You know it's hard to get people to do what you ask. I can't say that enough. Asked for a plain fish sandwich well done and that was what was on my receipt. But no those people cooking wants to fix it the way they want to. Makes me sick. I'm so sick of being tired

This is one of the more solid McDonalds locations in the area. Unless you go on Sunday morning. The staff gets very behind. Like waiting over 20mins for an order behind. Make that 30mins. I’m still waiting with a toddler. And no employees will talk to you. Or make eye contact.

Food always amazing. They never mess up my order. Dayonna is always so polite taking my order and delivering my food. All employees work very efficiently to get my order complete in a short time. 10/10 McDonalds. Update: Tia actually confirmed and corrected my order when I ordered incorrectly. I love this location and the staff

Waiting time is back to normal, during COVID until about a year ago one had to wait a long time for anything. Food and service still good!

Walked in this morning, ordered a senior coffee, started counting my change to pay and ended up with biscuits & gravy with 2 hashbrowns .... And a large coffee. The supervising manager bought my breakfast. May God Bless lBess You All

Bad service. Every time I’ve gone, I always always always have something missing from my order. They refused to give me my receipt even after I asked for it multiple times.

This is my go-to establishment for lunch hour. I only get one hour for my lunch hour at work, so I appreciate the highly efficient service. I usually park at curbside parking, order from the app, and they usually bring me my food in 5 minutes or less. I will keep coming here for lunch as long as I am still employed in Midlothian.

New drive thru..for some it's confusing merging..

Keosisk menu wasn't updated. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich, and they don't have it anymore. The fries were under cooked and soggy, the soda was flat, and FFS the screaming AC vent in the dining area....why?

Manager Sandy did an amazing job helping me yesterday and today and did it with no problem at all. I recommend this McDonald's anytime! Keep up the good work!

i was blessed by an angel tonight. not only was the ice cream machine working at 11PM, but the girl who made my cone asked me how much i wanted and made me the best mcdonald’s cone i have ever had. absolute ANGELS work here.

It’s a McDonalds so the bar is already bit low, nonetheless, I encountered two ladies from the staff and they were genuinely nice. So thanks to them I am giving the 4 star:)

I like to go to this location. It has a neighborhood feel. Sometimes, someone leaves the paper, which I like to read during lunch.gross cheeseburger and fries today.

Friendly service! Breakfast sandwich & hash browns were a little cold

I had not eaten at a McDonald's in years... Literally!! I was shocked at how small the Big Mac has gotten but I guess it's inflation. The taste was still good. The strawberry and cream pies were beyond delicious 😋.

Akiya was very helpful and did her best to ensure my order was correct and served efficiently and with courtesy!

Horrible service at drive thru. When I got to the window, they had no idea what my order was, then they told me to pull around and they'd bring it to me. After 15 + minutes, they brought out the wrong order twice. And all the girl said was, I don't bag it, I just bring it out. Don't waste you time or your money. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Always forgetting my sauces man. Even the sides sometimes. Dude at the second window saying “thanks boss” always on his phone not putting the right ish in the bag. Sheeeeesh! Would never post but it’s 3 times ina row. Same guy. Get it together my guy

Stop here for breakfast on my way to work some days. Good atmosphere. Staff is friendly and nice, even on cold mornings when I've ordered through curbside pickup.

The staff I super sweet and efficient. I have never had such a nice experience at a McDonald’s. They deserve a reward or a raise.

Hair in my food. Was given the wrong breakfast sandwich so I went back around and they kindly remade my order. Then again …. gave me the wrong sandwich. Also hair is usually messy/flying all over the place with no hats or hairnets.

I sneak two dollar menu cheeseburgers about every other week. I am only mildly ashamed to admit it in public.

I wanted to give 1 maybe 2 stars BUT I'm giving 3 only because the frappe machine wasn't "out of order" like 90% of the time I'm told at any McDonald's. My double cheeseburger though was awful. The bun was hard as a brick and the sandwich itself had obviously been made and then sat for hours before being served. It was disgusting. I was on my break at work and didn't have time to go back and try to get replaced. That shouldn't be something you have to factor in when planning your break IMO

Worst experience in a fast food restaurant, ordered deluxe McSpicy with two patties, got just one with a super dry chicken, horrible to eat. McD must train its employees before employing them in a branch and also improve quality control.

I had issues with my rewards app and they were really nice about it and helped me. The food wait inside was long but the food was much better than most McDonald’s it was fresh and hot and very flavorful for fast food. The employees were nice and I did see someone mopping the floors. Despite the mopping everything in the whole store was incredibly sticky so I didn’t eat inside. The drive thru line was much quicker and just as fresh as inside so I’d recommend going here, but only the drive thru.

The second window is garbage they were five people and it did not come out for 45 minutes the first window the were so nice and quick

My husband went to get food here and the service was a joke no help when ordering through drive through and my chicken sandwich was gross the chicken was not cooked all the way it was gross I feel sick to my stomach the fries were cold and nasty and the nuggets he got were dry like they were weeks old don't go here !! McDonald's is not the same anymore back then it was worth the hype now it's so gross

Disgusting!!! hair in my egg . they do not use gloves when putting the fries in the holders the fries were falling all over their hands with no gloves on. also they bread is NEVER fresh it always taste like it has been sitting for days. do not eat here unless u want to be sick

Lol, depends on the day, the people working, and their attitudes.

One of their crew members was speeding around their parking lot today in the wrong direction and almost crashed into me (assume they were late for their 2:30 shift). Then after parking, they proceeded to holk their horn before expressing rude remarks on my driving... jokes on them as we will not be going to this location again anytime soon.

Ok so this is a fast food place obviously so you can’t expect much but it’s pretty good tbh. Only thing is most of the time the ice cream machine is “broken”. Pretty yummy, people for the most part friendly. Overall 3.5/5 or 4/5.

I'm a drive-thru gal. Large sweet tea & large fries be fresh brewed & hot. Everyone is friendly, courteous and in general a pleasure. Keep up the good work!

The staff at this location work together well. I have had special needs helpers, and they were well-trained and did a great job. I do not think I've ever had a special needs cashier anywhere else. That impressed me! On one occasion, a staff member had a minor emergency, so another staff member seamlessly stepped in to help me. I will be returning.

How really hard is it to make a cheeseburger plain with extra pickles? Well for here it took 3 attempts.

It's McDonald's...what do you expect...And there aren't vegetarian options....if there are they have used animal fat, or have been cross contaminated.

It was switching time from breakfast to the regular menu. I walked in and requested the breakfast sandwich with 5 minutes till the lunch menu. Short version: The fish filet meal with tomato and extra tartar was awful, dry, sloppy, cold fries and...yea, I have a 3 because I know how it is when a restaurant shifts from breakfast to lunch. Most just want the breakfast over so they can set up for the standard after breakfast hours. I won't go back there. This was my 2nd time. I wasn't satisfied with it again...no 3rd time for me. But hey, maybe the staffer or cook was eager for the lunch menu to start and made a lackluster sausage egg McMuffin to get me out the way.

The cashier was very curt and barely spoke loud enough to hear. Not sure why every time I order my food to eat in the restaurant they give it to me in a bag to go instead. Curious.

It's more bread than burger with the Big Mac. Fries and shakes are the best

We visited late night tonight (Saturday) they were short staffed and slightly busy. Brooke gave the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at ANY McDonalds, and she was definitely working under pressure! Hopefully someone see’s this and lets Brooke know how much of an asset she is to this company! Thank you Brooke for the great customer service!!!

Waiting at drive through for an hour for a mobile order. Once got to window they did not have my order. I had to wait an additional 20 mins!!!

Love how the guy in the window says 'thank you Ms Mitchell, have a great day'. He has a walker and I appreciate the fact that he is at work with such a positive attitude.

Let’s be honest, McDonald’s is not the nicest place. I went there with my grandparents and , unfortunately, my sister found hair is her burger. Anyways my grandfather threw a huge fit and we ended up getting kicked out of the restaurant. Never come here.

Went into the store and was told only kiosk was available for placing the order so I went to the drive thru and they forgot an item and i had to go back in and get it🤯😠

The customer service was comical. I received nothing close to what I ordered. I ordered a McMuffin meal. I was given what looked like a sausage biscuit without a hash brown. I was not able to eat what I did get for a few reasons, but the most being it looked like it was scraped off the floor. It smelled awful too. I can’t get anyone by phone sounds like a fax machine after it rings a few times. I can’t call a general customer service number. I said no receipt so I can’t leave feedback. I was trying to eat before I donated blood so I didn’t pass out. So I can’t go back. I just donated money to McDonalds with no way to correct it. Do better!

I just moved from San Diego but lived in Houston my whole life. I always order a small black coffee with 6 cream & 6 sugars mixed on the inside. When I grabbed my coffee at the window, the young black man looked annoyed, looked like it was his first day on the job & he didn’t want to be there. I said “can I get some extra packets of cream & sugar on the side” he goes “trust me I put enough”…..If a customers asks for something extra that’s not the response you give them. I parked my car to taste it, I had to add extra cream/sugar because it tasted so bad. I couldn’t even taste the coffee beans. It tasted like mud, tasted like coffee that was days old. I got really sick from it & had a severe stomach ache. If you guys can’t even get such a basic drink right, then this location shouldn’t be open. Judging by the previous reviews, this location is really struggling with their staff & food.

Customer service here is terrible. I ordered fries, burger and apple pie. When I got home, and opened the box marked' apple pie' I saw that there was actually a strawberry creme pie. Ok so I go back to the restaurant and tell them. I went to the first window and they gave me an apple pie that was cold and hard. So I drove up and went to the second window, and the woman there turned around and told another employee, "she's still complaining about something". So I guess the manager came up and told me there'd be a 12 min wait fro fresh pies so I just opted for a refund. Ummm, I wasn't angry or rude in any way, I just wanted my order corrected. The whole experience was weird because they acted like I was wrong and a nuisance. Never again. The fries were bangin' tho.

Am am done with this place. Inside was nasty, not enough employees, waited 45 mins for my order, drive up was priority. One of the employees stated to an older man, you need to order on the kiosk, the man said he did not know how to use it, she stated you will have to wait a while until she packs the food for delivery, I can't do both. He left and so did others. One employee stated the manager of the store could not be reached, she had turned her phone off. 🙄 one star is to much. Why is this place still open? 😐

They hardly ever open on time. Always short staffed and slow. Somebody needs to step in and fix that place or go out of business.

Ordered on app, when I got the window, they gave me the wrong mobile order food :( didn't realize until I drove off. Lady at the window was super sweet though! Mistakes happen and it wasn't the end of the world. Just maybe a better system for making sure the correct mobile order gets to the correct customer? Obviously I'll be back. Who can say no to a double chee?

Waiting in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes, was told they had an item when I ordered it, and when I got to the window for pickup I was told that they in fact did not have it. Whyet me order, pay, and the proceed to pickup if item was unavailable? I remember why I never go to McDonald's.

Over 25 minute wait for a basic order

I went today with my mom’s friend she went in to ask why it was taking so long and one of the workers idk her name but she was Hispanic(were Hispanics too) she was extremely rude. She literally yelled at her for no reason! My mom friend does not know how to use the touchscreen so she wanted someone to take her orde. Never going back hopefully she gets fired. She was also on her phone while making fries and no gloves on

Food was wrong, biscuits were cold and hard. No apologies, no offer to remake. Just an eye roll from the woman in the window and she walked away. I'm aware she didn't make the food, but she could have offered to pull us up and offer to get them to remake it

I haven't had the experience others had. I've only come late at night and some afternoons. I will say they have forgotten my meal items, they are understaffed, but they try to make it right.

Good to visit for a quick breakfast and lunch plus MCD APP saves you money and gives your treats. Service at times is slow because of lack of people who want to work.

I don't normally waste time in reviewing a fast food place like McDonald's but stopped by this one this morning and was compelled to do a quick review because they were getting crushed with online orders, walk-ins and a long drive thru line. There were only about 5 or 6 people running everything and they were very seriously doing their best to speed up service, but it was an uphill battle. This staff needs a pat on the back at a minimum. They were apologetic for the delays, thoughtful with their work and very diligent representatives for this Store and McDonald's.

I've been to a bunch of McDonald's across the east coast. This is by far the slowest McDonald's establishment I ever came to. I will never ever in my life come here again. The wait time for the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. They need to either work faster or higher more people. Sitting in 1 spot for 7 minutes at a time is just absolutely trash.

We just left the drive thru and let me just say this mcdonalds has gone down hill recently. This experience unfortunately was typical of what I've come to expect from this location😒. The only reason we even went through the drive thru was because my 5 year old who is ill requested it while we wait for his RX to be filled at CVS. Anyway short wait in the drive thru and I ordered my sons nuggets and a 10 piece nuggest and orange slushie. My mom asked the young lady if she could place a second order, she was ignored as in the young lady never said another word, my mom said hello a few times then drove around. When we got to the window lol the young lady mean mugged us like we had history together! Never told me my total and snatched the 20 from my mom and rolled her eyes and handed my mom the change. At that point my mom didn't attempt to order anything. When we reached the front window, we still attempted to smile at the young lady at the front window she too scowled at us and shoved my sons happy meal at my mom which was crushed on one side and then the drinks and the last bag. We said have a nice day she rolled her eyes and turned her back to us. Now don't get me wrong I realize this is fast food but honestly I felt like everybody need a 15 minute break or a nap because this is now just expected from this location. Smh won't be back not that they care honestly.
