Online orders are ignored. Placed order for 2 sandwiches at 6:45pm, according to the app it was ready at 7:05pm. Arrived at 7:10pm order not completed but it was marked finished & ready for pick up. The guy behind the counter says we have other orders...we paid for our order too, they aren't giving us free food. Waited 10 minutes in the store, the people making sandwiches were making huge walk-in orders and ignoring the online orders. Left, went next door and got groceries, came back, still not done. Took 90 minutes to get 2 sandwiches.

Ordered online since the kid was taking so long making 2 sandwiches (10+ minutes I am not even joking). I was waiting for over 20 minutes with only one person in front of me before I even got a chance to ask anything, would've cancelled my order at that point if I could. Worst subway I've been too, and that's counting truck stop subways too..... Update: asked for a manager to refund and the kid called me a few select names after I told him it doesn't take 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches.

I came because Subway was a special treat when I was a kid. And it felt the same. Only I have changed.

Start ordering online buy one footlong and get the second free went payment process only accept Apple Pay or gift card. Decided to go to the subway location and bought there , when I went to pay I was told that buy one and get one free was only online what rip off. Missed leading customers just for business.

Excellent, delicious sandwiches, quality toppings and great staff. Maybe a four-times a month visit. If you have a coupon this makes the transaction even the better.

Hmmm. This place is usually reliable but today were 2 totally different guys behind the counter who were disorganized and arguing with each other. The woman behind me left because they were bogged down by 2 people ordering 2 footlongs. The diet Coke was shooting out water. Can we get the old crew back?

I usually have really good service here but tonight was very different, I approached the counter and a younger gentleman sighed when I told him what I wanted. There were two boys the one with the glasses was fine but the other one that served me was very rude and seemed to rush me. I don’t usually leave reviews, but it’s unfortunate to come to one of my favorite places for an easy meal and end up feeling like my presence was a burden.

Great experience!! Hadn't been to Subway in a while, and never that location. Our sandwich artist recommended "The Outlaw". It was delicious, and the store was very clean. Drink & trash station included, will definitely return.

If I could give no stars I would — I’m usually super satisfied with my subs from this location but yesterday was awful. I’m not sure if the guy was new but this was the worst experience. As he was kind and respectful, the sub was messy and not put together well. The toppings were spilling out, instead of him putting the mayo on the bread, he squeezed it on the toppings which made an even bigger mess. His gloves were nasty from pressing the mayo in the sub. He also didn’t have the skill set to fold the sub in a way to push the toppings in. It was a disaster. Super un-appetizing. I told him I didn’t want it and he apologized and offered to make another. I was turned off at this point and left. Mind you, I would assume the other associate there -maybe the manager or lead- did nothing to assist as he was just standing there ignoring the entire situation. There were no other customers besides myself. Disappointing to the max.

Never changed my BMT with their our dressing sauce! It's awesome!

Nice Subway location. Always fresh ingredients and friendly prompt staff. It's nice to pop in here every now and then to satisfy a craving.

Service is fast, meatball sandwich is excellent, prices are reasonable. Very clean. Lots of options for sandwiches.

Typical Subway, but a little smaller than average. Their fresh baked bread is good as was their new BBQ brisket sandwich, although the price is a little high.

Made my way and quickly. Ordered through app and it was ready within 3 minutes (drive over from work)

This is your usual subway with the same menu and practically the same layout as every other subway. If you go down the street in either direction, there is another subway exactly like this one. You can get the same food at any of them. Since it's the same as every other subway, it isn't anything remarkable. The employees do their job with varying degrees of friendliness. The food is what you would expect, and it's for the most part clean. This particular store is not very visible from the road. I only noticed it when driving into the shopping center to take a look around during a lunch. If you are not looking for this place, there is a very strong chance you will miss it.

I had the best experience at this location. The employees were fast and friendly. They were able to accommodate my catering order with no issues and also helped me carry my order to my car. The restaurant is clean with adequate parking. I highly recommend!

Bread has been super fresh the last 4x in a row I've been. No 5th star basically because it's a subway, but this is a better one honestly.

I've been a neighbor to this Subway for 3 years... What I witnessed today was something special! ... Before I say what it is, the staff has always been nice and accomodating. That said, I witnessed one of the staff members go out the door after customer that had just left because of long line and big order from a soccer team! He literally went out of the Subway and said "No- come back- we got this!" ... The customers followed backed into the store and the staff was happy to serve! That is what I'm talking about... THAT is amazing service. The customers were very happy, needless to say. Great job Quaye!!
