I have been ordering from Maddy D’s for 6 years now. They are my go to place for custom decorated cookies for any occasion. The cookies taste just as good as they look, which is the reason why I will always come back. The owner is so easy to work with and is very responsive.

Maddy D's have done it again! A wonderful experience working with K who went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday cookie platters extra special. She created each character from her invitation! Every person who ate one at the party mentioned how amazing they tasted!!! We cannot for our next event to see K's next creation!

*not vegan friendly........i drove 20min out of way because you have vegan options listed on google, but there was nothing for breakfast, and only one lunch item....your sidewalk sign said "open for lunch" and when we went in, you said you weren't serving lunch......the cookies look great and people were kind enough but she didn't even tell me they had smoothies when i asked what their options were ..i had to keep searching the menu....the smoothie was ice and concentrate and a banana....tasted like a gas station slushie... Go for cookies....not vegan cookies...

Walked in for a coffee took 10 secs and got my coffee..the cookies looked so amazing I had to buy some .if your in the area you have to check them out

Amazing, welcoming, and friendly customer service! My husband and I ate breakfast there, he had a breakfast burrito and I ordered the Big Breakfast. Both meals were delicious and very filling! The hot raspberry mocha coffee (with whipped cream) was delicious! They also sell homemade cookies and you can order beautifully decorated sugar cookies as well! I tried the peanut butter and also the chocolate chip cookies…they were freshly baked that morning and so yummy! I highly recommend MaddyD’s, felt like home, and will definitely return whenever we travel back to Jacksonville!

Second time eating here and everything is always hot and fresh. Staff was a friendly and the food is always on point. Even though they are right across from the courthouse there prices are not crazy at all. And hey you can always get married here too.

I feel like this is a hidden gem. I ordered custom cookies for a Christmas party and they were perfect! The pricing was reasonable and each cookie was individually wrapped which I really appreciated. The customer service was top notch from my first interaction to pick up. Everyone said they were delicious too! Will happily order from here again!

I recently ordered a large platter of cookies to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from USF. They were absolutely beautiful and such a personal touch. I requested to have them individually wrapped in order to let each guest take home a keepsake from this special day. They were not only beautiful, but absolutely moist and delicious!! A true pleasure and excellent communication to work with. Thank you for making such a special day for our family - extra special! These are just a few of the amazing styles of cookies she made. There were so many more, I did not take good pics before they were gone.

Get a better notary. Selecia is extremely unprofessional and rude. She also seems to think she’s a medical doctor by telling people what they should and shouldn’t do medically. Also advises against listening to real doctors. Do better Maddy D. Do better.

Maddy D's was outstanding. We ordered cookies for an event we were hosting (Army/ Navy football game) and the custom cookies were beyond words. The attention to detail and pride show on each cookie created. The owners were wonderful to work with, and went above and beyond to help us- even delivering the cookies!

My first time here and I ordered the shrimp wrap for delivery. The food was delicious! I wasn't sure what to expect with the prices being so budget friendly, but I am pleasantly surprised and not at all disappointed. They did not skimp in the shrimp and I ordered the ranch on the side Can't wait to try again. Thank you for the experience.

I've ordered custom deluxe cookie platters from Maddy D's three times now. I have also ordered custom cookie platters from three other local shops in the past (before I discovered Maddy D's), and Maddy D's surpasses EVERY other custom cookie company in design, cost, taste, turnaround, customization, and quality. It is a family owned and run business, and a great amount of time and effort are put into each order. As far as communication, they are very responsive and accommodating. These cookies are a work of art, AND taste great too!

Love this place! The prices are ridiculously low for how much food you get and it's absolutely delicious. I've only tried the fettuccini Alfredo so far, but I've heard rave reviews of the sandwiches and desserts.

From the moment I inquired about placing an order, all questions and emails were answered in a timely manner so the customer service was spot on. The cookies themselves were absolutely beautiful and tasted delicious. They surpassed every expectation we had. We will 100% be using Maddy D’s for future events.

I have used Maddy D’s COOKIES on two separate occasions, the first was for my daughter’s baby shower (girl) Nov 2017 and most recently at my daughter’s second baby shower (boy) this past weekend and they totally nailed it and knocked it out of the park. The cookies were the biggest hits at both showers and the artistry and deliciousness of these cookies are PHENOMENAL!!! The owner is a pretty nice guy and it’s a very convenient place to dine. They open up early (6:30) and the food is very inexpensive. I paid around five dollars for a sufficient breakfast and was able to dine quickly. The food is average in quality, but I would come back if I needed a bite to eat in the morning. Good place!

I cannot say enjoy about my experience! I ordered a deluxe platter of cookies as an opening night present for my boyfriend, giving loose ideas of what I was looking for. Maddie D’s went above and beyond all of my expectations. The creativity and quality of the designs were exceptional, and the attention to detail was unmatched. They were wildly communicative throughout the entire process and even sent me photos before delivering them, since I am out of state. They hand delivered them to his dressing room and has them waiting for him, with a beautifully designed card. I cannot recommend their services more. They brought my boyfriend to tears! I would use them time and time again, if I could!

I went in for a quick breakfast and ordered an English muffin. I don't know what butter they use, but it's delicious. Great family owned business, friendly service and good, quick food. Total time was about 5 minutes. Maybe.

Super cool place! Staff is very friendly and the food is high quality but affordable at the same time! Not to mention the large selection of goodies like brownies, cookies, cakes, danishes and more! I stopped in because of the sign, I stayed for the pasta! We got the herb chicken alfredo and spaghetti & meatballs. It was so good omg...Pasta was perfect, not mushy and not hard and the sauces are amazing! Very nice portions, and we both ate for $14 and change. I will be back!

Why would anyone in Jacksonville want to go to a national chain? If the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, I will literally marry this place tomorrow. Kae makes the best cookies ever. Her decorated, seasonal cookies are a visual treat. Her every day specials, like her brown butter chocolate chip cookies ate fabulous. Mini banana walnut cakes. Too many too good to name. They have great sandwiches, hearty breakfasts, and the coffee is always on and always fresh. they also have holiday cookies made to order in big quantities for great gift and party ideas. I go nack again and again.

Wonderful baker, great cookies, and delicious selection of sandwiches and salads. Exceptional coffees of all types and a relaxed atmosphere. On top of everything else they have a wedding chapel so if you need a place to get married that is near the courthouse where you get your license give them a call (prior arrangements need to be made). They also offer cookie decorating classes for adults and kids by prior arrangements. It is a novel all in one location for eating, entertaining, learning, and cementing your future life with a loved one! Stop by and give it a look-see.

I couldn’t be happier with the cookies I got for a baby girls 1st Birthday party. They were beautiful and tasty! I sent some pictures of our decor and color scheme, and she handled the rest. The cookies looked amazing, they were definitely the highlight of the dessert table! A coworker and I had lunch at the cafe when I picked up my platter, we both enjoyed our sandwiches and sides. Great place for a quick lunch if you’re in that area!

Excellent coffee/sandwich shop....many of the courthouse employees and lawyers went in there as well....the bread pudding was especially yummy! If I'm at the courthouse again, I'll probably go there for lunch again.

I really like the Cafe..I used to go to Rojas pizza but I thought to try something new. This cafe is just before that. I ordered vegetarian burger.. it was really amazing. I clicked the picture. Must try and like the quailty and combination. Potato salad was the side which was also Amazing.
