Took about 15 minutes with no other customers. But food was hot and was asked if I wanted it made any special way. But great service.

Each time I’ve visited this store they NEVER have pizzas Hot ready and available for purchase. Little Ceasars use to value time and price. It wasn’t about quality. Little Ceasars pizza taste sucks, not ready and its prices suck. I rather wait for dominos for the same price and better taste 😕

I’ve tried a few times ,3 in the last year and a few more before, to like this place. The business model [is on point and beautiful in design] with the area, but the execution is pathetic. “Hot and ready is the worst gimmick”. I don’t recognize that anything at this location has ever been ready when I’ve come through the door even this evening. The only thing that they had is some leftover wings and cheese pizza. It seems like this is the biggest joke in Richmond. They never have anything hot and ready you pay full price and make you wait a minimum of 10 minutes to get what you ordered. Please just go half mile down the street to JoJo’s in order a real pizza and the same amount of time , and put these people out of business or go to Food Lion and save five dollars

Pizza is always made fresh by a super friendly staff. Stop in and let them feed your family!

Do not order from here. Found mold in our pizza. Yuck doesn't even begin to describe it! 🤢 Sent a report to corporate a month ago and haven't heard a word. See pictures below.

The reviews are more than accurate. DO NOT COME HERE. I called order in 11:55. Arrived at 12:05 with 5 people in lobby all waiting tapping foot. So like a dummy I paid for my order which was one crazy bread and one puff box after I paid he said we’re gonna cook your stuff now …….. I’m like I thought me calling in would make yall start on it when it’s ordered. Waited 12:40, 50 minutes after call ordered was placed. finally call my name! Get in car and rush out to find out my crazy bread was ice cold not even cooked. Puffs were greasy and flat like a fat a$$ stomped them

The big white guy in there is weird and rude.

The service is sooo poor. I don’t know why it takes 45 minutes to an hour after the pick up time was stated(I order at 5:30 pick up time6:07, my door dash didn’t get the food and delivered it till 6:57) almost an hour later.

The location on North Arch in North Chesterfield. The service is horrible. The wait time was extremely long for no reason. This place was very unorganized!!

It was my first time ordering here and unfortunately I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the Italian cheese bread and it was nothing like the photo and was really small for what I was expecting. I’ll attach photos for reference. I also ordered a cheese pizza, 2 sauce cups, and the pepperoni puffs. The cheese pizza was a bit underwhelming, and it looked like there was little to no cheese towards the bottom of the slices. I ordered 2 of the sauce cups but only received one. I had figured one would be inside the box with the cheese bread so that’s why I didn’t ask for another. As for the pepperoni puffs, they were okay. Besides the overwhelming grease in the container and on the food itself it was the better option out of the three things I ordered.

Bad service, hour and a half waiting! And to top it all off, the manager, upon hearing that I didn't speak the language well, was so Descartes when I left the room. I know that my complaint didn't get any attention from Little Pizza, but if you're a customer, you'd better go eat somewhere else, because that's where you'll sleep. and you leave angry, and hungry.

I waited an hour the first time then they ended up canceling it. Then THEY Cancelled my order a second time all in 1 day.

The food was really good but we had to wait a bit for our food. We didn't order ahead but we will next time. We ordered two pizzas but they weren't prepared at the same time, which cause a little bit of wait. The staff was really nice but was dealing with the dinner time rush.

The pizza was fresh and hot, just surprised that you have to pay for garlic butter sauce

The food was excellent once we got it. We ordered and were told by the friendly staff that our order would be ready in 5-10 minutes. We checked back 3 times and it was not ready. An hour later, we received our food. The food was excellent and it was hot, just not ready.

My main issue was with the general manager for this location. I had a $10 gift card that I was attempting to use. After swiping it three times and being told that there was nothing they could do, I called the number on the gift card to confirm that there was $10 on the card. After I told this to the GM, he continued to tell me that their terminal does this every 7-8 gift cards or so, and that there's nothing they could do. When I asked him what they do to retain those customers, he said, "Well, they normally just use their credit cards." I felt very undermined and undervalued. As a supervisor of a cafe, if I didn't do something to help satisfy and retain a customer, I would get in trouble from corporate. I spoke with corporate's customer service about it, and they were shocked that this happened. Corporate was very helpful and kind. I'm shocked that corporate was nicer and more accommodating than the actual general manager. I am very disappointed and will probably not be returning to this location, which is unfortunate because my friends and I were frequent customers.

Ordered two pizzas and m&m brownies. Paid online. When I got there I was told they don't have the brownies, ok no big deal I get inventory updates don't always happen in realtime. What was frustrating though was getting home, opening the pizzas, and finding that they weren't completely cooked. Having to spend another 25 minutes cooking then in my own oven so we could eat wasn't part of the plan and is a huge disappointment. Tried calling the store multiple times only to have it ring a few times and then hang up.

This little Caesars location has made an amazing turn around! Definitely try this place out if you haven't been in awhile. Ordered pizza on their app and was ready on time! The pizza and crazy bread is back to what I'd expect from little Caesars. Great job to management and staff for the turnaround!

Don’t bother trying to place an online order or to call. Every delivery order I’ve ever placed has been cancelled and they never answer the phone.

The atmosphere was kinda grim they need to be staffed better they where doing there best but no seating and alot of waiting sucks. Give this place some staff.

I get it's Friday the busiest but as I was in line to ask for my order, the cashier asked others who weren't in line what they wanted. Then it took 2 ppl to find my order since I order online

Pizza was ordereded online expected 6:54-6:59 was not ready until 7:10. Although, I understand there is a shortage of workers, the lack of urgency to get the orders out to customers who where waiting, was just not there. There was not apology or acknowledgement. What concerned me the most is the lack of awareness to hygiene, 3 employees who where not wearing gloves and 2 who had long hair hanging down while handling food. Do we not require hats or nets anymore, possibly a ponytail?

When I was a child I loved when PIZZA PIZZA was in full swing. Orders came out at a designated time and you were quoted for that time. You NEVER had to wait! NOW if you come to this LC you wait and wait and wait! IF you open at 11am; you should have lunch specials READY!! We have waited over 30 minutes and STILL haven’t received pizza! However I do believe the owners were here yesterday and pizza was flying out the door; it shouldn’t take them being here for their employees to GET IT TOGETHER!!!

Called in an order and have limited time for lunch. They didn't start making it until I got there. Hung up on me twice when I first called in. They we're not busy. I can see why now.

Without fail each and every time I complete an online order it is not prepared when I arrive during the pickup time. It gets prepared once I arrive. I even try calling ahead to ensure it’s ready but I am unable to get anyone to answer the phone. Super frustrating.

Had code to pick up food. Order was correct, food warm and easy to retrieve.

Nothing more irritating than waiting 18 minutes PASSED the ready time. They hadn't even started the order until I showed up.

Ordered 2 pizzas, they were not hot and ready, had to wait 15 minutes. Then the cheese pizza was burnt. The other one was fine but whoever sliced it has clearly never used a pizza slicer before…

The pizza was great but the last few times I had to wait more than half an hour for a regular cheese pizza, on one occasion I waited almost 1 hour, and I could manage that but now there is something I can't do, there is a guy preparing the pizzas with very long hair and it's okay if it's their look. but the hair falls on what he prepares, he has his hair loose and I think it is disrespectful to customers, in addition to poor hygiene when preparing food for 3rd parties

Service used to be terrible but now there's a huge improvement. My old review shared same complaints as below but apparently new staff, and they consistently have things hot and ready unlike before.

I placed an online order for 2 stuffed crust, pepperoni pizzas at 4:30 for pick up 5:00-5:05. When I arrived, my pizzas were ready and waiting. I was concerned that rush hour on a Fri evening would hurt me, but nope. Pizzas were fresh, delicious, and ready on time. Also, being from out of state, I was very pleased with the taste of these pizzas. I will be a repeat customer to this store!

Came in at lunch time to pick up a preorder prepaid thin crust and had to wait 30 mins? Apparently only one person bothered to show up for work!😳

Terrible service. Ordered online at 4:15 for a 5:15 pickup, needless to say it wasn’t ready until 5:35. Finally got it asking se real people about it. Was not put in pickup portal; finally found by someone as my order was just sitting somewhere in the back, Watched a worker mess with his hair and then open and close boxes containing someone’s food, no hand hygiene or head coverings. Seriously people you are handling other people’s food and what happened to good customer service?

Never put order in from online until I stood in there waiting for 15 minutes. Oh and after I called and they said it won’t be an hour as expected on online order- it will be thirty minutes to then end up being over an hour because they forgot to put order in!! Young, clueless, no customer service experience what so ever.. then to end up with burnt bread sticks and under cooked pizza crust!!

Pretty average. Sometimes get a good pizza, sometimes get a burnt one with missing toppings.

The incompetence of this Little Caesars franchise is unparalleled. I've had terrible service and wait times in the past. Tonight I literally still didn't have a pizza and bread sticks two hours after ordering. Their customer service is atrocious too. Good luck to you ordering from this location.

Ordered online for pickup. When i arrived, there were barely any customers, but I waited over an hour for a pizza that was scheduled to be ready within 15 mins. When I finally went inside to ask about the status, it was discovered that my pizza had been ready for awhile, but it had gotten placed in the wrong location by accident. The team member at the register was pretty apologetic about it. The pizza I ordered was not good AT ALL; I ate one slice and threw the rest in the trash. Total waste of time and money.

Are usually order from other local area, pizza providers… Had a T-Mobile special to try little Caesars and I’m pleasantly surprised. The cashier was amazingly friendly, and the pizza was good. We will definitely eat here again.

Order Mobile 396/ #377499 Made an online order at 3:51 pm on October 31st. Pick up showed between 4:25-4:30 pm. I went into the location around 4:15 pm because supposedly it had been put into the oven. At 4:30 I questioned the person at the front counter about my order. Between 4:30 to 5:17pm I questioned where was my order at least three more times. At 5:17pm I asked for my money back and left with no pizzas. My wife called up during this time as well and spoke to whom she thought was the General Manager. She advised he could care less and he actually hung up on her.

The staff always feels like it's an inconvenience to help ya but it's affordable and fast so ..

It's never open and when they are open they are not stocked with anything and the staff is incredibly rude

The staff was working their butts off but they were way behind and couldn't properly support phone calls and online orders in a timely manner. They were trying, and it wasn't like everyone waited super long, they just were understaffed, over worked at the time I came in for dinner pizza. The food was good quality, a little pricey for Little Caesars (spent $41, 2 pizzas and wings) but they got everything right.

We ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza for pickup and we’re extremely disappointed with what we received as soon as we picked it up and looked at it in the store. There are hardly any pepperonis on the pizza, there are sections of the pizza that have just sauce and it looks like the pizza slid around with a lot of the cheese and the few toppings that were included shifted to one side. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from this location again.

I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality and cost. The stuffed crust is quite good. Thin crust is respectable and the thick crust is good. What really stands out is cost for quality.

Since the pandemic I've only ordered online at this location. The young man, Zack, who was working the front did an excellent job making sure the team was staying on top of online orders and each customer was offered assistance. Extramostbestest pizza is the way to go at this location!

I needed something quick and easy after a very long day, so I stopped at Little Caesars to get a hot and ready pepperoni pizza. Unfortunately they did not have any pizzas ready to go, so the cashier told me they could make me one, and it would take about 8 minutes. The timestamp on my receipt is 8:17, it was 8:48 before I was able to leave with my pizza. Upon getting it home, I found that my pizza had not even been cut. I wish I could say this was my only negative experience with Little Cesar’s, but sadly this appears to be a trend.

Employee is sitting on their phone when i walk in, then i dont get a greeting at all. Its ubsurd to me people working in food service today forget that half their job is customer service, basically.

Ordered online with mobile app. Didn't get any notifications. Went to pickup and they had not made the order due to being out of toppings. They need to update their online system. The customer in front of me had the same problem. An hour for a little ceasers? Terrible.

They have MANY problems at this location !!! I ordered a pizza on line, when the time for pickup came NO ONE was behind the counter or in the kitchen ! I found them in a back room eating and talking on the phone. When I told them that there were about 15 customers in the front, they said they were taking a dinner break 🤬 Today I took my grandson in for the lunch special that runs from 11am till 2pm - we arrived at 11:08am . We were told that they just opened and it would be 1 (one) to 1 1/2 hours wait 😡 TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!! DO NOT EVER GO THERE !!!

Went to this location and the manager said it's going to be 45 minutes wait had a big order of 100 pizza so the people come in for lunch is not important...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.....

OMG Im from the south side of Richmond where you order a pepperoni pizza it’s going to be dry and cold are not fresh. This location right here man they doing they thang. Long wait but was worth it best pepperoni pizza I ever had from Lil Caesars Pizza. Glad Im on this side of town will be coming back often.

I always loved Little Ceasars because when you eat it immediately after getting it, it is amazing. So I tend to judge each location based on its staff. I really like this location and how clean the place looked and how polite the staff is.

4/21/22 went to Midlothian Turnpike location in Midlothian, VA got order of breadsticks. Worst ever. Normally they are all cooked and separate easily. These were not all the way cooked and had no butter. Also looked like someone got mad squished them and stuck them in the bag.

Pizza was delivered over an hour late, was cold and not very edible. Plus missing part of our order. Called Little Caesars and was told to contact Door Dash. Horrible service and not the best product.

I ordered two original (Hot & Ready) pepperoni pizzas which I had to wait for - that was totally fine. The lady taking my order was kind and courteous - wish I could remember her name. The negative part of my experience was that neither pizza were cooked long enough. Each pie was doughy with the consistency of Play-Doh. If you order from this location, check your pizzas before you leave! I'm willing to give this location another try. If my experience and the quality of food improves, I will see to it that my review does as well.

This location is extremely slow. The last few visits they have been much slower than the wait time showed when ordering online. I would recommend going to a different location if you don't want to waste a ridiculous amount of time waiting.

Poor woman was the only employee in the store doing online orders, in store orders, running the cash register, making the pizzas, etc. Came in and the first thing I saw was this older man loudly complaining how there wasn't enough pepperoni on his pizza (there was plenty that I saw). Placed my order as polite as I could, had no issues. She said it'd be a long wait and I said no issue. Watches her struggle to run the whole store by herself. By the end of my visit 45 minutes later I received my 3 pizzas just as I ordered. The family loved them! Worth the wait. I feel terrible how under staffed they are. Thought she deserved a shout out.

Pizza was not as advertized in quality. I should have returned it but did not. Also the change that I recieved 4 $1 bills was worn out, torn and very dirty and should have never been given to a customer. I will not go back to that Little Caesars. .

Walked in to order and the first thing we heard was someone in the kitchen on a personal call, that was loud enough to hear clearly from the front door, that was demeaning to the other staff and customers in the store. They were complaining about being understaffed and not a single staff member who was in view of the customers or behind the counter were dressed appropriately for work. Im talking sweatpants and hoodies. After several trips in and out of the store and more than an hour of waiting we were served cold food which wasn't even correct for the order we placed. This was incredibly disappointing, and frankly unacceptable.

Several of their locations are extra slow - seems they never have enough help. For the price you won't find a better Pizza -- but things can go wrong and they're usually very good too somehow fix it.
