want for tips unless you have a big party of people and one dedicated server for them. Tip is a tip as a customer we don’t have to pay the employee salary with a obligatory charge. You can have suggestions for tip but Obligatory charge? Nahhh Good Luck guys you lost another customer. Here is the proof just in case you guys think I’m lying. People be careful with this little details in your check.

Didn't like this place I have eaten at their first restaurant and never was disappointed. But it seems that this new second place even though it is closer to me doesn't have a good cook. And we ordered something that we didn't like (appetizers, fried calamari) that came along with the main dish, and after tasting it left most of it on the plate, they were rubbery and under cooked, we told the manager, but we still had to pay for it. The coffee is horrible and the table was dirty. Don't go here, is not worth it. Bandeja Paisa is what we like to order, is not listed below.

Placed an order through DoorDash. Food came on time and delivered person friendly. But the food quality was poor. Rice tested like old oil, garlic sauce didn’t have a taste and steak was dry and no seasoning. Not a good experience after paying $77 dollars.

This is the new place in Kissimmee atmosphere is good however the service wasn’t all that, we had a sangria which was on happy hour 2x1 I only received I sangria, then request lime for my modelo twice the mofongo had meat in it was not that good. My shrimp was good. We spend $96.67

Very good service, the server was awesome, and the owner went way and beyond to pleased us. We had a special request for our plates, and they were very good and patient. The food was very good and well prepared. Thank you for the great service. Keep up the awesome job. I honestly recommend this restaurant.
